“The first boarding attempt! It turned out to be that Kai, who normally takes longer to settle in less familiar places, slept through the night, while Jet, who is normally easy-going, had trouble calming down and falling asleep. Alison was very patient, and correctly analysed that Jet (the brightest and the most sensitive between the boys) realising that my husband and I were not going to be with him during the night was the cause. I was glad that Alison gave me her honest opinions. She also showed good undersanding of the boys' behaviour and showed great care for them. Thank you Alison, and have a good rest! Hopefully, it'll be better next time!”

“Teddy seemed happy at drop off after we'd met Lucy and family for introductions prior to his stay. Lucy sent photos and was much better than me at maintaining communications and sent lots of photos of Teddy. Hopefully we will be able to book for Teddy to stay again”

“Max and Ruby loved their stay with Herbie & Harry (Emma and Laurence). At short notice the family was very hospitable and welcoming to take in the two of them and care for them for two nights so that we could head North on family business. With a great outdoor space and secure location Max & Ruby had great freedom and we could see from the happy friendly nature of Herbie and Harry this was certainly a great place for the dogs. Emma assured us we can focus on other things and that she would be conciencious to Rubys needs and Max's ladish ways. It was a breathe of fresh air having the two cared for and loved whilst we went away. They have returned happy healthy and full of energy. Max telling us all about it. Thank you to you all such friendly and kind people. We shall be booking again when we require. Five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Our 12 year old Lurcher has been lucky enough to spend two holidays with Chatlotte and her wonderful family. They have been very sensitive to Loulou's needs and intergrated her into their warm, loving and calm home. They have taken care of her medical needs by administering cream to a sore patch. Charlotte offers a safe, reliable and highly recommended service, that is sensitive to your pets physical and mental needs. We won't hesitate to ask her to have Loulou to stay again.”

“Vicky and her family were brilliant. They all really looked after my dog Archie who looked like he was having the best time with them. He was treated like one of the family. Vicky kept me up to date with messages and pictures of and about Archie almost daily which made me and my family smile and laugh with his antics. Would most definitely recommend Vicky to take care of your furry family member. Thankyou Vicky so very much.”

“Chris looks after my dog Storm (sproker spaniel age 8) She loves staying over at his place, plenty of dog runs in his 5 acres of land , set in an idyllic country side on the tamar border I feel very confident leaving storm with him as it’s very home from home”

“Rosie loves dog which is obvious in the way she talks to them . She enjoyed taking mine for long walks and staying with my dog in the home when my dog got older. She is very aware of the safety of my dog and other dogs it encountered My dog was a staffie cross from a rescue centre . My dog was strong and at times unpredictable . Rosie was brilliant with her. “Tracie and Sarah were brilliant from start to finish. They were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly, and were very generous with their time to allow our sometimes nervous dog to get to know them and their dog before she went to stay. During her stay we had updates and felt really reassured that they completely understood her needs, and gave her all the care and attention she would get at home. She was totally relaxed and happy when we went to collect her. We’d use them again without hesitation and would highly recommend them, you won’t find better care for your dog.”

“Tom is amazing, he really made us feel at ease when having our nervous dog Cherry over night, kept us up to date sent pictures and videos of her having fun and listened to us with regards to her additional needs, he was always there if we checked in to see how she was and Cherry absolutely loved staying with Tom. “Amber was absolutely amazing with our puppy hugo, it was the first time we’d left him and was a bit worried at first but we needn’t have been. Amber kept us fully informed with everything and sent videos and pictures everyday, we would definitely recommend her as she showed so much love and attention to Hugo. We will leave Hugo with her whenever we need a sitter”
