“Kellie has truly been amazing! From our initial pre meet to her having my 2 for day care we have been fully informed and kept upto date from the booking to her having them. The booking system was straight forward, and it was lovely to meet Kellie her family of sausages Mabel and Millie and her lovely family. I instantly felt reassured that my two sausages would be cared for to the highest of standard! My little sausage Maggie is quite nervous, Kellie listened and addressed any questions I had. Kellie is calm and caring around them, and you can see her true passion for the breed! She understands their quirky ways, and made sure they had the best experience possible. Kellie kept me updated and sent me pictures and videos which was lovely to see how settled they were with her and Mabel and Millie! I would 100% recommend Kellie at Dixie Barkers! My two are home and sleeping like babies after a fun filled day 🩷💙🐶🐶”

About: I have had my own dog for the past 3 years, a sprocker spaniel that I fully trained by myself. I also have experience looking after my families dogs over the years as well. I am home full time so have the ability to take dogs out multiple times a day or out to the beach/woods/canal and am here for all the toilet breaks they will need. I have big fields behind my home where I let my dog out every morning and evening for a run and to do his business alongside his daily walks. I have a fenced in garden and my dog Milo is super friendly with all other dogs. I have 2 children 15 and 6yrs who are good with dogs too. Big fields out back for plenty of exercise.

Paul asked me all the right questions when we met first, and really wanted to underatand Milo to provide the best care. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and animals since a baby. Always been in a home with dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish. Spent alot of my childhood with horses. Volunteered a lot of my teenage years with the blue cross looking after the cats and dogs. I love the way animals give you so much love and never judge you, they’re such rewarding creatures to be around. I have a busy family home with 4 young children. I love to be outside with my very own Labrador. Especially if it involves water and sand or a big open field to burn off some steam. I know to give our pets space when needed, I have plenty of stair gates to seperate rooms in our house, to keep excitable children or animals away from each other 😂 I’m a stay at home mum. The longest I tend to be out of the house is to do the school run or to do a food shop. My husband does shift work so he’s normally around quite a bit of the day. I have lots of people in our home to give plenty of love. I know when an animal shows signs of needing to be left alone. I have plenty of ways over separating children and pets 😂 I am home most of the day. I love to spend my time outside burning off steam. The children are always asking for more and more animals to join my already busy child/animal home 😂 so i figured this would be a lovely way of caring for and meeting new animal friends. I too, also use this service to look after my lovely lab when i go on family holidays. I much prefer the thought of her being with a loving family than being stuck in kennels. I hope you choose me to provide a loving family home for your pet. So you can enjoy whatever it is you’d like to do. 🙂
