About: Hello dog lovers! I am a massive dog lover they are like children to me, I have 2 jacks and have had animals all my life. I have been to see some kennels as I needed my lovely dogs to be looked after whilst on holiday and was shocked to see what they were like. I thought to myself why not look after dogs myself to help other dog lovers have a loving, friendly, cosy and warm place to stay for their dogs. They would be able to have a lounge with sofa and TV to watch also a big garden to play in. I have 3 children and a husband who also has grown up with dogs. I have lived in Honiton all my life.

About: Hi! We're Angie & Alex, full-time professional house and pet sitters and dog walker. We have both always loved animals and grown up looking after dogs and cats. I (Angie) grew up with dogs (a spaniel, a lab and a German Shepherd), whilst Alex grew up with cats. We now move around looking after different, wonderful dogs and cats, and their owners' homes while they're on extended trips (usually 2+ weeks). We give all animals the individual care and attention they need. So far this year we the pet sits have included: elderly dogs (including giving them medication), a couple of energetic, young golden retrievers, a wisler and dachshund duo, an adorable young Labrador, and a pack of dachshunds. We give all pets the individual care and attention they need, as they are all unique. Our favourite thing to do is getting outside with dogs, enjoying lots of walks in nature, and Angie also offers dog walking in the East Devon area. We both work remotely, so we are at home all during the work week. Angie works part-time and flexi hours, so she is available to meet longer walking needs, if required. When we're not working, we're dedicated to the pets, and make any social plans fit around the animals' needs. We only do house-sitting, staying at the owner's house, and usually for 2+ weeks at a time. We take great care to learn from you what your animal needs and work with those needs. It's important to us that dogs and cats feel safe and comfortable with us, and that they thrive in our care. We ensure their routines are not disrupted; such as taking them on as long or short walks as they need and at the times they're used to. We can also administer medication, and give them playtime and attention.

About: Ever since I was 5 years old, dogs were a part of my life. My first dog followed my mother and I back home from town centre where we've adopted her (a little black sausage). I also helped my dad with 2 of his German Shepherds. At the age of 9 I started "working" and helping a privately owned animal rescue where I would care for the kennels, take dogs on walks and help in rehoming them. One day we've rescued 6 puppies and their mother from a man who tried to drown and stab them, that's how I met Axel - my beautiful Lab cross Spaniel who lived to be 13 years old and full of life and experiences. I promise you to take the best care of your pup and maybe even teach them a few tricks. Hire me now. I currently work full-time but looking to pursue something that aligns with my values and passions. Current availability are Mondays and Sundays with evenings during the week. I take small steps at first to ease the dog into any new environment. First walks will always be on a leash but with plenty of freedom and exercise. I will always match your dog's energy so you can rest assured that he/she is well looked after.

About: I own a gorgeous mixed dog breed so have direct experience as well as my childhood home hosting various cats and dogs. I have dealt with heartbreak and pure pleasure. Currently in between jobs so could do with some extra money. Each week I can be flexible. Evenings are also a possibility as well as weekends. I have a modest sized house with sufficient fencing. I live alone. No children. I own a dog myself so I am very aware of what is too much .

About: Love being around dogs, big or small! Have two dachshunds of my own and I love how all dogs have different characters! Playing with them and interacting I currently work 8-6. Thursdays Saturdays and Sundays off.. if during the week they would have to be ok with being left. Weekends I can be there most if not all day I give your pets my full attention, to whatever there needs require! I like to keep them entertained and burn off some of that energy they may have!

About: Hi everyone! I have been providing dog walking and house-sitting services for friends and colleagues over the years, and I now have some extra free time and would like to offer my services to more dog owners. I have experience looking after both small and large breeds. Having lived in South Africa, I am very comfortable around larger, more active dogs. I also recently welcomed a Cockerlier called Chloe into my family, so I am equally happy looking after smaller dogs. I am happy to adapt to your dog’s individual needs and to follow the commands, routines and instructions you already use with your pet. I can also help reinforce basic training and teach simple tricks. For more active dogs, I am happy to provide longer walks or even a steady jog if that is what your dog needs. I am based in Taunton but can travel further afield. I am also regularly available around Exeter, where my partner lives. I can offer dog walking on some weekdays and am available for house sitting during most school holidays. About: My two passions are art and dogs. I have 18+ years of experience looking after animals, having grown up with 2 westies ❤️ I previously worked at a busy doggy daycare in London for a few years, and now I own a dog care business with my husband in mid Devon. I have plenty of experience with dogs of different breeds and ages. I have my own rescue Lab cross and adore working with rescues. I run my own dog walking & care business full time with my husband who is a dog groomer. I usually offer half days or full days, but can be flexible. I have a van with secure crates for 4 dogs. I can provide safe pickup and drop off to and from your home. I have all of my own equipment. I can stay with the dog at their home or if they get along with my dog then they can board at my home. We have a secure garden and no children in the home.

About: Update - We have had an amazing 15 months with Rover, our clients and their dogs, it has just been an incredible experience. During that time however, we have reviewed our Meet and Greet policy to what we feel would be more beneficial to future house guests and their owners. So instead of just opening our doors, Neal will sit in the garden with Poppie, thus allowing the house guest to have a sniff around before meeting Poppie. We will then introduce Poppie to the house guest in the garden subject to weather conditions. Another service that we are offering is a 1:1 stay whereby if your dog is nervous, shy or suffers from separation anxiety, he/she can stay in our clean, quiet, airy motorhome which is parked on our driveway with either Neal or myself all day and overnight. We would stay with your dog whereby he/she will have our undivided attention. If we had to pop out for whatever reason, the other person would take over. We make it work!! I have just updated our photo gallery, so please feel free to take a look! Please also note that for reason that I am unsure about, I do not understand the Rover Calendar, my issue not Rover’s! So, please could I ask that you contact me should you wish to make an enquiry. I always respond very quickly, I have been known to respond to messages at 11 pm at night, I’ve also responded whilst shopping in Sainsbury’s!! I have owned, loved and looked after dogs of all sizes and breeds for most of my life, which amounts to many, many years of love and commitment towards them. Their care, happiness, health and wellbeing is of paramount importance to me, as I would treat each dog in my care as I would like my dog to be treated, with the love and respect that they deserve. We do have an 11 month old Golden Retriever who is extremely mild mannered, loves people, children and dogs, so I know that a different dog staying in our home would feel safe and content whilst with us. I would also be interacting with the dog during his/her stay so that he/she will feel that this is their holiday and not just 'somewhere' to stay whilst their owners are away. I can also offer day trips out to the beach/forest/parks in a fully equipped motorhome or an estate car, I will also quite happily bathe the owner's dog with either the owner's preferred choice of dog shampoo or a recommended dog shampoo, subject to the owners consent and approval. All meet and greets would include our dog so that owners can see for themselves how the two dogs would interact with each other, however, I would consider a dog staying with us without a meet and greet but only in an extreme emergency. Our aim is to ensure that not only are the owners having a well earned holiday but their dog will also be having their own holiday in a very safe and happy environment! Myself and my partner are at home every day, so our attention will be focussed on our dog as well as the client's dog. We would therefore have plenty of time to take photos/videos of the client's dog to be sent to them, as well as answer any questions that they may have about their dog's wellbeing whilst they are with us. I would care for the owner's dog as per their owner's guidelines, in order for me to offer a 'home from home' care package, I would really need to know what are the essential and desirable requirements I should be following which the owner/s should provide. I can offer a safe and secure environment which has been risk assessed for what I can provide. We now have a doggie paddling pool complete with a cantilever parasol to protect the dogs from the heat as well as have a lovely splash around!!! Myself and my partner are at home all day every day, so would be at the beck and call of the dogs! If one of us needed to go out the other will stay at home with the dogs. I can also offer short trial periods of a morning, afternoon for a very very small fee, just to reassure dogs and their owners that this will be like home from home. I have a very secure 6' fence surrounding the back garden, even Houdini wouldn't be able to escape!! We do not have any noisy animals nearby! We also have two local parks near us, both within a couple of minutes walking distance. As a house sitter, I would completely respect the dog owner's home as I do mine. I'm quite happy to sit quietly with the dog whilst he/she had a nap, take them for their usual walk and most importantly interact with them so that they don't feel lonely without their owners. I would also following their feeding schedule and rules on dog treats as instructed by their owners. Also, by booking with Rover, all owners, sitters, boarders and the dogs themselves are all protected by the Rover guarantee system, 24/7 support as well as £25,000 pet care. This is a massive reassurance when leaving your fur babies and well worth knowing. Also because we care so much about how fur babies will cope with the hot summer heat, we have purchased a large portable free standing air conditioning unit, in order to keep dogs cool whenever the outside temperature reaches 23+ centigrade. We are at home 24/7, so we have lots of time to lovingly care for dogs of all sizes and needs. Our time is their time. We have a fully secured garden, open plan lounge and conservatory with patio doors which leads out into our back garden. Plenty of room for dogs and their waggy tails to run and play around in.

About: I LOVE animals! I have always been an animal lover from a very young age and have had dogs in my home! I love both cats and dogs and am a very respectful, responsible young lady who understands the stress when going away to find someone you feel comfortable and happy with in your home! I have a sprokerpoo called Ernie, and we’ve recently had this issue! I work from home with my own business in social media management, so I thought why not offer pet sitting and other services! I also have qualifications in teaching and elderly care so I am an overall compassionate and loving person! As I work from home (or anywhere with internet) I can virtually be free most of the time to pet sit! I drive and am happy to travel to you for petrol fees! If anyone has any questions you can always message! I am very eager to meet, play with and love your pets just as much as you do 🤍 I work for myself, so I choose my own hours! If you have internet in your home (if I’m house sitting) your pet friends will have a companion all day everyday for as long as you need! Working from home means I have availability to walk and drop in to see your little darlings too! In my home, I have a fully enclosed garden and have to make sure everything is put away! (Shoes are my puppy’s favourite!) I am very aware of my surroundings with my dog and what is safe for him to eat/not eat! I work full time for myself from home so this allows me a large amount of flexibility regarding my routine. This is a huge benefit to pet owners I help as I can work around your schedule/your pets schedule at ease! If I have any work calls whilst at your home I will let you know timings in advance, but this will not impact your pet sitting/daycare experience in any way! If your pet is coming to my home. He/she will be safe at all times. I won’t leave your pet if that’s what you require and make sure they are safe and well looked after at all times!

About: I have had dogs all my life from small dogs to medium sized dogs I have fed them given them water bathed them and walked them and if your fur baby gets all dirty I would take them to the bathroom and give them a bath and give them a nice warm bath they would be really nice and clean and I have got a dog and had dogs all my life time when I was growing up so I love dogs I’m also a very happy person and I’m also a kind caring person that would be very happy to look after your fur baby’s I don’t work so I’m always around and available for your fur baby and I will always take good care of them like you do plus I will always be there for them and take good care of them I have had dog’s all my life We have a closed in garden so will keep your fur baby safe and sound when in the back garden and if needed have a crate for your fur baby to keep safe or needs a sleep we will all so give your fur baby a nice cuddle and plenty of walks.next to me or my wife on the sofa and they will get a lot of attention from me
