It was wonderful to see her having such a lovely time, being spoilt with lots of attention and treats and being well loved. About: i’ve volunteered to help a doggy daycare care where i helped walk, feed, wash dogs. in the past i have used my home to dog sit for people who needed their puppies trained and who didn’t want to leave their puppies on their own so they would come to me and i would train and keep the puppies entertained for the day i am currently in education, but my schedule is relaxed so i can do tuesdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, thursdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, fridays 2-4pm and anytime on sundays my dog is well loved and well cared for, unfortunately we don’t have a garden but we take him on long walks every 3 hours to make sure his needs are met. he has an array of toys to keep happy and i love playing catch and tug of war to keep him entertained. he eats 2 a day, morning and night, with treats throughout the day when warranted. he is bathed and groomed regularly so it does not affect his health and has his monthly anti worm and flea tablet.
About: I have grown up with cats and our family have always had all sorts of pets, including rabbits, ducks and hamsters! About: I've grown up with a variety of pets my whole life and have always been an immense animal lover! Because of this, I am often relied on by friends and family to look after their fur-babies whilst they are away and also have lots of experience house-sitting. I'm at my happiest when I'm around dogs and animals and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I own my own home so I'm therefore very responsible and respectful of whoever's home I'm staying in. I will be sure to follow your instructions regarding pet care and certain things around the house. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday so I would be available to look after your pup(s) from late afternoon on Friday until Sunday evening (or early Monday morning). On some occasions if need be, it may be possible for me to work remotely from your home (if WiFi permits and dependant on your facilities but I would need plenty of notice for this). Over the weekend I will be on hand every couple of hours to give your fur-babies my undivided attention, walkies and play time! I would also be available to pop in for checks and short walks during weekday evenings as well. I have a handsome miniature dachshund who keeps me company while I work from home during the week. I have a fenced and secure garden and have a car seat cover that covers the entire back seat meaning we can go further afield for walks as where we live has lots to offer on our doorstep for a variety of walks and terrain. We tend to go on two walks a day and perhaps a longer, more adventurous one on the weekends.

About: I have worked for multiple zoos across the UK including Paignton Zoo, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, and for the best part of my career 10 years specialising in the care of elephants. “This was a “meet and greet” at Vanessa’s home to check that Tilly and Sammy got on with her. Both doggies seemed to settle and relax during our visit and Vanessa was very calm and gentle with them and let them get to know her in their own time. It seems that they will have Vanessa’s undivided attention when they stay with her and will be allowed to lay on the sofa etc. Vanessa was interested to find out all the caring details for them in advance of their weekend visit next month and I will be preparing some detailed notes for each dog as requested to assist with this. This visit was very helpful for all involved and I’m hoping it will make Tilly and Sammy’s 1st stay away from home without me a happy experience for all.”

About: I have had animals since forever, I can’t imagine life without them. I have a lot of love, time and energy for any furry creature I meet! We live in a gorgeous village in the countryside and can offer your pets beautiful walks with lovely surroundings and cuddles by the fire in our cottage. My partner and I are home 24/7, as well as our malinois/husky Otto, who is desperate to make new friends! We take him to a large park near our house for at least 1hr a day, and often go to the beach, river or forest on the weekends for a long walk and of course a game of fetch! Our house is very dog/puppy safe with a good sized secure garden, furniture that is animal friendly and set up for cuddles. We have a car and easy access to local parks, rivers and lovely walks around the village.
About: My family got our first dog at aged 10, and our second when I was 17. I have cared for them both since they were puppies- teaching them to wait for food, fetch, lie down and even high five! As my first dog got older, I learnt how to be respectful of him as he didn't want to be played with all the time and was slightly more temperamental. This taught me to be patient and how to be around older dogs. Our second dog is a playful cocker spaniel with bundles of energy, always wanting to go on walks, which I am of course happy to do! I can therefore care for dogs of all ages and of many different natures as each one is unique and special in their own way. I am available anytime between 22nd July and 1st September. If I am unavailable, my sister can usually cover bookings- she is a Uni student studying animal science and bioveterinary course so has lots of experience with animals! I am able to do house visits and am happy to feed, play with or even just sit with the dog to keep them company! I can have pets in my home, but only if they get on with other dogs and small animals. I can do a whole day visit, a quick stop in, or I can take them on walks. I will send pupdates throughout the day of your fur babies so you don't have to stress while you're away from home!
About: I have had dogs my whole life, having been brought up in the countryside with collies. My gorgeous labrador, Storm, is playful and very loving and comes first in every decision I make! I have always looked after my friends’ and family’s dogs and am proud of the trust they have in me for this. I work full time but fully remote, so I will always be at home to keep an eye on the doggos and have long walks at least twice a day, with toilet breaks whenever needed! I have a fully fenced garden for regular toilet breaks and perfect for dogs to lounge in good weather with lots of shade too. Kimber was amazing, she arranged for a meet and greet to see how well the dogs got on and whether my dog would suit the household etc. Atty had the best time with Kimber, so much so that she happily ran into the house the next day to greet her new friends! Kimber provides photo updates and a debrief of the day when I collect Atty. Shes easily contactable and I can tell she absolute adores having my dog there & makes her part of the family. About: Growing up my family has always had dogs and these have all been of varying breeds and sizes. When I moved out of my family home my partner and I decided to get a golden retriever, Harley, so any dogs coming to stay will need to be comfortable around him. Harley is very welcoming to any guests and is used to spending time with small, medium and large dogs so will be good company for your pet. I have a flexible job that enables me to work from home. It is a very sedentary job so I like to go on walks and be outside in my breaks and free time. We live in kingsteignton with an enclosed garden and a gate that opens up onto a park so ideal for the dogs. (Both the garden and park are in the pictures). This means we have several walks on our doorstep but we also like to drive to some. We love going on long walks with Harley and we like to keep the routes varied so we never really do the same walk two days in a row. We have no children and Harley is our only pet.

From boarding where your pet will stay in my family home to dog walking where I'll take your fur baby to a local park etc. I tend to do long walks around 4 miles or so, but can take different equally as fun routes if your pet isn't up for as long walks! I live in the beautiful town of Dawlish so there is a countryside park around 10 minutes away, a few grassy areas and most importantly, the beach! We currently live in a 2 bed ground-floor apartment with my 2 children and my husband. Although we don't have a garden, I take all our doggie guests out often during the day for short walk around the block so they have time to go toilet. These walks are separate to the 4 mile walks as previously mentioned! I can walk your dog as often as needed. Your pet will have free roam of the open plan kitchen and living room. They will be allowed on our comfy sofa to have a rest and cuddles! My kids are brilliant with pets, they are being taught how to handle animals safely and are learning when a dog has had enough playtime/ cuddles, and will never be left alone unsupervised with your pet. I am an extremely trustworthy and reliable person. You will be able to rest assured knowing that your pet is in the best care where they are being walked lots, played with and cuddled for the whole time your away. I will also send you updates and pictures while you are away so you can see for yourself how much fun your pet is having! And just so you can be absolutely certain I am one you can fully trust, I have a full enhanced DBS and can provide references if required.
About: I've grown up with a variety of pets my whole life and have always been an immense animal lover! Because of this, I am often relied on by friends and family to look after their fur-babies whilst they are away and also have lots of experience house-sitting. I'm at my happiest when I'm around dogs and animals and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I own my own home so I'm therefore very responsible and respectful of whoever's home I'm staying in. I will be sure to follow your instructions regarding pet care and certain things around the house. I currently work full-time Monday to Friday so I would be available to look after your pup(s) from late afternoon on Friday until Sunday evening (or early Monday morning). On some occasions if need be, it may be possible for me to work remotely from your home (if WiFi permits and dependant on your facilities but I would need plenty of notice for this). Over the weekend I will be on hand every couple of hours to give your fur-babies my undivided attention, walkies and play time! I would also be available to pop in for checks and short walks during weekday evenings as well. I have a handsome miniature dachshund who keeps me company while I work from home during the week. I have a fenced and secure garden and have a car seat cover that covers the entire back seat meaning we can go further afield for walks as where we live has lots to offer on our doorstep for a variety of walks and terrain. We tend to go on two walks a day and perhaps a longer, more adventurous one on the weekends.
About: The pets that I look after have fun with me and you can be sure that they will be very well looked after and kept safe I am retired and have plenty of time - though I do travel quite a lot. I can house/pet sit almost anywhere in the world (if you pay my airfare!) I insist on complete information relating to the pet and their home. About: I have had dogs within my family since i was a young child, they are great company and ive always loved being around them. In recent years i have looked after family and friends dogs whilst they go on holidays , work trips etc. i heard about Rover through a friend who suggested i should turn my dog sitting services into a little buisness, so here i am! About: My family got our first dog at aged 10, and our second when I was 17. I have cared for them both since they were puppies- teaching them to wait for food, fetch, lie down and even high five! As my first dog got older, I learnt how to be respectful of him as he didn't want to be played with all the time and was slightly more temperamental. This taught me to be patient and how to be around older dogs. Our second dog is a playful cocker spaniel with bundles of energy, always wanting to go on walks, which I am of course happy to do! I can therefore care for dogs of all ages and of many different natures as each one is unique and special in their own way. I am available anytime between 22nd July and 1st September. If I am unavailable, my sister can usually cover bookings- she is a Uni student studying animal science and bioveterinary course so has lots of experience with animals! I am able to do house visits and am happy to feed, play with or even just sit with the dog to keep them company! I can have pets in my home, but only if they get on with other dogs and small animals. I can do a whole day visit, a quick stop in, or I can take them on walks. I will send pupdates throughout the day of your fur babies so you don't have to stress while you're away from home!
About: I have had 14 wonderful years of owning my own dogs, 1 Bouncy Jack Russell and 2 very lovely yorkshire Terriers all with 3 very different personalities. I love to be around dogs and really enjoy spending time with them, i have shared some fantastic adventures with them. My 3 lovely boys have now sadly passed on, i wont be getting any more of my own pets for now, but would be very very happy to help others with their dogs instead.
