2. Ela W.
About: I grew up with dogs and always wanted to be surrounded by those amazing animals. I always look after my friends dogs whenever they need it. Myself and my daughter adore dogs and love their company I’m currently working part time and my job allows me to be home almost all the time. I tend to have max. of 2 dogs at time so they get as much attention and care as possible I am based in Livermead, only 5mins from the beach where dogs are welcome even during the summer and 5mins drive to Cockington park. Walk along seafront is always good too! Garden is fenced, and location is perfect for walkies.

3. Barbara S.
“Barbara loves all animals and currently has Cats and a Dog herself. Barbara is from a Customer Service background,so providing excellent service to you and your pets comes as second nature. Barbara enjoys providing fun and enrichment to your pet in your home. She is trustworthy and diligent,I highly recommend her.”

Emma is very knowledgeable about the needs of many pets.”

6. Sara A.
About: I’ve looked after and owned a wide range of pets throughout my life! From rabbits to hamsters, birds, turtles, cats and dogs! As an animal lover Ive enjoyed spending time with each and every one of them! I sometimes work normal 9-5 shifts but sometimes have longer and more irregular working hours. So I sometimes have whole days off during the weeks and often weekends off! I live in a house with an enclosed garden. I’m happy for the pets to have free roam of the house and garden as required.

7. Surahn B.
“Surahn did a great job looking after my senior rescue dog. He's not the easiest dog as he was in shelter for 10 years so can be very skittish and scared of a lot of things but she was patient understanding his routine and how to care for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recomment her.”

8. Chloe E.
“Chloe often boards our energetic beagle for us and we wouldn’t use anyone else when it comes to boarding! I always get regular updates of his stays and he gets lots of walks at the beaches. Hugo really enjoys his holidays with Chloe & James and I know he is always in safe hands in their care.”

9. Robyn S.
“Robyn is a great person who is trustworthy and reliable. I will trust her with my pets any time as they love her and I know Robyn will look after them and care for them as if they were her own. Robyn has done dog sitting for me for a few years now whenever I go on holiday. She stays with the dogs in my home and I don't have to worry about a thing. Robyn walks them, feeds them and gives them a lot of attention which they love.”

10. Callum G.
About: Always taken care of dogs in some way. Taking strays for a walk from the kennels etc. Sister who practices vetinerary physiotherapy. Very handy. Patient. Your dogs walk and feeding will be top priority in the morning and evenings. Very flexible. If your dog needs companionship throughout the day there is always someone at home. If you need a long-term (more than 7 days) sitter that is fine but would prefer shorter stays. In terms of working away I live in Torquay but I am happy to come to you so anywhere as far as Dawlish or Paignton on the southwest Trainline. I have a fenced garden. House full of adults so no prodding or poking. Lots of love and cuddles. Non-smoker. Other homes are fine, no car but familiar with Torquay area so can walk to dog-friendly areas for a long and fun walk.

11. Kimberley P.
“Kimberley has looked after my beloved greyhound Ted on many occasions. He is an ex-racer and quite neurotic so he needs lots of reassurance and tlc as well as guidance on what he can (and shouldn't!) do. Kimberley is full of love and care and, from the first meeting, I could tell Ted felt very comfortable with her. She listened to me talking about his personality, likes, dislikes and ways of managing his behaviours. He really likes his cuddles and ear rubs, but also standing right up close to someone if he feels unsure. Kimberley was able to walk him confidently, to manage things when he saw a cat or a squirrel (full prey instinct kicks in) and to read the situation when he just stops and decides he wants to go home. She also quickly got the hang of not having full access to the sofa when he wanted a lie down because when a greyhound wants the sofa you just have to move! The best thing about Kimberley looking after him is knowing that he would be cared for in the same way I look after him and he was always relaxed and happy after he had spent time with her. I would have no doubt recommending her to look after your best friend.”

12. Jeanette B.
“I am pleased to write this reference for Jen, she is reliable and demonstrates an enormous loveable compassion for animals. My dog Pepper loves it when Jen calls round biting at the bit cannot wait to get in her car to go for a walk. Pepper has stayed at Jens house and loves it. it’s such a relief to know that she is being well looked after Jen has a wonderful personality and I and lots of energy. Yes I would recommend her”

13. Alicia Carolina V.
“I would recommend Carolina wholeheartedly as a pet caregiver. She is passionate about dogs and cats and will look after your pet with love, fun, honesty and consideration. She is a great communicator and has been a joy to deal with when taking care of our Maltipoo who adores her. She has previously been a cat foster parent where she provided many cats with a loving home prior to going to their forever home. Carolina provides an all round excellent service and is very reliable and trustworthy.”

14. Tehya T.
“Tehya spends a lot of time with me and my dog when we go on walks - she has looked after her before and has my full trust she is capable to do so. I have a spaniel who is a bit crazy but tehya can manage her very well.”

15. Carly C.
About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 12. I helped my mini dachshund Lola give birth to her puppies and helped to rear them til they were ready for their new families and homes. I have had ducks, rabbits, mice, dogs, cats and even a horse. I love to spend time with all animals and my children (10 & 13) do too. I am on trusted house sitters and I have 5 star reviews. I have an enhanced DBS and insurance. I will treat your pets as though they are part of the family. I am currently home schooling my 13 year old son so I am pretty flexible for whatever your pets needs are. I will try to accommodate what you prefer for your lovely pet and if I can’t do what is required I will always try to come up with a solution. I can come to you or your pet can stay with us. We have a lovely big garden which is self contained. We are not far from Meadfoot beach and lovely parks and walks nearby.

16. Olivia C.
“Liv is a very caring person and loves going on walks with her own dog, when it comes to her dog he is her priority, she always looks after him. She’s also very responsible and any bodies pets would be in good hands with her. She also has quite a bit of time on her hands resulting in being able to help out more than most could so she’s very reliable”

17. Tilly M.
About: I have always had a family dog my whole life, ranging from large dogs such as pointers to smaller breeds such as cocker spaniels and Norfolk terriers. I have always been involved in raising them from puppies so am able to look after dogs at any stage. I have a family dog at my family home so I am used to walking a dog every day. I like having a dogs company so usually find ways to keep the dog with me the whole day, rarely leaving it at home. I have a walled garden, and when at my family home I have a 4 year old spaniel to keep your dog company. I am happy to follow any routine the dog already has such as crate training and specific meal times
