Cat Sitting in West Somerset

About: I'm in my forties and I've taken care of many pets throughout my entire life ranging from cats, dogs, ferrets, rats and more. I walk dogs for friends and neighbors regularly and love them like my own. As I'm not working at the moment I'm able to take and walk pets all week, even in the late evenings. I'd be available from around 8-9am to 11pm. I'm capable to take care of medicated pets by giving medication or even providing first aid. I have experience in grooming and bathing dogs. Energetic and high maintenance dogs are also welcome as I have experience and am happy to walk far and spend hours with them at the park. I prefer to keep dogs on leash when walking them to avoid any risks.

About: After leaving the nursing profession 10 years I set up my own dog walking and boarding business in London and had many regular clients for 8 years. Eventfully I moved up to Northumberland where there was little need for dog day care.... In 2021 I then moved to Somerset and once again have the time to dedicate my time caring for dogs. I am a retired nurse, so any dogs who come for day care or home boarding stay will never be left on their own. I have 2 Maltese terriers, one is 13, the 11. They are well used to other dogs in their home and are very sweet natured... Home from home comfort is offered! I have a large fenced and hedged front an back garden. I have access to some of the loveliest walks in Somerset from the Quantocks to Exmoor.

About: I have have lived and looked after animals for as long as I can remember, all my friends and family trust me to look after their pets with confidence, I love all animals all shapes and sizes I work half the week from home, days I work away I am back by 4pm, and I’m available most weekends. Early walks, midday walks or evening walks all work for me! I am a new home owner and do not yet have my own fur baby but I have a garden which is all secure and fenced, and I do not live near the main road, or any other dangers/worries

About: I’ve house sat since I was 18 years old, from sheep to chickens, dogs, cats and horses; I’m very used to caring for all animals and their individual needs. I have a flexible working pattern so I am available to give your pets all the attention and care they require whilst you are away from home I care for the pets in my care as wished by the pet owner so that the pet can remain as happy and settled as possible.

About: Animals have always been the main focus in my life. From raising adorable, troublesome kittens to loving senior citizens, administering medication and recognising when something is not right, I put animal health and happiness above all else. Growing up, my family kept many pets from hamsters to horses. I have a wide range of experience, adapting to whatever needs and routine suit your animal best. I initially wanted to be a vet and completed several work placements before obtaining a degree in Animal Science (think biology with an added twist of animal care and nutrition for pets, farm animals and beyond). I've volunteered at the RSPCA and dog kennels, and am always the first person my friends and family call to take care of their pets when they are away. I have house-sat many times and always ensure pet owners get plenty of updates and pictures on the daily, as well as come back to a clean home, and a happy pet! Recently I lost my beloved cat, Sparky, and have lots of love to give. I work entirely remotely, giving me the freedom and flexibility to care for pets country-wide! This allows me to provide the highest level of care and attention your pets deserve round the clock. As a project manager, I am well organised and plan ahead, but able to adapt to changing needs. I am a patient, calm and confident person, providing animals with the level of interaction and care that suits them best. Energetic dog that needs lots of exercise? Multiple long walks a day and plenty of play time sounds fun! Shy, scaredy cat? Quiet and peaceful company can be provided, or plenty of space.
