During holidays, summer periods and weekends, I have very flexible availability and am generally free any time. During term time, I commute to university, so my availability varies depending on my timetable. For house sitting, I am available overnight and will only be away during my scheduled university hours. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I am available in the late afternoons and evenings. Please feel free to message me to discuss specific dates and arrangements.

I prioritise the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every pet in my care. For house sitting, I maintain their usual routine and ensure they are settled and secure in their home. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets are fed, cared for, and given attention while keeping their routine consistent (the 30mins include a short walk within the time frame - please book a walk separately if a longer walk is wanted). With experience in a veterinary practice and as a veterinary student, I am confident handling a wide range of animals and their individual needs. I always treat every home with respect and ensure pets are well cared for at all times.

I tailor my care to each pet’s individual routine and needs. Whether I’m house sitting, providing drop-in visits, or taking your dog for a walk, I’ll ensure your pets are fed, have fresh water, receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship. For cats, I’ll keep litter trays clean and provide affection on their terms, while dogs will enjoy walks and enrichment suited to their energy level. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

As a veterinary student with 3 years of experience working in a veterinary practice, you can feel confident your pet(s) will be in safe and caring hands. I have always loved animals and am passionate about their health and wellbeing. I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care and Welfare and a Level 2 Diploma in Veterinary Care Assistant, as well as a Higher Education Diploma in Veterinary Science. I worked for 3 years as a Veterinary Care Assistant in a veterinary practice, where I gained hands-on experience caring for and handling a wide range of animals. I have also house sat for colleagues, including caring for dogs and cats that required medication, and I understand the importance of keeping pets comfortable, exercised, and maintaining their usual routines. I always aim to provide reliable, attentive, and compassionate care, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos while you’re away.

Danielle looked after our dachshund Frank at very short notice and we honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. We received regular photo updates throughout, and Frank looked so happy, relaxed, and completely at home in her care. Not only did she take amazing care of Frank, but she also went above and beyond by completing household chores and leaving the house absolutely spotless when we returned. Danielle, is loving and very empathetic towards animals , she’s a kind and gentle soul , who has all the time in the world for the 4 legged species. She cares for my animals as if they were her own between 6 cats and 2 dogs she loves them all equally tending to all their needs.
Danielle came to stay at mine for 2 weeks whilst we were on holiday. My dogs aren't the easiest dogs, so I was very nervous about leaving them, but Danielle was amazing with them. She did everything that was asked, they were extremely well cared for and had plenty of snuggles! I would highly recommend Danielle and will definitely be using her services again. I have 100% trust in her with my dogs - She is completely reliable and trustworthy.
