About: I have had big responsibility to look after many animals growing up. I am currently living away from home and I miss my animals, my dog (see profile picture) and I’m desperate to start involving myself around animals again. I have also done house sitting, mainly family members growing up, more of a good gesture but now I live away from home I have started to think of different ways to get out of the house. It’s more for me rather than money if I am honest. I find myself very responsible and trust worthy, I respect people and care for animals dearly. I wouldn’t say I have years of paid experience with looking after homes or animals but I have years worth of love for them. If you let me know in advance, I can sort your schedule around you. I am easy to your schedule as my shifts change so I can request different things as I work full time. I will chill with your dog. If you want me to keep them out then they will be out. If you want me to take them out I will. If you want me to crate them, I may do. Your call.

About: I spend my career taking care of loved pets, and I'd like to offer the same on my days off. I own a French bulldog who is basically my child - animals, especially dogs, have been my true love my whole life I try to include being around dogs as much as possible into my week (for my own sanity), I typically have Wednesday, Friday and Saturday off work so I'd love to help as many neighbours I do not accept dog boarding as I have my own dog who can be funny around certain breeds. However I life by the rule of dogs are family and mine certainly can share any space in my house to the highest standard and the most amount of cuddles

About: I have had cats since a young age and have looked after friend’s cats for the past 5/6 years! I also have a dog called Bear so have a lot of knowledge about dogs! Currently am working part time at a local cafe and part time from home! So can mean I can look after your pets on my days off! About: I spent six years+ at Dogs Trust, which taught me so much more than just animal care. I learned patience, how to read behaviour, and how to stay calm under pressure. Working with rescue dogs really shaped my empathy and ability to build trust, skills I carry into everything I do now. I have availability for pop ins and walks most days, and for pet sitting until June. Pet sitting will resume 2027. About: My life revolves around animals. I have grown up with animals (from dogs to gerbils) and now work in a veterinary hospital. I’d love to meet some dogs in plympton to take on walks when I’m not working in the evenings. I spend my whole evening working with animals and I can not get enough of them! I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 gerbils of my own but still have plenty of time to take some more doggos for a walk in the mornings before work. I have experience with animals of all sizes/temperament. About: I own a dog training business and have been studying dog behaviour for the past 5 years. Walks will be a mixture of on lead and off lead with training in between. During drop ins, I am able to provide short training sessions, play sessions, feed your dog, ensure fresh water is available and make sure they have been to the toilet. Please don't hesitate to contact me with specific requirements. I will try my best to accommodate all. If you require additional training services, these can be booked with myself at a discounted rate once I have walked your dog enough to get to know them I will keep to any of your established routines to make it as stress free as possible. They will have all their needs met and more!

About: From looking after multiple dogs, house sitting and using rover to find my doggo Lennie a place to stay when I go away - Rover is brilliant! I have always had dogs, and trained Lennie along with some of his doggo friends. I would love to be able to care for more doggos! I have had multiple dogs stay before and had a great time. I currently have flexibility, whether that’s needing a house dog sitter or walks Monday - Sunday. Lennie can join for walks or I can walk your dog separately. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals from the very start, especially dogs and cats. My dad and stepmum had a busy and loving home with eight dogs—mostly rescues—and five cats, all of different breeds including Staffys, a Lurcher, Bulldog, Jack Russell, Sheepdog, Shar Pei, and a Border Terrier. It was a full house, but it taught me so much about animal care, behaviour, and the unique personalities each pet brings. Although my mum didn’t allow dogs at her house, I begged for years—until one day I was handed a puppy training book after school, and I knew something was up. Sure enough, I got home to meet my very first dog, who’s still going strong at nearly 16 years old. I’ve always had a deep love for animals—more than for people, if I’m honest—and I seem to click with every dog I meet. So you can rest assured your furry family member will be in kind, caring, and capable hands with me. As a dedicated dog sitter, I offer a range of engaging and caring activities to keep your furry friend happy, healthy, and safe while you’re away. I provide regular walks tailored to your dog’s energy level, playtime to keep them mentally and physically stimulated, and plenty of cuddle time for comfort and companionship. I also ensure they stick to their feeding schedule, administer any necessary medications, and can practice basic training commands if requested. Whether it’s a visit to a nearby dog park, a game of fetch in the yard, or simply relaxing together at home, I strive to make sure your dog feels loved and well-cared-for in your absence. I currently work full-time on a rotating shift pattern, but I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule with enough notice. If no changes are needed, my typical rota is as follows: Week 1 – I work 12-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Wednesday to Friday off. Week 2 – I’m off Monday and Tuesday, and work 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday, with the weekend off. This routine allows for plenty of availability throughout the week, and I’m more than happy to make adjustments where possible to accommodate your pet care needs. I currently live on my own in a small, cosy flat that’s actually joined to my family’s house, so while I have my own space, there’s always someone around nearby. I don’t have any pets living with me at the moment—mine are with my parents—but I truly miss the company of animals. Any dog staying with me would be treated like part of the family and have full freedom to relax and enjoy the space. My flat is pet-friendly, and I live right next to a field, so toilet breaks and walks are quick and easy. Honestly, I think I’d enjoy the companionship just as much as they would!

About: Have looked after all ages and types of animals, pet first aid and many other qualifications such as animal care level 3, pet sitting, dog walking I’m available for boarding at pet owners homes which allows their pets to feel comfortable in their usual surroundings. About: Taken care of dogs my whole life; I am now I’m a Police Officer aspiring to become a Police Dog Handler. The combination of my caring and responsible nature with my passion for dogs makes me a good choice for taking your dog. I work on a rolling shift pattern working 4 days on & 4 days off a week. I therefore have lots of free time, just have to organise in advance:) I would take care of your pet at all times when it is in my care. I don’t will aim to have all vet details incase of emergencies and u will always be available to get in contact with.

About: I have had animals for my entire life and love all species and breeds. I’m particularly experienced with big dogs which makes handling all sizes much easier. I’ve developed the ability to recognise their behaviours and needs and act accordingly with confidence and patience. I work part time and am aspiring to start a career in animal welfare, so i’m willing to be as flexible and helpful as possible. About: My experience with just dealing with pets is having my own animals from young. I've had fish, hamster, guinea pigs and dogs. My first dog was a rescued Boxer, Ruben. My first proper puppy was a Pug, Dexter, then we rescued Alfie another Pug at the same age as Dexter (around 4yrs.) My house sitting and pet experience was living in an annexe above my landladys garage. She had a working cocker, Zeva. She'd trust me with looking after her house and Zeva while she had to go away for work or on holiday. That was over 2yrs of me living there. I even took Zeva away with my boyfriend and I as we went to Bournemouth for a weekend I was looking after her. We got a pet friendly accomodation and she had the best time on the beach and in the sea playing with her ball. I work 3 days a week, so have plenty of time for sitting and walking pets. I like to walk daily, so dog walking is well suited with my lifestyle. I care for pets in an owners home by communicating with the owners in the first instance to see what responsibilities they expect of their sitter to make sure their animals are in perfect care.

About: I have been a dog owner for over 10 years, I walk a 45kg rescue dog weekly and have done so for 5 years, she is the best medicine to cure the mind and soul. A gentle giant who when rescued was terrified of people and other dogs. With practise and love she very quickly became a beautifully gentle and calm giant who loved cuddles and woodland walks. I have a miniature dachshund who is very sociable. My family have a total of 11 dogs, from Miniature Dachshunds to Border Collies, Rottweilers to Jack Russell's. They all meet up for regular walks so are well socialised with other dogs and people. I love nothing more then walking and caring for the fur babies and giving them a nurturing home. I have been a dog sitter and walker for family and friends for many years and would love to look after your pet/pets whether this be a walk, evening stay, socialising or just general care. Feel free to contact me to go through any questions you have. I work full time, Monday to Friday. So evenings and weekends work best for my schedule, however i am able to be flexible with my full time job so please contact me with your requirements and I'll be more than happy to accommodate if i can. I have a large fenced front garden and a large enclosed back garden. My miniature daschund lives with us, however if your dog needs to be alone i am able to have a family member look after her if this gives you peace of mind.
