Tim has been absolutely incredible looking after our puppy sunny! It was the first time leaving her and since she is a pup I was so nervous. Tim has been so accommodating, following her schedule and taken on the challenge of puppy craziness with such calm. He also was so understanding about my nervousness and checking in more frequently as it was the first time leaving her. Sunny seemed to be very calm and happy when we arrived back home. We would 100% recommend him and book with tim again!
Thank you Tim, you were fab and the dogs were happy. I felt so relieved knowing they were being walked and checked on.
Tim was totally professional and coped really well with our elderly dog who has mobility issues. We were quite anxious about leaving him as he’d injured his paw three days before we left and was hardly walking at all. He was also on six tablets a day. Tim took it all in his stride and from our initial meeting the day before we left, we felt confident that he would cope. We were reassured that Tim was getting to know Oscar and that he was managing in these quite difficult circumstances as he sent us regular updates and photos. We chose Tim because we could see that he was an experienced sitter with many repeat customers and we were so pleased that we did as not everyone would have coped with a poorly old dog who was struggling to walk and needed medication. It was hard to leave Oscar in this situation but he was walking much better when we returned and had clearly formed a relationship with Tim. We really can’t recommend Tim highly enough.

Great meeting and introducing Tim to Chilli yesterday. Tim is clearly experienced around Dogs and let Chilli suss him out rather than fuss over him.
Tim was excellent with Gladys, even when she was a bit moody with him just after we left. He had no problems dealing with the quirks of our home either. His calm and friendly nature made us very happy to leave him in our home with Gladys and we will be using his services again.
