About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have always loved caring for them, my current cat was actually rescued by us 8 months ago. I grew up around my family’s dogs and I’ve also dog walked for friends, family and people I know, so I’m comfortable with different breeds, sizes and personalities. I’m reliable, patient and caring, and I’ll always treat your dog as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to feel confident that your pet is safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away. I’m currently available most days and have plenty of time to give your dog lots of attention, cuddles, playtime and walks. I’m also available for boarding and flexible with timings where possible. I’ve grown up around dogs and have experience dog walking, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. I’m happy to follow your usual routines and can provide regular updates while they’re with me. I have a fenced garden and one friendly cat, if your dog doesn’t get along with cats that’s absolutely fine as he would be quite happy in other rooms!

“A home from home. Dale and Scott looked after Fergus like he was their own. They gave Fergus lots of love, cuddles and belly rubs. Their outside space is safe and secure and location is perfect for long safe walks off lead. We were sent regular photo updates of Fergus’s sleepover and fun he was having out and about.”

“Harriet really helped us out of a tight jam super last minute. We’d had a mix up with our normal kennel just 2 days before we were due to go on holiday for a week and she responded to our plea immediately. The dogs loved their time with her, she gave us regular updates and photos and it was clear how much care she took of our two dogs whilst they were with her. Nice long walks, beaches, cuddles they had a blast. She was even kind enough to collect and drop them off, and she shampooed them before returning. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend! Would happily use Harriet’s services again xx”

“This is the 3rd time Sophie has looked after our fur baby and I could honestly never go elsewhere now. The love she gives our girl when she’s in her care is impeccable, she really does love her like her own. I really cannot recommend Sophie enough for everything she does and the care she provides”

“Hannah looked after Moss overnight and was very focused on his comfort and needs. We received updates and photos showing Moss on walks and settling into his new surroundings, which is always comforting. The location is a quiet rural setting, which Moss prefers and enjoys rural woodland walks, although the potholed track leading to the house needs to be driven with care. When we picked Moss up he was comfortable and happy to be around Hannah and believe he enjoyed his stay with her. We were happy that Moss was well cared for and would consider Hannah again.”

“Morgan helped us out last minute with our 8 month old puppy. He has had the best time! She sent some lovely photos, gave him a proper little holiday, popped on some relaxing sounds to settle him at night. Woody was really well taken care of and has come back knackered and happy all of which has made leaving him for the first time so much more stress free! Lovely home and partner, great environment for a puppy, great communication and really accommodating - couldn’t ask for more. Thoroughly recommend!!”

About: I began by independently fostering a pregnant cat who I rescued from the streets, providing housing and care throughout her pregnancy and raising her kittens to ensure their health and development. This experience led me to a role at an animal rescue, where I worked for approximately a year caring for rescue cats and dogs, managing all aspects of their care. A key part of this work involved confidence building, to ensure good quality of life. Consistent handling to help the animals feel secure and settle into their new environment. I’m currently working from home so I will be in your dogs/cats company for majority of the day. Typically I do a daily big walk for myself so this is something your dog can potentially join in on. I live in a small studio apartment in the country side with a large garden (not fenced in) lots of land surrounding me, and many nature walks. There are friendly dogs on the property which your dog can befriend depending on your preference for that.

“Victoria looked after our dog Otto this weekend. He has stayed with her once before and always has the best time! It's so nice for us to see Otto excited to see Victoria again and for us to be able to relax knowing that he is being well looked after.”

“Frazer was amazing and so helpful; coming to the house to collect Mira and dropping her back too. Sent pics the whole way through and kept us informed. A great sitter, and I’d recommend him to anyone needing a caring and attentive doggy lover.”

“Anindita was great with my mini labradoodle. She took my dogs seperation anxiety seriously and gave me regular updates and photos throughout the day which I loved. She was quick to communicate with and flexible with my work shifts. Murphy left happy and I would use her again if we are in the area!”

“This is a really easy review to write, and throughly deserved. It’s never easy leaving part of your family with someone you don’t know, but my mind was put at ease immediately when I dropped him off. Hector, our Australian Labrador had a great time and I’m sure didn’t want to come home. Comms were fantastic throughout, we received regular messages accompanied each time with photos of him, out for a runs visiting parks and many other areas it seemed. He also made himself at home on the sofa and bed but Nicola always checked first what was allowed. If we’re back in the area Hector will most certainly be staying again, and we can’t recommend highly enough.”

“I am so grateful to Petrina for the wonderful care she gave my mini poodle cross during her 11 night stay. I was looking for a special holiday home for Willow and I certainly found it with Petrina and Tilley. Petrina sent regular updates and photos during Willow’s stay that left me in no doubt that she was receiving the same level of love and attention she receives at home. Willow came home from her holiday relaxed and happy. I would recommend Petrina as a carer without hesitation and hope to book Willow in for a stay when we next go away.”

“This was our dog’s first overnight stay so we were obviously nervous, but she settled well for Alison. We had some lovely photos & messages sent to reassure us throughout the day & evening. Alison was amazing with her, we will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend Alison. Thank you.”

“Hannah & Jordan took such wonderful care of Woody, he has had a brilliant time with multiple walks per day in different locations, swims, brushes and cozy sofa time and cuddles. We felt really bad that we couldn't bring Woody away with us and were nervous leaving him but Hannah & Jordan sent us lots of photos and messages each day. They were also flexible when we were delayed by an hour. It feels as though Woody has had a holiday and has been so well cared for! We would definitely recommend Hannah & Jordan.”

“Laura, her husband and their lovely dog looked after my Cavapoo as if he was part of their own family. From the moment we left him, we felt completely reassured that he was in safe, caring hands. Laura was incredibly attentive throughout the day and kept us updated with lots of lovely photos and videos, which made such a difference. We could see him out enjoying walks, playing happily with their dog, relaxing around the house, and curled up comfortably on the sofa. It was clear he had settled in so well and was having a brilliant time. After his overnight stay, he was completely zonked out in bed, which said it all. He had obviously been well cared for, entertained, and made to feel right at home. We would highly recommend Laura. She made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring, and we were so pleased to see how happy and relaxed he was. Next time we are in that part of the world, we will definitely be saying hello to Laura and her family again.”

“We were staying in Bude, and while visiting Cornwall wanted to do some activities where dogs are not allowed. At first we found it difficult to search for doggy day care and then we came across Rover and Dale's Doggy Day Care. We were nervous to leave our dog, Wafer with a stranger, in an area we didn't know. Dale was very welcoming and accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times. Our dog is very friendly, however at first seemed a bit nervous to meet Rex, Dayle's dog. Dale took the time to help Wafer settle in and within minutes of us leaving we received pictures of our dog enjoying the place. The second day, Wafer was still a little bit nervous to stay, which didn't help us feel good about leaving him for another day. Dale was quickly on the case to help him settle again and the videos we received showed us how happy Wafer was, once we left. Of course, as always, noone is as happy to see you as your dog! Wafer was happy to be back with us and tired, ready to relax, which was great for us 👍🏼 Wafer's profile picture on Rover is one of the photos we received from Dale ❤️ We would thoroughly recommend Dale's Doggy Day Care and left his details with our campsite!”

About: I have always had a profound love for all animals, especially dogs and a passion to look after them. I have had a variety of animals around me my whole life and I am experienced in caring for all breeds dogs. I would love to help someone out who has work commitments or deserves a holiday/break by looking after their pet. I would ensure they have lots of love, cuddles, walks and attention. I live in a house with a large, secure garden so lots of space for your dog to run freely. I am home a lot of the time so they would hardly be left on their own for long periods of time. I have been dog sitting for almost 7 years now and have lots of experience looking after a variety of dog breeds and ages. I work from home so can be very flexible around your schedule and adapt to your pets requirements where needed. I have a Cavalier King Charles called Ruby who would love a play date or a walking buddy! Ruby is brilliant with children and a registered therapy dog. I have 7 years of experience caring for a variety of animals, so you can trust me to provide the highest standard of care to your pet. I'm passionate about animals and I'll do everything I can to ensure that they're happy and well looked after whilst in my care.
About: I’ve had pets in my family home as long as I can remember, including three dogs, two cats, two tortoises, fish and hamsters over the years. I’ve always loved being around and looking after animals, especially dogs. I grew up with an English Springer spaniel and a Dandie Dinmont terrier - two dogs that were polar opposites but both affectionate and loyal - what more can you ask for? After they both passed away last year, my mum brought a Maltese poodle puppy called Lola into the family home and it’s reminded me of how playful and loving pets are. In terms of experience, I’ve dog-sat and walked my mates Australian Labradoodle and previously looked after neighbours cats while they’ve been away. If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out - Thanks. I work full-time for a multinational professional services company however my job is fully remote and employees are entrusted to work flexible hours to manage their own work schedules. I’d love the extra bit of company when working from home and the opportunity to get out on walks during the day. I live in a dog- friendly duplex flat with open plan living and kitchen and a small-medium sized balcony. I understand this may be off putting but I’m a 3 minute walk from Lovell Park, and only a 10 minute walk from the canal, which I often run along and is very popular with dog walkers. I have a very comfortable sofa and plenty open floor space to roam around
About: I trained me Sprocker Spaniel who is still a puppy. This involved basic commands and recall. He is well behaved, well socialised and a happy dog :) I run my own business so have good flexibility during the week and at weekends. I won't be out for more than 3 to 4 hours and I can walk, feed and socialise them inbetween. I will be there to look over them most of the day..I may leave for 3 to 4 hours but will make sure they've been walked and fed before so.

About: Hello! My name is Hannah. I have loved dogs since my little Westie Frodo (only the size of a jacket potato!) entered my life when I was 3 years old. Since then, I admire every pup that walks past me. Luckily for me, I work for Brittany Ferries, so I get to sign in all the holiday ready pets! I have been looking after dogs since I was little, my dog Frodo was the light of my life, I wanted to do everything that would make him happy. I was also the first call when friends needed a place for their pet to stay, as they knew I would put all my attention on looking after their pup (I also love taking photos, so they enjoyed recieving updates!). Currently I am regularly looking after a little darling dog named Snowy and also house sitting for friends with two new tiny kittens! Last year I did a Pet First Aid course. I currently work part time (every Sunday and 1 Tuesday a month), and when not working I am making art at home so regular pee breaks remind me to get up and take care of myself too! I live in a large house/land with a few other families. This includes 2 cats, 2 dogs and small children. In the house, which I have a room in and the pet will stay, we have two cats roaming around. One loves cuddles (even from dogs!) and the other is a grump, but if given space he doesn't mind being around a dog. A few steps from the house there is a big field, great to throw a ball and to do a quick morning pee before I have time to make a coffee! Just off of the land, it's a 10 minute walk through fields to the moors! So great walks are awaiting. As for home visits, my goal is to make sure the pet has some quality play/cuddle time and a wee and snack, so they can tire out then nap until you return home!
About: I can offer loving and fun one to one care of your pet in your home. I had my own dog until a year ago - from a puppy to 17 years old! So experienced in all ages. You can be assured that your pet will have all my attention. I work flexibly part time remotely with occasional telephone calls of no more than an hour. I offer beach and country walks either on or off the lead. I only take one dog at a time (or multiple dogs if from that same family) so I can give them all my attention.

“Scout had the best day staying with Sophie. She played all day with Spencer. Sophie is a fantastic host, reliable, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her. She sent brilliant photos and video of Scouts stay.”

“Thanks for entertaining Charlie. I’m glad that he was able to join in for the online meeting! We’ll certainly look for some other dates (hopefully when not in a heat wave), as he’d love chasing his ball around Crapstone.”

About: I've grown up around dogs, so having muddy paws around the house feels pretty normal to me. My grandad was a well respected vet, which meant I was lucky enough to meet dogs of all breeds, ages and personalities, including plenty of rescue dogs! I have just moved out of my parents house which has meant I no longer have my two beloved border terriers to keep me on my toes! I work from home full time so your dog won’t be left counting down the hours until you’re back. They’ll have plenty of company, lunch time walks and lots of cuddles of course! I work from home full time, so I’m lucky to have plenty of time during the day to look after your furry friend and keep them company! My partner also has a flexible job, which means we would happily adapt to their routine and make sure they are well looked after. I’m active and love spending time outdoors, so getting out for walks is something I really enjoy! Whether they’re up for a longer walk or just a good explore of the local area, I’d love to have them join me and become part of my day. We have a fenced garden with lots of room for your dog to run around and enjoy some outdoor time! There are plenty of walking spaces nearby, including a forest 5 minutes walk away, so there are lots of options for longer walks and shorter strolls. We’re not a strict household, if your dog is allowed on the sofa at home, they’ll be more than welcome to relax on ours too! We’ll always try to keep them to their usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable while they’re with us.
“An absolute 5-star experience! Having recently moved to the Bodmin area, it was incredibly daunting to look for a new sitter for our beloved and pampered dog, Barley. However, meeting Terry and Susan (Megan's parents) beforehand completely put our minds at ease as they would be looking after him on the day. Barley spent the day with them yesterday whilst we attended our daughter's graduation in Exeter, and we could not have asked for better care. They looked after him brilliantly, treated him like one of the family, and sent us lovely picture updates which we really appreciated. Terry and Susan made us feel so comfortable and reassured from start to finish. Barley loved his cuddles with Terry (The Dog Whisperer). We are incredibly grateful to have found such caring, trustworthy sitters locally and will definitely be booking with them again!”

“Quiet cul-de-sac despite being located in the city centre. Frank settled well and enjoyed his time with Anindita especially the walks in the nearby park. Anindita provided us with regular updates and pictures of Frank's activities. Would highly recommend”

“Nova had an amazing time!! 😍 Thank you so much, guys! Will definitely be sending Nova with you for doggy day play again! The photos are gorgeous and I'm surprised she slept! Means she was super comfortable around you! Thank you guys again! See you next month!! ❤”

While I’m new to dog walking professionally, I’m used to daily walks, feeding routines, basic training and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need. I understand how important it is for owners to know their dogs are safe and well cared for. I offer one-on-one dog walks, taking dogs on local countryside routes. Walks are 30–60 minutes, giving each dog safe, supervised exercise and attention. I schedule multiple walks per day and can accommodate several dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I currently care for three dogs, so I understand different personalities and routines. I will provide safe walks and follow any instructions from the owner to keep their pets happy and secure.

Pet care is a core part of my daily and weekly routine — not just a job, but a lifestyle I truly love. From active dogs needing long countryside walks, to older pets who prefer a slower pace and some quiet companionship, I make sure each pet gets the right level of care, stimulation, and love. My home is pet-safe, with secure outdoor space, and I only board a small number of animals at once to ensure individual attention and a peaceful atmosphere. I also carry out careful meet-and-greets beforehand to make sure each pet is a good fit for the home environment. In the Pet Owner’s Home: When visiting or staying in a pet’s own home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own. I stick to the owner’s instructions closely, ensuring pets feel safe and relaxed in their familiar surroundings. I always take time to build trust with the animals I care for, using gentle, positive approaches to make each interaction reassuring and enjoyable. In both settings, I’m fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in pet first aid. I keep open communication with pet owners through regular updates, photos, and check-ins — so they feel confident and reassured while they’re away.
“This is our second experience of working with Sophie and honestly can’t fault her. Her communication is great. She sends lots of pics and the dogs look very happy in her company! Thanks Sophie”

About: Hi my name is Emma, I have been petsitiing for about 7 years now and have looked after many various animals in that time, from Alpacas to Guinea pigs! I have recently been looking after 2 cats in my own home but they have sadly left which has inspired me to get out there and do some more petsitting for people both in my home and theirs. I love all animals and want to help out where I can be it walking, cuddles or cleanliness. Please get in touch with the individual needs of your animal and we can work out the best plan of action to care for them in the best way possible! Also please message me if there are any extras that aren't listed as together we can more than likely find a happy way to cater for everyone! I currently don't work lots of hours so I have lots of free time for walking dogs, playing with pets and chilling for cuddles with your little fur balls! It will be in your own home depending on what is required ie walks out and about etc, we can discuss your pets individual needs

“This is the 3rd time Sophie has looked after our fur baby and I could honestly never go elsewhere now. The love she gives our girl when she’s in her care is impeccable, she really does love her like her own. I really cannot recommend Sophie enough for everything she does and the care she provides”

“George was amazing with my Labrador pup and even helped him with some lead training and other exercises to stimulate my very energetic puppy dog. Thank you so much George!! He must of had the best two days!!”

“I am truly happy and grateful for how Mollie cared for our dog during his stay. He obviously was extremely relaxed and happy. I could not fault anything about his stay, including being kept up to date on how he was doing. We have searched long and hard for someone to take care of our much loved dog and we have finally found Mollie, so very pleased and grateful!”

“I'm an OTT dog mum and Tracey made me feel totally at ease sending pictures and videos of how Bella was doing so I was able to enjoy time away without a worry, I would very highly recommend her and their lovely family which includes a very friendly older dog and a cat which Bella was desperate to make friends with (sorry lol) overall I would give six stars if I could, thank you!!”

“Couldn't of asked for a nice person to look after Rocco would highly recommend her and her lovely family Rocco didn't want to come home he had a lovely stay and Stacey up loaded pictures for me everyday. That made me feel very at ease as he's never stayed any were before ❤️”
