I work a hybrid schedule, with three days working from home and two days in the office, which allows me to offer flexible and attentive pet care. On home-working days, I’m available for regular walks, check-ins, and companionship throughout the day. On office days, I provide morning and evening care as needed. I’m also fully available on weekends, allowing plenty of time for walks, sitting, and drop-in visits.

I make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar environment, while giving them plenty of attention and affection. I’m respectful of your home, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for. I am also CPR and First Aid trained

With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats, especially dogs. I offer calm, confident, and genuinely loving care tailored to each dogs needs. I’ve always owned working dogs, including spaniels and border collies, so I understand the importance of both physical exercise and mental stimulation. From high-energy adventurers to laid-back companions, I’m experienced in reading behaviour, maintaining routines, and providing structure alongside affection. Throughout my life I’ve cared for a wide range of animals, but dogs have always been my true passion. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing are always my top priority, whether that’s on a walk, a drop-in visit, or extended care. You can expect reliable communication, respect for your home, and care that treats your dog like one of my own. On occasion, I can welcome one dog into our home based on timings and temperament with our two male working cocker spaniels. They are both extremely friendly and love to play with friends and are mixed with dogs regularly. Please note they are both fully intact, so females which are in season would not be able to stay with us.

It takes a lot to trust someone with your dog but we knew, from his first interaction with Cabot, that Adam would be someone we’d be comfortable leaving him with and we booked him twice straight away. Cabot got on with Adam from the start and had a great day with him. We received a lot of photos of how they were getting along during the day and what Cabot was doing. Can’t recommend Adam enough.
Adam took excellent care of Lilly while we were away. He provided daily updates, which were very reassuring and gave us great peace of mind that she was doing well. He was highly responsive to messages and very understanding when our plans changed and we returned home early. We would happily use Adam again in the future—thank you once again!
Adam has been fantastic since the second we reached out to him. The gremlins absolutely love him. He's always responsive to messages and requests, and there is nothing he wouldn't do for the girls. We are so lucky to have found him. He also takes amazing photos!
