About: I have experience working with many different animals and am thoroughly looking forward to meeting all your different and wonderful pets and getting the know them. I was a zoo keeper for 3 years following on from a level 3 animal management course and 2 years of volunteering at the same wildlife park. I looked after an array of animals from lions and wolves to primates like baboons, lemurs and gibbons. Many birds like parrots and also snakes and reptiles. There were also farm animals like goats and alpacas, ferrets, rabbits and chickens! So many different personalities types and I loved them all! My own pets include the bigger golden retriever x standard pool who I now look after in his senior years and a smaller cavalier x border collie who is a bouncy, ball loving 2 year old. I have an indoor cat and an outdoor cat, one who wants love and another who just wants me to feed him. I also own 2 snakes which are now 17 years old! I have always had and loved cats and dogs since I was little which is why I know the love, care and attention they need. This is what I want to provide for your pets so you don’t have to worry about them while away. I have just left my job working in a pub to do this full time, so I will have plenty of time and flexibility to help look after all your wonderful animals. I highly recommend a meet and greet first. These are complimentary and just ensure your pet/s are comfortable with me and to build trust between me and your pet/s. It also aids in getting to know your pet in better detail. Hopefully this meet will give you peace of mind when leaving them in my care.

About: I have been looking after my neighbours, housemates and also my own dogs (when young) for many years. All dogs and cats seem to be drawn to me by human/pet vibes and an inner sense. We get along very easily.🥰😊 I work from home, so I’m always around and happy to have company to talk to, sit with, and play with - along with plenty of outdoor walks by the river and beautiful scenery. They often get groomed and brushed to improve their ability to eat and breath hair free 😊 I provide plenty of love, attention, activities, and long walks, as we have a beautiful and secure outdoor path by the river and mump. 😊 Only one dog is accepted per sitting (unless they come as family from the same household), so your beloved pet receives 24/7 care and attention :)

About: I've had a dog all my life, small ones medium ones, I love them. Dogs always seem to love me too. I hope I have the pleasure of looking after your beautiful pups. I work full time on shift work, so I'm available everyday of the week but on different days and times every week, I will always be able to fit you in no problem I live in a house right next to some fields and rivers, lovely walks, while at home I will care for them as you would want me to. About: Shih tzu growing up in the family, bio dad had a staffy, I looked after my friends staffy in holsworthy at theirs/ mine. My mums shih tzu I dog sat, and had stay over . My friends dogs I’ve always taken for walks, including the dogs I had stay over. They keep me sane and I keep them sane, I’m doing a pet psychology course as well to be able to eventually do training work if any walkers / owners have behavioural issues to work with. I’m a very flexiable person, doing an online pet psychology course online I can do this in my own time. I’m currently unemployed and looking for work so I’m available most of the time to provide services. The dog I live with when I’m in care of him, I provide him company , cuddles, kisses attention play time. I let him out for toilet breaks, he comes and tells me, I play with him with his toys. Take him for walks, provide him with fresh water and food. I’d do the same for your dog to, if there’s any medication needs or dietary etc I’ll listen to the owners requests on what’s allowed and what’s not allowed :)

About: Over the last 4 decades I have loved and cared for a multitude of my own pets from cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, cockatiels, finches, fish and chickens. I have raised rabbits, cats and hens from babies.I have offered been the go to friend to take care of others pets, from taking care of cats, to walking dogs or caring for tortoise. Animals have always been an important part of my life. As I currently work part time and am also self employed I can offer more flexibility. As a pet owner I understand the importance of having the right person to love and take care of your pets when you're away, I can offer house sitting on the weekend and also school holidays and drop ins at other times. About: I have worked in a boarding kennels for over 3 years, spending time with elderly dogs, young boisterous dogs and everything in between. I have experience with more nervous dogs, breed specific behaviours and quirks as well as administering any medication. I am fully certified in both canine and feline first aid and am privately insured by Pet Plan Sanctuary. I have 4 dogs of my own, 3 being border collies so I understand the daily routine of a high energy working breed. I have also worked for my own pet care business for over a year, taking a short hiatus in order to continue educating myself in the pet care sector. I am well versed on many common illnesses and ailments, and have administered medication to diabetic pets, as well as those prone to seizures. I am able to cater to most special needs and circumstances, and pride myself on going above and beyond with exemplary pet care standards. I currently do not work and so my routine structures around the pet whom I'm caring for. There will never be a moment where a pet is not fully stimulated, protected, fed and medicated. My service hours are between 10am and 7pm for dog walking, pet sitting will be serviced at differing hours. Hours for pet pop ins or walks outside of my usual service hours will be charged at a differing rate which can be discussed should the need arise. I pride myself on following the pets usual routine in order to provide them a level of comfort and relaxation, as well as providing them with new exciting experiences to give them the holiday (or walk) of a lifetime! Any safety procedures will be followed to the owners preference. On walks extra precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of your pet, such as extra equipment if needed being brought during. I am canine and feline first aid qualified and so am able to provide basic first aid to animals should the need arise, ensuring in the case of emergency your pet has the highest chance of remaining in top health, or being transported to the vets safely and efficiently.

About: I've been caring for dogs and other animals pretty much all of my life. My grandma used to breed Newfoundlands so I was always helping with her gentle giants! From walking and grooming to playing and meal times. I've never not had a dog in my life and they truly do make your life a million times better. When I was 10 we got my best friend, a little whippet puppy who was just the best! We sadly lost him at the ripe age of 12 at the end of last year. It's so important to take extra care of them when they become old and fragile and having to change certain aspects of their life so they don't get down about the things they can't do anymore. I've had the pleasure of getting to know all different breeds and their personalities from Huskies to Dachshunds and Spaniels, Whippets, Staffies, Pocket bullies, xl bullies, Retrievers and Newfoundlands. We have a 7 month old pocket bully and she has to be one of the funniest and loving dogs we've ever had. Before we got her of course we did alot of research and she is such a well behaved girl. It's important that the training starts from the day you get them and I feel that if someone's dog isn't properly trained then they aren't going to know how to deal with someone elses. I adore all dogs and always treat them like they're a part of the family! I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to do what I love most which is being with animals. I also travel to Cornwall atleast once a week so I am very flexible on where I can go too! I plan on mostly doing home visits and or walks. I will ask lots of questions for example using treats etc and asking about allergies. Everyone and every dog is different so it's tailoring every experience to suit the dog and owner so everyone is happy. I know it takes a lot of trust to allow someone into your home and or to take your dog for a walk so I will be making sure I know as much as possible and listening to every word the owner says!
