About: I’ve grown up with various different animals all my life - from cats & dogs to rabbits, hamsters & guinea pigs! I’ve recently started dog walking and want to expand what I offer to include pet services. I currently work full time in a school so have availability evenings, weekends and school holidays. I currently work full time in a school and have recently started dog walking in the evenings, at weekends and during school holidays. I want to expand what I offer to include pet services. I will treat your dog like my own, giving them all the care, attention and exercise they require. You can relax knowing I’ve taken good care of your animal.
“Mark did a fantastic job for us and Rusty. This was the first time we’d left Rusty with anyone outside of the family and so Mark made time to call round and get to know Rusty several times before we left. He did simple things like walk him round on the lead and have him hop in and out of the back of his car, so Rusty was comfortable with taking instruction from Mark. He discussed what we wanted in terms of general day to day care and activities, but in addition offered helpful advice and suggestions for furthering Rusty’s training and responsiveness? Rusty is a relatively young terrier, so still learning the ropes. Mark has years of experience with dogs and his advice and hands on approach has really helped us and the dog. Mark was also a great house sitter. We came back to a clean and tidy house and Mark was also kind enough to ensure there was milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread for breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Mark to look after Rusty again and would happily recommend Mark to anyone looking for day care or help with dog training.”

About: I have always found animals easier than humans, and have had a special affinity with both my own, and other people's pets. I started young, walking elderly neighbours' dogs at the age of 10, housesitting for relatives with pets in my late teens, and I have also volunteered at an animal rescue and voluntarily dog walk for The Cinnamon Trust. I currently have two dogs, one cat, one green-cheeked conure, a crested gecko, and a corn snake. Previously we have also had rats, mice, a giant land snail, and fish (tropical and cold water!). I am currently studying the Trust Technique, which aims to foster a more natural, less analytical bond with animals. I am also studying in Pet First Aid, Pet Care, and Animal Law, to ensure that aside from being an animal lover a heart, we can also be assured that should anything unexpected happen, I know exactly what to do. I work from home, on a part-time basis. For this reason, I can be super flexible for any of the services you may need, whether that is an arranged walk, popping in to see pets at you home if you are away, house sitting in your own home, or potentially boarding your pups at my own house! It is key to ensure that your pets' routine stays as similar as possible to the normal day to day. I have two small dogs that love to play should your dog feel like it, but we can easily make sure they all have their own space if needed. In your home, I would treat your pet exactly as you would. We have a fenced garden, great walks from the front door, and some of the best beaches and countryside walks around!
“Joe came and done a sit for us at my house. He was brilliant and looked after our old boy and a young sprocker pup. Joe updated us regularly. We would highly recommend him. Thank you Joe”

“We had booked Natasha to have a weekend away, but unfortunately stumbled upon a passport issue when arriving at the airport so came straight back meaning Natasha was only needed for a few hours. She was incredibly understanding of the situation and pragmatic about it and at least it provided the opportunity for Natasha to meet Pebs and they were getting along great when we came back. Would definitely recommend and rebook.”

About: I have a Collie and a Goldendoodle. I also had three cats and a senior Goldendoodle with arthritis. I have missed being with animals too much so here I am. I have 18 years experience working with animals and owned and ran a doggy day care and dog walking business for 7 years before selling up to relocate here. I am very fortunate that working with animals is my profession. That allows me to be very flexible and I can accommodate most requests with enough notice. I have a safe enclosed garden and the village I live in has a dedicated dog exercise field. I also live within 10 minutes of gorgeous beaches and forest walks.

I care for my Sproodle Fudge, he’s nine years old. Through my childhood I’ve grown up with Afghan hounds and appreciate the love and care dogs require. As an ex nurse, I do not have any concerns about giving medications or looking after the safety of your pets.
“First time I've ever left the dogs with anyone and I couldn't have chosen someone better. The girls had the best time, enjoyed walking and relaxing with David. I was kept up to date with photos too, which was lovely. Thank you. Will definitely be booking again.”

“Amy is absolutely lovely, trustworthy, reliable, and we would not hesitate to recommend her. Prior to our booking, Amy popped over to our house so that we could all meet and talk through Bob's daily routine etc, we knew straight away that she was going to be perfect. She spent the whole day with Bob, providing us with lots of updates and pictures. They had as great time together, and we came home to a very happy and contented dog!”

About: From looking after multiple dogs, house sitting and using rover to find my doggo Lennie a place to stay when I go away - Rover is brilliant! I have always had dogs, and trained Lennie along with some of his doggo friends. I would love to be able to care for more doggos! I have had multiple dogs stay before and had a great time. I currently have flexibility, whether that’s needing a house dog sitter or walks Monday - Sunday. Lennie can join for walks or I can walk your dog separately. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.
About: My husband and I have returned from a travelling trip and will be living with my mother in Spriddlestone, Devon until we get new full time roles. I work in corporate comms and he is a structural engineer. Growing up my mum had a dog home boarding business, so I have regularly been around dogs, I have also looked after many dogs for friends and family. My mum has also had 3 dogs for the past 10 years and Will also grew up with a family dog. We are hoping to get a dog of our own in the next few years once our schedules permit. We both work flexible hours. I am at home Wednesday and Fridays. Will can be more flexible however has to be in the office 3 days a week. We have a fenced garden with decking. We recently did this up. We live in a terraced road so this is enclosed from all sides.

About: I’m based in Dartmouth but I work near Totnes and Newton Abbot, so I’m happy to provide my service anywhere local. I have three female cats who love to play and cuddle! In the past I had two other cats, a female and a male, and plenty of different dogs including a husky or a German Sheppard and ohh gosh that was an experience to learn about the differences in approach! I’d love to help you out so you can enjoy your time away and know your pets are cared for! I will also send you some cute photos to make sure you don’t miss them too much!
About: My experience with just dealing with pets is having my own animals from young. I've had fish, hamster, guinea pigs and dogs. My first dog was a rescued Boxer, Ruben. My first proper puppy was a Pug, Dexter, then we rescued Alfie another Pug at the same age as Dexter (around 4yrs.) My house sitting and pet experience was living in an annexe above my landladys garage. She had a working cocker, Zeva. She'd trust me with looking after her house and Zeva while she had to go away for work or on holiday. That was over 2yrs of me living there. I even took Zeva away with my boyfriend and I as we went to Bournemouth for a weekend I was looking after her. We got a pet friendly accomodation and she had the best time on the beach and in the sea playing with her ball. I work 3 days a week, so have plenty of time for sitting and walking pets. I like to walk daily, so dog walking is well suited with my lifestyle. I care for pets in an owners home by communicating with the owners in the first instance to see what responsibilities they expect of their sitter to make sure their animals are in perfect care.

About: I have just returned to Plymouth after spending 2 years in Australia, part-time pet sitting with my partner, Zach! I am looking to start this again now I am back in Plymouth, but full time. In Aus, I was registered on Madpaws and had regular clients who would board with me at my house / I would provide walking services. I mainly looked after dogs and had a range of ages and breeds. I always do the upmost to build a trusting relationship with the pet, to ensure they feel safe and at home when they’re in my care, with regular updates to the owners guaranteed (I will upload the reviews from my Aus clients). Prior to moving to Aus, I volunteered at my local animal shelter in Plymouth - walking dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments and backgrounds. In addition to this, I have grown up with an array of pets, including cats, guinea pigs, rabbits etc., and have a genuine love for animals. I am a qualified health professional and usually work in a medical environment - but I am currently having a break from that given I have just moved back to Plymouth, so I have lots of free time to give to your furry friends. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have a query! I am a qualified health professional but have decided to take a break as I have just relocated back to Plymouth after living in Australia for 2 years! Therefore, my time would be completely devoted to looking after your furry friends I have a fenced garden and a large house with a lane for walking dogs and a park nearby. I can drive, so I love to take dogs out for a variety of different walks to different locations depending on owner and dogs preference. We have a cat at home that my mum looks after but they aren’t fussed by other animals.
“Florence was great. She took amazing care of our two dogs, cat and home for four days. The communication was excellent and the dogs had some great walks. Very happy to recommend Florence to others looking for a sitter”

About: Hi, I’m Abby, I'm 22 years old and love dogs!! I had many dogs growing up and was in charge of looking after them, but unfortunately I can't have any pets now due to my lifestyle. I haven’t got any kids around so no need to worry if your dog isn’t great with children. I love going for walks with your furry friends - I live right next to a woodland area, which is perfect for going on walks. I am a full-time nurse, working 4 days/week, and my schedule does vary by the week, but the calendar will be updated regularly. I am a full-time nurse, so I spend 4 days/week working at the hospital, however when I am not on working, I am often available. I would love to spend my days off looking after your furry friends, walking them during the day and keeping them busy! I live in a home with a small enclosed garden. My home is right next to a large park/woodland area with many paths and routes to walk your dogs.
“Richard and Emma were amazing. Olly and Pluto were so chilled and enjoyed their trips out. We would definitely recommend Rich and Emma. They are lovely people and kept us up to date with photos and videos. The house was immaculate when we got home and we will definitely keep in touch.”
