“Nala was treated like a member of the family, with plenty of walks and belly rubs. Claudia kept us updated with pictures and was very understanding when we were late for collection due to heavy traffic. Will.be using again if they are free and highly recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic! Great communication from enquiring, to booking a visit to make sure our dog got in well with Barney, to booking, before our stay and durn, we had regular videos and photos and communication with Matthew, when we messsaged we would get a reply pretty instantly which was lovely being our first time away from Belle. She has come back happy and content and believe that is all down to Matthew and the family making her so welcome, keeping her routines and the way she likes her bed and things. Thank you so so much, we will be booking again for this year as we feel so comfortable at ease, and Belle instantly took you.”

“Definitely recommend Mark & Donna if you are new to looking for a dog sitter / family for your pet. We had never used someone that we didn’t know before for our sausage dog Reggie and I so pleased that we found Mark & Donna. Reggie had a great time and Mark kept us updated with photos , videos and messages over the weekend which was great. Reggie looked like he had the best time and made some cute four legged friends as well as humans 🥰 Thank you for making the whole process easy and comfortable for us. Would definitely use again.”

“Many thanks for looking after our 2 boys again. Its lovely to receive the videos of them enjoying themselves whilst we are away, it give us peace of mind to know they are being looked after so well whilst we are away. They both have different needs , one being 2 the other 15 . Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you again Jacqui and Ralph”

“Such a great sitter! Rhys is so flexible and great at replying quickly to make arrangements for our long distance doggy daycare whilst e visited family nearby. Scout seemed at home and well cared for. I’m sure scout will be back again next time we’re down this way”

“Ela was incredible. Originally we asked her to look after our Satffy for a weekend while we had our wedding, we then asked her if she could look after him at the ceremony and even walk him down the isle as he was our ring bearer. She was faultless, so caring and thoughtful. We could see Tyson our staffy felt happy around her and comfortable from the get go. She took great care of him back at her flat and sent us updates. We honestly can't recommend and thank her enough for being so helpful and kind.”

About: I am self-employed, which gives me a lot of flexibility with my availability and hours. I also have two animal-loving children who are at nursery and school during the day, allowing me plenty of time for feeding visits, companionship, playtime and check-ins 🐱💕 I understand how important it is for pet owners to know their cats are safe, comfortable and well cared for while they are away. I always make sure pets have a calm, clean and secure environment, follow routines carefully, and give them plenty of attention, reassurance and fuss. I am respectful of owners’ homes and will always keep communication open with updates and photos if requested 😊
“Anna and family were absolutely brilliant! Our dog Reg stayed with them overnight while we went to a concert, and he had a wonderful time! Lovely big garden to run around in, and the kids played with him and gave him lots of attention. He seemed very happy and chilled out when we picked him up, and he didn't seem to have missed us at all! I would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for an overnight dog sitter. Thank you, Anna and family; we really appreciate how well you looked after our Reg!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of care and attention I give to every dog as if they were my own. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment so pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’m patient and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means extra playtime, gentle walks, or quiet companionship. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine, as I prioritise consistency, reliability, and flexibility. I structure my schedule to ensure I have dedicated time for walks, feeding, play, and companionship, so pets in my care receive proper attention rather than being squeezed in around other commitments. In both settings, I provide regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m attentive to behaviour, health, and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accommodate special requirements such as administering medication, caring for senior pets, or supporting basic training routines.
“Absolutely wonderful experience, first time using this sort of service and it’s been a breeze. Lovely couple, kept me informed every day and Harry looked like he had the best weekend. Thank you so much. Will 100% be using your services again if you want too anyway 🙃”

“My dog Douglas had the best time staying with Talita, we got regular updates with videos and pictures of Douglas's walks and when he was in the home. He always looked like he was having the best time. He got to play with their dog Mala who is super friendly. I would 100% recommend Talita to anyone who is nervous about leaving their dog, we met up a couple times before I left him so we could get to know each other and for Douglas to become familiar with them and their home. He was happy to see me when I collected but quickly picked up toys and went back to playing with them whilst we spoke about his week. Generally the only people he likes playing with our us so it was really lovely to see how much more social this has made him. Thankyou for looking after him so well. Xxxx”

“Charlotte and Josh were wonderful carers for our dog while we were away on holiday - easygoing and knowledgeable, reassuring and flexible, they sent us regular updates and brilliantly navigated some difficulties that arode in a really accommodating, professional and sympathetic manner. We couldn't have asked for more, and we wholeheartedly recommend them for your dog-caring. Thank you to you both!”

“Mia and her lovely golden retriever, Harley have been the perfect host/ companion for my dog, Evie. She had the most wonderful 3 days stay, was exceptionally well looked after and cared for with lots of walks, runs and hugs. The pics and videos of her stay gave me complete peace of mind that Evie was happy and settled. A happy dog means a happy owner. Thank you, Mia and Harley 😊”

“Charlotte was exceptional in her care for Ember. When our travel plans changed, she was flexible to readjust and took such good care of our fluffy labradoodle. We had plenty of photos, videos and updates and Ember slotted straight in to family life and walks with Charlotte’s family and other dogs. We were kept up to date with everything throughout the stay and felt confident in Charlotte’s experience and care for dogs. We would highly recommend booking with her! Ember came back one happy pup!”

“Extremely happy with Harriet looking after Roly and Atti. She kept me updated with messages and photos and ensured they were kept comfortable in the heat. When I returned home from my time away they were calm, well fed and happy. The sure sign of a good sitter. Would happily call upon Harriet again to look after my boys (if my long note of their requirements has not put her off 🤔🤣)”

“Rachel is super lovely! Very happy with how she looked after Roxie. She sent me lots of update photos. I came home to a very happy chonky cat. I definitely will be using her again and would 100% recommend her to other people. My cat is hard to get to know but she took to Rachel really well.”

“Jenn was super! Jenn responded quickly to my messages and came to see Larry before I went away. Booking was easy. Jenn sent photos of Larry each visit and wrote a note to update me. I would certainly book with Jenn again.”

“Tom is an excellent cat sitter, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking for drop-in visits and took the time to build up some trust with our cat who is quite nervous of new people. We received detailed updates and felt very comfortable that everything was well taken care of while we were away. Thank you!”

About: I have grown up with cats and our family have always had all sorts of pets, including rabbits, ducks and hamsters! I love all animals and have until recently had a lovely Labrador who was blind, so I have some experience of pets with extra needs. I would love to help look after your lovely pets too! I have helped care for neighbours cats before and family pets too.
“Ashleigh was great looking after our Cat Cashew while we were away, kept me updated and even offered to go in an extra day to check on him when he was being fussy! Thanks Ashleigh!”

About: i’ve volunteered to help a doggy daycare care where i helped walk, feed, wash dogs. in the past i have used my home to dog sit for people who needed their puppies trained and who didn’t want to leave their puppies on their own so they would come to me and i would train and keep the puppies entertained for the day i am currently in education, but my schedule is relaxed so i can do tuesdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, thursdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, fridays 2-4pm and anytime on sundays my dog is well loved and well cared for, unfortunately we don’t have a garden but we take him on long walks every 3 hours to make sure his needs are met. he has an array of toys to keep happy and i love playing catch and tug of war to keep him entertained. he eats 2 a day, morning and night, with treats throughout the day when warranted. he is bathed and groomed regularly so it does not affect his health and has his monthly anti worm and flea tablet.
About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life, providing love, exercise, and companionship. Experienced with various breeds and personalities, I ensure pets feel safe and happy. Schedule: Working from home allows me to stop by for daytime check-ins as required. I’m available for evening walks and longer, more enjoyable walks on weekends. I have a fenced garden however will not be accepting boarding in my home due to my two cats needing their own space. Happy to attend an owners home to care as needed

“Catriona was lovely to meet and our cat was well behaved and happy to play with her. Followed our instructions whilst away and kept to agreed visit times. Would recommend her if looking for a cat sitter.”

“Beth is amazing. Very accommodating to changing schedules and keeps me informed with regular messages and updates. My collie/lurcher loves her and she makes sure he is well looked after when I am unable to. I highly recommend Beth.”

About: I've grown up with a variety of pets my whole life and have always been an immense animal lover! Because of this, I am often relied on by friends and family to look after their fur-babies whilst they are away and also have lots of experience house-sitting. I'm at my happiest when I'm around dogs and animals and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I own my own home so I'm therefore very responsible and respectful of whoever's home I'm staying in. I will be sure to follow your instructions regarding pet care and certain things around the house. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday so I would be available to look after your pup(s) from late afternoon on Friday until Sunday evening (or early Monday morning). On some occasions if need be, it may be possible for me to work remotely from your home (if WiFi permits and dependant on your facilities but I would need plenty of notice for this). Over the weekend I will be on hand every couple of hours to give your fur-babies my undivided attention, walkies and play time! I would also be available to pop in for checks and short walks during weekday evenings as well. I have a handsome miniature dachshund who keeps me company while I work from home during the week. I have a fenced and secure garden and have a car seat cover that covers the entire back seat meaning we can go further afield for walks as where we live has lots to offer on our doorstep for a variety of walks and terrain. We tend to go on two walks a day and perhaps a longer, more adventurous one on the weekends.

About: I’ve had cats for most of my life, so I understand that every cat has their own personality, routine, and way of feeling comfortable. I also worked in a veterinary practice for 5 years, which gave me experience caring for cats of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m confident around nervous cats, senior cats, and pets that may need medication or extra patience and reassurance. I understand how important it is for owners to feel their pets are safe and well cared for while they’re away, so I always aim to provide calm, reliable care along with regular updates and photos for peace of mind.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, having dogs, cats, rats, fish and a hedgehog as a child. I currently live with my partner and our two cats, however I am often pet sitting for friends and family, usually for my partner's family's dogs (dachshunds, border collies and chihuahuas). The border collies in our family are quite old and require daily medication, which is something I'm used to scheduling my days around. When we first got our cats they came to us with fleas, so I'm also no stranger to the occasional flea bath and ear mite check.

“Aneta looked after our dogs for the first time at the weekend, they warmed to her instantly and she took time to understand what our dogs liked/disliked. We’ve rebooked Aneta for a week or so in September and we feel happy and comfortable knowing our dogs are in good hands.”

About: I have previous experience owning and caring for cats, having had several cats over the years. Although we don’t currently have any pets, I am very comfortable around cats and understand their needs, behaviour and boundaries. My children are also familiar with cats and are gentle and respectful around them. They understand that cats need their own space and will leave them alone when they show that they have had enough interaction.

About: I've taken care of cats since I was 10 years old, which was when I got introduced to my first pet. I am a massive animal lover and always want the best for your pets. I've been looking after cats for a long time so I am aware of different behaviors and expressions cats may make in order to get their needs met. I am energetic, passionate and a friendly person who wants to make you feel as comfortable and content as can be when you're away. I've also done a lot of voluntary work at rescue centres which has really enabled me to get to know different breeds of cat 🐈. I really enjoy spending time with animals so volunteering in animal centres is something I aim to do on a monthly basis. I've had personal and professional experiences looking after cats so I hope that you'd feel completely at ease leaving your cat in my care.
“Catriona & Tim are a lovely couple who did an amazing job for us looking after our two cats and feeding the birds which was so much appreciated. We came home to an immaculate house and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and for you to trust them with your pets too. We will look forward to working with them again soon.”

About: I’ve had a lot of hands-on experience with cats from an early age, growing up in a home with 12 cats. This gave me a strong understanding of different personalities — from confident and affectionate to more independent or shy cats. I’ve also cared for cats for friends and family, as well as providing drop-in visits, so I’m experienced in maintaining routines, feeding, cleaning litter trays, and making sure each cat feels comfortable while their owner is away. I understand that cats can be very particular about their space and routine, so I always take a calm and patient approach — allowing them to come to me in their own time. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers their own space, I’ll make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for.

“Jacqui is amazing with my cockapoo! She has tons of experience and is very patient. My dog is very excited when he arrives at her house and always comes home exhausted! I can always trust that he is in safe hands. Can't recommend Jacqui and her expertise enough!”

“Mia was fantastic with Ruby. Ruby seemed to be right at home the moment she arrived! I was sent photos and messages during the day so I was assured she was fine as this is our first time leaving her with someone. Mia was also very understanding and patient about our changing plans. I will definitely be trusting Mia again to look after Ruby for us.”

“Ludo had a great time with Ela for two days doggy day care. Ela clearly loves dogs, I have no doubt Ludo was well cared for with nice treats, cuddles and walks. Ela was so flexible to accommodate our short notice request, she took the time to meet Ludo in advance of the booking, and communication was great. Thanks Ela!”

About: I’ve had my little springer spaniel since I was 10 and she’s been my best friend ever since. She’s a little old now but the love is still growing. I’ve always enjoyed the company of dogs and I’ve had some experience by volunteering daily to walk dogs during my university studies. So I’m doing my masters studies at the moment, but I’m busy only on Mondays and Tuesdays and have plenty of time in between that to help daily. My dog is very much the queen of my home so her safety, care and protection is always of the highest concern to me. She has the house and garden to herself during the day, with also a variation of lovely walks each day, and at night, anyone’s bed or room is hers for the choosing.
“Anna took fantastic care of our goldie Digby - she sent through regular updates and was fantastic at communicating throughout. Digby really enjoyed spending time with her Anna’s lovely family and I’m sure would love to come back again”

About: I have had animals since forever, I can’t imagine life without them. I have a lot of love, time and energy for any furry creature I meet! We live in a gorgeous village in the countryside and can offer your pets beautiful walks with lovely surroundings and cuddles by the fire in our cottage. My partner and I are home 24/7, as well as our malinois/husky Otto, who is desperate to make new friends! We take him to a large park near our house for at least 1hr a day, and often go to the beach, river or forest on the weekends for a long walk and of course a game of fetch! Our house is very dog/puppy safe with a good sized secure garden, furniture that is animal friendly and set up for cuddles. We have a car and easy access to local parks, rivers and lovely walks around the village.

About: Hi, I'm Vikki, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. Caring for pets isn't just something I do—it's something I genuinely love and have been passionate about for as long as I can remember. I share my home with my partner, my mum and my furbabies. I've always had a soft spot for rescue aniamls and some of my most rewarding experiences have come from being lucky to have given them a second chance of a loving secure and happy home. My experience isn't limited to dogs – I've also owned rescue cats and rabbits giving me a good understanding of the care and attention different animals require. I am an RSPCA volunteer and qualified dog groomer and am committed to providing safe, reliable, and compassionate loving care, Whether it's dog walking, pet sitting, or providing companionship while you're away, you can have peace of mind knowing your pets will be treated as if they were my own. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or simply sticking to their usual routine, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I look forward to meeting your furry family member. I recently made the decision to step away from full-time work to focus on what I'm truly passionate about – caring for animals. I'm available 7 days a week and can be flexible to suit your schedule and your pet's individual needs. I am committed to maintaining a safe environment at all times, following your pet’s routine closely and keeping you updated for complete peace of mind. I take the time to build trust with every pet, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection.
About: We absolutely love experiencing and exploring new places with our doggies (as you'll see from the photos). I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, and my first career was in veterinary nursing, which I practised for five years before welcoming my daughter into the world. Although that was some time ago, my background has given me invaluable experience in animal care, including administering medication, recognising changes in behaviour, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I now work in a school, which gives me plenty of availability during school holidays. My husband works from home, so there is usually someone around to provide company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Our home is shared with our two friendly and mischievous Mini Goldendoodles, Philip and Wilbur, and our cat, Pumpkin. We offer a warm family environment with a secure walled garden, patio area, and spacious reception rooms with plenty of room for play, relaxation, and the occasional zoomies. We also have two animal-loving children (aged 8 and 11) who enjoy helping to give visiting pets lots of affection and attention. Every dog is different, so walks and activities can be tailored to suit their age, energy level, ability, and individual needs. Whether your pet enjoys long adventures, gentle strolls, playtime, or simply a cosy place to relax, we will do our best to make them feel happy, comfortable, and part of the family while they are with us. I work part-time in a school, which means I have plenty of time available for walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the week and during school holidays. My husband works from home full-time, so there is usually someone around to provide supervision, attention, and plenty of fuss throughout the day. We are fortunate to have access to beautiful local beaches, woodland walks, and open fields, allowing us to tailor each walk to suit your dog's age, energy level, and individual needs. Most dogs can enjoy two walks per day, typically ranging from 40 minutes to an hour, alongside garden time, enrichment, and plenty of cuddles at home. Every dog is different, so their routine can be adapted to ensure they are comfortable, happy, and getting the right amount of exercise and stimulation. Whether your pup enjoys energetic adventures or gentle strolls, we'll make sure they feel right at home with us. On the weekend we love exploring and going for days out as a family, furries and all! We have a fairly big house with lots of space for relaxing, play and zoomies, accompanied by decent sized, grassy garden and patio area. We have plenty of room for your dog to be crated if desired. Our dogs are all friendly and your pet would be treated like one of the family.
About: I have cared for animals since I was very young. Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Fish, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters Chickens and Horses. Animals have always been a part of my everyday life. I am only work part-time so have plenty of time to give live and attention to your fur babies. For animals that wan't attention I am happy to play. I always ensure an owners home is looked after and secured as if it were my own home. I always keep it clean and tidy.

“Our whippet, Cleo, had a lovely day with Jade. Jade asked lots of questions and made sure she had all the important info for looking after Cleo. She took her on a lovely walk and sent us photos so we knew she was happy and settled. Cleo looks forward to returning!”

About: Dogs have always been my world. From raising my own border collie to caring for others, I’m relied on for love, reliability, and peace of mind. I work part-time from home, so I am available to give your pup as much attention and time as possible! I will do a morning and afternoon walk, with plenty of playtime in between! I have a fenced and secure garden with plenty of space! My border collie Max, who is very friendly, would also love the company. This is a smoke free home, and my partner and I take good care of our home and our pets wellbeing and safety.
“This was a “meet and greet” at Vanessa’s home to check that Tilly and Sammy got on with her. Both doggies seemed to settle and relax during our visit and Vanessa was very calm and gentle with them and let them get to know her in their own time. It seems that they will have Vanessa’s undivided attention when they stay with her and will be allowed to lay on the sofa etc. Vanessa was interested to find out all the caring details for them in advance of their weekend visit next month and I will be preparing some detailed notes for each dog as requested to assist with this. This visit was very helpful for all involved and I’m hoping it will make Tilly and Sammy’s 1st stay away from home without me a happy experience for all.”

About: From the age of 6 my family adopted a dog and I walked and cared for him. Since then I have always loved dogs and their very individual personalities. Every time I visit my father in Spain, I happily am the one who cares for his dog. I am currently looking for work that I can do online, so that when I do have work, I would also be able to be home with the dog. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I usually visit a friend to work on an art project, although should you require a full week of dog sitting, book in advance and I can rearrange this. The dog would have access to a fenced garden. There are a few parks locally where the dog can also relieve themselves and exercise. Dogs being pack animals do love attention and I love to pet.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was around 10 for neighbours and friends and family I have reptile and equine experience I’m currently only working part time and am informed of my shifts days in advanced which opens up my schedule to more hours during the week! I have a fenced garden and a park just opposite my house which is mostly enclosed, I can take your pet on multiple walks a day and they shouldn’t be alone for more than a couple hours at a time :)

“We had an excellent Meet and Greet with Tom this morning. Watching her behaviour in our home and on a walk, Tom was able to get a feel for our crazy Staffy. Together we discussed a way forward. The photos he shared of their walk really catch her her wacky spirit :) We are all looking forward to seeing her improve as time goes on.”

About: Growing up my family has always had dogs and these have all been of varying breeds and sizes. When I moved out of my family home my partner and I decided to get a golden retriever, Harley, so any dogs coming to stay will need to be comfortable around him. Harley is very welcoming to any guests and is used to spending time with small, medium and large dogs so will be good company for your pet. I have a flexible job that enables me to work from home. It is a very sedentary job so I like to go on walks and be outside in my breaks and free time. We live in kingsteignton with an enclosed garden and a gate that opens up onto a park so ideal for the dogs. (Both the garden and park are in the pictures). This means we have several walks on our doorstep but we also like to drive to some. We love going on long walks with Harley and we like to keep the routes varied so we never really do the same walk two days in a row. We have no children and Harley is our only pet.
About: I've always grown up in a household with pets, I've had a Staffie and a cat since age 3 and now have a Staffie cross to at home. I see animals more like your children than your pets, they're a part of the family, and so I understand the nervousness of leaving them with another. In previous summer's, I've spent six months working around animals at a boarding kennel 5 days a week and so have learnt a lot about looking after our furry friends :) I am currently at university studying Acting, but have always had a passion for animals, as well as missing my pets from back home. My uni schedule can be pretty packed, but I'm quite flexible, being able to do most evenings as well as Wednesdays, Fridays from the afternoon onwards, and weekends. When pet sitting previously at the owner's house I have asked to have a list of any special requirements your pet may have which I can refer to if needs be. I will always stick to whatever rules you have for your pet (e.g. not being allowed in certain rooms/on furniture) and would appreciate a list of any specific commands you use so as not to confuse your pup :)
About: Hi, I’m passionate about providing the very best care for animals and have over 10 years of hands-on experience working with a wide range of pets. I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Animal Management and am trained in pet first aid, giving you added peace of mind that your pet will be in safe and capable hands. For the past 7 years, I’ve worked in a busy kennels and cattery, caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. This experience has given me the skills to confidently handle everything from energetic puppies to senior pets and those with individual care needs. I understand that every pet is unique, so I always take the time to get to know their personality, routine, and preferences. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, administering medication if required, or simply providing companionship, I’ll treat your pet with the same love, patience, and care as if they were my own. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’m committed to providing reliable, professional, and loving care while keeping you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I currently work part time in the kennels and cattery, I have plenty of time on my days off where I’m trying to build my own business. I am first aid trained and always carry a first aid kit on all my walks. No walks will be off lead unless I have written permission from owners and the dog has proven to me they have good recall and they listen to me.

About: I have taken care of many animals over the years… right from when I was 6 years old! Growing up in New Zealand, I owned many different types of pets from rabbits to horses. My family have always owned dogs and have had several different breeds, all with their own unique personalities so I know how to adapt the care I give to ensure your beloved family member gets the best care! I am a mum to two young children so I spend a lot of time at home so am able to make sure your furbaby is well cared for. If for whatever reason I need to pop out, my husband would be at home so your pet would never be left alone for long periods of time. I am here to offer a few services for your beloved pets. From boarding where your pet will stay in my family home to dog walking where I'll take your fur baby to a local park etc. I tend to do long walks around 4 miles or so, but can take different equally as fun routes if your pet isn't up for as long walks! I live in the beautiful town of Dawlish so there is a countryside park around 10 minutes away, a few grassy areas and most importantly, the beach! We currently live in a 2 bed ground-floor apartment with my 2 children and my husband. Although we don't have a garden, I take all our doggie guests out often during the day for short walk around the block so they have time to go toilet. These walks are separate to the 4 mile walks as previously mentioned! I can walk your dog as often as needed. Your pet will have free roam of the open plan kitchen and living room. They will be allowed on our comfy sofa to have a rest and cuddles! My kids are brilliant with pets, they are being taught how to handle animals safely and are learning when a dog has had enough playtime/ cuddles, and will never be left alone unsupervised with your pet. I am an extremely trustworthy and reliable person. You will be able to rest assured knowing that your pet is in the best care where they are being walked lots, played with and cuddled for the whole time your away. I will also send you updates and pictures while you are away so you can see for yourself how much fun your pet is having! And just so you can be absolutely certain I am one you can fully trust, I have a full enhanced DBS and can provide references if required.
I enjoy spending my evenings with my own cats after work, however I work very close to home so can happily spend my lunch breaks at home if your pet is boarding with me. I tend to work Monday to Friday 9-5:30 and have weekends free, however I do often have Mondays and Tuesdays and odd afternoons off work too. I have two gorgeous cats of my own who have free range of the house and back garden as we live in quite a secluded, safe area away from main roads. I am more than happy to keep windows and doors closed for the safety and comfort of your pet, however the back garden has high fences so would be safe for a dog. We have plenty of toys and comfy places to nap around the house and a water fountain to ensure the animals keep hydrated.

This means I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets and provide them with the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. I'm available 7 days a week and can be flexible to suit your schedule and your pet's individual needs. Whether you need regular walks, daytime visits, overnight care, or help at short notice, I'll always do my best to accommodate you. As a car owner, I'm able to travel locally and can provide reliable transport when needed. Alongside pet sitting and dog grooming, I'm continuing to develop my knowledge and skills by studying animal welfare & training qualifications through online industry recognised certificated courses. Combined with my experience as an RSPCA volunteer and qualified dog groomer, this allows me to provide the highest standard of care for every pet I look after. I am committed to maintaining a safe environment at all times, following your pet’s routine closely and keeping you updated for complete peace of mind. I take the time to build trust with every pet, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, exercise, enrichment, and affection.
About: I have had 14 wonderful years of owning my own dogs, 1 Bouncy Jack Russell and 2 very lovely yorkshire Terriers all with 3 very different personalities. I love to be around dogs and really enjoy spending time with them, i have shared some fantastic adventures with them. My 3 lovely boys have now sadly passed on, i wont be getting any more of my own pets for now, but would be very very happy to help others with their dogs instead. I currently work monday to saturday until 5pm (4:30 Fridays) but in the evenings or some weekends i may be available to take your dog for a lovely long walk in the local areas (beaches & woodland) When taking your dog out for a walk further afield, i have a pet Hammock and Pet car seat in my car for dogs including pet seatbelts so you can be sure of their safety when out and about with me.

About: We are a dog walking and pet sitting business inspired by our two rescue dogs, Chase and Lacey — which is where the name Walkies with Chase and Lacey comes from 🐾 We specialise in 1-to-1 dog walks, perfect for nervous, reactive, or more sensitive dogs, while also offering small group walks for sociable pups. Through my experience owning rescue dogs, I understand that every dog is different. Some are confident and energetic, while others need patience, reassurance, and time to build trust — and I always work at each dog’s pace. I have hands-on experience with nervous and sensitive dogs. One of my own dogs, Chase, was extremely anxious around strangers when I first adopted him and avoided all contact. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, I’ve helped him grow into a much more relaxed and social dog. Because of this, I’m very confident in reading body language and recognising when a dog may feel overwhelmed. I always prioritise making dogs feel safe, comfortable, and secure in my care. All services are tailored to suit your dog’s individual needs — whether that’s calm walks, playtime, or companionship while you’re away. Every dog is treated as if they were my own. I offer flexible availability throughout the week, with a focus on daytime walks and visits. Monday & Tuesday: Available mornings and early afternoons (before 3pm) Wednesday – Friday: Full availability for walks, visits, and pet sitting Saturday: Available during the day (before 5pm) Sunday: Available in the morning (before 11:30am) I’m also happy to offer pet sitting and overnight stays, depending on your dog or cat’s needs — feel free to message to discuss specific times. In a pet owner’s home, I aim to keep everything as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest, as I know how important familiarity is — especially for nervous or sensitive pets. I make sure they get plenty of attention, enrichment, and companionship, while also respecting their space if they prefer a calmer approach. For dog walks, I offer both 1-to-1 and small group walks, depending on what suits your dog best. I pay close attention to body language and behaviour to ensure every dog feels safe and comfortable, and I always walk at their pace. These walks can include some enrichment games, ball throwing or just a good sniff in the bushes. If your dog loves something I’ll be sure to include it in our walk. For cats and smaller pets, I provide calm, gentle care — including feeding, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, and interaction based on their personality, whether that’s playtime or simply quiet company. I also keep owners updated with regular messages, photos, and videos for peace of mind. If caring for pets in my own home (if applicable), I provide a safe, clean, and secure environment with plenty of attention, structure, and comfort, treating them as part of the family while they’re with me. I have a walled off garden and have two resident friendly dogs. There are multiple crates on site if your dog ever needs some me time. There are multiple areas to lounge including the sofa and dog beds. Due to warmer weather there is also a dog paddling pool in the garden
About: I have never not owned a pet, whether it’s a dog, cat or guinea pig! You can leave your pets with me worry free and be sure that they will receive the best care and lots of attention. I’m currently unemployed so if your pets require lots of walking or full attention then i’m the person to book! I’m free any day of the week so whatever you need works for me. I love caring for animals so they will receive lots of attention. I make sure they get fed on time and have lots of fresh air. I have a cat at home and always make sure he has lots of play time (and even take him on walks!)
About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals since I was 12. I helped my mini dachshund Lola give birth to her puppies and helped to rear them til they were ready for their new families and homes. I have had ducks, rabbits, mice, dogs, cats and even a horse. I love to spend time with all animals and my children (11 & 14) do too. I am on trusted house sitters and I have 5 star reviews. I have an enhanced DBS and insurance. I will treat your pets as though they are part of the family. I am currently home schooling my 14 year old son so I am pretty flexible for whatever your pets needs are. I will try to accommodate what you prefer for your lovely pet and if I can’t do what is required I will always try to come up with a solution. I can come to you or your pet can stay with us. We have a lovely big garden which is self contained. We are not far from Meadfoot beach and lovely parks and walks nearby.
About: My story 🐾 I’ve always loved animals! I grew up with rabbits and in 2022 I spent time in Italy caring for 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a rescue bunny while helping on a house renovation. Later that year, my partner and I opened a Rover profile and cared for lots of wonderful pets. After some travelling, we’ve now settled in Devon with our 1-year-old dog, Alby 🐾. My partner works full time, and I’m reopening the pet business alongside my part-time work. Animal Care 🐾 I am available for day or night pet sitting, walking, and drop ins, and we are considering boarding in the future too. I can care for your pup, cat or small animal. I am happy to arrange a free meet and greet before walks and sits. I’m very active and enjoy walking and exploring so will enjoy taking your pup for walks or keeping your cats healthy and active. However, if you need me to be purely at the house then that is fine too. As an owner you can tell me how you would like your pet to be looked after, and I will look after them as such. So, if you have a super strict schedule for them that’s fine or if you’re really laid back, that’s fine too! I may bring my dog Alby on some walks too. Please let me know if you would prefer him not to attend. He is such a loving boy and has been attending daycare whilst we have been working full time – so he is used to a variety of other breeds and temperaments. He will be a great pal for your dog! I have administered medication for pets before and with clear instructions would have no quarrels with taking on that extra responsibility. Prior to a sit, please let me know your vet details, backup contact, feeding & walking schedule, or if they require any medication. I know how important it is to feel your pets are safe, happy and well cared for when you’re away. 🐾Whether it’s a fun walk, a cosy overnight stay, or keeping their usual routine. I have cared for dogs of different sizes, ages and temperaments and will tailor each booking as such. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout. Availability 🐾 I will be working part-time hours at my regular job so if my Rover profile is showing some unavailability please feel free to message me if you need care during these hours and I will see what I can arrange. About: The pets that I look after have fun with me and you can be sure that they will be very well looked after and kept safe I am retired and have plenty of time - though I do travel quite a lot. I can house/pet sit almost anywhere in the world (if you pay my airfare!) I insist on complete information relating to the pet and their home. All aspects of the pet’s routine must be communicated to me and I try to meet the pet prior to the commencement of the assignment

“Nala was treated like a member of the family, with plenty of walks and belly rubs. Claudia kept us updated with pictures and was very understanding when we were late for collection due to heavy traffic. Will.be using again if they are free and highly recommend.”

“I was nervous to leave my boy with a dog sitter but I had no reason to worry at all. He has clearly had the best time being looked after by Nicky In her home. Regular updates of how he was getting on, and was great for him to make a new doggy friend too with Nicky’s own dog. I will be in touch next time he (I) need a holiday!!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals, especially dogs, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. I work full-time but over three condensed days, which means I have plenty of time during the rest of the week to dedicate to dog walking, sitting, and giving dogs the attention they deserve. I share my life with a rescue dog who is incredibly friendly and has never met another dog he didn’t like. We spend our days off exploring all kinds of places together—coastal paths, woodlands, beaches, as well as towns, villages, shops, and dog-friendly cafés. I understand how important enrichment, exercise, and socialisation are for a happy, well-balanced dog. I have a particular passion for rescue dogs and believe every dog deserves a fulfilling, loving life, regardless of their start. I’m patient, attentive, and mindful of each dog’s individual needs, whether that’s high-energy adventures or a calmer, more relaxed pace. I’ve looked after many friends’ dogs over the years, from regular walks to overnight stays, and I always treat them as if they were my own. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a dog go home happy, content, and tired after a fun day. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about dogs to look after your pet, I’d love to help. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work full-time over three condensed days, which means I have several days each week fully available for dog walking and sitting. My schedule is known up to 8 weeks in advance, so I can plan ahead and accommodate bookings where possible. On my days off, I usually start the day with a morning walk between 9–10am, lasting at least an hour. In good weather, this can turn into longer outings of several hours, with breaks for rest, water, and lunch. I also provide a shorter, calmer evening walk around 6pm for 20–30 minutes. Dogs in my care have regular access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day, and I always ensure a final toilet break around 9pm before settling in for the night. I’m happy to adapt my routine depending on each dog’s needs, whether they prefer longer adventures or a more relaxed pace. I provide a safe, relaxed, and home-from-home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. In my home, dogs are welcome in all areas and can choose where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s on the sofa or in their own bed in the lounge. I have a fully secure, fenced garden with no external access, so they can safely enjoy time outside whenever needed. I don’t use crates, but I may be able to accommodate one for smaller dogs if that’s part of their usual routine. For overnight stays, dogs are welcome upstairs and can sleep on my bed or in the spare room—whatever helps them feel most settled and secure. Although my own dog is not food reactive, I always feed dogs separately to ensure they each eat their own meals safely and at their own pace. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I am very respectful of routines and house rules. I would need to bring my own friendly, well-socialised dog with me, and I’m happy to follow your preferences—whether that’s keeping dogs off furniture or maintaining specific routines.

About: I've had pets all my life from. From the time I could walk, I've taken care of our family Golden retriever, later on my adorable Patterjack terrier, and now Lurcher and Belgian shepherd. That's been alongside 3 ponies / horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, 5 cats and a bird. My two dogs (Lurcher and shepherd) are incredibly friendly and playful and we have regular doggie visitors including my sister's Segugio 'Bobby' and family friend Cocker Spaniel 'Lottie'. So my offer to you is that if you have a dog who is friendly, playful, and likes the company of other dogs, they will be very welcome here! I'm recently retired so have very few commitments and am available to look after dogs most of the time. I take my two dogs out for country walks daily and could take yours too. I have a fenced garden and two friendly dogs to keep your dog company. They can all play together if you wish, but if not, I can separate them, putting your dog in the living room - I'd rather they played together if possible though.
“For first time doggy owners, and this being the first time we've had someone look after our puppy, Sophie was amazing! She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos so we knew Tenno was safe and happy, and it was so nice for Tenno to have Beau to play with. It looked like he had a lot of fun, and will definitely want to go back!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter than Matt! He looked after our dog Nellie for a week, and from start to finish, he was absolutely fantastic. Matt was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with Nellie, taking the time to make sure she felt comfortable, settled, and happy throughout her stay. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her wellbeing and treated her as if she were his own. One thing we especially appreciated was how regularly Matt kept us updated. He frequently sent us photos and messages, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Seeing Nellie happy, relaxed, and enjoying herself made all the difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip knowing she was in such good hands. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and dedication Matt showed. Nellie had a wonderful time, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. Thank you, Matt!”

“Highly recommend them always get back to you quickly for the app with updates and pictures what they have been up to very professional our lovely Dog really enjoyed his time away. We will definitely be using her again to look after him. It was lovely getting the update where we’re away in the pictures knowing he’s all happy and safe please don’t hesitate on using her for your pet needs. Really recommend it.”

“Yves and her partner looked after our 2 boys for a day and night while we got married. They were amazing, offering them a home away from home. We got regular picture and video updates showing the fun they had. Both dogs are home with us again, tired out from all the fusses and cuddles. 100% would recommend and will use their services again.”
