“Harriet really helped us out of a tight jam super last minute. We’d had a mix up with our normal kennel just 2 days before we were due to go on holiday for a week and she responded to our plea immediately. The dogs loved their time with her, she gave us regular updates and photos and it was clear how much care she took of our two dogs whilst they were with her. Nice long walks, beaches, cuddles they had a blast. She was even kind enough to collect and drop them off, and she shampooed them before returning. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommend! About: Myself and my partner have a lovely home full of warmth and love ready to give to a pet. We also love to regularly get outside and discover beaches, parks and go for scenic walks which I’m sure your pet will love! We have been pet sitting for the last 2 years via MadPaws in Australia & have both owned pets throughout our lives. We have moved back to the UK and have a house and garden ready to pet sit full time! We are currently home full time and can spend pretty much all day with a pet who can join me on walks / runs / adventures or we are more than happy staying home and relaxing if an old boy/girl! We have a fenced back garden and large green public space out the front of the house, surrounded by plymbridge for walks and adventures daily.

About: I have just returned to Plymouth after spending 2 years in Australia, part-time pet sitting with my partner, Zach! I am looking to start this again now I am back in Plymouth, but full time. Our dog Herb had the most wonderful time and she was so tired and chilled when we got back after playing all day with her new friends (Rebecca’s two dogs that she met). I do most of the grooming and clipping on top of the daily stuff I am currently available Most weekends and some weekdays I work a normal day job 4 days a week and do this as my passion (and hopefully one day full time). I am a college law student so 3 days a week i am not here during the middle of the day but i have to be home to tend to my own dogs and horses! Very flexible as I have an optional part-time job only. Easy walk onto the moors from my house. Available any time of the day. Comfortable safe car. Very safe, large fenced garden and plenty of room inside . I have a very friendly minature labradoodle who will be happy to play with visitors.
About: I've been fortunate to have 13 years with my Sprocker who recently passed away. I'm experienced with bouncy breeds even at a senior age. I love walking, and can provide a caring Home from home vibe. I work from home 4 days a week and run my own business. This involves going to some great locations with plenty of coast and countryside, safe spaces. I have a large 4x4 with cosy dog bed to travel comfortably. I have a warm pantry with a closed door, for a safe space to sleep. I can travel, as work for myself so can be based anywhere with phone signal.
About: My experience with just dealing with pets is having my own animals from young. I've had fish, hamster, guinea pigs and dogs. My first dog was a rescued Boxer, Ruben. My first proper puppy was a Pug, Dexter, then we rescued Alfie another Pug at the same age as Dexter (around 4yrs.) My house sitting and pet experience was living in an annexe above my landladys garage. She had a working cocker, Zeva. She'd trust me with looking after her house and Zeva while she had to go away for work or on holiday. That was over 2yrs of me living there. I even took Zeva away with my boyfriend and I as we went to Bournemouth for a weekend I was looking after her. We got a pet friendly accomodation and she had the best time on the beach and in the sea playing with her ball. I work 3 days a week, so have plenty of time for sitting and walking pets. I like to walk daily, so dog walking is well suited with my lifestyle. I care for pets in an owners home by communicating with the owners in the first instance to see what responsibilities they expect of their sitter to make sure their animals are in perfect care.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals from the very start, especially dogs and cats. My dad and stepmum had a busy and loving home with eight dogs—mostly rescues—and five cats, all of different breeds including Staffys, a Lurcher, Bulldog, Jack Russell, Sheepdog, Shar Pei, and a Border Terrier. It was a full house, but it taught me so much about animal care, behaviour, and the unique personalities each pet brings. Although my mum didn’t allow dogs at her house, I begged for years—until one day I was handed a puppy training book after school, and I knew something was up. Sure enough, I got home to meet my very first dog, who’s still going strong at nearly 16 years old. I’ve always had a deep love for animals—more than for people, if I’m honest—and I seem to click with every dog I meet. So you can rest assured your furry family member will be in kind, caring, and capable hands with me. As a dedicated dog sitter, I offer a range of engaging and caring activities to keep your furry friend happy, healthy, and safe while you’re away. I provide regular walks tailored to your dog’s energy level, playtime to keep them mentally and physically stimulated, and plenty of cuddle time for comfort and companionship. I currently work full-time on a rotating shift pattern, but I have the flexibility to adjust my schedule with enough notice. If no changes are needed, my typical rota is as follows: Week 1 – I work 12-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Wednesday to Friday off. Week 2 – I’m off Monday and Tuesday, and work 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday, with the weekend off. This routine allows for plenty of availability throughout the week, and I’m more than happy to make adjustments where possible to accommodate your pet care needs. I currently live on my own in a small, cosy flat that’s actually joined to my family’s house, so while I have my own space, there’s always someone around nearby. I don’t have any pets living with me at the moment—mine are with my parents—but I truly miss the company of animals. Any dog staying with me would be treated like part of the family and have full freedom to relax and enjoy the space. My flat is pet-friendly, and I live right next to a field, so toilet breaks and walks are quick and easy. Honestly, I think I’d enjoy the companionship just as much as they would!
About: I grew up with a variety of animals- dogs, cats, chickens, geese, ducks, donkeys, horses, rabbits, Guinea pigs and even pet sheep and goats! Because of this, I am a vegetarian who loves all animals as i realised at a very early age that they are all sentient beings. I walk my 2 rescued Malinois 3 hours daily, and when I am out of the country, I leave them in the loving care of my mother. I’m currently working remotely, and occasionally I work around the world on super yachts, so I have my own schedule and can work my life around it. I am a very safety conscious person and will always make sure that an animal is safe from dangers, and looked after like a child! (They are our fur babies after all!!!) About: I have cared for friends' and families' dogs long term in their own homes. I especially love to play and take dogs for long walks. I am self employed and can schedule work myself which allows for flexibility with pet sitting and walking times. Overnight sitting is possible on request. I live in a quiet hamlet of houses surrounded by woodland and fields and 15min drive from the beach perfect for walks and play with other dogs (if your dog is social). About: Myself and my partner have a lovely home full of warmth and love ready to give to a pet. We also love to regularly get outside and discover beaches, parks and go for scenic walks which I’m sure your pet will love! We have been pet sitting for the last 2 years via MadPaws in Australia & have both owned pets throughout our lives. We have moved back to the UK and have a house and garden ready to pet sit full time! We are currently home full time and can spend pretty much all day with a pet who can join me on walks / runs / adventures or we are more than happy staying home and relaxing if an old boy/girl! We have a fenced back garden and large green public space out the front of the house, surrounded by plymbridge for walks and adventures daily.

About: I have just returned to Plymouth after spending 2 years in Australia, part-time pet sitting with my partner, Zach! I am looking to start this again now I am back in Plymouth, but full time. In Aus, I was registered on Madpaws and had regular clients who would board with me at my house / I would provide walking services. I mainly looked after dogs and had a range of ages and breeds. I always do the upmost to build a trusting relationship with the pet, to ensure they feel safe and at home when they’re in my care, with regular updates to the owners guaranteed. Prior to moving to Aus, I volunteered at my local animal shelter in Plympton - walking dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments and backgrounds. In addition to this, I have grown up with an array of pets, including cats, guinea pigs, rabbits etc., and have a genuine love for animals. I am a qualified health professional and usually work in a medical environment - but I am currently having a break from that given I have just moved back to Plymouth, so I have lots of free time to give to your furry friends. I am a qualified health professional but have decided to take a break as I have just relocated back to Plymouth after living in Australia for 2 years! Therefore, my time would be completely devoted to looking after your furry friends I have a fenced garden and a large house with a lane for walking dogs and a park nearby. I can drive, so I love to take dogs out for a variety of different walks to different locations depending on owner and dogs preference. We have a cat at home that my mum looks after but they aren’t fussed by other animals.
