“Absolutely amazing! Such a helpful kind women, my old boy Pogo clicked with her instantly and have arranged regular dog walking off the back off how good Anna was with him herself! Very informative but not in your face. Just an overall really good experience made me feel at ease with letting her in my home without me there and keeping hold of a key for the week. Would highly recommend.”

“So happy with Lucy’s service. I needed a last minute booking for my dog and Lucy accommodated me, even squeezing in a quick visit to meet me and Pasha before she went on holiday. Lucy sent updates during her visit which was reassuring to receive as I was out the house for so long! My dog Pasha seemed to love their time together!”

“Susanna has been wonderful with our Golden Retriever puppy! He can be a bit of a land shark and excitable at the moment but she tires him out, trains with him and makes sure he has his potty breaks. He warmed to her right away and enjoyed all his visits from her. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you Susanna for taking such good care of our fur baby!”

“Another really EXCELLENT visit by Carla today. Despite the rain Carla fed and took my dogs out. She also towelled them dry and cleaned the mud spattered across my hallway walls, staying extra time to do that. Really good and caring sitter, already booked for next week!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Huge thank you to Josie for helping with my dog while I was away! She popped in to keep her company, let her out for toilet breaks and took her for little walks around the block. It was such a relief knowing she was in good hands. super reliable and clearly loves dogs — would definitely recommend! 🐾”

“Rachel did an amazing job keeping me updated with how things were going and sent me photos of very happy dogs. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again.”

About: Hello. I’m Chantelle :) I’m new to Rover but have been caring for animals, particularly dogs from a young age. I have a great understanding of the care, and attention that they require and deserve. I’ve been dog sitting for around 5 years, providing a high standard of care, showing them love, cleaning, feeding and lots of lovely walks. I work for the NHS in a daytime full time role, but can visit during mornings/evenings, weekends as well as the flexibility to work from home to give your loved pets all the care and attention they need. I am vigilant, caring, gentle and have a close eye for detail. I am more than happy to discuss a variety of care needs, from dog sitting, walking and general care, please just get in touch if you have any queries.

About: I have three years of experience in raising cats and two years of experience in raising dogs. I can bathe and deworm them, do basic dog walking, and develop some simple skills such as following and going to the toilet independently. Feed the dog on time every day and walk the dog at least twice a day and Clean dog or cat ears and teeth every day My home is a flat with wooden floors. I am the landlord so I can guarantee security. I can drive and take my pet to the park.
About: We've had our own family dog for 5 years now and bred our own puppies - keeping 2 of them. I've always loved walking them, and playing with them and am brilliant at long or fast walks designed to tire them out so you can watch them peacefully sleep all day without trouble and watch them be excited for their next walk or playdate I'm a uni student, so have quite an irregular timetable but plenty of time during the morning, day and evening for pets if worked out in advance. I can be very upfront about when I'm available and also generally have weekends free. I will strive to always talk to you about boundaries and rules for your pet before being left with them, as well as for myself. I keep a watchful eye on the pets - I'll always subconsciously want to be playing with them regardless
About: I have had family pets around me for the last 20 years of my life. As a child, I would always play with my friends pets and I was so excited when my family decided to have pets of our own. I have had many pets around me in my life, including birds, fish, dogs and cats. I have taken care of young and elderly animals, seeing them through all points in their lives. I have recently moved to Exeter from Australia with my fiancee. With her being busy at university, I am taking a career break after having worked in the defence engineering sector for the last 9 years. As such, I am free for most if not all days of the week at all times. If you require pet sitting services, I will abide by the rules of your household and endeavour to do my best in taking care of your pet. It's quite simple, respect the household of others and don't do anything you wouldn't do in your own home. This goes for the pets too, I am there for their well being!
About: As an athlete with an active lifestyle I will ensure your dog gets the exercise and attention they need whether it is an energetic run or a leisurely stroll. I have a car so we can go for more walks in the nature and I am also able to get to your home easily.

About: Hello, fellow dog lovers! My name is Imogen:) Dogs have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog at the age of five, and I’ve been lucky enough to grow up surrounded by them ever since. I truly believe dogs are family, and they deserve the very best care, love, and attention. I spent the last two years living in Chamonix, France, working as an au pair, and during that time I really missed having dogs around — which inspired me to return to pet sitting. I come from an animal-loving background, with my mum living on a farm in Devon where we’ve bred Rottweilers for many years, alongside three energetic Patterdale Terriers. This experience has given me a strong understanding of dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments — from playful pups to gentle giants. I’m now starting an exciting new chapter in Sun Peaks, Canada, and would love to provide your dog with safe, reliable, and loving care while you’re away. I have just left my role as an Au Pair in Chamonix and looking to pursue a career around dogs! I will have a lot of availability and flexibility whilst I gain experience dog grooming/caring so I will likely be able to make any time work. Based on years of experience with puppies, right up to elderly dogs, in a wide plethora of breeds- I am able to care for most dogs in most circumstances. I am still in search of accommodation so won’t be able to offer animal care in my home (yet). I am happy to crate a dog if necessary and ensure that they are left safe and happy in their homes.
About: I fostered pups (mostly chihuahua mixes and one part pitbull) while living in Mexico (2021-2024) before they went on to their forever homes. I’m used to both young and nervous/adjusting temperaments, and it was always amazing to hear how happy and well adjusted their new families found them. I also helped out with new litters of street dogs (feeding/cleaning and of course playtime) as I lived close to the animal sanctuary which was a dream come true. Every dog/pup’s personality is different and I know how to respond to a full range of barks, I love spending the day in the dog’s rhythm, being guided by walk (GPS always - keeping your fur baby on the lead if recommended, just let me know) and toilet times (responsible bagging of course comes with this territory!). In the UK I’ve mostly sat for friends and family’s dogs (Labradors, Jack Russells Spaniels and Cockapoos). I’m very responsive in calls/texts/whatsapp, and either put playtime first or simply provide a safe atmosphere where all their wellbeing needs are met. I’m a freelance writer (wfh) who is very happy to stay overnight; I prioritise walking time and playtime so your dog/puppy can follow their usual routine, especially when it comes to housetraining (puppy experience shines on!) Mealtimes happen as normal and I’ll check in about when / what treats are part of the existing routine, especially for pups or where this interplays with training. Lots of gentle but firm playtime (including introducing chew toys to help gently refocus a bitey puppy), and as many walks and/or as long garden playtime as is wanted. 🏠: Note, when daycaring at mine, our garden is a well walled roof garden, good for fresh air, but we’ll go for proper walks nearby in St Bartholomew’s Square and/or Flowerpots Park. ❕I do not offer overnight boarding 🤍

I am a Comp sci student who spends 99% of his time at home with my current dog. Our day includes morning walk around town or to the dog park, cuddles and training then an evening/night walk with some more training Care includes many aspects such as basic needs, water is providied 24/7, food plan followed, engagment and play time with myself with all the toys, ensuring all the pent up energy is released outside to ensure the dog is not bored. Jasmine stepped in at last minute and will such short notice she was still able to come across the day before to meet myself and my dog, Pasha. Jasmine kept me updated with lots of pictures which is always so nice to receive when out. Will definitely use her again.

Anna has started looking in on my old boy while I'm in the office. I always know when Anna has arrived and I get lovely updates of my boy throughout her visit. He always seems happy when I get home after being given lots of tweatos! I'm really happy to have found Anna 💕

I work as a nurse and Lucy has always been great at stepping in when needed and quick communication. She always sends update photos and my dog Pasha just loves her. It’s such a relief knowing that Pasha is getting play time and amazing attention when I have to be away for long periods.

Maria was a great dog sitter. She came and met Molly before she came to actually look after her which was very reassuring .She appreciated Molly needed gentle handling and looked after her with care and love, reassuring her when it was needed and letting me know with text messages how she was getting on. I would have no hesitation in using Maria again. Alison

Mollie was great. She came around to meet Mo before looking after her and was very thorough in checking her needs. On the day she really looked after her well, entertaining her and giving cuddles. She sent me some lovely pictures of a very happy dog. Communication is excellent and she was very patient with my rookie mistakes on setting up the Rover schedule
