About: I’ve got about 8 years of experience taking care of both my own dogs and my family and friend’s dogs. I’ve handled everything from long and short walks to feeding, bathing, and plenty of playtime. I genuinely love to be around dogs and making sure they’re happy, comfortable and well cared for makes me happy!! I’m currently a university student studying with the Open University, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my schedule. Alongside that, I work a part-time job where my hours are also very versatile, so I’m able to balance both really well and stay flexible making plenty of time for taking care of your pups! I always tailor my care to each pet’s routine and needs. In my home or a pet owner’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of exercise, and lots of attention and playtime. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions, including walking routines, feeding preferences, or medication. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and relaxed, and I treat them like they’re my own.

About: i’ve volunteered to help a doggy daycare care where i helped walk, feed, wash dogs. in the past i have used my home to dog sit for people who needed their puppies trained and who didn’t want to leave their puppies on their own so they would come to me and i would train and keep the puppies entertained for the day i am currently in education, but my schedule is relaxed so i can do tuesdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, thursdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, fridays 2-4pm and anytime on sundays my dog is well loved and well cared for, unfortunately we don’t have a garden but we take him on long walks every 3 hours to make sure his needs are met. he has an array of toys to keep happy and i love playing catch and tug of war to keep him entertained. he eats 2 a day, morning and night, with treats throughout the day when warranted. he is bathed and groomed regularly so it does not affect his health and has his monthly anti worm and flea tablet.

About: I have worked for multiple zoos across the UK including Paignton Zoo, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, and for the best part of my career 10 years specialising in the care of elephants. I grew up with English Springer Spaniels as my family dogs regularly taking them on walks to the beach or Dartmoor and most recently rescued a cat all the way from Dubai. I have achieved full qualifications in animal care and animal management through my studies also completed several training courses. I have a very flexible job that enables me to work from home therefore I have plenty of free time to go on walks and focus on pet sitting. We live in Kingsteignton with a fully secure garden so outdoor access can always be provided and have plenty of nice walks on our doorstep perfect for dogs. We have no children and Janice the cat is our only pet however can easily be separated into her own area of the house. About: About me: I've always had some sort of pet since I can remember (dogs, small animals, fish, reptiles). I grew up with Boxer's, so they hold a special place in my heart. But I love all dogs (like you should!) and have looked after a range of different breeds and sizes. We've had dogs from puppies into their older years, so I know how their needs change as they get older. I currently look after the family cocker spaniel most days, she's a good little companion but can't walk as far as she use to due to her arthritis. Extras: Studied: Animal biology (Welfare, behaviour, diets...) Worked in a kennels, looked after lots of different breeds, temperaments, ages, needs. Schedule: I currently have some free time and enjoy walking. I have plenty of time, and already look after a few dogs from time to time, so thought I could help out and look after a few more. Drop-In's: In the past I normally check on them make sure they're okay, let them out for toilet break, fresh water, snacks or meal and spend some time with them. When I leave, I follow there normal routine, make sure they're safe and relaxed again.

About: Growing up my family has always had dogs and these have all been of varying breeds and sizes. When I moved out of my family home my partner and I decided to get a golden retriever, Harley, so any dogs coming to stay will need to be comfortable around him. Harley is very welcoming to any guests and is used to spending time with small, medium and large dogs so will be good company for your pet. I have a flexible job that enables me to work from home. It is a very sedentary job so I like to go on walks and be outside in my breaks and free time. We live in kingsteignton with an enclosed garden and a gate that opens up onto a park so ideal for the dogs. (Both the garden and park are in the pictures). This means we have several walks on our doorstep but we also like to drive to some. We love going on long walks with Harley and we like to keep the routes varied so we never really do the same walk two days in a row. We have no children and Harley is our only pet.

About: As a person who loves animals with years of experience caring for dogs, I'm committed to providing a safe and loving environment for your pet. I've always enjoyed looking after friends and family's pets and consider it a priviledge to do so. I work normal office hours but my weekends are completely free and very lonely as my partner works. I am able to accommodate pets overnight if needed or just drop by for a walk. I have a fenced back garden and no other pets. Our furniture is very simple and there are no dangers of anything falling. We have a mixture of carpet and wooden flooring. We can take extra steps should you require to ensure your pet's safety. I live near Dartmoor and I am able to drive if needed.

About: Hey guys! 👋 I’m always going for long hikes with my dog Juni or just cuddling and chilling around the house! I also enjoy riding my friends horses and just being outdoors enjoying our British weather 😁 it’s nice to have a buddy to keep me company, any pet will be treated like my own whilst in my care ❤️ I’ve worked in my clients homes for many years, providing them with care and support...I am respectful and very tidy. I’m free for dog walks and drop ins on weekends, will sometimes have availability during the week. I’m happy to take along my dog or can do line walks if needed. I’m always respectful of my clients homes, ensure their pet receives lots of love and attention. I provide walks and drop ins, happy to let pets out for toileting, feeding or just to have some company and play.

About: I have had 14 wonderful years of owning my own dogs, 1 Bouncy Jack Russell and 2 very lovely yorkshire Terriers all with 3 very different personalities. I love to be around dogs and really enjoy spending time with them, i have shared some fantastic adventures with them. My 3 lovely boys have now sadly passed on, i wont be getting any more of my own pets for now, but would be very very happy to help others with their dogs instead. I currently work monday to saturday until 5pm (4:30 Fridays) but in the evenings or some weekends i may be available to take your dog for a lovely long walk in the local areas (beaches & woodland) When taking your dog out for a walk further afield, i have a pet Hammock and Pet car seat in my car for dogs including pet seatbelts so you can be sure of their safety when out and about with me.

About: My story 🐾 I’ve always loved animals! I grew up with rabbits and in 2022 I spent time in Italy caring for 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a rescue bunny while helping on a house renovation. Later that year, my partner and I opened a Rover profile and cared for lots of wonderful pets. After some travelling, we’ve now settled in Devon with our 1-year-old dog, Alby 🐾. My partner works full time, and I’m reopening the pet business alongside my part-time work. Animal Care 🐾 I am available for day or night pet sitting, walking, and drop ins, and we are considering boarding in the future too. I can care for your pup, cat or small animal. I am happy to arrange a free meet and greet before walks and sits. I’m very active and enjoy walking and exploring so will enjoy taking your pup for walks or keeping your cats healthy and active. However, if you need me to be purely at the house then that is fine too. As an owner you can tell me how you would like your pet to be looked after, and I will look after them as such. So, if you have a super strict schedule for them that’s fine or if you’re really laid back, that’s fine too! I may bring my dog Alby on some walks too. Please let me know if you would prefer him not to attend. He is such a loving boy and has been attending daycare whilst we have been working full time – so he is used to a variety of other breeds and temperaments. He will be a great pal for your dog! I have administered medication for pets before and with clear instructions would have no quarrels with taking on that extra responsibility. Prior to a sit, please let me know your vet details, backup contact, feeding & walking schedule, or if they require any medication. I know how important it is to feel your pets are safe, happy and well cared for when you’re away. 🐾Whether it’s a fun walk, a cosy overnight stay, or keeping their usual routine. I have cared for dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments and will tailor each booking as such. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout. About: I've grown up with a variety of pets my whole life and have always been an immense animal lover! Because of this, I am often relied on by friends and family to look after their fur-babies whilst they are away and also have lots of experience house-sitting. I'm at my happiest when I'm around dogs and animals and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I own my own home so I'm therefore very responsible and respectful of whoever's home I'm staying in. I will be sure to follow your instructions regarding pet care and certain things around the house. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday so I would be available to look after your pup(s) from late afternoon on Friday until Sunday evening (or early Monday morning). On some occasions if need be, it may be possible for me to work remotely from your home (if WiFi permits and dependant on your facilities but I would need plenty of notice for this). Over the weekend I will be on hand every couple of hours to give your fur-babies my undivided attention, walkies and play time! I would also be available to pop in for checks and short walks during weekday evenings as well. I have a handsome miniature dachshund who keeps me company while I work from home during the week. I have a fenced and secure garden and have a car seat cover that covers the entire back seat meaning we can go further afield for walks as where we live has lots to offer on our doorstep for a variety of walks and terrain. We tend to go on two walks a day and perhaps a longer, more adventurous one on the weekends.

“Leaving Piglet for me for the first time was a bit of a worry especially as we're on holiday. That worry was gone as soon as Mateo arrived at the lodge . Piglet instantly took to him . He asked all right questions and reassured me everything would be fine. He sent me photos of their walk and one with Piglet cuddled up with him , that was a really nice touch. I'll definitely be booking Mateo on my next visit. Coming solo on holiday with your dog can be a bit restricting especially as some restaurants, shops don't allow dogs . I was asked out for dinner and was going to decline . I'm so pleased I've found Mateo and I'll definitely be booking him again.”
