“We were so grateful to find Tracie when we needed local help while in Cornwall for work. Our dog clearly had a wonderful time with her, and we really appreciated all the updates throughout. It was clear that our dog enjoyed all the fun and experiences she had during her stay. River (Tracie's dog) is such a lovely dog and we loved seeing them play and it was so nice for our dog to have a furry companion for a few days. Tracie’s communication was super clear, and we felt completely at ease knowing Annie was in such good hands. Thank you so much, Tracie! x”

“Lucy and her family were amazing with my Nala, she was in contact a lot and sent me lots of lovely updates and pictures. “Frazer looked after my dog Clover whilst i was away for 6 days, I've only ever left her once before with a dog Sitter. “I am truly happy and grateful for how Mollie cared for our dog during his stay. He obviously was extremely relaxed and happy. I could not fault anything about his stay, including being kept up to date on how he was doing. We have searched long and hard for someone to take care of our much loved dog and we have finally found Mollie, so very pleased and grateful!”

“Had a meet and greet with Lucy on Thursday evening for 10mins which was great! Dropped Dexter off at 7am this morning with no issues :) Lucy kept contact every couple of hours which was great as this was the first time we left Dexter with someone he didn’t know. Dexter struggles with anxiety but Lucy sent photos, messages and updates constantly to put us at ease. Will definitely use again and recommend.”

“Harriet really helped us out of a tight jam super last minute. We’d had a mix up with our normal kennel just 2 days before we were due to go on holiday for a week and she responded to our plea immediately. The dogs loved their time with her, she gave us regular updates and photos and it was clear how much care she took of our two dogs whilst they were with her. Nice long walks, beaches, cuddles they had a blast. She was even kind enough to collect and drop them off, and she shampooed them before returning. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend! Would happily use Harriet’s services again xx”

“Very happy with Herbie’s care this evening. Herbie was very nervous when we arrived and I worried that he might not settle but Laura slowly won him around with her kind and gentle approach. When we went to collect him he was clearly happy and relaxed I really appreciated the photos that Laura sent through the evening which put my mind at rest. Thankyou Laura for a positive experience.”

About: I’ve had pets in my family home as long as I can remember, including three dogs, two cats, two tortoises, fish and hamsters over the years. I’ve always loved being around and looking after animals, especially dogs. I grew up with an English Springer spaniel and a Dandie Dinmont terrier - two dogs that were polar opposites but both affectionate and loyal - what more can you ask for? After they both passed away last year, my mum brought a Maltese poodle puppy called Lola into the family home and it’s reminded me of how playful and loving pets are. In terms of experience, I’ve dog-sat and walked my mates Australian Labradoodle and previously looked after neighbours cats while they’ve been away. If you’re interested, please feel free to reach out - Thanks. I work full-time for a multinational professional services company however my job is fully remote and employees are entrusted to work flexible hours to manage their own work schedules. I’d love the extra bit of company when working from home and the opportunity to get out on walks during the day. I understand this may be off putting but I’m a 3 minute walk from Lovell Park, and only a 10 minute walk from the canal, which I often run along and is very popular with dog walkers. I have a very comfortable sofa and plenty open floor space to roam around

“An absolute 5-star experience! Having recently moved to the Bodmin area, it was incredibly daunting to look for a new sitter for our beloved and pampered dog, Barley. However, meeting Terry and Susan (Megan's parents) beforehand completely put our minds at ease as they would be looking after him on the day. Barley spent the day with them yesterday whilst we attended our daughter's graduation in Exeter, and we could not have asked for better care. They looked after him brilliantly, treated him like one of the family, and sent us lovely picture updates which we really appreciated. Terry and Susan made us feel so comfortable and reassured from start to finish. Barley loved his cuddles with Terry (The Dog Whisperer). We are incredibly grateful to have found such caring, trustworthy sitters locally and will definitely be booking with them again!”

“It was the first time I left my 14 week puppy with someone else and Lucy couldn't do more to welcome her in. She sent regular photos updates and I had a very happy puppy to take home. Thank you to both Lucy and her family for taking great care of Josie!”

“So happy with the dog walking service provided by Alex. He has been very flexible when it comes to availability at short notice and arrival times etc. We have a large, powerful husky but that didn’t phase him at all. He is very friendly and reassuring and our dog seemed to really enjoy going out for walks with him. He would send me a message when he was on his way to us and send photos of her, while they were out. I will definitely be booking him in the future and would certainly recommend him to others 🙂 Thanks Alex 👍”

About: My experience with just dealing with pets is having my own animals from young. I've had fish, hamster, guinea pigs and dogs. My first dog was a rescued Boxer, Ruben. My first proper puppy was a Pug, Dexter, then we rescued Alfie another Pug at the same age as Dexter (around 4yrs.) My house sitting and pet experience was living in an annexe above my landladys garage. She had a working cocker, Zeva. She'd trust me with looking after her house and Zeva while she had to go away for work or on holiday. That was over 2yrs of me living there. I even took Zeva away with my boyfriend and I as we went to Bournemouth for a weekend I was looking after her. We got a pet friendly accomodation and she had the best time on the beach and in the sea playing with her ball. I work 3 days a week, so have plenty of time for sitting and walking pets. I like to walk daily, so dog walking is well suited with my lifestyle. I care for pets in an owners home by communicating with the owners in the first instance to see what responsibilities they expect of their sitter to make sure their animals are in perfect care.

“A home from home. Dale and Scott looked after Fergus like he was their own. They gave Fergus lots of love, cuddles and belly rubs. Their outside space is safe and secure and location is perfect for long safe walks off lead. We were sent regular photo updates of Fergus’s sleepover and fun he was having out and about.”

About: I have had dogs throughout my life and have always loved being around them. Over the years, I have gained plenty of experience caring for dogs, including providing daycare and dog-sitting services for a variety of breeds, ages, and sizes. I am confident looking after dogs with different personalities and needs, and I understand the importance of giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. I enjoy taking dogs on regular walks in the park near my home, as well as longer walks through the surrounding countryside, giving them the opportunity to explore and stay active. I have a friendly dog of my own who loves having other dogs around for company. He is very sociable, playful, and enjoys making new friends, which helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for visiting dogs. I am passionate about providing a safe, caring, and enjoyable experience for every dog I look after, treating them as if they were my own. I am available throughout weekends and have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your dog. We are usually at home or out enjoying adventures with our own dog, Norman, so any visiting dogs will have lots of company, attention, and opportunities for exercise. Whether it’s relaxing at home, enjoying playtime, or exploring the outdoors on walks, I will make sure every dog feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I love being able to give dogs the time, care, and companionship they need while their owners are away. We have a spacious three-bedroom house with plenty of room for dogs to feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay. Dogs are welcome throughout the house, including on the furniture and even in the bed, so they can enjoy all the home comforts and feel part of the family. We also have a secure garden where dogs can safely play, relax, and enjoy some outdoor time. Our own dog, Norman, is very friendly and loves having other dogs around. He enjoys making new friends and helps create a fun, welcoming environment for any visiting dogs. Our home is a safe, friendly, and dog-loving space where your dog can settle in, enjoy plenty of attention, and feel right at home.
“Bella went for a 4 day holiday to Nicola and Jake's house and she had an amazing time with lots of lovely walks! We received updates throughout the day as well as pictures and videos. We felt so relaxed on our holiday knowing Bella was being taken good care of. It's hard to trust others with your pet but Nicola and Jake made it very easy to. Highly highly recommend!”

“Charlotte did a fantastic job at looking after Smudge while we were away for a few weeks over Christmas. We were kept updated with pictures and info letting us know how he was getting on as this was the first time we had left him with someone else, but I can safely say we would definitely use Charlotte again! Highly recommended.”

“Conny has been simply amazing! She looked after our chocolate lab with such love and care whilst we were at a wedding - the first time we had left her with someone we hadn't met before. Conny sent us regular photos and updates that really put out minds at rest (she had a brilliant day with trips to the beach, playing in the sea) we couldn't have asked for more and we would recommend Conny to anyone looking for a home from home experience for their dogs. Thanks so much xx”
