About: I've been around dogs for as long as I can remember, growing up with them from birth and owning my own for the past 15 years. From the age of 10, I was walking dogs for neighbours and local families, which gave me early hands on experience and a real love of caring for dogs of all ages, breeds and personalities. I have trained a number of dogs including my own dogs and feel confident supporting a wide range of needs, from energetic puppies who need plenty of stimulation to older dogs who enjoy a gentler pace and extra cuddles. We are a very animal loving family made up of myself, my husband and our daughter, who has grown up around animals and understands how to be kind, gentle and respectful with them. Our home offers a genuine home from home environment where dogs are treated as part of the family. We share our home with Rosie, our 14 year old Collie x Poodle, Daisy, our 1 year old Labrador Retriever and our 16 year old Cat Bella who tends to keep herself to herself. As you'll see from the photos, they are very happy, friendly dogs and a huge part of our family. They both enjoy the company of other dogs and are used to sharing their space. We have a secure, good sized garden for safe outdoor play and love exploring the beautiful North Devon countryside, beaches and woodland walks. Whether your dog enjoys adventures, games or simply relaxing at home, we'll make sure they feel happy, comfortable and well cared for. Both my husband and I between us ensure one of us work from home each day of the week, which means dogs in our care have company and supervision for the vast majority of the day. Aside from short school runs or quick errands, someone is usually at home. If your dog is unable to be left alone, please get in touch as we can often accommodate this too. I know how important it is to feel completely confident that your pet is safe, happy and loved while you're away. Whether you're heading off on holiday, need regular daycare, or are visiting North Devon and want to enjoy an activity where dogs can't join, we would be delighted to help. Any dog staying with us will be treated as an honorary member of the family, with plenty of affection, attention and care. I'm also happy to provide regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is having a wonderful time. As a dog owner, I use pet sitters myself when we travel, so I completely understand how difficult it can feel leaving your dog with someone new. I'm always happy to answer any questions and arrange a meet and greet so you can feel reassured that we're the right fit for your dog. I'm not the best at remembering to take photos of myself, but I've included some of our favourite pictures, along with our garden and a few snapshots from adventures with Rosie and Daisy. I hope they give you a feel for the happy, dog loving home we can offer. We both work from home, meaning your dog will have company and supervision for the vast majority of the time (around 95%), aside from short periods such as school runs or quick errands. We always prioritise being with any dog in our care, ensuring they feel settled, safe and never left for long periods. If they could not be left we can also work with this! I understand how important it is to feel your pet is safe and happy, whether you’re away on holiday or just need support during the day. If a working day our dogs get 2 - 3 walks a day from 30 minutes to 45 minutes in a range of different settings. We can meet any timetable for feeding required. I have a fenced garden and 2 friendly dogs that will support in keeping your pup entertained and engaged in games (they love tug of war and ball games!) and lots of cuddles and fuss throughout the day. We live in a quiet estate. We also can offer quiet area’s of the house if they need a little downtime to themselves where we can sit with them if required away from our pups.

About: I love spending time with dogs and making sure they are happy, safe, and well cared for. I’m passionate about walking dogs, giving them exercise, attention and companionship, and treating every dog as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I take pride in providing reliable, loving care whilst you are away. Im currently working full time as a teaching assistant, I am available from after 4pm on weekdays and any time during the day on the weekends. If needed to on weekdays I am more than happy to walk before my shift starts this would be from 7am-8am. My home is a very dog friendly area, no low counters, doors in every room and a small but safe back garden and a box full of healthy and tasty treats.

She is a super-nanny for dogs with lots of walks, play dates, puppiccinos and doggie muffins and even a coconut scented bubble bath just before being collected. About: I’ve looked after neighbours family and friends dogs for years and have always had dogs growing up and as an adult . I’ve had my current dog for nearly 3.5 years and trained him as a puppy Caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the attention they deserve. Having a dog myself ,I understand the importance of maintaining your pet’s normal routine and will keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can feel confident they’re happy and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving environment where pets can relax and feel at home. I follow all feeding, exercise, medication, and care instructions carefully and always make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a safe space to rest. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos, and I’ll treat your pet with the same care and affection I would give my own. My garden is safe and fenced to ensure your dog will be safe and will keep an eye on them the whole time they are with me

About: Cared for dogs all my life, currently have a cocker named Prince who is super friendly. I'm a Royal Marine who is leaving the service this year. I am wanting to set up a dog boarding business on a larger scale when I retire. So I want to expose myself to all breeds and educate myself now to give me a good base knowledge. I love exercising dogs and don't see it as a chore as I like to grab lots of exercise too. Rest assured I would treat your loved one as one of my own pets and would cherish the time spent with them!! I have also just gained a level 3 diploma in Canine Welfare and behaviour. I make looking after my dog part of my day to day lifestyle, enjoying trips to the beach, park, swimming, runs etc. We are lucky to be in a great location to go different fun places with the dogs. I live in military quarters that has a fenced garden. Local dog walks are in abundance. I have a van I don't mind getting messy if it means getting the hounds down to the beach or dunes for a swim. Your pet would have freedom to move around the house as they wish.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life. My family are all dog crazy. My moms had dogs since I was a child and still does till this day. So I know what it’s like to look after our best four legged friends. Myself and Scott live in a detached 4 bed bungalow in Devon. We have acres of private land where we walk and exercise Rex daily. Rex our beautiful boy fox Rex lab loves dogs and thrives with other four legged friends. He will be 2 in November 2026 and his bring so much joy to our life’s. I am stay home husband whilst my partner Scott runs a big cow dairy. I am home 7 days a week so your dog will get the best care and attention throughout there stay with us. I am experienced with keeping on top of medication if your dog requires and happy to be instructed for what your dog needs to ensure it’s the best and positive experience whilst on holiday with me. I would love to meet and greet your dogs before you book for your reassurance. If they are good on or off lead I will do as the owner requires and requests. I really look forward to building up my client base and helping you have your well earned breaks. They will be loved fed and watered and have a field day with us. There is a picture of me Scott and Rex in front of the Christmas tree. (Must be very friendly Sociable Dogs before I accept any bookings) Myself and Scott live rural in our detached 4 bedroom bungalow surrounded by acres of fields all for our boy Rex and your dog when they come and stay with us. They will be walked and let out as many times as they like. I walk Rex three times a day as he loves to go out for walks. He would really love a friend to experience all these fields with him as he loves to make friends with other dogs. The time they are with me they get 100% my devoted time and attention. Someone is always home 24/7. I have a large garden around my big bungalow which is all fenced. We have acres of land around us all private so they will have such a good time exploring with Rex. I will always walk new boarder dogs on the lead unless the owner is 100% confident there recall is great otherwise they will be kept safe and close whilst having lots of fun. I will send regular updates and pictures as I know how important it is to know how your pet is getting on. I really love to see dogs thriving and having an amazing time. All dogs deserve the best in my eyes. Your dog will be treated with lots of love like Rex does.

“I can’t quite express how thrilled and thankful we are to have found Julia! She’s everything we could ask for in a sitter and our little dog, Heidi had the best time! She was warm and friendly, and loved and cared for Heidi as if she was her own. Communication was excellent - she sent lots of pictures and updates, and responded quickly to messages. When we first met Julia at our meet and greet, she asked lots of questions and took the time to really get to know Heidi and us. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make Heidi comfortable in her home. She even gave us a tour of her property so that we’d have an idea of where Heidi would be hanging out. Knowing that our girl was in such good hands made it easy for us to relax on our trip, and we didn’t worry about her once. When we arrived to collect Heidi, it was clear that she had really bonded with Julia and they’d become the best of friends - Heidi didn’t want to leave at first and kept running back for more cuddles! Honestly, I can’t praise Julia enough. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful friend to care for Heidi when we go away. Thanks a million, Julia! Xx”
