About: We absolutely love experiencing and exploring new places with our doggies (as you'll see from the photos). I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats, and my first career was in veterinary nursing, which I practised for five years before welcoming my daughter into the world. Although that was some time ago, my background has given me invaluable experience in animal care, including administering medication, recognising changes in behaviour, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I now work in a school, which gives me plenty of availability during school holidays. My husband works from home, so there is usually someone around to provide company, supervision, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Our home is shared with our two friendly and mischievous Mini Goldendoodles, Philip and Wilbur, and our cat, Pumpkin. We offer a warm family environment with a secure walled garden, patio area, and spacious reception rooms with plenty of room for play, relaxation, and the occasional zoomies. We also have two animal-loving children (aged 8 and 11) who enjoy helping to give visiting pets lots of affection and attention. Every dog is different, so walks and activities can be tailored to suit their age, energy level, ability, and individual needs. I work part-time in a school, which means I have plenty of time available for walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the week and during school holidays. My husband works from home full-time, so there is usually someone around to provide supervision, attention, and plenty of fuss throughout the day. We are fortunate to have access to beautiful local beaches, woodland walks, and open fields, allowing us to tailor each walk to suit your dog's age, energy level, and individual needs. Most dogs can enjoy two walks per day, typically ranging from 40 minutes to an hour, alongside garden time, enrichment, and plenty of cuddles at home. Every dog is different, so their routine can be adapted to ensure they are comfortable, happy, and getting the right amount of exercise and stimulation. Whether your pup enjoys energetic adventures or gentle strolls, we'll make sure they feel right at home with us. On the weekend we love exploring and going for days out as a family, furries and all! We have a fairly big house with lots of space for relaxing, play and zoomies, accompanied by decent sized, grassy garden and patio area. We have plenty of room for your dog to be crated if desired. Our dogs are all friendly and your pet would be treated like one of the family.
About: From the age of 6 my family adopted a dog and I walked and cared for him. Since then I have always loved dogs and their very individual personalities. Every time I visit my father in Spain, I happily am the one who cares for his dog. I am currently looking for work that I can do online, so that when I do have work, I would also be able to be home with the dog. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I usually visit a friend to work on an art project, although should you require a full week of dog sitting, book in advance and I can rearrange this. The dog would have access to a fenced garden. There are a few parks locally where the dog can also relieve themselves and exercise. Dogs being pack animals do love attention and I love to pet.

“Daisy had an overnight stay with yves and nick and she had the best time. They are brilliant at communication and always send photos and videos so I know she is having just the best time with them. She is always so well looked after and I’m never left worrying about her at all. She loves them to absolute bits. She can be a fairly anxious dog around other people but they always make her feel so welcomed and looked after and within minutes it’s like she is at home already. They have the patience and love she needs and are just amazing with her. I Am so happy I found them and they will always be my choice to look after her.”

About: i’ve volunteered to help a doggy daycare care where i helped walk, feed, wash dogs. in the past i have used my home to dog sit for people who needed their puppies trained and who didn’t want to leave their puppies on their own so they would come to me and i would train and keep the puppies entertained for the day i am currently in education, but my schedule is relaxed so i can do tuesdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, thursdays 9-11am and 2-4pm, fridays 2-4pm and anytime on sundays my dog is well loved and well cared for, unfortunately we don’t have a garden but we take him on long walks every 3 hours to make sure his needs are met. he has an array of toys to keep happy and i love playing catch and tug of war to keep him entertained. he eats 2 a day, morning and night, with treats throughout the day when warranted. he is bathed and groomed regularly so it does not affect his health and has his monthly anti worm and flea tablet.

About: I am a graduate with a degree in Wildlife Conservation, and have recently relocated to South Devon from Kent. I adore animals and have completed many volunteer placements in animal rescue and rehabilitation. I have been working with the Environment Agency for the past year, and am now beginning a new role as an Assistant Ecologist. I would love to meet all your pets while I’m down here. I have had pet cats my entire life and have looked after many other dogs through Rover, BorrowmyDoggy and personal relationships. I currently work Monday-Friday until approximately 5pm, so would be more than happy to offer evenings and/or weekend walks. About: I have worked for multiple zoos across the UK including Paignton Zoo, ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm, and for the best part of my career 10 years specialising in the care of elephants. I grew up with English Springer Spaniels as my family dogs regularly taking them on walks to the beach or Dartmoor and around twelve months ago rescued a cat all the way from Dubai. I have achieved full qualifications in animal care and animal management through my studies also completed several training courses. About: Ive always had an affinity with animals. I had cats growing up and have been a dog owner for the last 7 years. Before then i used to walk dogs in my local area. Very affectionate towards animals and will give them what they need whether that is walks, cuddles or a quiet place to relax. We have an enclosed garden where animals can safely play. I work from home and am my own boss so I have plenty of time to look after and play with your dog. I have my own medium sized dog who gets on with all dogs and is happy and calm. I have a fully enclosed garden and space to play, sniff and explore. The dogs can come in and out as they please and there are places to chill and relax. Dogs are welcome on the sofa.

We live in a gorgeous village in the countryside and can offer your pets beautiful walks with lovely surroundings and cuddles by the fire in our cottage. About: Growing up my family has always had dogs and these have all been of varying breeds and sizes. When I moved out of my family home my partner and I decided to get a golden retriever, Harley, so any dogs coming to stay will need to be comfortable around him. About: I’ve worked in a kennels and cattery for the past 7 years. I have first aid training as well have level 2 & 3 animal management. I’ve also worked within a horse yard for over a year and a dog groomers. I currently work part time in the kennels and cattery, I have plenty of time on my days off where I’m trying to build my own business. About: I’ve had pets all my life and I just love them. I own a dog and seven cats currently. They are my whole world. I can take your pet for a walk, toilet breaks etc anytime. I will look after your pet as if they were my own. My pets are home with me and my husband too so your pet must like other dogs and cats. Your pets will fit in so well with us and we will love and cherish them whilst they are here. I can provide a safe environment for your pet. I will be happy to give them any medication if needed and lots and lots of love and care throughout the day.

About: From the age of 6 my family adopted a dog and I walked and cared for him. Since then I have always loved dogs and their very individual personalities. Every time I visit my father in Spain, I happily am the one who cares for his dog. I am currently looking for work that I can do online, so that when I do have work, I would also be able to be home with the dog. Tuesdays and Wednesdays I usually visit a friend to work on an art project, although should you require a full week of dog sitting, book in advance and I can rearrange this. The dog would have access to a fenced garden. There are a few parks locally where the dog can also relieve themselves and exercise. Dogs being pack animals do love attention and I love to pet.

“I can't recommend Talita, Neil, and their lovely dog Mala enough! They took care of Moka, our needy Doberman, for just over 10 days while we were out of the country. Communication was seamless, with frequent updates, photos, and videos. Moka had such a great time that we were almost worried he wouldn't want to come back home! We will definitely use their services again.”
“Daisy had an overnight stay with yves and nick and she had the best time. They are brilliant at communication and always send photos and videos so I know she is having just the best time with them. She is always so well looked after and I’m never left worrying about her at all. She loves them to absolute bits. She can be a fairly anxious dog around other people but they always make her feel so welcomed and looked after and within minutes it’s like she is at home already. They have the patience and love she needs and are just amazing with her. I Am so happy I found them and they will always be my choice to look after her.”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a child and regularly take care of friend’s doggos! I am comfortable looking after all breeds and all needs! I work part time so am free all day on a Monday to cuddle with your pups! I live close to Dartmoor so there are lots of great walks nearby for them to enjoy! I have a safe fenced garden in a quiet area. I am experienced in taking care of many different types of dogs and making sure they are comfortable in my home. I am free mostly on weekends but often I am available during the week/evenings - please contact me if you have any questions at all! Disclaimer - I appreciate being told if you are running late to collect your pet - if you are late then I will modify the booking to reflect this.
