About: I have been house-sitting full-time on Trusted House Sitters (with my partner Asha) since the beginning of this year with all 5-star reviews. Plus, I have looked after all sorts of dogs and cats through friends and family since a young teen! We are freelance musicians who work from home, apart from the occasional gig! We living by house sitting so we have found a way to make this our job! I am a patient and caring animal carer! I enjoy long walks with my dogs and couch cuddles with my cats. I am experienced in elaborate feeding routines and handling medication, and am confident in handling and walking. What your pet needs is the number one priority, so however they need to be cared for, that is how it will be done!

“Mark did a fantastic job for us and Rusty. This was the first time we’d left Rusty with anyone outside of the family and so Mark made time to call round and get to know Rusty several times before we left. He did simple things like walk him round on the lead and have him hop in and out of the back of his car, so Rusty was comfortable with taking instruction from Mark. He discussed what we wanted in terms of general day to day care and activities, but in addition offered helpful advice and suggestions for furthering Rusty’s training and responsiveness? Rusty is a relatively young terrier, so still learning the ropes. Mark has years of experience with dogs and his advice and hands on approach has really helped us and the dog. Mark was also a great house sitter. We came back to a clean and tidy house and Mark was also kind enough to ensure there was milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread for breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Mark to look after Rusty again and would happily recommend Mark to anyone looking for day care or help with dog training.”

About: I have many years experience looking after all types of pets from hamsters 🐹 to dogs 🐶 I have had pets all my life and currently have a dog called Pip and two bunnies called Fred & Ginger! I also have an animal first aid certificate and a current DBS. I currently work part-time so I have plenty of spare time to look after your fur babies! I can drive and have no commitments so happy to work around you & what you need. I can offer pet sitting in your own home from drop in's to dog walking to overnight/holiday stays. About: I have a Collie and a Goldendoodle. I also had three cats and a senior Goldendoodle with arthritis. I have missed being with animals too much so here I am. I have 18 years experience working with animals and owned and ran a doggy day care and dog walking business for 7 years before selling up to relocate here. I am very fortunate that working with animals is my profession. That allows me to be very flexible and I can accommodate most requests with enough notice. I have a safe enclosed garden and the village I live in has a dedicated dog exercise field. I also live within 10 minutes of gorgeous beaches and forest walks.

“Natasha was very professional and personable. She took time to get to know our fur baby before we left her. She was kind, caring and patient with our dog who can be a bit difficult at times. Really understood the strain of leaving a loved family member with a stranger and made that as easy as it could be. She gave updates throughout our trip helping us to relax. “Would totally recommend Joe to look after your dog. At relatively short notice he visited and walked our small rescue dog when we were away for the day. He arranged a meet and greet beforehand to be sure we were a good fit and that he understood the needs of our pup. He gave her red light therapy, and sent messages and photos during the two visits and even washed up her lickymats after use. Tilly was very happy in his company and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.”

About: Hi, I’m Abby, I'm 22 years old and love dogs!! I had many dogs growing up and was in charge of looking after them, but unfortunately I can't have any pets now due to my lifestyle. I haven’t got any kids around so no need to worry if your dog isn’t great with children. I love going for walks with your furry friends - I live right next to a woodland area, which is perfect for going on walks. I am a full-time nurse, working 4 days/week, and my schedule does vary by the week, but the calendar will be updated regularly. I am a full-time nurse, so I spend 4 days/week working at the hospital, however when I am not on working, I am often available. I would love to spend my days off looking after your furry friends, walking them during the day and keeping them busy! I live in a home with a small enclosed garden. My home is right next to a large park/woodland area with many paths and routes to walk your dogs.

About: From looking after multiple dogs, house sitting and using rover to find my doggo Lennie a place to stay when I go away - Rover is brilliant! I have always had dogs, and trained Lennie along with some of his doggo friends. I would love to be able to care for more doggos! I have had multiple dogs stay before and had a great time. I currently have flexibility, whether that’s needing a house dog sitter or walks Monday - Sunday. Lennie can join for walks or I can walk your dog separately. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals and today my constant companion is Harper, my wonderful three-year-old cocker spaniel. We spend most days exploring the countryside around Dartmoor, where we live in a large converted chapel in a peaceful Devon village. Life here is a dog’s dream. We’re surrounded by woodland trails, open moorland, reservoirs and beaches, which means plenty of opportunities for exercise, enrichment and adventure. Whether your dog loves long walks, paddling in the water, playing fetch or simply relaxing in the garden, I’ll tailor their day to suit their personality and energy levels. I work from home, so your dog will have company, attention and regular toilet breaks throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I also have a secure, enclosed and shaded garden that’s perfect for playtime and keeping cool during warmer weather. Most importantly, I understand that leaving your dog with someone else is a matter of trust. I’ll care for them as if they were my own, making sure they’re safe, happy, well exercised and showered with affection while you’re away. I work full time from home but most of my team is in the U.S, so half my day is my own time to work flexibly which works well during the warmer weather for cool morning walks. I’m available for boarding and house sitting during the week and weekends and I can be flexible for fairly last minute requests. I have a completely enclosed garden that is beautiful and safe. My dog, Harper, is the absolute friendliest cocker spaniel - she’s neutered, very friendly with other dogs and typically follows me around everywhere. I’m happy to take the lead from you on any routines or care your pet requires.
