About: My wife and I have always had pets and have been around animals since a very young age. Together we have had a Dalmatian who lived an amazing 14.5 years, meaning we have experience in tending to senior dogs. We now have an energetic Fox Red Labrador and 2 affectionate cats. We absolutely love animals and will always go out of our way to make sure that they are happy, loved, safe, and well-fed. We're very patient and gentle and understand that every pet is different. My wife and I work from home fulltime so will always be around to spend time with your pet(s). We tend to walk our dog Nancy early in the morning during the week, either through the fields or at the beach. At the weekend we often try to find new places to explore, making sure to avoid the hottest parts of the day. We have a fenced back garden and live in a nice quiet area on the outskirts of Williton, facing fields with horses and passing steam trains in the distance. We have a very friendly dog who loves the company of other dogs and is great at sharing her treats and toys. We have a hose and paddling pool in the garden to help them keep cool in the hotter weather. We also have 2 very easy going cats who come and go as they please. We can have safety gates in place if required, but we would ask that you only book with us if your dog is happy to be around cats. We want your pet to be as happy and comfortable as possible during their stay with us, so please let us know if they have any particular requirements.

About: I'm in my forties and I've taken care of many pets throughout my entire life ranging from cats, dogs, ferrets, rats and more. I walk dogs for friends and neighbors regularly and love them like my own. As I'm not working at the moment I'm able to take and walk pets all week, even in the late evenings. I'd be available from around 8-9am to 11pm. I'm capable to take care of medicated pets by giving medication or even providing first aid. I have experience in grooming and bathing dogs. Energetic and high maintenance dogs are also welcome as I have experience and am happy to walk far and spend hours with them at the park. I prefer to keep dogs on leash when walking them to avoid any risks.

They were incredibly accommodating by letting us meet them with Nova as a meet and greet a few months before her first stay. We felt very comfortable and confident in them immediately. About: My partner and I have had pets for our whole lives. I have mainly had experience with smaller dogs and cats that crave the attention and love I provide, whereas my partner has experience looking after larger dogs such as staffs, huskies, and german shepherds. We both adore animals and have passion for pets that we rarely get to indulge in. We can't wait to take care of your pet in our home and treat them like our own. We usually wake up around 6am and go to the gym to be back in the house by 8:30. My partner works from home 9-5 whereas I am currently unemployed and have free time all day to look after your pet. If I do for some reason need to leave the house, it will not be for much longer than 2 hours, so your pet will always have someone close by. If morning pick up or drop off is needed, I am very flexible and will move my schedule around to fit your needs. I have an unfenced garden but have anchor points if your pet would like to go in the garden on a lead. I have a little Jack Russel terrier who is calm with any dogs in his presence once he has had a feel for their vibe. We don't have a crate, but we do have the space for one if you would like to bring your own, and we have a bath in which I can bathe your pet and trim or file their nails if you would like (this will cost extra).

About: After leaving the nursing profession 10 years I set up my own dog walking and boarding business in London and had many regular clients for 8 years. Eventfully I moved up to Northumberland where there was little need for dog day care.... In 2021 I then moved to Somerset and once again have the time to dedicate my time caring for dogs. I am a retired nurse, so any dogs who come for day care or home boarding stay will never be left on their own. I have 2 Maltese terriers, one is 13, the 11. My dogs are never left unattended and they are my priority . I will aim to fit in with your usual pet schedule . My dogs and cats are very friendly and used to having new friends to stay . The dogs ages range from 1.5 yrs to 14 so they adapt well to other dogs . I have a secure garden and lots of space in the house and your dog can have total freedom in the home environment . Walks are taken away from the road and dogs kept on a long lead if preferred . I work from home part time apart from one day away per week and so can devote myself completely to your dogs and my dogs needs . Animals tend to rule the roost here ! I have a secure house and a fenced garden with lots of space and a separate fenced patio, and so a very secure environment .

Dog walking: I offer tailored dog walks around Tiverton and the surrounding countryside. Every dog is different, so walks are adapted to suit their personality, energy level, and health. Some dogs enjoy a relaxed sniffy stroll while others prefer a longer countryside adventure. My aim is always to give dogs safe exercise, enrichment, and a positive experience. I am comfortable working with puppies who are learning about the world, senior dogs who need gentler exercise, anxious or reactive dogs, and dogs with health conditions such as hip dysplasia. Safety, calm handling, and patience are always my priority. Drop in visits / home visits: If your pet is happiest staying in their own environment, I offer 30 minute or longer drop in visits. Visits can include letting dogs out for toilet breaks, feeding and fresh water, playtime and enrichment, litter tray cleaning, administering medication, and plenty of company and reassurance. I am also happy to help with small household tasks while you are away, such as watering plants, bringing in post, or turning lights on and off. You will always receive regular updates, photos, and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are safe and cared for. Dog boarding: I also offer short periods of home boarding for well matched dogs. Dogs staying with us become part of our daily routine and enjoy walks, enrichment, and lots of company. Our own dogs have morning and evening walks, shorter lunchtime enrichment, including plenty of sniffing games and brain work or just playing in the garden! They aren’t a terribly high energy bunch, so they’re just as happy relaxing by the fire with us too. We have a secure fenced garden and visiting dogs are always supervised. Introductions are done gently, often starting with a short walk up the lane so everyone can settle naturally. We are used to supporting nervous or reactive dogs and understand the patience and calm approach they need. Quiet spaces and a separate room are available for dogs who prefer their own area. About: I have experience with most breeds of dogs and cats (big and small)! This involves grooming, giving meds to senior felines and canines and weaning puppies from 3 weeks of age! I am also capable of training basic tricks from scratch, especially to younger dogs :) I’ve worked in a Dog Groomers for a few years now which has made me extremely patient meaning I can cope well with all types of temperaments and learnt to respect the boundaries of animals. My friends and family have trusted me plenty of times to walk, feed, bathe and care for their pets overnight, as they know I’ll provide them with updates throughout! I have just graduated from University with a degree in Zoology, but I am now based in Minehead for work, however the rota changes each week. Due to this, I would have to play it by ear on availability but will try my best to work around the hours I do with you! I’m an active person so my walks can range from 30 minutes to a couple hours depending on the breed and your preference, I’m also capable of walking multiple dogs at a time :) After each drop in, walk or house sit I will ensure your home is left tidy and your pet is left happy! About: I’ve taken care of two crazy black Labradors since I was 13 years old. I had so much fun teaching them tricks and taking them for swims in the sea. Now I’m at university I miss being around and caring for pets so much and the thing I looked forwards to most about going home is seeing them. I’m currently at Exeter University studying Medicine. Whilst the course is intense I don’t have many in person contact sessions or lectures and so I am able to schedule my studies so that I’ll have lots of free time to dog sitting /walking . About: My wife and I have always had pets and have been around animals since a very young age. Together we have had a Dalmatian who lived an amazing 14.5 years, meaning we have experience in tending to senior dogs. We now have an energetic Fox Red Labrador and 2 affectionate cats. We absolutely love animals and will always go out of our way to make sure that they are happy, loved, safe, and well-fed. We're very patient and gentle and understand that every pet is different. My wife and I work from home fulltime so will always be around to spend time with your pet(s). We tend to walk our dog Nancy early in the morning during the week, either through the fields or at the beach. At the weekend we often try to find new places to explore, making sure to avoid the hottest parts of the day. We have a fenced back garden and live in a nice quiet area on the outskirts of Williton, facing fields with horses and passing steam trains in the distance. We have a very friendly dog who loves the company of other dogs and is great at sharing her treats and toys. We have a hose and paddling pool in the garden to help them keep cool in the hotter weather. We also have 2 very easy going cats who come and go as they please. We can have safety gates in place if required, but we would ask that you only book with us if your dog is happy to be around cats. We want your pet to be as happy and comfortable as possible during their stay with us, so please let us know if they have any particular requirements.
