She is absolutely fantastic, our girl can be funny with strangers but she took to Sophia straight away and wouldn't leave her side the entire weekend! We had regular pics, videos and messages for peace of mind, they had regular walks and Sophia also followed the care notes to the letter, giving Hercules his eye drops and cleaning his wrinkles. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I'm a caring, patient person who genuinely enjoys spending time with pets, whether that's playing with them, giving them attention, or helping them stick to their usual routine. I work part time in a local school, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and overnight stays. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I aim to provide the utmost level of care and affection. Small/medium sized dogs, and puppies are my expertise but welcome all ages and sizes. The 2 puppers featured in my profile are currently living up in Scotland with my parents, so won’t be with me when I’m caring for your fur babies. My own cats are outdoor cats and are able to go outside freely, however I have a lockable cat flap and can fully accommodate indoor-only cats by keeping them safely indoors at all times. My home is secure, and pets are always supervised appropriately. I also have a fully walled garden away from the main road, providing an extra layer of safety. Pets other than my own are never left unattended outdoors. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I treat the space with respect, ensure doors and windows are secure, and follow feeding, hygiene, and care routines exactly as instructed. I provide regular updates and photos, and I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, care, and attention.

About: I’ve had dogs ranging from miniature dachshunds to labradors since I was a baby and in the past year I have been looking after many dogs with my housemate through rover so I am very familiar with the service. I have experience in training puppies as well as caring for medicated older dogs. I have my own car and so love to take the dogs for nice long walks and to beaches too. I am a university student but I have currently finished for the summer so I have lots of free time to show your pets a lot of love. I already go on a lot of walks and beach days and so would love to include dogs to this. I do have a housemate who is also a rover approved sitter and so no dog is ever left alone. I have a fenced garden so lots of freedom in toilet breaks etc. I am also more than happy to have dogs on furniture and in beds so they can stay comfortable in their routine if that’s how they sleep at home. But I do also have crate training experience in order to keep your dog in their own routine.

About: I've been around a bunch of animals all my life, cats, dogs, horses, bunnies, hamsters. Animals have always been a passion of mine and im hoping to connect with other furry friends outside of my usual circle Im in my final week of college so I will be able to pet sit most days besides a sunday and then an hour or two during the day where I need to care for my horse I make sure that any dangers are either dealt with or are out of reach of the animal and I make sure it stays that way theoughout the visit

“Both of us finally got to leave the house at the same time without the dogs!! Kate looked after our two mini dachshunds for a few hours on Saturday after an introduction a few weeks before. We were a little nervous leaving them as the oldest is blind and can be grumpy and the youngest is a bit clingy but a walk was had and treats were given. Safe to say the boys loved her as Kate is a lovely young woman and very capable which is brilliant as we’ve booked again for this coming weekend when we go to a wedding. We would certainly recommend Kate if you’re looking for someone who understands dogs and loves their company.”
