“Fantastic!! My 2 dogs took to her straight away, she gave them lots of cuddles, attention and enrichment in the garden. She also left the house clean, tidy and secure. I will definitely rebook!”

“Carly was easy to get hold of and check the details of the booking beforehand. She arrived on time & instantly clicked with Bramble. She was professional and thoughtful (sending pictures of their walk and responding when contacted). We all felt confident Bramble was going to have a good evening with Carly and he did! He was happy to go out, then settle down with her for the evening. I would recommend Carly to anyone looking for help with their dog.”

“We had previously hired Corben for a day time dog sit and did not hesitate to contact him again when we then needed an overnight stay with our dog. Corben was very flexible with the timings and very attentive to our needs to allow us to make the most of our night away. Corben was great with our dog and provided regular communication on how she was getting on. I can't recommend Corben enough. Knowing our dog was safe and happy allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our event without worry. We will definitely be booking Corben again for any of our dog sitting needs.”

About: I've taken care of dogs for roughly the last 12 years, which first started out with my chocolate labrador Aero. Unfortunately I had to let him cross the rainbow bridge during covid, and whilst I miss his company I know that currently it would not be fair to have another due to work commitments which is why I am only available Wednesday through Sunday. In the meantime I regularly look after my dad's large dogs, Ted & Isla, whilst providing walking and daily drop ins for a couple of friends dogs whilst they are working. I have experience with all size of dog. I appreciate my fees may seem a little odd, but as Rover takes a cut my prices are somewhat higher to accommodate for this. I'm currently hybrid working, meaning I work from home on a Wednesday & Friday, meaning I can provide regular toilet breaks as well as frequent walks. Due to being "in the office" Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, I am not available on these days as it would be unfair to your pets as I work 8 hour days. Please do feel free to message me to see if my availability does not meet your needs as I may be able to move my week to accommodate. I have a fenced garden to allow your pup a safe space to roam. I don't feel it would be fair to offer boarding in my residence for more than 1 households pets at a time. This way I can ensure your pups needs are being met. Within my home I have no issues with your pup curling up on the sofa or at the foot of the bed if this is the norm for you at home.
“Huge, huge thanks Dee, you've been absolutely fantastic with Neville and we can't recommend you enough! From the moment you met him at our meet and greet everything felt right. You listened so carefully, interacted with Nev so gently and you could just see how caring you would be with him. It's always extra worrying when you have a dog with special needs, owing to a serious spinal operation a year ago, but Dee took on board everything we said and was clearly experienced in looking after dogs who need extra careful and gentle handling. We loved the regular updates from Dee along with the photo's and videos and you could see from them that Neville had quickly formed a lovely bond. Dee hardly left Nev's side, he was very spoilt with neck rubs and tummy tickles too! Our home was treated really respectfully and was absolutely immaculate when we got back. Our thanks again Dee for all of your amazing help, we know Nev misses you and we hope to re-unite you soon! xxxx”

“Wow, we were so lucky to have found Ilona, she was the perfect person to look after our border collie, Ben. We rescued him recently and so he is quite needy and yet Ilona took everything in her stride and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. She knew exactly what Ben needed, especially in the crazy heatwave, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone to look after your dog(s). She responded very quickly to my booking request and was clear about timings and was so reliable and very trustworthy. She also kept us updated with photos and took him for walkies in the woods as it was shaded.”

“Jo has just looked after George for a few days. Brilliant experience. We met before our trip so she could meet George and establish what he needed. The communication was really good, George loved her and the house was super tidy when we got back. First class service and I can't recommend Jo highly enough.”

“Rosanna was amazing and stepped in at the last minute when a different sitter cancelled housesitting so we could still go for a celebratory meal out. She responded promptly and shared updates through the evening. Would recommend!”

“*Worth more than a 5* review* I can’t recommend Jasmin and Callum enough - such a lovely couple and brilliant with my dogs. My first time using a dog sitting service and I felt very comfortable leaving them in such capable hands. I really appreciated the updates and photos too. Thank you both”

“Our dachshund Ralph is quite timid, but he loves it when Jenny comes to look after him. This was our 3rd or 4th time having Jenny sitting Ralph in our home while we had a few days away, and as always she was very professional and punctual, and sent us plenty of photos of their adventures together. Would absolutely recommend to anybody!”

About: I have always loved animals and feel calm and comfortable around both dogs and cats. I grew up around dogs, as my grandparents had a German Shepherd, so I understand how loyal, sensitive and individual they can be. Most of my personal experience is with cats, and I really enjoy caring for them, understanding their personalities and giving them space, patience and attention when they need it. I also worked with cows and calves for almost two years, which taught me a lot about patience, routine, animal behaviour and staying calm around animals of different sizes and temperaments. My partner also has many years of experience with dogs, including caring for a Jack Russell and a Beagle for around 14 years, so dogs are very welcome in our home too. I am self-employed and work flexibly, which means I can give pets plenty of attention, comfort and care during their stay. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, rest, basic cleaning and photo updates. I am self-employed and have a flexible schedule, so pet care can fit well into my daily routine. I’m usually available for boarding and day care on selected days, and I can give pets regular attention, toilet breaks, walks, feeding and quiet rest time throughout the day. I provide a calm, safe and homely environment in a quiet countryside area. We have a semi-enclosed outdoor space and are surrounded by fields, including a beautiful daffodil field nearby. The garden is not fully fenced, so pets are always supervised when outside. I take extra care with young dogs, nervous dogs or dogs who may try to escape, and I will always follow the owner’s instructions carefully. We have a cat who spends most of his time outdoors, and I only accept pets that are comfortable or manageable around cats. I always manage space and introductions carefully to keep everyone safe and relaxed.
“Bella was Lovely, We felt extremely comfortable leaving Spartan and Summer with Bella. She had such a lovely friendly persona and is clearly very experienced with dogs and animals i would highly recommend Bella to anyone who was looking for dog care in the Cornwall area. Thanks Bella :-)”

“As soon as I met Nicole I knew she was perfect to take care of our dog. Our boy is 12 years old, has a few health issues & loves the comfort & security of his own home so having someone to look after him at home was perfect. Nicole is very kind & caring & we knew Ted was her priority. She kept in touch with lots of lovely pictures & updates so we knew he was always ok. Nicole was also very respectful of our home & everything was perfect when we got back which was lovely. 100% we will definitely use Nicole again & can’t recommend her enough 🐾”

“Lerryn stepped in at short notice to look after our beagle for a two week holiday. She sent regular updates and photos of our boy which reassured us he was happy and well looked after. He never gave us the guilt treatment when we returned, he must have been very happy. Would definitely rebook !”

“We highly recommended Sophie as a dog walker and sitter. We have a very anxious border collie who is a rescue. He has a slow burn with people and Sophie dealt with it like a champ. She started working with him the beginning of June, visiting him and working with him to build trust before taking him to the back garden and then eventually for walks and finally staying at our house for a full week to watch him without incident. Fair to say Murray loves Sophie and gave her lots of cuddles. Sophie has a very calm and kind demeanour that Murray took to right away. We will definitely book Sophie for all walks and pet sitting going forward.”
