About: I began by independently fostering a pregnant cat who I rescued from the streets, providing housing and care throughout her pregnancy and raising her kittens to ensure their health and development. This experience led me to a role at an animal rescue, where I worked for approximately a year caring for rescue cats and dogs, managing all aspects of their care. A key part of this work involved confidence building, to ensure good quality of life. Consistent handling to help the animals feel secure and settle into their new environment. I’m currently working from home so I will be in your dogs/cats company for majority of the day. Typically I do a daily big walk for myself so this is something your dog can potentially join in on. I live in a small studio apartment in the country side with a large garden (not fenced in) lots of land surrounding me, and many nature walks. There are friendly dogs on the property which your dog can befriend depending on your preference for that.
“Dave was brilliant with Bruce yesterday. First time we have left him with somebody other than family. He had a great time and they were best of friends by the time Dave left last night. Can’t praise him enough for how he looked after our boy. Thank you Dave. Julie”

About: I trained me Sprocker Spaniel who is still a puppy. This involved basic commands and recall. He is well behaved, well socialised and a happy dog :) I run my own business so have good flexibility during the week and at weekends. I won't be out for more than 3 to 4 hours and I can walk, feed and socialise them inbetween. I will be there to look over them most of the day..I may leave for 3 to 4 hours but will make sure they've been walked and fed before so.
“As a first time for having someone other than family look after our dog Bailey, I was a little nervous/anxious about the whole thing. But from our first meeting to the end of the actual booking I have been so impressed by India, I honestly have nothing but praise and gratitude for her. Bailey absolutely loves her, India has a caring warmth about her which which radiates. We were away through the heat wave and India kept us fully updated, she even brought her own cooling mat to help Bailey whilst also conversing with us if there was anything we usually do to keep Bailey cool. We were sent photos and given updates and knew we could contact India if we had any cocerns. India left our home exactly how she found it and it was great to come home and not worry about cleaning or stripping beds as India had done it for the room she stayed in. We can not recommend India enough and would be more than happy to book her again if we manage to get away! Thank you India x”

“George was really understanding about Phoebe's delicate nature, and loved and looked after her as I would do. He is an excellent house guest, and I would highly recommend him. I shall be booking George again when I next go away.”

“Richard and Emma were wonderful sitters, I will definately be using them again in the future, they looked after my 2 dogs for a week and I was nervous to have a stranger take care of them but they soon put my mind at ease. Very experienced with all breeds of dog and temperament (i have a reactive one!) they kept me up to date with video's and messages so i knew the dogs were having a great time! I came back to 2 very happy pups and a tidy house, Highly recommended!”

About: About me I am a dog lover from a child. I had my first dog when I was 6 which I adored he was a Black Lab cross Retriever. When I was a teenager we cared for many dogs at our acreage property. We had 3 dogs all up and many times took on others for friends and family. More recently we had a beatiful boxer cross bull dog that we inherited from my Dad. I have also pet sit for a friends West Highland Terrier, British Bull Dog and a neighbours Cavoodle. Some day sits and overnight. I am very flexible with my availability. Looking to help people with their furry friends. Also happy to help out with Cats have lived with a few over the years. I have been doing regular pet sitting in Australia through madpaws, whaggy whiskers grooming and doggy daycare and also Australian Housesitters since mid 2025 I am currently semi retired. Love to travel and play some Texas Holdem tournaments here and there and online so when I’m Pet sitting I can be fully available for your fur baby I only provide service in your home. I have done regular pet sitting for groomers, madpaws and Aussie Housesitters for the last 12 months and am now looking to live partially in the UK as I have dual citizenship.
About: I’ve had pets in my family home as long as I can remember, including three dogs, two cats, two tortoises, fish and hamsters over the years. I’ve always loved being around and looking after animals, especially dogs. I grew up with an English Springer spaniel and a Dandie Dinmont terrier - two dogs that were polar opposites but both affectionate and loyal - what more can you ask for? After they both passed away last year, my mum brought a Maltese poodle puppy called Lola into the family home and it’s reminded me of how playful and loving pets are. In terms of experience, I’ve dog-sat and walked my mates Australian Labradoodle and previously looked after neighbours cats while they’ve been away. If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out - Thanks. I work full-time for a multinational professional services company however my job is fully remote and employees are entrusted to work flexible hours to manage their own work schedules. I’d love the extra bit of company when working from home and the opportunity to get out on walks during the day. I live in a dog- friendly duplex flat with open plan living and kitchen and a small-medium sized balcony. I understand this may be off putting but I’m a 3 minute walk from Lovell Park, and only a 10 minute walk from the canal, which I often run along and is very popular with dog walkers. I have a very comfortable sofa and plenty open floor space to roam around

About: new to this but I have had various pets over the years, my cat is 16 years old and still going strong, no experience but willing to learn I work full time, but always free after midday, afternoon walks and check ins would all be done after this time, I drive so easy to get to places I will always follow any instructions left for me, dogs will always be kept on leads for every one's safety, dietary needs will be met

“Emma was wonderful during her recent sit for Tilly. Had a lovely meet and greet... , friendly and open. Communicated well throughout the stay and Tilly relaxed very quickly in her care and was very settled and comfortable when we arrived home.”

“Thank you so much Sophie & Nick. My dog is very anxious and has separation anxiety. Sophie & Nick took the time to get to know him and gently introduce him. It's clear to me how much they care about dogs, as my boy was very well looked after. Sophie sent lots of photos snd regularly updated me on how he was managing. Highly recommended and will certainly book their services again.”

“Apologies for the delay - I came back from Ireland with a nascent cold, and have succumbed! Jo, and her partner Troy, have been brilliant sitters. Agnes, our Alsatian was relaxed and happy and clearly got on really well with both Jo and Troy, though it seems she kept up her usual preference for the man! Our house and garden were kept beautifully tidy and plants were watered as requested. We are very grateful to Jo and Troy for taking such good care and enabling us to attend our son's wedding, and hope they enjoyed their time with Agnes and on the Roseland. Many thanks, Pete & Cathy”

About: I am currently available for the Eater Holidays! I have looked after pets since I was a child, from having rabbits, cats and most recently bringing up my own dog since he was a puppy. Whilst working from home in the last 5 years I provided daily dog care for my sister's senior pug - ensuring she was always well looked after, snuggled and walked over my lunch break I have been the primary carer for my 5 year old high energy dog, raising him from a puppy, taking charge of his training to become a well rounded obedient dog who is well socialised and has a good array of tricks/commands As a child I looked after 3 family cats 2 from kittens, through to them being senior cats and crossing the rainbow bridge 2 of which were 19 years old. I have also rescued young kittens when I came across them in abandoned box, we were with the local shelter as fosterers until they found their forever home All around, I am a fit person excited to look after your furry family and make your life a bit easier. I am pretty flexible and currently have availability whenever fits around your life :) I am currently not working, having returned from an overseas trip with my husband, so am available to fit around your schedule. I have my own vehicle, with business insurance so would be available to come take your pets on an adventure. I am also a national trust member, so beach trips or heading to Saltram House are adventures I would be happy to have. I enjoy running, so if you have a high energy dog I would, after a time be open to bringing them on 3-5km runs with me - on lead only. At the moment I am not offering at home care, as I think it is important to establish myself out of the house, with trust before bringing dogs in to my own home. I would however be happy to do some light training with dogs, including socialisation with my own dog, Max or helping them learn to settle in busier environments, or just having a good old run around.
“Sophie is trustworthy, helpful, reliable and caring. She took care of my dog, whilst also looking after my home, when I was away. I was kept updated at all times and felt very reassured and confident to leave all that's precious to me in her care.”

“We really couldn’t have asked for better cat sitters than Holly and Giles. We felt completely reassured knowing our rather nervous kitty was in such kind, capable and thoughtful hands. They kept us updated while we were away and clearly treated Olive with genuine care and affection rather than it just being a job. The fact that she joined them on the sofa for cuddles was a miracle! Coming home to an obviously happy, relaxed cat and the house so well looked after gave us complete peace of mind and meant we could properly enjoy our time away without worrying. We’re incredibly grateful to Holly and Giles and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and professional pet sitters. Thank you so much!!!! 🐱💖🥰🐾🐾”

“Alys was brilliant with my puppy. She kept me updated throughout the day, and my puppy was very happy and relaxed when I got home, showing she had had a lovely day. I’ll definitely be booking with Alys again.”
