About: I’ve looked after several dogs and cats in the last few years of varying ages and sizes, both at my home and the owner’s. Most recently, I sat for a very cute Lurcher puppy at his home three days a week, for four months last summer, helping to toilet and crate train him, and playing with him throughout the day while ensuring he got enough rest. I have looked after him on the odd occasion since and he is always very excited to see me. I have also looked after an 11 year old Dalmatian on three different occasions for 3-6 weeks at a time and we have formed a close bond. He feels comfortable in my home and needs quite a lot exercise so we enjoy lots of long walks together. When I first looked after him he could be quite reactive and would pull on the lead a lot, but we have done quite a bit of work together and he is much calmer now. I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for the sweetest 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer on several occasions for a few days at a time, making lots of time for snuggles but also taking her down to the beach where she loves to explore. I’ve also housesat for friends and family, looking after their cats while they were on holiday. My friend’s cats were quite nervous so I was happy to take their lead on how close I got. While they were wary to begin with, they would happily sit with me and let me stroke them by the end of the week. My friends have asked me to catsit again this September. All in all, the fact that owners have trusted me to look after their pets for long periods of time and on more than one occasion shows that I am reliable and will care for your pet like they are my own, with the utmost love, care and attention. The owners have also appreciated the regular updates and pictures I send and I will always make sure to do the same for you. I work from home four days a week and can be flexible on location so am happy to come to yours or look after your pet at my house. I’m available during the week and at weekends for quick drop ins, a full day or for boarding, from one night to several weeks at a time if required. I have a large, enclosed garden for your pet to have a good run around if needed. There are also lots of good walks nearby, including a park and the beach is nearby. I live alone and don’t have any pets or children, so can provide a calm, secure space. My work is quite flexible so I can make time to play with your pet and show them the love and attention they need. Also happy to crate if required.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, walking, bathing, brushing, drying and feeding them all, ive also had walks with 2 dogs at once with no issue. I've dealt with big old Labradors to energetic spaniels. I'm also currently doing a dog grooming and training course. I'm a student; I often have free periods, holidays, and quite a bit of free time. I have wanted to start getting out more, and dog walking is the best way for me to do that, in my mind. I'm unable to let dogs stay at my home sadly but I'm happy to stay at your home, to drop in, walk the dogs. I'll follow any instructions you guys give as you know your pets best.

About: I have experience walking my two 17 and 18 year old JRT boys. I am a volunteer for the animal charity The Cinnamon Trust and walk Meg who is 12 twice a week. I provide patient, calm and attentive care for dogs. I don't rush our outings, I let your dog set the pace, ensuring they get plenty of time for stimulation and sniffing safely. Your homes security and your dogs peace of mind are incredibly important to me. I double check locks, wipe muddy paws and ensure your pup is settled comfortably before I leave. I am retired so I can be flexible to your pets needs. I am available at short notice. I am able to call as often or for as long as you would like. Caring for pets in their home means they are more comfortable and used to their own surroundings. I will follow the owners instructions, which we will discuss during our meet and greet and which I would like them to state on their pets profile as nothing is missed and instructions are clear for me. About: Hi, I am Kate and I'm an 20-year-old uni student who misses their cat and dog immensely. Last year I worked part-time as a nanny and full time in a school and therefore been DBS checked. I have been working towards extending my services to pet sitting more often too. I am most experienced in looking after cats as I have had cats for the last 13 years, so looking after cats and making them feel settled is like second nature to me. Cats are truly one of my favourite animals and so looking after them, no matter what service you are looking for, would be a pleasure. I also own a gorgeous labrador retriever, she is 5 years old and the most energetic dog I have ever met. I have done the majority of the training for her and taken part in extra training classes for puppies too as well as doing overnight stays for dog sitting over multiple nights so feel I would be able to support puppies as well as adult dogs to a high quality.

About: I’ve had a pet cat my entire life, her name is pearl and she’s 21. As I’ve had her my whole life i know how to take care of pets very well and know what they need while also enjoying spending time with them very much. As my cats quite old I also understand the importance in care elderly pets need. I’ve also done pet sitting jobs for family friends! I recently did a job taking care of 2 dogs and a cat, so I also know what dogs need for entertainment and how to keep them happy. About: I am an experienced dog owner and have always loved dogs since I was small. I have two black labradors who we absolutely adore. My oldest dog is 6 and the youngest is 2. All members of my family own a dog so we are always dog sitting while they are away so we are experts with many breeds. My dogs are very relaxed and welcome any dog in their home. They are also very good company and playmates if that’s what your dog needs. On the other hand, because of their nature, if your does not want to interact with them, they will leave them alone - that’s just labradors for you. I have always hated the thought of having to put my doggies in kennels when we go away and we never do luckily and have used dogbuddy to help us in the past. We would provide a home away from home as I understand how important it is for your doggy to feel looked after and cared for while you are away and to also give you peace of mind to relax and not worry. We have a lovely house right opposite a very popular dog walking park in Swansea that is very close to Swansea Bay so rest assured your dogs would well walked (or ran if they preferred). I only work two days a week and my husband is here with our dogs on those days anyway so there is always someone with your dog. We are a very fit family and love nothing better than to walk so rest assured, your dog will be very content. Should you require us for dog walking, we are very flexible and would happily accommodate you and your dog. We have our own transport and would happily pick your dog up and take them to our beautiful beaches in Swansea on a regular basis. We love nothing more than to do this! About: My name is Egdana, I am an animal lover from Venezuela and live with my husband in St Thomas in Swansea (near the city centre). Both of us have had pets for most of our lives. Ever since I was 15 I have looked after pets, this includes dogs, cats, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, and even a pig! I work from home, so I am always available. We have 2 indoor sphynx cats, Chi and Luna, so it is important that your dog tolerates cats (they can be kept separate if necessary, but need to be accepting of them). We also have 2 guinea pigs that live in the garden, and although they will be kept in an enclosed space away from your dog, it is important that their presence does not drive your dog crazy as is the case with some breeds! We have a fully enclosed courtyard so your dog can go outside without any risk of being lost. I work from home, so I will always be here to care for your pet. My husband is also here in the evenings to help. We are working on making a fully enclosed catio (a small courtyard with a net covering it), so your pet can enjoy going outside without any risk of being lost. We have 2 indoor cats of our own that we care for, so you can have confidence that your pet will be safe here.

About: I have both professional and personal experience with animals of all kinds, having completed a HE course at an agricultural college i am soon off to uni to start my veterinary nursing course. Last year I worked at a charity that rehomed abandoned and surrendered dogs near north london so I have handled breeds big, small and of varying temperaments and needs. I’m also well versed in puppy, obedience and gundog training as well as ring craft. In regards to those with kitties or other pets, i have lots of husbandry experience, my own leopard gecko, and have had cats in previous years. I’ve got 2 vizslas, Kyro and Circe, one of which is reactive and has been muzzle trained by myself. They are both full of beans and very demanding so rest assured your pet is in good hands. Currently have a clear schedule, looking to fill in my time with repeat visits, walks and time with your furry friends. Mon-Sun availability, overnight visits if needed. We will have a chat and talk about your pets needs and schedule before a visit. Any medication or special care should be disclosed at booking. I’ll always make myself aware of the closest emergency vet for worst case scenarios and will send you updates throughout my time with your four legged family members.
