About: Hello there! I'm Steve - a part-time writer and full-time animal lover, based in Caerleon. I've so enjoyed looking after dogs for family and friends over the years. My fiancée's parents have a lively 10 year-old JRT x Corgi, named Hector, with whom I've built a very close bond through engaging walks and gentle play. I've also enjoyed housesitting for friends with multiple pets - dogs, cats and even a house rabbit - ensuring the comfort of routine and security of affection are maintained in their absence. My own dog, Kaya, is a sweet-hearted nine year old collie x whippet who's recently joined the family. She's a sensitive soul and, like Hector, suffers with separation anxiety. As such, I understand entirely how important consistency and comfort are for anxious dogs like them. I spend much of my week working from home, so I have plenty of time to offer care and companionship to pets who need company whilst their humans are busy. I believe in showing all our canine companions calm and consistent company, whether during an enriching walk, a quiet cuddle or just a lunchtime check-in for food and water.

About: I’ve looked after dogs since I was young, I also had my own staffy when I was 8 years old, he unfortunately passed away at the age of 13. I’ve looked after dogs of all sizes including but not limited to husky’s, chihuahuas and spaniels🐶. I have a huge love for dogs. I can teach basic commands, I also drive so can do appointment drop offs and pickups too🚗 I’m currently working part time, I’m available everyday from 11:30am and Wednesdays from 10am so will have plenty of time to look after your furry friends 🐾 I only provide services in the owners homes 🏡 You can expect photo updates throughout the stay, will plenty of playtime, cuddles and walks🐾 Your home will be looked after, cleaned and maintained whilst you’re away with the safety of your furry friend and home being of the upmost importance

About: I have 2 small Romanian rescue dogs who I couldn't love more, I have taken care of them plus family and friends dogs over the past 3 years during holidays and love getting to know them, playing, walking, teaching new tricks and then at the end of the day cuddling up with them with blankets, I'm a passionate dog owner and care about the protection of animals and want to ensure dogs can have the best life. I currently work from home full time so have rhe flexibility to have dogs in my home alongside Mt 2 furry friends, so if your dogs like to play with others and want someone who is engaged and playful then please reach out. I have a fenced garden more than 6ft high. Plus 2 small dogs myself under 10kg so they will have lots of time to play and explore whilst here.

About: I love animals, I've had pets all my life! I take care of them with love, affection and respect. I currently have two cats, for 6 years. In my parents' house, I have two large dogs. I always take care of all my pets, doctor and take them for a walk. At the moment I only work with voluntary service so I have a quiet routine, so I can adapt my schedules to your pet's schedule. I will take care of your pet with great affection and responsibility with your goods, your house and your things. About: I've lived with dogs since I was small and have lots of experience both as an owner and caring for other peoples dogs of all shapes and sizes. I work from home 4 days a week and so am around all day. Happy for early drop off and to do an evening walk before collection. I offer a warm welcome to dog and people friendly dogs in my own home and will only take one dog at a time so they will have all of my attention and find it easier to settle without needing to compete with a pack. My place is 2 minutes walk from a park, it is a terraced house with a secure back garden - I will follow the ground rules set in your own home (dogs on or off the sofa is fine with me!) I have a car with secure travel space for dogs and love to go on adventures to the hills, the beach, the woods. I will keep you up to date with your pets activities through the day. I am also an experienced house sitter and am very happy to provide care for your animal family in their own home when you are away. As well as dogs, I have experience of caring for cats, small animals (mice, rabbits, guinea pigs etc!) fish, reptiles, horses, chickens and ducks, sheep and goats. I love all animals and will treat yours with the love and care they deserve, making sure that they are happy whilst you are away :) I work from home four days a week and can provide a walk for your dog up to three times a day. I live very close to the park and the woods :) I can provide house sitting for weekends or long weekends (Friday to Monday) with longer times possible with notice. Local dog walking available morning, lunch and early evening during the week and flexible times at the weekends I have a fenced garden and access available throughout the day, dogs will be treated like a member of the family. I can do on or off lead walks and safety is first priority.

About: Hi! My name is Freya and I’ve grown up around animals and have always had a deep love and respect for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I like taking time to truly tune into your dog’s needs, whether they’re a bundle of energy needing plenty of playtime, or a more anxious soul who needs quiet, gentle reassurance. Because of this I only take one dog per time available. I love exercising exploring from the beach to the forests and so your pet will be offered plenty of beautiful walks in nature and im not sure who’ll will enjoy it more! I work shift work and so I have days free consistently to spend 1 on 1 with your loved pets. My lifestyle is very active and outdoors and so pets fit naturally in my routine and activity. Working in the emergency services has given me a calm and reassuring approach to all situations — including caring for nervous or elderly pets. You can trust that your dog will be in safe hands, and I’m confident managing routines and making them comfortable in my home

About: I am an experienced and reliable pet-sitter who has always loved taking care of my own and other people's pets - I have always owned dogs. I have looked after dogs, cats and rabbits of all ages for my family and friends, so anything from pups and kittens to seniors are not a problem for me :) Playing with dogs and cats is always the best part of taking care of them, so I am completely comfortable with high and low energy pets! I also love exploring nature walks in and around Newport, and would love to bring your dog along with me! I am currently a university student and am missing my little pets so much, so I would love to walk and take care of yours, and have plenty of time to do so! I currently cannot board any pets, but I would love to walk, drop-in, or house-sit, making sure they are comfortable and well looked after. Being a university student means I have lots of time to care for and walk your pets! Even during term-time, I can adjust my schedule in order to care for the pets appropriately, and am always free to take your dogs on their favourite walks. I am happy to house-sit or drop in according to your boundaries and preferences! I am able to take care of anything from pups to senior pets, and try to adapt my schedule to the pets'. I love to know everything about the pets I take care of, like their favourite foods, toys, and activities. About: I've taken care of animals from dogs, cats and hamsters and each animal has been very spoilt as I have a lot of love to give to these precious creatures. I'm always available 6 days a week to look after my friends or families dogs/ cats and have catered to each animals needs. I've always been an animal lover and have grown up with both cats and dogs and have bought my own cats a soon as I've moved out. I work from home which means I am flexible throughout the day and I can walk your dog whenever you need me too. No hassle no fuss. You can be assured that when your pet returns, that they will return very happy. They may return with a new toy or a few treats :) If you are enable to travel, I am willing to travel to you and walk your furry friend around your area, equally I can take them back to my area and walk them. I plan on providing for each furry friend what he or she enjoys the best. For example if your dog loves playing fetch, well do that, if your dog loves going on a run with their hooman, we'll do that, does your dog like to go for a swim? We'll do that. I'm all about putting the care, needs and safety of your dog first. I know parks can be full of bikes and scooters too but I want to assure you that I'm always aware of this as my own dog loves to bark and would possibly chase them if she were allowed so I'm always on the look out for them. I highly recommend not booking me on very hot days as I do not want burn their little paws on the hot path. I do have a portable water bowl to bring on each walk incase they get thirsty. When I walk my own dogs, I usually keep them on a short lead (whilst near roads) untill I get to the park/ field where either is safe enough to either let them off the lead or extend the lead so they have a bit more freedom. I live very close to a few vets so you never need to worry if anything were to go wrong. I have actually taken stray dogs/ my friends dogs to the vets to get seen when there was something wrong.

About: Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do, it’s my full-time career and my passion. Because I dedicate all of my time to pet care, every dog receives the attention, exercise and companionship they deserve. Fresh water is always available, and pets are never left unattended for extended periods. When caring for pets in an owner's home, I respect both your home and your pet's established routine. I keep feeding, walking, medication, and play schedules as consistent as possible to help reduce stress. I ensure doors, gates, and any outdoor areas are secure before allowing pets outside, and I maintain a tidy environment throughout my visit.

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs since the age of 7, I’ve always been an animal lover. I regularly take care of relatives and friends pets and have been trusted to do so from about the age of 10. I am so happy to have discovered this app, nothing makes me happier than spending time with animals and being out in nature, I find it very beneficial for my mental health. I currently have a very free and flexible schedule since finishing uni, so plenty of time to play, walk and take care of some dogs! I’ve had experience with all different breeds and sized dogs. I consider my dogs to be members of my family, so I would always treat other people’s pets as I would my own and shower them with love and attention.
