About: I've always had dogs in my life and more recently been a Rover dog carer for the last 3 years. I became responsible for caring for my own pets from a young age and also provided pet caring favours to close friends and colleagues for a number of years. I am very involved with the care, love and happiness of my parents two adopted dogs. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and am looking to share that love with your furry friends too! NEW to Harpford/Sidmouth. Recently relocated from Torbay. I am a hybrid full time worker, with 3 days home working and 2 days a week in the office. On my office days, my partner is in and out all day as he works on the farm, so company and toilet breaks will be provided to your furry friends. We are based on a working apple farm, with large private gardens and the freedom to explore all the apple orchards. We are fortunate to be backing on to a large woodland too, so an abundance of wall trails along with all the smells of foxes, deer, badgers, squirrels, pheasants and more to explore. We have a no dog zone upstairs and on the sofa due to nature of the game environment and potential of getting muddy!
About: Hi! We're Angie & Alex, full-time professional house and pet sitters and dog walker. We have both always loved animals and grown up looking after dogs and cats. I (Angie) grew up with dogs (a spaniel, a lab and a German Shepherd), whilst Alex grew up with cats. We now move around looking after different, wonderful dogs and cats, and their owners' homes while they're on extended trips (usually 2+ weeks). We give all animals the individual care and attention they need. So far this year we the pet sits have included: elderly dogs (including giving them medication), a couple of energetic, young golden retrievers, a wisler and dachshund duo, an adorable young Labrador, and a pack of dachshunds. Our favourite thing to do is getting outside with dogs, enjoying lots of walks in nature, and Angie also offers dog walking in the East Devon area. We both work remotely, so we are at home all during the work week. Angie works part-time and flexi hours, so she is available to meet longer walking needs, if required. When we're not working, we're dedicated to the pets, and make any social plans fit around the animals' needs. We only do house-sitting, staying at the owner's house, and usually for 2+ weeks at a time. We take great care to learn from you what your animal needs and work with those needs. It's important to us that dogs and cats feel safe and comfortable with us, and that they thrive in our care. We ensure their routines are not disrupted; such as taking them on as long or short walks as they need and at the times they're used to. We can also administer medication, and give them playtime and attention.
About: I’ve had animals all my life. I grew up with dogs, cats and rabbits and the odd hamster, rat and fish. I have had my own cats as soon as I could when I moved into my own home. I worked in a veterinary practice over the last year but my contract has now finished. Before this I was a physiotherapist for 30 years specialising in children for the last 23 years but have made the decision to leave the NHS and branch into a new career/direction. I have done volunteer dog walking and cat sitting over the last year too and am just wanting to branch out now and increase my face to face pet care now I have more time. I have frequently looked after my neighbours pets whilst they are away. I am currently extremely flexible in my time for pet care. I am in between jobs at the moment so can do any time of day depending on your and your pets needs. I own my own home and have a safe fenced garden with no current pets of my own so this is all safe. I prefer to look after pets in their own home if it is for more than just a walk as I think they are more comfortable and settled. Unfortunately given the petrol situation at the moment, we agreed that travelling to Seaton from Sidmouth right now was not viable so agreed to wait until things in the Middle East settle down.
