Margot had a lovely weekend with Talita, Neil and Mala. We missed Margot a lot as it was our first weekend away from her but we were kept updated with Margot having fun on walks and playing with Mala. Their time and effort in looking after our full on puppy is much appreciated! 😊

My Olde english bulldog (ted) came to visit nick and his family. He had the best time playing with max (the family dog). Nick provided updates and sent us photos during his stay. Ted went out on new walks with nick and Max. Ted is super excited to come back next month. It's really nice to know our furbaby is left with such a lovely family and is really well looked after when we are away. Would HIGHLY recommend !!!

Cherie went put of her way to make Mitsu comfortable in her house, sleeping in front of the fire, & when the bit of chicken I had left her in addition to her normal food, as she wasn't eating very well Cherie supplied her with some more. Above and beyond expectation. Thank you

Josie is absolutely fabulous. If you want your dog to have a wonderful holiday as well, this is your lady. She sent lots of photos, so we could see what a great time Tilly was having with funny comments that made us laugh. Josey had 2 lovely boys who loved on Tilly so much it was perfect. Pretty sure if Tilly could pack her bag she would be going back ASAP. I cannot recommend Josey enough and we already have more breaks booked with her.

About: Hi, I'm a dedicated dog lover who works from home, which means your pet will enjoy plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I share my home with two friendly Labrador Retrievers who love making new canine friends, as well as a calm rescue cat who is used to living alongside dogs. I also have a responsible 17-year-old daughter who adores animals and helps create a warm, welcoming environment for every pet that stays with us. Because I work from home, I can maintain your dog's usual routine, provide regular walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of toilet breaks. I understand that every dog is unique, and I'm happy to accommodate individual needs, whether that's extra exercise, medication, or simply lots of affection and reassurance. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and part of the family while you're away, giving you complete peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! **What to Expect During Your Dog's Stay** As I work from home, your dog will have company and supervision throughout most of the day. **Morning** * Morning toilet break and walk * Breakfast (following your dog's usual routine) * Playtime, enrichment, and plenty of attention **Daytime** * Relaxing with me while I work from home * Regular garden breaks and opportunities to stretch their legs * Playtime with my two friendly Labradors if your dog enjoys canine company * Quiet rest periods for naps and relaxation **Afternoon & Evening** * Another walk tailored to your dog's age and energy levels * Dinner according to their normal schedule * Family time, cuddles, and settling down for the evening I aim to keep your dog's routine as close as possible to what they're used to at home. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can see how they're getting on and enjoy peace of mind while you're away. **Safety, Trust & Environment** Creating a safe, happy, and stress-free environment is at the heart of the care I provide. As I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My home is shared with two friendly Labradors and a rescue cat who are both accustomed to living alongside other animals. I take time to introduce pets carefully and ensure everyone feels comfortable and secure. There are quiet spaces available for dogs who prefer their own area to rest and relax. Before every stay, I like to learn about your pet's routine, personality, likes and dislikes, medical needs, and any behavioural quirks so I can provide care tailored to them. I follow owners' instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise requirements, medication, and sleeping arrangements. For dogs staying in my home, they will enjoy regular walks, garden breaks, playtime, enrichment activities, and lots of affection. As someone who works from home, I can maintain a consistent routine and provide frequent updates and photos for your peace of mind. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I treat both the pet and the property with the utmost respect. I aim to keep your pet's routine as normal as possible, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable in their familiar surroundings while you're away. My goal is always to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where pets feel loved, secure, and part of the family.

About: Hi, I've been a mum to furbabies for over 25 years and would like to offer the same mum experience to your pets while you're away from home. My Boston Terrier Griff, Frenchie Margot, and cats Riley & Rosa would stay at home with family while I was with yours. Having said that, Griff and Margot are always up for playdates if it were suitable to you I can be fully at home from Fri evening to Tuesday early morning. I may be able to book additional days as annual leave with 6 weeks or more notice I will ensure your pets have the same routine and service that they have with you so that they won't be disrupted or unsettled while you're away from home

I honestly can’t put into words how grateful I am that I found Georgina. We were on a family holiday and discovered last minute that our lodge didn’t allow dogs. Not knowing anyone in the area, I was really upset at the thought of leaving him with a stranger. I messaged Georgina and within minutes she replied — and within the hour, she was there. From the moment we met, she was kind, calm, and incredibly reassuring. She immediately put me at ease. She kept me updated throughout with regular messages and photos, which meant so much, and she even helped with pick-up and drop-off. Thank you so much again, Georgina — you truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

About: I’ve given dogs a happy place to be while their families are busy for years now, looking after family and friends dogs during the week. As I work from home i’m able to provide regular breaks and walks but also find lots of time to play or cuddle! My friends rely on me to keep their dogs fed, safe and happy and i’m always their first choice of day care now! My partner Steve works from home part of the week so is also around for looking after and entertaining your dogs during the days. I’ve got experience with nervous, needy dogs to very chilled relaxed dogs (and everything in between)! Weekdays my boyfriend and I work from home, so my day looks like a morning walk, then flexible during the day to do what the dog needs, and free in the evenings if longer care is needed. We’re available for boarding weekdays and some weekends but notice is needed! We have a completely secure, fenced garden in a quiet safe neighbourhood. Dogs are allowed in any room in the house but will follow your guidance too on their rules. They’ll be allowed upstairs and on furniture, and will be given our full attention all day/evening!

My Chow Chow has taken a real shine to Leoni. Lovely environment, plenty of secure mooching around space outside. Had some great photos of my girl there, which makes a real difference. We met up with Leoni and her dog initially just to see how they'd all get on. Then trial of leaving her there for a few hours. All went really well and Leoni takes this all in her calm, relaxed manner. Next step is our first overnight stay. Looking forward to seeing how this works out!

She was very caring and attentive to my cats, one of whom is very nervous of strangers, but he came to meet her and had photos taken to send to me. I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing they were well cared for.

About: I’m a massive animal lover and am a proud owner of two gorgeous cats, Ruby and Oscar - both previously from unkind homes but now thriving, and a lovely senior rescue dog from Bulgaria named Rosa who was also previously mistreated. Rosa is dog mad any time she sees one she breaks out of her anxious shell that her past has given her and is very happy straight away. The cats are also fairly used to dogs as we’ve fostered a very bouncy collie shepherd rescue before as well as a Labrador puppy. I think Ruby occasionally thinks she is a dog and will sometimes try to play with them whereas Oscar is a little more skittish. We live around lots of cats so they’re not bothered by them! We've also had or looked after small animals such as guinea pigs, rats, hamsters and have minor experience with reptiles & insects like bearded dragon and stick insects and am happy to care for any animal with the right instructions!

About: I’ve always been a massive dog lover and have always taken care of any dogs that I was given the chance to. My family and family friends have trusted me to walk and feed their lovely pets, aging from puppies to 13 year old doggies. I also am willing to enforce good lead and walking manner in order to keep up your pup’s training. I am unemployed at this point in time. I am pretty much free the majority of the week. I will be working by a first come, first served basis. I have a spacious fenced garden. For walks, I would ask beforehand about your pups temperament(s) so that I will be prepared if need be. I am happy to walk reactive dogs, as long as a muzzle is provided (for precautions). I would not let your pup off their lead, unless I personally can trust them with their recall. I’d let your fur baby explore some new spots, meet some new friends, and let all their energy out. If you have any queries, please contact me for any more details!

Cats are mostly very independent and I strive to give them what they may need whilst exploring physically and socially. About: Hi, my name is Vic and I live with my partner and our two children. First things first, we just LOVE dogs 😍 all shapes and sizes and so does our little girl! I'm a midwifery lecturer, my partner is a tennis coach. I work from home a lot and and we are often home/around on the weekends. We live in our own home and have a lovely secure/fairly large garden for your pooch to sniff around in. Both myself and my partner have always had dogs in our families and are experienced in caring for various breeds. I have over 10 years experience in dog sitting for family and friends. My partners family are a farming family and have always had larger dogs, mainly border collies, and more recently a re-homed Saluki crossbreed from Dubai. I've grown up with various smaller cross breed dogs. We live within a short walking distance from a secure dog walking park for walks too. We recently said goodbye to our beloved 12 year old pug, he had numerous health problems so I am also experienced in looking after dogs who have poor health. I used a dog sitter for him when he was in his younger years and loved knowing he had a home from home, with his bed in front of the log burner 🥰 (which we also have!) I have wanted to offer our services as pet sitters for a number of years, however it didn't feel fair on our dog. He's left a dog shaped hole in our lives and our hearts and whilst we aren’t ready to have another dog just yet, we have so much doggy love to give ♥️. I would love to be able to offer a home from home to your beloved furry friend whilst you have a break or go away on your holidays. I am happy to look after any friendly pooches, as long as they're ok around baby’s (1 year old). Have a look through my pics and you'll see all the dogs I’ve have had the pleasure of looking after across the years and also our garden and lounge. I am happy to have a couple of dogs from the same home at a time. Please feel free to drop me a message if you have any questions, I understand that trusting someone to look after your dog is a nerve wracking. Because we have 2 children we always do a meet and greet prior to accepting a booking, therefore I can’t accept last minute/same day bookings. I'm a midwifery lecturer so when I’m not teaching face to face I mainly work from home and I don’t work weekends. I have time in my working day and at weekends to do lots of walks however long or short your dog needs. We have a log burner in our lounge so your pooch can laze in front of the fire on cold days. We have a secure garden with plenty of space for toilet breaks. We are happy for dogs on the sofa on a blanket so rest assured they’ll get lots of cuddles with us. I can tailor the stay to your dogs needs, I will try my best to create a home from home for your fur baby and rest assured they’ll be in-undated with love and TLC. I’ve included a couple of pictures to show my lounge and garden so you can see the environment they’ll stay in ☺️

About: We have owned dogs for over 30 years and have just lost our beloved Collie in June and look forward to welcoming dogs into our home again. As I'm retired, I have plenty of time on my hands and am happy to walk dogs, house sit or welcome them into our home. We have a small fenced garden, mainly made up of lawn and terrace. It's totally secure and safe for pets and we have no other pets of our own.

About: Hello! My name is Emily and I am 21. I have grown up with a terrier-spaniel cross breed since I was 7 and I have knowledge in puppy care and high senior care because of this! Comforting my dog in her last days of life has been an honour, and I wish to comfort any age of animal for however long I can because I know how deeply important it is for that pet to feel positivity, fun and love. I have a full clean UK driving license and a provisional moped license. Currently volunteering at the Cats Protection League in Exeter. Furthermore; I have fostered with Feline Network (July24-January25). My puppy care consists of keeping them busy, playing, walking, letting them rest, feeding them and to keep them safely socialised. I am also comfortable with cleaning up messes! My senior care for dogs consist of handling the animal comfortably, playing when they aren't too tired to, feeding them, helping with medication feeding and giving them some patient walks or garden time. I also have general other pet care considering hamsters, guinie pigs, rabbits, chickens, fish and others. I have many days and nights free to pet sit and socialise. I am currently working close to full time with split shifts but with your dates and timings I could alternatively easily help out:) I am able to crate your dog if need be. Give them consistent walks, toilet breaks and play time whilst dog sitting. I would easily keep a close eye on pets to always check in on them especially if they have any health issues, but also in social interactions to keep them and others safe. I would also keep all dogs on a lead for walks unless told or agreed with otherwise.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for decades now, particularly JRTs! We have two: Monty (5) and Meadow (4) who can be loud, but are super friendly and gentle. I work from home so long walks at some of Devon’s best spots daily! :) Our days start early with our first walk around 6 am! Our longest walk/trip usually takes place around midday (2 hours +). Our third and final walk is a shorter one in the evening around 7 pm. I work from home so spend a lot of time with our dogs every day! We live in a quiet dog friendly village with lots of different walks available in the area. We have a small garden which is fenced off and secure so our dogs always have the option to spend time outside when they want to. The house is very spacious and our pets as well as guests are allowed everywhere including on the sofa!

I've never left my dog with anyone other than people we know well, but due to unavoidable circumstances I had to find someone to care for her. Kimber was amazing, she arranged for a meet and greet to see how well the dogs got on and whether my dog would suit the household etc. Atty had the best time with Kimber, so much so that she happily ran into the house the next day to greet her new friends! Kimber provides photo updates and a debrief of the day when I collect Atty. Shes easily contactable and I can tell she absolute adores having my dog there & makes her part of the family. My dog leaves very sleepy from all the walks, play and attention! I feel so lucky that I messaged Kimber & if I need dog care again will 100% be reaching out to her first!

About: Martyn and I miss having dogs in our lives and their positive impact on our daily activities. Our own family dogs (now no longer with us) were companions on our many day trips and lengthy camper van holidays in the UK and abroad. We raised and trained them from puppies to their senior years, meeting their changing needs as the years rolled by. We both retired early and will be able to meet your pets needs in terms of activity and human companionship. Your dog will be walked twice a day, or as per your instructions and will have the run of our bungalow and fenced garden. We would expect to take your dog out on errands and day trips if that is what your dog would like and we live close to the beach and countryside for walks. Our home has no other pets or any children living with us Your dog will be part of our family during their stay with us. The bungalow is warm in the winter, with many shady spots in the summer, and the garden fence is high and secure. Your dog will have a permanent designated space for water, food and bed and will be fed on time, according to your instructions. We are very digitally competent and will send you regular photos and written messages. If we are caring for your dog in your home, we will be careful with security and will update you on how they are doing without you. In all cases, we will alert any dog owner to any welfare concerns. We prefer to walk dogs on leads until we are certain your dog has attached to us and will safely return and while we don’t want dogs on our furniture and beds, they get all the cuddles they need when we sit and play with them on the floor. We are happy to discuss any of your concerns.

About: I live alone in Ottery. St Mary and I would love a dog or two to keep me company! I’d like to have a dog myself but I can’t fully commit to one at the moment. I have spent my entire life being round dogs, specifically labradors, so I have plenty of experience exercising them, taking them to the beach and attending to all of their needs. I regularly look after my parents and friends dogs as I work from home which allows me lots of time to keep them company and walk around flexible hours! I’m good at keeping to dogs routines and what works for them. Please get in contact if you would like to work with me 🙂🐾🦴 The only commitments I have are the gym which I usually go to at 6pm for one hour otherwise I will be with your pet the whole time. They are welcome to keep me company at my desk or anywhere they like in the house I have a fenced garden which your dog can roam in all day, I usually keep the back door open so animals can go in and out as they please. You will need to supply dog beds and food

About: As a trained dog groomer and dedicated pet owner, I bring a level of care and understanding that goes beyond basic pet sitting. I have hands-on experience with animal behavior, coat care, and overall wellbeing, allowing me to notice the little things that others might miss. Being both a dog and cat owner myself, I understand how important routine, comfort, and trust are for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own—providing attentive, patient, and personalised care to keep them happy, healthy, and stress-free while you’re away. Fully DBS cleared (enhanced certificate) Please note years of experience is owning pets not grooming Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as I already care for my own pets every day. I plan my schedule to ensure I have plenty of time for feeding, walks, play, and companionship, and I’m flexible to meet each pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, I can reliably provide consistent care and attention. I prioritise keeping pets on their usual routine to help them feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I currently work 3 days a week a Thursday and the other 2 usually vary. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment whether caring for pets in my home or in the owner’s home. I always follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, play, and any specific instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure. In a pet owner’s home, I make sure to respect their space while giving their pet plenty of attention, companionship, and care. I keep everything clean and organised, and I’m happy to provide updates for peace of mind. When caring for pets in my own home, I create a relaxed and pet-friendly environment where they can settle in comfortably. I supervise interactions, maintain routines, and ensure they get lots of attention, exercise, and affection. With my experience as a pet owner and training in dog grooming, I’m also attentive to grooming needs and overall wellbeing, always keeping an eye out for any changes in behaviour or health.

About: I’ve had animals all my life. I grew up with dogs, cats and rabbits and the odd hamster, rat and fish. I have had my own cats as soon as I could when I moved into my own home. I worked in a veterinary practice over the last year but my contract has now finished. Before this I was a physiotherapist for 30 years specialising in children for the last 23 years but have made the decision to leave the NHS and branch into a new career/direction. I have done volunteer dog walking and cat sitting over the last year too and am just wanting to branch out now and increase my face to face pet care now I have more time. I have frequently looked after my neighbours pets whilst they are away. I am currently extremely flexible in my time for pet care. I am in between jobs at the moment so can do any time of day depending on your and your pets needs. I own my own home and have a safe fenced garden with no current pets of my own so this is all safe. I prefer to look after pets in their own home if it is for more than just a walk as I think they are more comfortable and settled. I can also house sit and ensure your home is safe and secure if you are away for more than a day.

About: My name is Emily and I’m 23 and a Paralegal. I have a chocolate Labrador back at home and have grown up surrounded by dogs… from a Yorkshire Terrier to a Great Dane and New foundlands. I love dogs and think this is a great chance for me to go out on more walks and meet a few new 4 legged friends. I have looked after many senior dogs and rescues including my own so have a high knowledge of how to interact with them. I also have experience training a puppy. I have known Evie, a golden labrador since she was 8 weeks old and have been puppy sitting, training, playing with and feeding/ walking her even now she is 2 years old. She is now off lead trained as well and is very well behaved. I walk my dog every day at home so miss that aspect when living in Bristol. My dog is full of energy and I love to play with her and burn off that energy so I am happy for a lively dog to keep me entertained or a calm older dog to just give some exercise and extra attention. I think these past experiences and my adoration and love for dogs makes me perfect to look after your best friend and I would love to meet them and help you out! I have some Rover for 2 years now and love this job! Thank you! Emily x I am in uni 12 hours a week so am entirely flexible in catering to what is best for you and your dog(s) and can work with you to find the best timings and days. I have a fenced off garden, large tiled kitchen and big grass area which is perfect for an active dog. I also live very close to a large park which is perfect for taking your dog on a walk in a big open space to let them burn off some energy and exercise.

About: I’m a massive animal lover and am a proud owner of two gorgeous cats, Ruby and Oscar- both adopted from unkind homes (Oscar was terrified to begin with and would pee everywhere for months and Ruby was hissing constantly & very scared. Now Oscar’s toileting troubles are under control and he’s growing in confidence day by day and Ruby is the most outgoing friendly cat I’ve ever met introduces herself to all!), and a lovely senior rescue dog from Bulgaria named Rosa. Rosa is dog mad gets so happy any time she sees one she breaks out of her anxious shell that her past has given her (she was previously used for breeding in Bulgaria kept on a chain and then dumped on a rubbish pile once they found out she had a mammary tumour poor thing). The cats are also fairly used to dogs as we’ve fostered a very bouncy collie shepherd rescue before as well as a Labrador puppy. We've also had or looked after small animals such as guinea pigs (I’ve had up to 30 in total but don’t anymore, used to rescue them) , rats (have only had female rats personally), hamsters (Syrians and Russian dwarfs) and have minor experience with reptiles & insects like bearded dragon and stick insects and am happy to care for any animal with the right instructions! I’m capable of bathing any pet that requires it, I can also carry out nail trims for guinea pigs as this is something I had to do a lot when I was rescuing them. I usually work in an early years setting with young children but during the holidays off all I’m doing is planning for my wedding (exciting I know!!) so have plenty of time to care for any pet that needs it! I’m happy to take on multiple and can come to your home if needed but due to my own pets I’d rather it be my own home however this is something I’m more than happy to discuss! I love walking and playing with dogs and cats too! Big or small doesn’t bother me! I have a fully enclosed fenced back garden to keep your pet safe. I have a two calm yet playful dogs and two cats to keep your pet company. I’m happy to adapt to your pet whatever their needs are. I live near the honiton bottom estuary so they’re are plenty of nice walks and am familiar with many areas in Devon and Cornwall! I’m pretty flexible at the moment but rest assured whatever is decided all I want just like you is for your pet to feel safe and comfortable and you feel at ease about it. More than happy to arrange meet and greets to get to know each other or go on dog walks together previously.

About: I have grown up with animals my whole life and in later years have helped with fostering and training guide dogs (including troublesome puppies!). By doing this i have gained great experience in both supporting larger dog breeds and puppies. I have also recently been supporting a dog rescue charity in Romania after my patients adopted a beautiful dog from there. Working with rescue dogs i am also very aware that some animals have extra anxieties than others and will always take these into consideration! I have worked with reactive dogs in the past and can manage this well, although i am aware each dog is different and always value the owners advice! I currently work a 3 day week which can vary, meaning i have 4 days a week to look after animals! I also work night shifts and during this time i am available any day of the week. I have a fenced in garden which is completely secure. I am aware all dogs require different amounts of walking but i will accommodate this. Toilet breaks can be supported whenever needed. I have a range of stimulating activities to do with the dog and am happy to play for as long as wanted.

About: I have a 2 yr old female Rhodesian Ridgeback who loves running and training for Ironman. I also love my plants so always outside when ever I can be. I currently work half contract at a fire station so have plenty of time to dog walk/run. Pop in for lunch time walks or look after dogs on more of a weekly/weekend style. I have a long grass back garden and Olive my ridgeback to keep other dogs happy. Your dog would be downstairs in my house. When we walk we would go down by the river to budleigh.

Rhianon has been dog sitting at our house for nearly two years. She is amazing! Teddy adores her and I’m sure he is sad when we come home. He gets the best walks and exercise. She also looks after our indoor rabbit. We always get pics of Teddy while we are away and nothing is ever to much trouble if Rhianon has been there while we have had workmen in or parcels delivered. The house is always immaculate when we come home. HIGHLY recommend!

About: I'm an enthusiastic and responsible dog lover with a passion for ensuring the well-being and happiness of every furry friend I encounter. I grew up around dogs and spent my time walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments (Golden Retrievers, Golden Retriever Cross Husky, Siberian Husky, West Highland White Terrier, Cocker Spaniels). I prioritise safety, exercise, and fun during every walk, ensuring each dog receives the attention and care they deserve. My reliability, strong work ethic, and genuine love for animals make me an ideal candidate to be your dog walker. I work on building trust with your pet by practicing recall on a longline before letting them off the lead. I love what I do and understand the responsibility of looking after your pets. I will always have a conversation before hand detailing your pets behaviour, food requirements and routines. Im currently working part time as a teacher and have plenty of time to play with your pups. I’m available for boarding on the weekends and weekdays. Some weekdays after 3pm. It's vital to follow a pet's routine as laid out by the owner at any time, but doing so straight from the outset can make the transition from the owners in the house to pet sitters in the house as seamless as possible. I have a fenced garden with lots of space to play. I provide lots of love and attention for your pet.

I'm reluctant to recommend Yung Hong Yves and Nick because I want to keep her for myself!! My dog had the BEST holiday in Exeter and we will certainly be back. An update on activities, photos and videos were really welcome and reassuring and this lovely couple showed the exactly right amount of fun and concern and care. Perfect for us!

From the first day we met Daniel, we knew we could trust her. And our intuition didn't disappoint us. We entrusted our dogs to her for nine nights. We received photos and stayed in touch the entire time, on vacation is the most important thing, knowing that everything is alright. We recommend her wholeheartedly. Thank you again.

About: I've grown up with pets all my life and love spending time with animals. Happy to maintain your pet's current routine and take them on walks 🐾 I am able to work from home most days so can be quite flexible. I am happy to adapt my schedule to the needs of your pet while you are away. I work on site Tuesdays and Fridays but can still provide boarding. I have an enclosed garden and no pets of my own right now. I also live in an area that has great parks nearby and would be more than happy to take dogs on walks.

It was Gus’ first time away from home so I was a bit nervous but I needn’t have worried! Julie and Joshua were more than I could have ever hoped for. I received plenty of updates and it was a joy to see how happy and content he was - so much so that he protested when it was time to come home! It was a huge plus for us that other dogs were going to be there for day care as Gus is so sociable and had lots of fun with his new friends. What a lovely experience, I couldn’t have asked for more!

We couldn't have asked for more, and we wholeheartedly recommend them for your dog-caring. Thank you to you both!
