“Nick was excellent looking after Monty. He was brilliant at keeping me updated and sending photo of Monty’s stay with him. I could tell that he made him feel so at home and I can not have asked for a better person to look after him. 100% would recommend Nick to anyone.”

“Daisy went to stay with yves and Nick for two weeks whilst we we were abroad. She is pampered and can be a bit of an anxious pooch especially around new people as she never been in kennels before so I was keen to find that perfect home away from home for her and can honestly say I found just that! From first meeting them at the meet and greet, Daisy soon was at ease and I knew they were going to be a Perfect fit and they did not disappoint. Daisy had the best time with them, was looked after so well with loads of long walks, lots of cuddles on the sofa and bed and play dates with lots of other doggy friends. I was kept updated throughout with videos and photos of how she was getting on without us and she looked so happy and relaxed. Daisy is one of the family and loved so much, She was spoilt with love and I was so happy knowing that she was being so looked after! I will 100% be using there services again in the future and can’t recommend them enough!”

“Margot had another great stay with Talita, Neil and Mala. We were kept updated with fun videos of their walks and cute pics of them relaxing afterwards! Margot always has so much fun and is sad to leave!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. I work full-time but over three condensed days, which means I have plenty of time during the rest of the week to dedicate to dog walking, sitting, and giving dogs the attention they deserve. I share my life with a rescue dog who is incredibly friendly and has never met another dog he didn’t like. We spend our days off exploring all kinds of places together—coastal paths, woodlands, beaches, as well as towns, villages, shops, and dog-friendly cafés. I understand how important enrichment, exercise, and socialisation are for a happy, well-balanced dog. I have a particular passion for rescue dogs and believe every dog deserves a fulfilling, loving life, regardless of their start. I’m patient, attentive, and mindful of each dog’s individual needs, whether that’s high-energy adventures or a calmer, more relaxed pace. I’ve looked after many friends’ dogs over the years, from regular walks to overnight stays, and I always treat them as if they were my own. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a dog go home happy, content, and tired after a fun day. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about dogs to look after your pet, I’d love to help. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work full-time over three condensed days, which means I have several days each week fully available for dog walking and sitting. My schedule is known up to 8 weeks in advance, so I can plan ahead and accommodate bookings where possible. On my days off, I usually start the day with a morning walk between 9–10am, lasting at least an hour. In good weather, this can turn into longer outings of several hours, with breaks for rest, water, and lunch. I also provide a shorter, calmer evening walk around 6pm for 20–30 minutes. Dogs in my care have regular access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day, and I always ensure a final toilet break around 9pm before settling in for the night. I’m happy to adapt my routine depending on each dog’s needs, whether they prefer longer adventures or a more relaxed pace. I provide a safe, relaxed, and home-from-home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. In my home, dogs are welcome in all areas and can choose where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s on the sofa or in their own bed in the lounge. I have a fully secure, fenced garden with no external access, so they can safely enjoy time outside whenever needed. I don’t use crates, but I may be able to accommodate one for smaller dogs if that’s part of their usual routine. For overnight stays, dogs are welcome upstairs and can sleep on my bed or in the spare room—whatever helps them feel most settled and secure. Although my own dog is not food reactive, I always feed dogs separately to ensure they each eat their own meals safely and at their own pace. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I am very respectful of routines and house rules. I would need to bring my own friendly, well-socialised dog with me, and I’m happy to follow your preferences—whether that’s keeping dogs off furniture or maintaining specific routines.
“Darran looked after Cully for 3 days and I would happily ask him to look after Cully again in the future. Darran took care to make sure his dog Frank and Cully were both happy in each others company at our first meeting before accepting to take Cully. During Cully’s stay, he provided regular updates with photos and videos. Cully had a great time and clearly enjoyed his stay with Darran. I would definitely ask Darran again in the future.”

About: I am an experienced dog owner, and fosterer for a couple of rescues. I have fostered lots of different breeds from Yorkshire terriers and dachshunds, to poodles and pomskys! I am confident handling nervous and quirky dogs. I welcome every dog into my home as if they are my own. I work for a dog food company and my whole live revolves around giving dogs the best life possible. I work fully remotely from home with flexible hours so I can adapt my routine to fit your dogs needs. Typically our routine is made up of 3 walks a day, and a last wee break before bed! But I can cater to any needs and requirements. I have a fully fenced (6ft) enclosed garden, dogs have full access to when required via patio doors. I have 2 friendly resident dogs - a 14kg mixed breed female and a 9kg male poodle. Both are neutered & are rescues but are used to dogs coming and going! I do have a house cat, but he can be kept separately from any visiting dogs as and when necessary. Dogs are allowed in my bedroom / bed at night if needed.

“Charlotte and Josh were wonderful carers for our dog while we were away on holiday - easygoing and knowledgeable, reassuring and flexible, they sent us regular updates and brilliantly navigated some difficulties that arode in a really accommodating, professional and sympathetic manner. We couldn't have asked for more, and we wholeheartedly recommend them for your dog-caring. Thank you to you both!”

“Greg and Jill helped us out loads by taking our lovely boy Hendrix whilst we went away. We used the Rover app after searching for dog kennels. The app showed Greg and Jill and they were in the same town as us. We made contact and were accepted straight away. After the first contact we arranged to meet and Hendrix took to them immediately. During Hendrix’s stay Greg and Jill sent regular daily updates showing Hendrix having a great time. We will be going straight to Greg and Jill for any other dog boarding needs in the future. Cheers both!”

“Eleanor is amazing. She kindly looked after our black lab with just a few days notice, for the day. Flash, our labrador, only ever stayed with friends once, when she was very young, so shy to stay with other people. When we collected her that evening, she was a happy dog and certainly seemed to have a great time. Im sure she was worried at first , understandably. I would absolutely contact Eleanor again to look after Flash. Thank you so very much, not only did you make the day easier for Flash, but for us too, was such a busy day.”

“Nikki looked after our cats for 10 days while we were away and she was amazing. I was really anxious about leaving them because they mean the world to me, and she made me feel completely at ease. She sent us lots of photos, videos and updates every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was so lovely to see how happy the cats were with her. Nikki is such a kind and genuine person who really cares about the pets she looks after. She even made sure we had a plan in place in case our flight home was delayed, so we knew the cats would always be looked after. We also came home to a lovely tidy house, which was so nice after a long journey. We’ll definitely be booking her again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. “Anna was fantastic. Even with the difficulty of getting into the house she made sure she got in and that the cats were fed. The mess the cats made with the cat litter she cleaned up and disposed of the litter outside. My cats are very shy and hide from strangers but she went looking for them every day to make sure they were okay. Would definitely use again and highly recommend”

“Tim was wonderful. Let us know when he was in the house feeding the cat and then.let us know when he was gone. Sadly Leo is too shy to for Tim to hang out with but he still provided picture of what he'd been up to. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much Tim”

“So pleased that Yves and Nick were able to care for Stanley again, it is clear that he loves them as he gets so excited when we get near to their house and he realises where he is going. Stanley is a high energy pup who is always craving attention and play so it is good to know that they find that endearing. They are genuine dog lovers and I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be making another booking.”

“Thanks for having Gwenn! It was our first time needing dog care in Exeter since moving and Esmé and Will were fab. We felt super comfortable leaving her, great communication throughout the day and she’s come back happy & tired 🙂 thanks again, will be booking again!🐶”

About: I’m a reliable, calm, trusted dog owner & sitter with experience of small & large breeds. I have had dogs all my life and grew up with dogs in the household. I have trained my own dog to a very high standard of recall and manners, and he gets along with all other dogs. My calm & confident approach has resulted in a harmonious, calm household that pets I have looked after settle into quickly. I live a fairly active lifestyle, so we are out and about every day for a nice long walk. We love to walk down along the river weather permitting, and we go to Exmouth a couple of times a week for a good run on the beach. We also like to chill in town at a few dog friendly cafes, where they get lots of fuss, so of course your dog would be with us as much as possible. I live in a garden basement flat with direct access to a large, secure, enclosed garden that they access to all day. The garden is surrounded on all sides by a 7ft high solid brick wall that is escape proof, perfect for the dogs to free roam and play in complete safety at their leisure. I live 50 metres from Belmont Park which we visit several times a day, weather permitting. The park is perfect for dogs to socialise as we have a large group of local dog walkers that meet daily.
“We couldn’t recommend Tilly highly enough. From the very first moment, she showed such a calm, thoughtful and genuinely caring approach, always putting Romy’s comfort and wellbeing first. She really took the time to help her feel relaxed and at ease, which made a huge difference for us. Throughout the day, Romy was clearly in the best hands. When we picked her up, she was completely herself: happy, confident and relaxed… and once we got home, she collapsed straight into a deep sleep, which says everything about how much positive activity, play and engagement she’d had! It’s obvious that Tilly truly understands dogs and creates a lovely, balanced environment, especially with her own sweet cockapoo, Lila. Romy had an amazing time, and we felt totally reassured knowing she was being cared for so thoughtfully. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book with Tilly again and would warmly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind and fantastic dog sitter. Thank you so much, Tilly! Romy can’t wait to come back! 🐾💛”

“Couldn't be happier leaving Sausage with Daniel. He is the first sitter we have felt 100% confident in. Clearly loves dogs - which is a good start - but also responsible, reliable and resourceful. Having a lovely dog himself has been a big plus point too. Sausage has come to trust him very quickly and, as a dachshund, that is definitely not always the case. We are happily enjoying some well-earned days to ourselves, after a long time.... nights away next!”

“Danielle really looked after Eddie and Joey and was cheerful and her helpful throughout. The dogs were happy and relaxed when I picked them up and I would recommend her unreservedly.”

“Pablo’s stay with Alicia and Gismo for the day was terrific. This was Pablo’s first time staying with Alicia and she took the time to settle him in before introducing him and Gismo. Alicia was very responsive when I made the booking request and asked great questions about Pablo’s eating routine, temperament, walking habits, likes and dislikes ?. She kept me updated all day on how Pablo was doing and sent me lovely photos. Pablo is going back for another day visit soon and I would very much recommend Alicia”

“Alberto was absolutely brilliant with Gizmo and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first daycare experience. Gizmo had a full day of lovely walks, socialising with another dog and lots of stimulation, and it was clear from the photos/videos that he was having an amazing time and was really comfortable and happy. Communication was great, and Alberto was really calm, kind, reassuring and knowledgeable. Gizmo came home happy, relaxed and completely exhausted 😂 Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember! Growing up, my parents ran a small dog-sitting business, which gave me hands-on experience from a young age. During school holidays, I regularly walked 2 to 4 dogs at a time, learning how to safely manage different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels—it was hard work but so much fun! Through my regular walking, I caught the attention of a local business owner. He noticed my confidence with different breeds and multiple dogs at once, and trusted me to walk his lovely Staffordshire Bull Terrier for several years. Today, I continue my passion for pet care by looking after my neighbor's dog during the week while she is at work, providing both daytime company for him and plenty of exercise. I am a keen walker who genuinely loves being outdoors, and it would be an absolute joy to walk your dog or pet-sit to keep them happy and safe. I am also happy to spend time with older dogs at a pace that suits them, whether its a short stroll or a bit of company/playtime. I currently work part time as a nurse, which gives me great flexibility during the week for walks and for pop in visits with occasional weekend availability too. I love getting out for fresh air and making sure your pet gets plenty of fuss, belly rubs, playtime, and company :) Your dogs safety and comes first. From experience, I always keep dogs on a lead when on a walk until we’ve built up trust and have bonded. When visiting your home to collect or pick up your dog, i'll ensure i follow your instructions and adhere to your normal routine as much as possible! I’ll wipe muddy paws, top up the water bowl and send you a photos if you would like! If you're not home i'll make sure your pup is cosy and your home secure before i leave.

I work as a professional with a flexible schedule and often work from home so I’m able to provide plenty of company regular walks and attention throughout the day. I love being outdoors and I’m happy to Taylor walks to see your dogs need whether that’s a quick stroll or a longer adventure. I’m uncomfortable following your usual routine including feeding measuring tablets were needed and caring for both crate trained and no crate trained dogs. I’ll always treat your pets as if they are my own and make sure they’re happy safe and well looked after. I particularly enjoy caring for pets in their own home where they are most comfortable and the routine stays familiar as I live in central Exeter without a garden. I’m also happy to offer care in my home for shortest days where appropriate. Above all I am to provide dependable caring pet sitting that gives owners complete peace of mind. And of course I’m always happy to keep you updated with messages and photos while you’re away. I generally work Monday to Friday so often have a few emails or papers to catch up on over the weekend, but I always look for opportunities to get out and about whenever possible. Due to living in central Exeter without garden, I prefer to look after dogs in their own environments. I believe this helps them remain comfortable and with their regular routine which makes the experience better for everyone. I am happy to have dogs at my home for shorter periods and can discuss this on a case by case basis. I am more than happy to provide other housesitting services alongside dog sitting such as watering plants and collecting post if I stay in your home while you’re away.

About: I have grown up my whole life surrounded by animals and pets of my own, families and friends and have always had a particular interest in dogs. The past two years at university I have been doing part time dog walking and building a close relationship with my clients pups, many of which I would walk most week days whilst they’re away at work. I love walking and looking after dogs and enjoy almost as much as them! I try to keep different routes and engage them with games and different environments, and keep in contact with photos of your pup to let you know they’re having fun! I’m currently a third year medical student so I am working around my studies this year. Early morning or evening walks and weekends fit perfectly into my schedule if that’s what your looking for! I’ve grown up surrounded by animals from lizards, cats and dogs and always looking after family and friends. The past two years I’ve also spent working part time dog walking and boarding rescue dogs, so I’ve gained a lot of experience caring for dogs in the most comforting way possibly and allowing them to enjoy their time on walks or drop ins etc! I’ve also attended several rounds of puppy and dog training over the span over a few years so consider myself to have a basic understanding of caring for animals and helping them relax

About: Hi, I'm Dawn, and I'd love to welcome your dog into my home while you're away. As a lifelong dog lover and owner of a friendly young Sprocker Spaniel, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. My aim is to provide a safe, calm and loving home where your dog will be treated like one of the family—not just another booking. Your dog will enjoy plenty of walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and attention, along with a comfortable place to relax after a fun day. I'll stick to your dog's usual routine as much as possible to help them feel settled and happy. I'm experienced in caring for others through my professional background in training and care, and I bring that same patience, reliability and attention to detail to looking after every dog. Whether your dog is energetic and loves adventures or prefers a slower pace, I'll make sure they receive the care that's right for them. I'll also keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, safe and well cared for. I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged friend! Dog care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy spending my time with my own dog. My Sprocker Spaniel is a much-loved part of the family and loves spending tine with other dogs, so our days already revolve around walks, playtime, training, enrichment and plenty of cuddles. I work flexibly, which means I can provide lots of company, regular toilet breaks and plenty of attention throughout the day. I enjoy getting outdoors whatever the weather, so your dog will receive the exercise and mental stimulation they need, balanced with time to relax in a calm, comfortable home. I believe every dog deserves to feel safe, loved and included, so when your dog stays with me, they'll be treated as part of the family and cared for just as I care for my own. On the odd day that I have to attend my physical work place, my partner, Neil, works from home so the dogs are never left on their own. My priority is making sure your dog feels safe, relaxed and loved. I'll take the time to get to know your dog's routine, personality and any specific needs so I can provide care that's familiar and reassuring. I have a fully enclosed garden and live close to the beach as well as several nice dog walking areas so every trip out is an adventure. I'll ensure they have regular walks, plenty of playtime, fresh water, meals according to your instructions, and lots of affection and companionship. I'll also keep up with any training routines, medication or special requirements if needed. If your dog stays in my home, they'll be welcomed as part of the family in a calm, comfortable environment with plenty of attention and opportunities to rest, play and explore. If I'm caring for them in your home, I'll stick as closely as possible to your dog's normal routine to help them feel settled while you're away. I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, safe and receiving the same love and care I'd want for my own.
“Cherie went put of her way to make Mitsu comfortable in her house, sleeping in front of the fire, & when the bit of chicken I had left her in addition to her normal food, as she wasn't eating very well Cherie supplied her with some more. Above and beyond expectation. Thank you”

“My Chow Chow has taken a real shine to Leoni. Lovely environment, plenty of secure mooching around space outside. Had some great photos of my girl there, which makes a real difference. We met up with Leoni and her dog initially just to see how they'd all get on. Then trial of leaving her there for a few hours. All went really well and Leoni takes this all in her calm, relaxed manner. Next step is our first overnight stay. Looking forward to seeing how this works out!”

“Katie was amazing looking after our little fur baby. He clearly had an amazing time, loved his walks and playing with other dogs. He clearly felt at home when he arrived, received some great photos of him during his stay, will definitely be called Katie again!”
