“Our pups had the best holiday with Vanessa. Was their first time staying with anyone since we have moved to Devon and they had the best time, you can tell they were truly looked after and spoilt. We met Vanessa before and did a couple of hours a few weeks prior to get the dogs used to it all, and the day they were staying for the weekend they were both itching to get in the house which as an owner you couldn't ask for more. We had regular updates and Vanessa made sure they followed the same routine they are used to which was perfect. We would choose for our pups to stay there again in a heartbeat.”

I work part time so am free all day on a Monday to cuddle with your pups! I live close to Dartmoor so there are lots of great walks nearby for them to enjoy! I have a safe fenced garden in a quiet area. I am experienced in taking care of many different types of dogs and making sure they are comfortable in my home. I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, and my first career was in veterinary nursing, which I practised for five years before welcoming my daughter into the world. Although that was some time ago, my background has given me invaluable experience in animal care, including administering medication, recognising changes in behaviour, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I now work in a school, which gives me plenty of availability during school holidays. My husband works from home, so there is usually someone around to provide company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Our home is shared with our two friendly and mischievous Mini Goldendoodles, Philip and Wilbur, and our cat, Pumpkin. I have first hand experience of untrained and unsocialized puppies who react and have trained them to the exact opposite. We have a big family home with a very large garden with lots of places to explore in all weathers, with loads of space for your pup to feel right at home inside. We have x2 pups of our own who love other dogs, one who is 4 and one who is 3. Having moved from London on the last year I know what it's like to leave your pups with a sitter for the day or week so have created a space I know my pups would love. I have all the time possible with your pup, with plenty of room for multiple dogs to play, sleep and explore. I am home full time so can give all my time to caring for your dog. They will be pampered pooches. My hubby, Dean and I sometimes have little weekends away camping in our trailer tent so whilst you are on holiday your pup could be enjoying the great outdoors with us on their own mini break! We have a safe fenced garden with plenty of places to sniff and investigate. In the summer there is plenty of shade if they like to be outside. We have a large park close by and coastal walks dotted around. If they prefer a beach walk we can easily jump in the car and venture out to the dog friendly beaches.

About: I have had dogs snd cats since I was little. I have looked after and walked people’s dogs since I was 18 and I love bonding with different breeds and ages of dogs. I currently live with my partner and his family and we have 6 of our own dogs…we’re a bit dog mad! They also do dog sitting and walking, so I have a lot of experience! I have helped train puppies I’ve looked after in the past and also helped care for dogs on the older side. I adore all animals and would be happy to look after yours if needed! I am free most days, Monday to Friday but also happy to pet sit over weekends. I provide dog walking from 10am - 4pm on weekdays I live in an old farm house with a huge fenced off garden. Dogs are allowed free range of the house most the day but will be shut in separate rooms at feeding time. They have constant access to the garden and will be able to toddle off in the house and find somewhere comfy to chill out!

About: I’ve had dogs in my family ever since I was young and will soon have my own puppy to look after. I’m also very trusted by all my neighbours to look after over night of, take for a walk, or have for the day their dogs. I work from home and i have three children, two of which go to school so i am very flexible in the week and flexible at the weekends to come and care for your pets. About: I've done my Level 1 & 2 Animal Care at Bicton College. It was an amazing experience and I've had hand on experience with a variety of animals from dogs to llamas and even a skunk. The pets I've grown up with have always been very well cared for. I have previous experience on this various platfroms, but unfortunately after a fractured bone in my foot I had to take a break from it and remove my profiles. Now it is fully healed and I've been medically cleared to return, I want to get back into my pet sitting as it was a major passion of mine before the injury. All of the pictures you see on here is of previous animals that I've sat for. I'm fully flexible and can take all the time I need to look after the animals. I have no other obligations to fill at this point in time so can be with the pets at all times. While I can't drive, I know the bus routes extremely well and always make sure I'm punctual and if needed, have a close family member who is happy to drive me. I cannot offer pet sitting services in my home, but I'm more than willing to sit in the owners home. I will be able to do drop ins and walks too.

About: Life time enjoyment of caring for pets. I’ve grown up with every type of animal from living on a farm. My love for pets has no limits. I grew up in Guernsey the wonderful smaller isle of the Channel Islands, and have moved to Portsmouth almost 2 years ago, I had been looking after my work Colleagues dogs and then he mentioned this fantastic app Rover so thought I’d join in the fun and have dogs around me more often and I love it!! We are both DBS credited so you will have peace of mind your home will be in safe hands. We can watch your dog and why not bring your hamster for a holiday to! We have pet cameras linked to the phones so know your pets every move whilst out of the home, they are motion and noise activated so rest assured we are always watching. We also work on the town whilst hubby is driving around doing maintenance he will go home for toilet brakes and puppy cuddles 🥰 I also work 5 minutes from the house and have the ability to leave my work place at anytime. I work mixed hours so your pets are never left for more than 4 hours. Myself and partner both work however but our shifts are different making it easy to care for your pet. Early afternoon finishes for hubby. Late morning starts for me and we also have the weekends off. The longest they would be left is for approximately 4 hours till someone is back home. Hubby works out and about in his van so can always pop in for puppy pats and treats. we would be happy to take two dogs from the same home to board at our home. we can offer pop ins if near by early in the morning or lunch time, also walks in the afternoon and evening. High walled back yard with plenty of space to run and play. No children to pull and poke your beloved pet. Two adults who adore animals but can’t have our own. We would welcome any opportunity to look after your pet. Doggy therapy is the best.

About: From looking after multiple dogs, house sitting and using rover to find my doggo Lennie a place to stay when I go away - Rover is brilliant! I have always had dogs, and trained Lennie along with some of his doggo friends. I would love to be able to care for more doggos! I have had multiple dogs stay before and had a great time. I currently have flexibility, whether that’s needing a house dog sitter or walks Monday - Sunday. Lennie can join for walks or I can walk your dog separately. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.
About: I have had animals for my entire life and love all species and breeds. I’m particularly experienced with big dogs which makes handling all sizes much easier. About: I have had dogs snd cats since I was little. I have looked after and walked people’s dogs since I was 18 and I love bonding with different breeds and ages of dogs. I currently live with my partner and his family and we have 6 of our own dogs…we’re a bit dog mad! They also do dog sitting and walking, so I have a lot of experience! I have helped train puppies I’ve looked after in the past and also helped care for dogs on the older side. I adore all animals and would be happy to look after yours if needed! I am free most days, Monday to Friday but also happy to pet sit over weekends. I provide dog walking from 10am - 4pm on weekdays I live in an old farm house with a huge fenced off garden. Dogs are allowed free range of the house most the day but will be shut in separate rooms at feeding time. They have constant access to the garden and will be able to toddle off in the house and find somewhere comfy to chill out!

About: Hello! I grew up with many many pets including dogs, cats, Shetland ponies, ducks, chickens, the lot! I’ve always loved caring for animals and have lots of experience with different breeds of dogs- big and small. We had a large Irish wolfhound growing up and now living with a very excitable cockapoo . I work freelance, usually at most 2 days a week around the weekend, and the rest of the time I’m a stay at home mum so lots of time to dote on dogs! Me and my son (animal lover also of course) live with the grandparents and their cockapoo. However we live in a separate part of the house and have access to a separate fenced garden if for any reason the dogs need to be kept apart. The garden is large, lots of room to run around, beautiful walks nearby.

We met Vanessa before and did a couple of hours a few weeks prior to get the dogs used to it all, and the day they were staying for the weekend they were both itching to get in the house which as an owner you couldn't ask for more. I work part time so am free all day on a Monday to cuddle with your pups! I live close to Dartmoor so there are lots of great walks nearby for them to enjoy! About: I (and my hubby Dean) love animals of all shapes and sizes. Since being very young I’ve always been around animals, dogs, cats, Guinea pigs & rabbits to name but a few. I’ve had pets from babies to old boys and girls so have had the heart break of nursing them and sadly losing them. I am just about to do an online dog first aid, grooming, training course level 3 in preparation to giving the best care to your precious fur baby. We have a 4 year old black Labrador called Stanley who loves having company and a play mate. PLEASE NOTE - Rover charge a booking fee on top of my fee ! I am home full time so can give all my time to caring for your dog. They will be pampered pooches. My hubby, Dean and I sometimes have little weekends away camping in our trailer tent so whilst you are on holiday your pup could be enjoying the great outdoors with us on their own mini break! We have a safe fenced garden with plenty of places to sniff and investigate. In the summer there is plenty of shade if they like to be outside. We have a large park close by and coastal walks dotted around. If they prefer a beach walk we can easily jump in the car and venture out to the dog friendly beaches.
About: I’ve had pets all my life and I just love them. I own a dog and seven cats currently. They are my whole world. I can take your pet for a walk, toilet breaks etc anytime. I will look after your pet as if they were my own. My pets are home with me and my husband too so your pet must like other dogs and cats. Your pets will fit in so well with us and we will love and cherish them whilst they are here. I can provide a safe environment for your pet. I will be happy to give them any medication if needed and lots and lots of love and care throughout the day.
