About: I have had all sorts of animals throughout my adult life from rabbits and guinea pigs to cats and dogs. My previous dogs were border collies which I trained myself and with my first girl we had great fun at agility classes. My last girl was 15 when we had to say goodbye. My canine companion now is Monty, a 21 month old Border Terrier. I love building a relationship with dogs, working out what makes them tick and giving them their best life. I would be happy to walk your dog alone or accompanied by Monty. Of course the choice would be yours. I am happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure your confidence in my ability to care for your pet. I am available weekdays and weekends as my care work is flexible, so I have plenty of time to devote to the care of your pet. The more notice you give me, the more likely I am to be able to accomodate your needs. I am happy to take on regular or one off care. I have a secure fenced garden and plenty of dog toys to share with your dog. Dogs are allowed on the sofa if you are happy for that to happen.

About: My partner and I have had pets for our whole lives. I have mainly had experience with smaller dogs and cats that crave the attention and love I provide, whereas my partner has experience looking after larger dogs such as staffs, huskies, and german shepherds. We both adore animals and have passion for pets that we rarely get to indulge in. We can't wait to take care of your pet in our home and treat them like our own. We usually wake up around 6am and go to the gym to be back in the house by 8:30. My partner works from home 9-5 whereas I am currently unemployed and have free time all day to look after your pet. If I do for some reason need to leave the house, it will not be for much longer than 2 hours, so your pet will always have someone close by. If morning pick up or drop off is needed, I am very flexible and will move my schedule around to fit your needs. I have an unfenced garden but have anchor points if your pet would like to go in the garden on a lead. I have a little Jack Russel terrier who is calm with any dogs in his presence once he has had a feel for their vibe. We don't have a crate, but we do have the space for one if you would like to bring your own, and we have a bath in which I can bathe your pet and trim or file their nails if you would like (this will cost extra).

About: Hi, I’m Jeff - I’m recently retired and keen to fill my spare time doing something I genuinely love: caring for dogs. Over the years I’ve had plenty of hands-on experience with family pets of all shapes and sizes, from small to medium and large dog breeds. I have looked after family and friends dogs, walking and sitting. I’m comfortable handling different temperaments, energy levels and confident walking dogs on and off lead (always depending on your dogs recall ability and your preferences.) My wife and I are both passionate about all dogs and treat them like family. Our home is located in the west end of Barry and we have a secure rear garden for safe playtime. We are also lucky to live within close walking distance of a country park, other parks and gardens, sea and beaches, the perfect environment for stimulation and enjoyable walks for your precious pets. I drive which allows me be able to take your dogs to other great walking spots. - if you prefer I am also happy to collect your pet. Having recently lost our beloved and special boy Max, I’m looking forward to spending time with dogs again and giving them the care, love, attention and exercise they deserve. I also have experience in administering medication and always happy to follow your dog’s usual routine to help them feel safe, comfortable and settled whilst in our care. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate as a consequence of working with vulnerable people, and can provide information upon request. When I have free time I enjoy riding my motorbike, DIY projects, walking and keeping active at the gym. I’m happy to arrange a meet and greet appointment before hand to make sure we’re the right fit for you and importantly your dog. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family member. I’m currently retired so completely flexible day and night to cater for your furry family member’s needs, whether that be for dog sitting (boarding) or walking, or both. Once your “fur baby” is within our care, you can expect the highest quality of care and they will be welcomed into a loving, safe and warm environment. My wife and I have experience of dogs ageing from puppies right up to 14 years of age, having had the privilege of being pet parents to a range of dogs which my children adored. They are now grown up and each have their own fur members of the family. In addition, my wife and I have considerable experience in providing pet medication and have a good understanding and knowledge of various dietary conditions requiring particular dietary needs. Whilst staying at my home, your pet will have access to a secure garden for safe play.
“Ashley was wonderful, bingo loves Ashley. They are attentive, kind and always caring to baby bingo. Would recommend to any dog owners. I also appreciate how communicative Ashley is. Thank you!”

About: Myself and my partner, Kate have a rescue pup called Dora who’s 1 years old, she understands the importance of playtime and chill time, and is a dog who loves the company. Both myself and Kate have grown up with dogs and see them as an important family member. From feeding routines and walking to the attention they need, looking after dogs is a natural part of our daily life. We also have two family dogs that pop round at times who are rescues so understand the extra love that’s needed. We would want to give your dog a home away from home, and treat them as our own. Please note - it will be shared dog care between myself and my partner - Kate. Myself and Kate have opposite schedules meaning your dog would be generally in company all day. If left, it would be discussed and wouldn’t be more than three hours a day. We have a fenced, secure garden with plenty of room for play. As we got Dora from a pup, we are able to use training leads etc if needed. We are happy to allow your dog free run of our house as our Dora has. We will always prioritise your dogs safety.
About: I am a final year at the university of Bath studying biomedical science. I will be doing my masters at Bath university from September 2026, with the intention of beginning medicine in September 2027. I am a hockey player and long distance runner so I love staying active a LOT! I am very easy to talk to and friendly! I am diagnosed with autism and ADHD. I would like owners to be aware of this but not because it affects my role as a pet sitter but it’s good to be open and honest. If anything, it makes me more cautious, loving and caring! Being around animals is one of the most beautiful things in life and I love that I get to hang out with them! I have grown up around many pets, from chickens all the way to horses! I have had 4 cats in my lifetime, three rabbits, multiple hamsters and one precious dog. I truly believe I am very patient, caring and loving! I have experience with different temperaments and will handle any situations with the upmost respect and consideration of both the pet and owner. I enjoy keeping in touch with the owners throughout the day to let them know their pet is well cared for, as I can understand deeply about the love we feel as owners and wanting to know they are ok. I want anyone who is trusting me with their pet to trust me wholeheartedly and I try my best to ensure that. I’ve been very lucky to look after so many beautiful dogs, cats and rabbits. It is the most rewarding feeling. I can’t wait for many more bookings! I am a university student currently home for the summer and would love to take up a small flexible job to earn some money for my rent! I am available any time except from the 7th June-23rd June. I will offer dog walking services, and am available any time of the day. There is a field by mine that I can utilise or if the dog is more of a slow walker, I am happy to just walk them around the neighbourhood, whatever suits their needs!

About: Hi! I’m a huge animal lover and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets while you’re away. I have experience looking after pets for friends and family, including feeding, walking, playing, giving lots of attention, and making sure they stick to their usual routine. I also have a 4-year-old Pomeranian of my own, so I know firsthand the love, patience, and care that pets need every day. I’m reliable, caring, and happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and happy. I’m also available at short notice whenever possible, making me a great option if you need last-minute pet care. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping to their normal routine, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! I’m self-employed and work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This means I can easily plan my day around a pet’s routine, whether that’s walks, feeding times, playtime, or simply keeping them company. I genuinely love being around animals and enjoy giving them plenty of attention, care, and affection, so looking after pets fits naturally into my daily life. I always aim to keep pets comfortable by following their usual routine as closely as possible. I’ll make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, enjoy plenty of exercise, play, and attention, and receive lots of love and reassurance. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, so I take the time to get to know them and make them feel safe and relaxed. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I've always owned dogs and cats growing up, and currently live with two cocker spaniels and a ragdoll cat. I frequently become relied upon by family members to dog sit, most popularly by my dad who owns an XL American Bull. I've had dogs from the range of shuh tzu's to staffie's to the American Bull mentioned, which has made confident in my abilities no matter the breed, size or personality! I'm currently going back to university to study my Masters Degree, which is why this type of arrangement is ideal for me (and hopefully for you too!) I'm currently going back to university for my Masters Degree in Social Work which is only two days a week. This leaves me with plenty of time to have fun and keep your furry loved ones company while you are away making memories! From dogs that just want someone to sit near (who will make the best study buddies) to high energy and playful dogs (the ones that make you forget all of lifes stress while you focus on whatever they want to play with), I can guarentee the best service for them from me. Unfortunately, I am not able to have animals come to my house - the two cocker spaniels and the ragdoll cat have rule of that here! I am more than happy to sit in for the days, or stay overnight when needed! I am happy to meet first (which will hopefully also include the dog) but rezt assured no matter how we start this off, your animals are the priority.

I am available to look after your pet during the week and weekends. I have a fenced back garden with no side access. I have 2 very friendly and dislike border collies which will keep your fur babies company. I do have two large crates should you prefer.
About: I am a qualified veterinary nurse. I have worked in the veterinary industry for 12 years and qualified in 2023. I have done various house sittings and walks for dogs and house sittings for cats over the last 12 years. I am self employed in the veterinary industry - so likely won’t work if I am looking after your pets. If I did - it would be in the local area. I offer home sitting and drop ins for both cats and dogs. I also offer walks for dogs in a variety of places in the area 😊 Your pets will be treated like I treat my own with lots of play and attention. If they prefer their own space, I will respect that and be there to take care of them.

About: I have grown up with dogs and have extensive hands-on experience caring for them throughout my life. I currently have four dogs of my own and have cared for six dogs in total over the years, giving me experience with a range of breeds, personalities, and care needs. As a dog owner, I understand the importance of providing regular exercise, companionship, and attentive care. I am confident handling dogs on walks, maintaining routines, and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have experience walking dogs for others and understand the trust owners place in someone caring for their beloved pets. I am passionate about animals and enjoy spending time outdoors, making dog walking and pet care something I genuinely love. I will always treat your pet with the same care, patience, and attention that I give my own dogs. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I currently work part-time evening shifts, which means I am available throughout most mornings and afternoons for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. This gives me plenty of flexibility to provide dogs with the time, attention, and exercise they need. I am also completely available on most Wednesdays and weekends, making me a great option for longer walks, regular care, or pet sitting while owners are away. As a dog owner myself, caring for animals is already a part of my everyday life, and I genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and ensuring pets are happy, active, and well cared for. When caring for pets in their owner's home, I aim to maintain their usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I will follow all instructions provided regarding feeding, exercise, medication, and any specific needs or preferences your pet may have. Safety is my top priority. During walks, I ensure dogs are kept securely on lead where required, remain attentive to their surroundings, and avoid situations that may cause stress or discomfort. I am experienced around dogs of different sizes and temperaments and always use a calm, patient approach. While pet sitting, I will provide plenty of companionship, playtime, and attention, as well as regular toilet breaks, fresh water, and exercise. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and I will always treat your property with respect and care. I am happy to provide updates and photos during visits or stays so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well looked after while you are away.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and currently care for both a Doberman and a Maltese Terrier, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have years of hands-on experience with everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a gentler touch. I’m confident handling big dogs on walks, and I always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for. I treat every pet like family and bring a calm, reliable energy. I’m currently at Cardiff university a few days a week which finishes early afternoon, meaning I have lots of spare time for walking and sitting. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to maintain their usual routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality, needs, and quirks so I can give them the same love and attention they’re used to. I’m always respectful of the owner’s space, follow all instructions carefully, and keep communication open with regular updates and photos. On walks, safety is my top priority — I’m experienced with handling all sizes of dogs, including strong breeds like Dobermans, and I’m always alert to our surroundings. Your pet’s happiness, comfort, and well-being come first with me.
About: I have a huge passion for dogs! All dogs, all breeds, any size, I will love them like my own! And since using this platform, I have also developed a love for cats! I have used Rover for several years with consistent work, so I would very much consider myself a professional pet sitter! I have provided care for a range of pets including energetic puppies, docile seniors, nervous rescues, cuddly fluff balls and everything in between. I have the ability to remain calm and grounded so that your pet feels safe and comfortable in my care. Knowing that every pet and every owner is different, I am flexible with providing a unique service to suit you and your beloved animals. Having always had a family dog, I’m used to being around them, walking them, playing with them, fussing them and generally giving them the care and attention they need. And as a part time nanny, I often provide daily care for the animals in the family too! I have volunteered for a dog rescue centre, socialising the puppies and keeping the anxious dogs calm. I am used caring for to more than one pet at a time (the more the merrier!) and will always treat your pet as if it’s my own. They will surely be loved! I have taught a puppy to sit, lie down and roll over. I have administered daily medication for elderly animals. I have administered flea treatment. I have carefully bathed mucky pups keeping them calm and happy whilst doing so. I have carefully cared for pets with poorly tummies feeding them a simple diet where necessary. As a self employed actor I often have a lot of time on my hands between jobs and during the daytime if I’m in work. I’m also a life coach and run my own business from home, so I have plenty of time during the day to spend looking after your pets and keeping them company. With my line of work it is not always practical to own a pet (much to my sadness!) but by providing for other people’s pets, I get all the joy whilst helping others too… a win win situation. I will always pay special attention to each animal’s individual needs and stick as close as possible to the animal’s usual routine so that it feels happy and comfortable.
