“Brilliant, thank you Sophie! Sophie found that Cleo had broken into the automatic cat feeder, cleared it up, refilled the feeder, taping it up to try to prevent further break-ins, and then spent time playing with her. The photos she sent show that Cleo was very happy with her.”

4. Nicola A.
About: I have experience caring for large dog breeds, senior dogs and cats, and mildly reactive dogs. Our previous dog Daisy was a senior Staffordshire Bull Terrier that encompassed all those points and was on some medication. I am very flexible and work remotely so can spend time with your pet. I work during the week (4 days per week) from home, but I have a very flexible schedule so can work around this for walks/day care. Your pet would be very welcome in my home for the day/overnight. I have an enclosed garden and live near a variety of good dog walks, including some quieter areas in case your dog is nervous or reactive. Your dog would have access to the whole house (including the couches!) and we have a baby gate on the stairs in case they need to be contained/separated.

You can rest assured that your furry companions will be in the best hands with Kelly!””

10. Jamie Martin J.
“Jamie is a professional dog trainer and a natural 'dog whisperer' with all types of dogs. In just a few walks, there was a vast improvement in the challenging behaviour of my energetic adolescent English Pointer especially pulling on the lead. He also helped with recall, heel, sit, stay in the outdoor environment. You get your dog walked and trained at the same time.”
11. Jay H.

12. Maxine W.
About: Hi! My name is Maxine! I have lowered my prices for services as I am less concerned about how much money I receive but rather more about the experience! I believe it is better to be more affordable for you as you are actually giving me the amazing service of quality time with your pets! I have frequently house sitted and walked pets for friends and family over the past seven years and have had a dog myself for ten years and a cat for four so I know the effort and care required to look after them and that every pet is different! I’m trustworthy and reliable and I’ll make sure all needs are properly catered for and that I am always on time. Your pets needs take priority so feel free to message me any requests or questions you may have! I love long walks on my own finding them relaxing and enjoyable so it will be even better with a dog for company. My own dog sadly passed a year ago and so some canine company would be very welcome and loved because as much as I love my cat, it’s not the same as a dog! I work with enthusiasm and very thoroughly as I know how important the health and happiness of peoples pets may be to them. I will try my best to give your pet the best experience! I have had dogs myself that have suffered with epilepsy and other conditions such as cancer, metal joints and breathing issues and so am able to look after and feel comfortable with dogs with medical needs! I work with SEN children which is both very rewarding but very stressful, so I would love the chance to have a nice walk with some canine company or to cuddle and hangout with your pups or kittens!! It’s the perfect way to distress… or at least be stressed in another way!! I have very flexible hours and would be more than happy to meet owners before caring for their pet! I am currently working a flexible job and so in most cases I will definitely be able to take your gorgeous pooch for a walk or spend time with them! I will not be able to have your pets in my own home due to landlord restrictions but I will gladly follow any instructions given to me when house sitting and dog walking and make sure to respect your rules and boundaries and take care of your pet to the highest of my ability!
13. Amelia W.
“Amelia watched my dogs while I was away and also was their dog walker. The dogs were always excited to see her and she took very good care of them. I felt very confident leaving Amelia with my dogs at my house. I came home to a clean house and happy well fed dogs! I have two large dogs and they were no problem for her! I highly recommend Amelia. if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and a real animal lover.”

16. Phoebe P.
“Phoebe is a gentle and caring young woman, who has always adored animals. She quite legitimately couldn’t hurt a fly. She would treat any pet with as much care as her own, and they would without a doubt receive 100% of her attention and affection.”

About: Hi I’m Rave :) Just a little about me.. I work in the Ambulance service in a support services role and have the flexibility to work from home and love any time I can spend around animals! I currently rent and do not have the option to adopt my own little pets, hence this would be the perfect opportunity to spread my love. Due to my lack of experience in pet care my charges are currently fairly low as i would like to get a chance to expand my portfolio! I have spent a week and half house sitting my managers home and loved taking care of her labradoodle and 2 cats. She also had bunnies and fishes. I often go on walks with my friend’s dog so do have them around me quite a lot. I work from home 3 days of the week so have the flexibility to do drop ins and take pets out for walks etc when I’d like - am able to drive places as well! If I were house sitting I’d try to do as much as I could based on the pets regular schedule so they have a good experience while their parents are away :) It’s important to me that the pets (and owners) feel comfortable with me being in their home - always nice to do a short introduction before the sitting day as this will help them familiarise with me. It’s helpful when owners leave instructions on what to do as each pet is so different- bit about their personality also helps reassure I’m doing the right things to give them the care that’s best for them.
