About: I have grown up looking after our own cats and dogs, and continue to regularly look after the lovely range of dog pals of my friends and family! About: Growing up I’ve always been around dogs and cats. I’ve raised 3 puppies and been part of the dogs trust dog training. I have a 7 year old golden retriever named Koda, Koda gets a minimum of a 2 hour walk daily. I am used to having upto 5 dogs on a walk as used to dog walking for family and friends. I also now work from home so am here all day. After coming off maternity leave, I now have a different job which allows me to work from home. So I am home all day as I have a studio in my back garden. I have a 7ft fenced large backyard, fully secure. I have koda my golden retriever, who loves playing with others. My cat Matilda has grown up around dogs. I am able to provide a crate if need be. Or my bed is big enough for night time cuddles :)

About: I have worked for multiple zoos across the UK including Paignton Zoo, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, and for the best part of my career 10 years specialising in the care of elephants. I grew up with English Springer Spaniels as my family dogs regularly taking them on walks to the beach or Dartmoor and around twelve months ago rescued a cat all the way from Dubai. About: I have had animals since forever, I can’t imagine life without them. I have a lot of love, time and energy for any furry creature I meet! We live in a gorgeous village in the countryside and can offer your pets beautiful walks with lovely surroundings and cuddles by the fire in our cottage. My partner and I are home 24/7, as well as our malinois/husky Otto, who is desperate to make new friends! We take him to a large park near our house for at least 1hr a day, and often go to the beach, river or forest on the weekends for a long walk and of course a game of fetch! Our house is very dog/puppy safe with a good sized secure garden, furniture that is animal friendly and set up for cuddles. We have a car and easy access to local parks, rivers and lovely walks around the village.
About: I’ve had my little springer spaniel since I was 10 and she’s been my best friend ever since. She’s a little old now but the love is still growing. I’ve always enjoyed the company of dogs and I’ve had some experience by volunteering daily to walk dogs during my university studies. “This was a “meet and greet” at Vanessa’s home to check that Tilly and Sammy got on with her. Both doggies seemed to settle and relax during our visit and Vanessa was very calm and gentle with them and let them get to know her in their own time. It seems that they will have Vanessa’s undivided attention when they stay with her and will be allowed to lay on the sofa etc. Vanessa was interested to find out all the caring details for them in advance of their weekend visit next month and I will be preparing some detailed notes for each dog as requested to assist with this. This visit was very helpful for all involved and I’m hoping it will make Tilly and Sammy’s 1st stay away from home without me a happy experience for all.”
About: In 2023 I received my degree in animal science, I hold a dog first aid certification and IMDT dog training certification. Since 2023 I have run a gundog kennels where I at one time had 22 dogs in my care. I have trained and rehabilitated rescue dogs and helped them find their forever homes. About: Growing up my family has always had dogs and these have all been of varying breeds and sizes. When I moved out of my family home my partner and I decided to get a golden retriever, Harley, so any dogs coming to stay will need to be comfortable around him. Harley is very welcoming to any guests and is used to spending time with small, medium and large dogs so will be good company for your pet. I have a flexible job that enables me to work from home. It is a very sedentary job so I like to go on walks and be outside in my breaks and free time. We live in kingsteignton with an enclosed garden and a gate that opens up onto a park so ideal for the dogs. (Both the garden and park are in the pictures). This means we have several walks on our doorstep but we also like to drive to some. We love going on long walks with Harley and we like to keep the routes varied so we never really do the same walk two days in a row. We have no children and Harley is our only pet.

About: I've always grown up in a household with pets, I've had a Staffie and a cat since age 3 and now have a Staffie cross to at home. I see animals more like your children than your pets, they're a part of the family, and so I understand the nervousness of leaving them with another. In previous summer's, I've spent six months working around animals at a boarding kennel 5 days a week and so have learnt a lot about looking after our furry friends :) I am currently at university studying Acting, but have always had a passion for animals, as well as missing my pets from back home. My uni schedule can be pretty packed, but I'm quite flexible, being able to do most evenings as well as Wednesdays, Fridays from the afternoon onwards, and weekends. When pet sitting previously at the owner's house I have asked to have a list of any special requirements your pet may have which I can refer to if needs be. I will always stick to whatever rules you have for your pet (e.g. not being allowed in certain rooms/on furniture) and would appreciate a list of any specific commands you use so as not to confuse your pup :)

About: Growing up I’ve always been around dogs and cats. I’ve raised 3 puppies and been part of the dogs trust dog training. I have a 7 year old golden retriever named Koda, Koda gets a minimum of a 2 hour walk daily. I am used to having upto 5 dogs on a walk as used to dog walking for family and friends. I also now work from home so am here all day. After coming off maternity leave, I now have a different job which allows me to work from home. So I am home all day as I have a studio in my back garden. I have a 7ft fenced large backyard, fully secure. I have koda my golden retriever, who loves playing with others. Since 2023 I have run a gundog kennels where I at one time had 22 dogs in my care. I have trained and rehabilitated rescue dogs and helped them find their forever homes. About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, having dogs, cats, rats, fish and a hedgehog as a child. I currently live with my partner and our two cats, however I am often pet sitting for friends and family, usually for my partner's family's dogs (dachshunds, border collies and chihuahuas). The border collies in our family are quite old and require daily medication, which is something I'm used to scheduling my days around. When we first got our cats they came to us with fleas, so I'm also no stranger to the occasional flea bath and ear mite check. I enjoy spending my evenings with my own cats after work, however I work very close to home so can happily spend my lunch breaks at home if your pet is boarding with me. I tend to work Monday to Friday 9-5:30 and have weekends free, however I do often have Mondays and Tuesdays and odd afternoons off work too. I have two gorgeous cats of my own who have free range of the house and back garden as we live in quite a secluded, safe area away from main roads. I am more than happy to keep windows and doors closed for the safety and comfort of your pet, however the back garden has high fences so would be safe for a dog. We have plenty of toys and comfy places to nap around the house and a water fountain to ensure the animals keep hydrated.

About: I have had 14 wonderful years of owning my own dogs, 1 Bouncy Jack Russell and 2 very lovely yorkshire Terriers all with 3 very different personalities. I work full-time over three condensed days, which means I have several days each week fully available for dog walking and sitting. On my days off, I usually start the day with a morning walk between 9–10am, lasting at least an hour. In good weather, this can turn into longer outings of several hours, with breaks for rest, water, and lunch. I also provide a shorter, calmer evening walk around 6pm for 20–30 minutes. Dogs in my care have regular access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day, and I always ensure a final toilet break around 9pm before settling in for the night. I’m happy to adapt my routine depending on each dog’s needs, whether they prefer longer adventures or a more relaxed pace. I provide a safe, relaxed, and home-from-home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. In my home, dogs are welcome in all areas and can choose where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s on the sofa or in their own bed in the lounge. I have a fully secure, fenced garden with no external access, so they can safely enjoy time outside whenever needed. I don’t use crates, but I may be able to accommodate one for smaller dogs if that’s part of their usual routine. For overnight stays, dogs are welcome upstairs and can sleep on my bed or in the spare room—whatever helps them feel most settled and secure. Although my own dog is not food reactive, I always feed dogs separately to ensure they each eat their own meals safely and at their own pace. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I am very respectful of routines and house rules. About: I've always been a bit dog obsessed from a young age and have had a number of dogs myself, including an English Setter rescue from Croatia who'd never lived in a home before & was anxious around many dogs, excluding my lovely Labradoodle, who was his safety blanket, so a lot of love, patience & training was required to give him his best final years of life. I currently have an extremely friendly & sociable Clumber Spaniel X bitch, 16 months old who loves life & would welcome any dog in her home for a day or sleepover/s. So, recent experience of older dogs who just want comfort, company, cuddles & a short stroll to a manic puppy who didn't have an off switch...which I've since found! I live within walking distance to fields & the coastline & work from home with a secure garden so can offer your dog a little holiday whilst you can enjoy yours guilt free knowing that they are happy too! I currently work part time from home, apart from Thursdays when I volunteer for Animals in Distress for 4hrs, so have plenty of time for walks & play time. I have a fenced in secure garden & have a large crate available for your dog if they feel more secure in a crate and they can enjoy the company of my very well socialised dog Clemmie. Should I ever need to pop out I have a Blink camera so that I can always keep eyes on!
