I arrived at the expected time, rang the door bell her dog barked loudly, rang the door bell I think 5x more times, no answer. At which point i was concerned asked the neighbour who I had previously met and knew they were friends to check, her neighbour walked straight in, Harriet was sat on her couch on her phone with a blanket over her legs, her defence was I should of texted her.....!! She then informed me via wattsapp that she would not leave my dog inside the house as originally arranged, as she had previously told me she had to leave by 4pm on thursday I collected her at 5pm, but would now (two days notice) be leaving my dog out in her unsecured garden, (it woudl have to have been left unsecured otherwise I woudl not of been able to open the gate and get my dog). I paid her £150 (£175 to the agents), for what ended up being two days of doggy day care, she has not made any effort to either respond to my messages, asking her to confirm she will leave my dogs, lead, bed chain etc outside said gate for me to collect or reimburse me for the three days of dog care not provided. During her first meet and greet the neighbours, young (5yrs?) girl came to cuddle scooby, i sent her a polite message voicing my concern that this didn't happen without adult supervision as scooby isnt' really around young children and therefore I can't guarantee how she will react. God forbid she were to bite the little girl. The next time I was there I glared at by one of her neighbours sat in a car, no doubt my polite message to her about the little girl had been squewed to paint me out as some kind of monster. I tried to get help from Rover, who promised they would at least organise compensation for the days doggy day care was not provided, They did not.

Harriet really helped us out of a tight jam super last minute. We’d had a mix up with our normal kennel just 2 days before we were due to go on holiday for a week and she responded to our plea immediately. The dogs loved their time with her, she gave us regular updates and photos and it was clear how much care she took of our two dogs whilst they were with her. Nice long walks, beaches, cuddles they had a blast. She was even kind enough to collect and drop them off, and she shampooed them before returning. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend! Would happily use Harriet’s services again xx

Harriet was amazing, and looked after a Tinker so we'll Her communication was really great and she just got on with Tinkers routine without any fuss, which gave me such great peace of mind while I was away.

I could not recommend Harriet enough! The communication was super quick and she agreed to take our dog out with just a days notice. Just from the pictures I could see that Toby had the best time with her and her dog. She listened to everything I mentioned about gaining access to the property and communicated throughout the day of the visit. I felt very safe leaving Toby in her hands. Keep doing what you’re doing! ? xx
