“Fantastic!! My 2 dogs took to her straight away, she gave them lots of cuddles, attention and enrichment in the garden. She also left the house clean, tidy and secure. I will definitely rebook!”

“We made a very last-minute booking with Corben while we were out for my husband’s birthday lunch. The restaurant didn’t allow dogs, and it was far too hot to leave them in the car, so finding someone at short notice was a huge relief. Corben came to our holiday accommodation to look after the dogs, which made everything so much easier. He gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to relax and enjoy our lunch knowing they were in good hands. Both dogs clearly enjoyed their time with him and were very happy and relaxed when we returned. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Corben again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitter.”

“Apologies for the delay - I came back from Ireland with a nascent cold, and have succumbed! Jo, and her partner Troy, have been brilliant sitters. Agnes, our Alsatian was relaxed and happy and clearly got on really well with both Jo and Troy, though it seems she kept up her usual preference for the man! Our house and garden were kept beautifully tidy and plants were watered as requested. We are very grateful to Jo and Troy for taking such good care and enabling us to attend our son's wedding, and hope they enjoyed their time with Agnes and on the Roseland. Many thanks, Pete & Cathy”

“*Worth more than a 5* review* I can’t recommend Jasmin and Callum enough - such a lovely couple and brilliant with my dogs. My first time using a dog sitting service and I felt very comfortable leaving them in such capable hands. I really appreciated the updates and photos too. Thank you both”

About: I’ve had lots of experience looking after friends and family’s dogs and cats, as well as caring for pets through Rover. I absolutely love animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them! I’m a very active person and love being outdoors, especially walking along the beach, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, attention and playtime while they’re with me. I’m also a keen surfer and am currently looking for house and pet-sitting opportunities around Cornwall. I’d love to combine my time by the ocean with looking after your lovely furry friends and giving them lots of love and attention while you’re away. I’m responsible, caring and will treat your home and pets as if they were my own. I’d love to hear from you if you’re looking for someone to look after your home and pets! I work full time from home so I’m able to give your dogs lots of attention throughout the day taking them out for regular walks, toilet trips and providing lots of cuddles. I’m very active and love walking/running so if your dog has energy I’d love to take them out for lots of long walks. I can give them lots of one to one attention and cuddles. There is no other animals in the house, so they will get undivided love and attention.
“As always, we’re very grateful for the house sit. Mavis was obviously very well looked after and chilled out on our return. She’s very relaxed this morning which is a very good indication of the care she’s received.”

“Rosanna looked after our dog Orla while we were away for a week with such care and diligence she was really happy! Would highly recommend Rosanna as a trusted sitter. She provided regular updates and photos and even took Orla to the vet for me while away. Thank you Rosanna! Will definitely be in contact in future if we need more pet sitting for Orla! x”

About: I have been a dog walker/pet sitter for 7 years. Fully insured, DBS checked. Lucy's Law, Diploma. Dogs/Cats. All small animals only. As a dog walker, I will fit your dog in within my rounds, making sure they have everything they need. I won't commit if I can't fit your requirement in. I offer a free consultaion and i take time to meet your furbaby/s. All instructions will be met. Medication/dietary requirements etc. 100% service
About: I've taken care of dogs for roughly the last 12 years, which first started out with my chocolate labrador Aero. Unfortunately I had to let him cross the rainbow bridge during covid, and whilst I miss his company I know that currently it would not be fair to have another due to work commitments which is why I am only available Wednesday through Sunday. In the meantime I regularly look after my dad's large dogs, Ted & Isla, whilst providing walking and daily drop ins for a couple of friends dogs whilst they are working. I have experience with all size of dog. I appreciate my fees may seem a little odd, but as Rover takes a cut my prices are somewhat higher to accommodate for this. I'm currently hybrid working, meaning I work from home on a Wednesday & Friday, meaning I can provide regular toilet breaks as well as frequent walks. Due to being "in the office" Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, I am not available on these days as it would be unfair to your pets as I work 8 hour days. Please do feel free to message me to see if my availability does not meet your needs as I may be able to move my week to accommodate. I have a fenced garden to allow your pup a safe space to roam. I don't feel it would be fair to offer boarding in my residence for more than 1 households pets at a time. This way I can ensure your pups needs are being met. Within my home I have no issues with your pup curling up on the sofa or at the foot of the bed if this is the norm for you at home.
“Bumble couldn’t have been happier Dee was brilliant and was able to help very last minute which was a relief ., Will definitely ask Dee again and if she’s free Bumble will be very happy!”

“We highly recommended Sophie as a dog walker and sitter. We have a very anxious border collie who is a rescue. He has a slow burn with people and Sophie dealt with it like a champ. She started working with him the beginning of June, visiting him and working with him to build trust before taking him to the back garden and then eventually for walks and finally staying at our house for a full week to watch him without incident. Fair to say Murray loves Sophie and gave her lots of cuddles. Sophie has a very calm and kind demeanour that Murray took to right away. We will definitely book Sophie for all walks and pet sitting going forward.”

“This the first time I have left Pip, my Irish terrier. Inevitably, in leaving my dog for the first time with a dog sitter, I was extremely concerned as to whether it would work out successfully. But from the moment we first met Pip C, it was clear that she was going to be the most perfect companion for my dog. She sent me photos on a regular basis of them both having fun and she treated Pip with the greatest care and respect. I will have no hesitation in having Pip C. Look after Pip again A big heartfelt thank you from me.”

About: I have always been surrounded by animals, cats, dogs, rabbits & chickens mainly! I have my own dog. I have loved doing some gundog training and agility, learnings lots of training in the process. I have an active lifestyle and enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. Love meeting new dogs and cats. If your dog would enjoy a play, I can bring my own along too 🐶 🏠 House sitting Your dog would need to be dog friendly and okay with my Labrador joining us. Friday-Monday available all day the routine can work around your pets. Tuesday-Thursday, if the sit falls on these days your pet would have to be okay with being left alone for up to 4 hours during the day. 🐾 Walks If you have a nervous / reactive dog an enclosed field will need to be booked (extra charge). After a few walks we can then decide if an enclosed field is required or they can be managed safely on a walk. I have experience with nervous dogs so happy to do this. Your dog will remain on lead / a long line until I am confident they have good recall back to me. Walks are subject to weather, severe heat means no walks and enrichment activity in the cool will be done instead. 💦 pop in feeding / toilet visits also offered I like to know about your fur babies quirks, likes and dislikes. Your home will be treated with kindness making sure your pets have the best quality care. You must have free parking available near by. 🚙
“Carly was easy to get hold of and check the details of the booking beforehand. She arrived on time & instantly clicked with Bramble. She was professional and thoughtful (sending pictures of their walk and responding when contacted). We all felt confident Bramble was going to have a good evening with Carly and he did! He was happy to go out, then settle down with her for the evening. I would recommend Carly to anyone looking for help with their dog.”

“Wow, we were so lucky to have found Ilona, she was the perfect person to look after our border collie, Ben. We rescued him recently and so he is quite needy and yet Ilona took everything in her stride and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. She knew exactly what Ben needed, especially in the crazy heatwave, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone to look after your dog(s). She responded very quickly to my booking request and was clear about timings and was so reliable and very trustworthy. She also kept us updated with photos and took him for walkies in the woods as it was shaded.”

“Jemma was lovely with our cat and dog - and us. Our slightly anxious dog was as usual not impressed at first, but on our return she found it difficult to decide which of us was her favourite person. Jemma just took getting to know her very slowly, and used treats appropriately. The cat was also very happy, the house tidy, and the new plants well watered on our return.”

About: I have always loved animals and feel calm and comfortable around both dogs and cats. I grew up around dogs, as my grandparents had a German Shepherd, so I understand how loyal, sensitive and individual they can be. Most of my personal experience is with cats, and I really enjoy caring for them, understanding their personalities and giving them space, patience and attention when they need it. I also worked with cows and calves for almost two years, which taught me a lot about patience, routine, animal behaviour and staying calm around animals of different sizes and temperaments. My partner also has many years of experience with dogs, including caring for a Jack Russell and a Beagle for around 14 years, so dogs are very welcome in our home too. I am self-employed and work flexibly, which means I can give pets plenty of attention, comfort and care during their stay. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, rest, basic cleaning and photo updates. I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule, so pet care can fit well into my daily routine. I’m usually available for boarding and day care on selected days, and I can give pets regular attention, toilet breaks, walks, feeding and quiet rest time throughout the day. I provide a calm, safe and homely environment in a quiet countryside area. We have a semi-enclosed outdoor space and are surrounded by fields, including a beautiful daffodil field nearby. The garden is not fully fenced, so pets are always supervised when outside. I take extra care with young dogs, nervous dogs or dogs who may try to escape, and I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. We have a cat who spends most of his time outdoors, and I only accept pets that are comfortable or manageable around cats. I always manage space and introductions carefully to keep everyone safe and relaxed.
“Alys was brilliant with my puppy. She kept me updated throughout the day, and my puppy was very happy and relaxed when I got home, showing she had had a lovely day. I’ll definitely be booking with Alys again.”
