About: I have always found animals easier than humans, and have had a special affinity with both my own, and other people's pets. I started young, walking elderly neighbours' dogs at the age of 10, housesitting for relatives with pets in my late teens, and I have also volunteered at an animal rescue and voluntarily dog walk for The Cinnamon Trust. I currently have two dogs, one cat, one green-cheeked conure, a crested gecko, and a corn snake. Previously we have also had rats, mice, a giant land snail, and fish (tropical and cold water!). I am currently studying the Trust Technique, which aims to foster a more natural, less analytical bond with animals. I am also studying in Pet First Aid, Pet Care, and Animal Law, to ensure that aside from being an animal lover a heart, we can also be assured that should anything unexpected happen, I know exactly what to do. I work from home, on a part-time basis. For this reason, I can be super flexible for any of the services you may need, whether that is an arranged walk, popping in to see pets at you home if you are away, house sitting in your own home, or potentially boarding your pups at my own house! It is key to ensure that your pets' routine stays as similar as possible to the normal day to day. I have two small dogs that love to play should your dog feel like it, but we can easily make sure they all have their own space if needed. In your home, I would treat your pet exactly as you would. We have a fenced garden, great walks from the front door, and some of the best beaches and countryside walks around!

About: Throughout my life I’ve grown up with dogs, cats and horses. I am a true lover of animals and naturally want to care, love and look after them. I am happy to help with any ongoing training requirements you are working on. I enjoy exploring new areas and will endeavour to find new, interesting walks for your dog(s). I am happy to run with them too if they need any extra exertion! I currently have a flexible work from home job in Kingsbridge so can adapt my day to help with your pets requirements. I also have my own dog Roxy who can join dog walks (by agreement) if your dog might like company. I will follow your instructions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your dog at all times. My own dog freely has access to all areas in my own home, but sleeps in her own bed in the kitchen at night.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs for as long as I can remember! I truly believe a house isn’t a home without a dog! I’m flexible and love all dogs, from the babies to our golden oldies. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was born, I've trained puppies and Ive also pet sat for friends and families. I love taking dogs for a walk along the beach and chucking a stick for my new friends I currently work from home or outdoors at the weekends where the pooch could come with me.( They would get plenty of walks & lots of attention. About: My life revolves around animals. I have grown up with animals (from dogs to gerbils) and now work in a veterinary hospital. I’d love to meet some dogs in plympton to take on walks when I’m not working in the evenings. I spend my whole evening working with animals and I can not get enough of them! I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 gerbils of my own but still have plenty of time to take some more doggos for a walk in the mornings before work. I have experience with animals of all sizes/temperament. About: I own a dog training business and have been studying dog behaviour for the past 5 years. Walks will be a mixture of on lead and off lead with training in between. During drop ins, I am able to provide short training sessions, play sessions, feed your dog, ensure fresh water is available and make sure they have been to the toilet. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals from the very start, especially dogs and cats. My dad and stepmum had a busy and loving home with eight dogs—mostly rescues—and five cats, all of different breeds including Staffys, a Lurcher, Bulldog, Jack Russell, Sheepdog, Shar Pei, and a Border Terrier. It was a full house, but it taught me so much about animal care, behaviour, and the unique personalities each pet brings. Although my mum didn’t allow dogs at her house, I begged for years—until one day I was handed a puppy training book after school, and I knew something was up. Sure enough, I got home to meet my very first dog, who’s still going strong at nearly 16 years old. I’ve always had a deep love for animals—more than for people, if I’m honest—and I seem to click with every dog I meet. If no changes are needed, my typical rota is as follows: Week 1 – I work 12-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Wednesday to Friday off. Week 2 – I’m off Monday and Tuesday, and work 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday, with the weekend off. This routine allows for plenty of availability throughout the week, and I’m more than happy to make adjustments where possible to accommodate your pet care needs. I currently live on my own in a small, cosy flat that’s actually joined to my family’s house, so while I have my own space, there’s always someone around nearby. I don’t have any pets living with me at the moment—mine are with my parents—but I truly miss the company of animals. Any dog staying with me would be treated like part of the family and have full freedom to relax and enjoy the space. My flat is pet-friendly, and I live right next to a field, so toilet breaks and walks are quick and easy. Honestly, I think I’d enjoy the companionship just as much as they would!

About: Hi, I’m Abby, I'm 21 years old and love dogs!! I had many dogs growing up and was in charge of looking after them, but unfortunately I can't have any pets now due to my lifestyle. I haven’t got any kids around so no need to worry if your dog isn’t great with children. I’m looking for a lovely dog that I can take for walks - I live right next to a woodland area, which is perfect for going on walks. I’m usually available on most weekdays in the daytime and some weekends. It does vary by the week, but the calendar will be updated regularly. I am currently a student nurse, so I spend half of my time at placements, working in hospitals, however when I am not on placement, I am often free. During them weeks, I would love to spend them looking after pets, walking them during the day and keeping them busy! I live in a home with a small enclosed garden. My home is right next to a large park/woodland area with many paths and routes to walk your dogs.

About: I have been a dog owner for over 10 years, I walk a 45kg rescue dog weekly and have done so for 5 years, she is the best medicine to cure the mind and soul. A gentle giant who when rescued was terrified of people and other dogs. With practise and love she very quickly became a beautifully gentle and calm giant who loved cuddles and woodland walks. I have a miniature dachshund who is very sociable. My family have a total of 11 dogs, from Miniature Dachshunds to Border Collies, Rottweilers to Jack Russell's. They all meet up for regular walks so are well socialised with other dogs and people. I love nothing more then walking and caring for the fur babies and giving them a nurturing home. I have been a dog sitter and walker for family and friends for many years and would love to look after your pet/pets whether this be a walk, evening stay, socialising or just general care. About: My experience with just dealing with pets is having my own animals from young. I've had fish, hamster, guinea pigs and dogs. My first dog was a rescued Boxer, Ruben. My first proper puppy was a Pug, Dexter, then we rescued Alfie another Pug at the same age as Dexter (around 4yrs.) My house sitting and pet experience was living in an annexe above my landladys garage. She had a working cocker, Zeva. She'd trust me with looking after her house and Zeva while she had to go away for work or on holiday. That was over 2yrs of me living there. I even took Zeva away with my boyfriend and I as we went to Bournemouth for a weekend I was looking after her. We got a pet friendly accomodation and she had the best time on the beach and in the sea playing with her ball. I work 3 days a week, so have plenty of time for sitting and walking pets. I like to walk daily, so dog walking is well suited with my lifestyle. I care for pets in an owners home by communicating with the owners in the first instance to see what responsibilities they expect of their sitter to make sure their animals are in perfect care.

About: A true animal lover, I have had many myself since I was a child growing up on a farm in the mountains of Andorra: horse, cats, rabbits, dogs, pigs, cows, sheep...I was lucky enough to be able to take my dogs with me to study at Plymouth University- marine biology and oceanography. Therefore, your furry best friend will also have the chance to make new pawsome mates to spend time with and above all, never get bored. My two dogs are called Salsa (jack russell cross) and Billie Eilish (working cocker spaniel), both part time working dogs for pack Boar hunt, mountain goat finds and rabbit hunt. More about myself- I did several weeks of volunteering in a veterinary clinic which gave me the energy needed, skills and patience with sick or old animals. Gentle, jovial and energetic in nature, I would be delighted to enjoy the outdoors with your furry friend during various walks a day, to clean it, feed it and of course to give as much love and cuddles as necessary. Serious and dynamic, I listen to your needs and those of your animal so that he feels as good as possible in your absence and during his stay with me and my partner which lives home aswell. I live near the Hoe and I can travel around Plymouth or its surrounding areas having my car here I offer pick up and drop off services! I am a student at the University of Plymouth and study marine biology and oceanography which means a lot of time at the beach with the pups to fill in this notebooks! I propose long stay and short stay as i don’t go out and live with my fiancé who is also a doggo lover! As previously said, I live by the Hoe which means it is a quick walk to a nice open space for dogs to exercise which is like a garden to me as walks are around 3-4 times a day for my two gorgeous girls. I also do have a little garden on the back of the flat which is secure but small that i therefore don’t use. During bad weather I use sniffin’ games, play hide and seek and get my pups to learn new tricks which could do with yours aswell :) Usually on a basis nice day and weekend we go 3h to the moors or Plymbridge to play and evening rest and walkies around the park. Sundays we go to central park and have an amazing time chasing squirrels or playing fetch ! We also go biking or rest depending on the energy of the dog!
