About: I have had dogs my entire life, lived on a farm for 20 years. I have experience with all breeds and have bred two litters Hungarian Vizslas and Springer Spaniel's. I have loving playful Vizlas and a working collie. I spend my days walking dogs around our beautiful farm and all dogs that stay with us treated as one of the family. The dogs are walked first thing in the morning and then half an hour late morning and half an hour in the afternoon. I work from home in or around the house so dogs enjoy space and being around other dogs. I have so much space for dogs to run around on the farm and big garden that isn't fenced securely. Im with the dogs a lot and i have 2 Vizsla pets who are very friendly and a working collie. I have a big back kitchen where all the dogs are fed and room for crates if needed and big farmhouse kitchen where the dogs enjoy lying after a long walk. All dogs that stay with are treated like they would be at home.

About: My partner and I have been around dogs very regularly ever since we were small. I had two family dogs (cocker spaniel & miniature schnauzer) and was always given feeding and walking responsibility on a daily basis. Since then, we have walked and cared for various other local dogs as we haven’t been in a position to have our own but always loved being around them. I work from home 90% of the time and Taylor works from home 100% of the time. Our working hours allow us to walk and let a dog out for the toilet very regularly. We are in a position to host any day of the week, including weekends that we either have dog friendly plans or no plans. We have a securely fenced garden that would allow your dog to comfortably relax in our home. We also have multiple areas throughout the house that could be used for sleeping arrangements to ensure they are happy at night. We have no other pets at home so they would have our undivided attention unless we were sitting for another dog however we would share this with you ahead of booking to see if this would be a suitable arrangement. We live a calm and quiet lifestyle and would very much enjoy the additional company.

They are very friendly and welcomed Maisey into their home I was slightly worried about Maisey as I had to take her to the vets a few days before her stay due to an ear infection but Paige made sure that Maisey was comfortable and cared for her so well. About: I’ve always been a massive dog lover and have always taken care of any dogs that I was given the chance to. My family and family friends have trusted me to walk and feed their lovely pets, aging from puppies to 13 year old doggies. I also am willing to enforce good lead and walking manner in order to keep up your pup’s training. I am unemployed at this point in time. I am pretty much free the majority of the week. I will be working by a first come, first served basis. I have a spacious fenced garden. For walks, I would ask beforehand about your pups temperament(s) so that I will be prepared if need be. I am happy to walk reactive dogs, as long as a muzzle is provided (for precautions). I would not let your pup off their lead, unless I personally can trust them with their recall. About: I have years of experience working with and owning dogs. I have volunteered at Battersea Dogs and Cats as a Kennel Support Volunteer, and several years ago worked as an assistant to the Veterinary Nurses at Coombefield. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, including a German Shepherd and Springer cross Lab. I now own a working Cocker Spaniel called Goose. I am very confident in my abilities and approach with caring for animals, due to years of training and experience working and existing alongside them. I am happy caring for bigger dogs, elderly dogs with multiple needs, the more energetic breeds, and all in-between! I have recently had a short break from Rover whilst I moved back to Devon after living in London, I am very excited to start Rover back up again. I work from home as a full-time domestic abuse advisor, and take multiple breaks outside of the house regularly throughout the day. I would love to have a dog to accompany me on these walks! My weekends are mostly free but I am very active and like to spend them outside as much as possible, so any pet care at the weekend would involve lots of walks and playing, unless instructed otherwise. I am around most if not all holidays so please reach out if you need long term care also. In your home I am very respectful, clean and tidy and will follow any instructions as you have advised, for example not allowing pets upstairs or on furniture if this is the way you have trained them. Day-care I bring my own food and will leave your home as clean as I have found it. I request (if possible - but not a deal breaker) at least one meet up prior to accepting bookings to ensure we are all the right match for each other :)

Kimber was amazing, she arranged for a meet and greet to see how well the dogs got on and whether my dog would suit the household etc. Atty had the best time with Kimber, so much so that she happily ran into the house the next day to greet her new friends! Kimber provides photo updates and a debrief of the day when I collect Atty. Shes easily contactable and I can tell she absolute adores having my dog there & makes her part of the family. Our own family dogs (now no longer with us) were companions on our many day trips and lengthy camper van holidays in the UK and abroad. We raised and trained them from puppies to their senior years, meeting their changing needs as the years rolled by. We both retired early and will be able to meet your pets needs in terms of activity and human companionship. Your dog will be walked twice a day, or as per your instructions and will have the run of our bungalow and fenced garden. We would expect to take your dog out on errands and day trips if that is what your dog would like and we live close to the beach and countryside for walks. Our home has no other pets or any children living with us Your dog will be part of our family during their stay with us. The bungalow is warm in the winter, with many shady spots in the summer, and the garden fence is high and secure. Your dog will have a permanent designated space for water, food and bed and will be fed on time, according to your instructions. We are very digitally competent and will send you regular photos and written messages. If we are caring for your dog in your home, we will be careful with security and will update you on how they are doing without you. In all cases, we will alert any dog owner to any welfare concerns. We prefer to walk dogs on leads until we are certain your dog has attached to us and will safely return and while we don’t want dogs on our furniture and beds, they get all the cuddles they need when we sit and play with them on the floor. We are happy to discuss any of your concerns.

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for decades now, particularly JRTs! We have two: Monty (5) and Meadow (4) who can be loud, but are super friendly and gentle. I work from home so long walks at some of Devon’s best spots daily! :) Our days start early with our first walk around 6 am! Our longest walk/trip usually takes place around midday (2 hours +). Our third and final walk is a shorter one in the evening around 7 pm. I work from home so spend a lot of time with our dogs every day! We live in a quiet dog friendly village with lots of different walks available in the area. We have a small garden which is fenced off and secure so our dogs always have the option to spend time outside when they want to. The house is very spacious and our pets as well as guests are allowed everywhere including on the sofa!

About: Hi! We're Angie & Alex, full-time professional house and pet sitters and dog walker. We have both always loved animals and grown up looking after dogs and cats. I (Angie) grew up with dogs (a spaniel, a lab and a German Shepherd), whilst Alex grew up with cats. We now move around looking after different, wonderful dogs and cats, and their owners' homes while they're on extended trips (usually 2+ weeks). We give all animals the individual care and attention they need. So far this year we the pet sits have included: elderly dogs (including giving them medication), a couple of energetic, young golden retrievers, a wisler and dachshund duo, an adorable young Labrador, and a pack of dachshunds. We give all pets the individual care and attention they need, as they are all unique. Our favourite thing to do is getting outside with dogs, enjoying lots of walks in nature, and Angie also offers dog walking in the East Devon area. We both work remotely, so we are at home all during the work week. Angie works part-time and flexi hours, so she is available to meet longer walking needs, if required. When we're not working, we're dedicated to the pets, and make any social plans fit around the animals' needs. We only do house-sitting, staying at the owner's house, and usually for 2+ weeks at a time. We take great care to learn from you what your animal needs and work with those needs. It's important to us that dogs and cats feel safe and comfortable with us, and that they thrive in our care. We ensure their routines are not disrupted; such as taking them on as long or short walks as they need and at the times they're used to. I understand that every dog is different, and I want them to feel safe, comfortable and happy while they are in my care. Whether that means an energetic walk, plenty of playtime, a quiet companion for an older dog, or simply sticking closely to their normal routine, I am happy to adapt to their needs. I would treat every dog in my care as if they were my own. As a soon to be veterinarian waiting to graduate, I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets. I am available for regular weekday and often weekend bookings, and I am happy to work around your dog's usual routine. I enjoy being active, so walks, playtime and outdoor adventures are something I genuinely look forward to. I can also provide plenty of company and attention at home, while making sure your dog's normal feeding, exercise and medication routines are maintained. I understand how important it is for owners to know their pet is in safe and reliable hands, so I am happy to provide regular updates and photos throughout their stay. Safety and welfare are always my priority. My veterinary training means I am confident recognising changes in a dog's behaviour or health and responding appropriately if something doesn't seem right. In your home, I will respect your space and keep your pet's usual routine as consistent as possible, including feeding, walks, medication and rest. I am happy to follow detailed instructions and make sure your dog feels comfortable and settled. I understand that leaving your pet with someone new can be daunting, so I aim to build trust with both pets and owners through clear communication, regular updates and plenty of care and attention. Every dog is treated as an individual, with their personality, needs and comfort taken into account.
About: I have lived with dogs all my life and I enjoy going on long walks with them. I have dog sat and cat sat before. I have even been to a voluntary week long naughty but nice dog training camp. I love spending time with all animals. During my time at university in Plymouth I dog and cat sat and absolutely loved it. I had many different types of bookings over the years. I have looked after cats and dogs from a young age to an adult age. I love walking it makes me happy, I love to be around the countryside and to go out for long walks. I love to sit and watch the water at the hoe or sit in the woods and listen to the trees. I now live in Crediton and have a job as a support worker in a care home but I love dog walking and I miss it. So I'm here to help you when you need it. To walk your dogs and go the occasional drop in on the side of my job caring for people. I have a full time job as a support worker however my I have a lot of spare time between working. I have a car and can drive to give your dog the best walk possible. I offer some drop in services on animals while your at work. If they need a toilet break, feeding, a walk or even just some company while your at work I can make your loved ones time alone feel less long.
About: I have had dogs all my life from small dogs to medium sized dogs I have fed them given them water bathed them and walked them and if your fur baby gets all dirty I would take them to the bathroom and give them a bath and give them a nice warm bath they would be really nice and clean and I have got a dog and had dogs all my life time when I was growing up so I love dogs I’m also a very happy person and I’m also a kind caring person that would be very happy to look after your fur baby’s I don’t work so I’m always around and available for your fur baby and I will always take good care of them like you do plus I will always be there for them and take good care of them I have had dog’s all my life We have a closed in garden so will keep your fur baby safe and sound when in the back garden and if needed have a crate for your fur baby to keep safe or needs a sleep we will all so give your fur baby a nice cuddle and plenty of walks.next to me or my wife on the sofa and they will get a lot of attention from me

About: I have had dogs my entire life, lived on a farm for 20 years. I have experience with all breeds and have bred two litters Hungarian Vizslas and Springer Spaniel's. I have loving playful Vizlas and a working collie. I spend my days walking dogs around our beautiful farm and all dogs that stay with us treated as one of the family. The dogs are walked first thing in the morning and then half an hour late morning and half an hour in the afternoon. I work from home in or around the house so dogs enjoy space and being around other dogs. I have so much space for dogs to run around on the farm and big garden that isn't fenced securely. Im with the dogs a lot and i have 2 Vizsla pets who are very friendly and a working collie. I have a big back kitchen where all the dogs are fed and room for crates if needed and big farmhouse kitchen where the dogs enjoy lying after a long walk. All dogs that stay with are treated like they would be at home.

About: My partner and I have been around dogs very regularly ever since we were small. I had two family dogs (cocker spaniel & miniature schnauzer) and was always given feeding and walking responsibility on a daily basis. Since then, we have walked and cared for various other local dogs as we haven’t been in a position to have our own but always loved being around them. I work from home 90% of the time and Taylor works from home 100% of the time. Our working hours allow us to walk and let a dog out for the toilet very regularly. We are in a position to host any day of the week, including weekends that we either have dog friendly plans or no plans. We have a securely fenced garden that would allow your dog to comfortably relax in our home. We also have multiple areas throughout the house that could be used for sleeping arrangements to ensure they are happy at night. We have no other pets at home so they would have our undivided attention unless we were sitting for another dog however we would share this with you ahead of booking to see if this would be a suitable arrangement. We live a calm and quiet lifestyle and would very much enjoy the additional company.

They are very friendly and welcomed Maisey into their home I was slightly worried about Maisey as I had to take her to the vets a few days before her stay due to an ear infection but Paige made sure that Maisey was comfortable and cared for her so well. She responded to my communication quickly and sent photos to put me at ease. Leo, the Goldie, was the perfect playmate for Maisey. We will definitely use Paige and Tom again and I thoroughly recommend them to others.”

“Steven was truly wonderful with Charles. He put him at his ease right from when we arrived. He settled into Steven's home just like his own thanks to the warm welcome and care he received. And Charles got a lot of attention during his stay to which he responded well, such as enjoying have his tummy rubbed. When I came back after my night away, I found a very a happy dog who had bonded with Steven. Steven was really good at giving regular reassuring updates to this anxious doggie parent, with great pics of him out on walks and sleeping on the sofa. Steven is very much recomended and I am planning on booking him again.”
