“I was a bit worried about leaving Myloe but he seemed at home at the meet and greet and when we dropped him off. Judging by the photos he seemed to enjoy himself especially with the children. However as Myloe is quite sensitive he did stress as he rarely away from at least one of us and had several accidents. Full marks to Amy who took everything in her stride and let us know how things were going. Thanks Amy for looking after him, trying to destress him and what probably felt like endless mopping up. Myloe came back happy from his holiday and we felt reassured he was being looked after well”

“Kristina is truly brilliant. Our Finn stayed for two nights with Kristina. I dropped our 1year old Cockapoo off, quite nervous as he has never been away from us. Kristina was fantastic with him. She cuddled him until he felt settled. Finn absolutely loved her. So much he slept in her bed haha. Kristina sent pictures and messages of how he was doing and the lovely walks she had taken him on. About: I have had pets growing up and 14 years experience with dogs. Our dog was a very playful and excited puppy, he grew to be a very large dog so I am experienced with all sizes. I have experience with senior dogs and understand how different it is taking them for a walk compared to a younger dog with lots of energy. About: I am an experienced and reliable pet-sitter who has always loved taking care of my own and other people's pets - I have always owned dogs. I have looked after dogs, cats and rabbits of all ages for my family and friends, so anything from pups and kittens to seniors are not a problem for me :) Playing with dogs and cats is always the best part of taking care of them, so I am completely comfortable with high and low energy pets! I also love exploring nature walks in and around Newport, and would love to bring your dog along with me! About: Hello there! I'm Steve - a part-time writer and full-time animal lover, based in Caerleon. I've so enjoyed looking after dogs for family and friends over the years. My fiancée's parents have a lively 10 year-old JRT x Corgi, named Hector, with whom I've built a very close bond through engaging walks and gentle play. I've also enjoyed housesitting for friends with multiple pets - dogs, cats and even a house rabbit - ensuring the comfort of routine and security of affection are maintained in their absence. My own dog, Kaya, is a sweet-hearted nine year old collie x whippet who's recently joined the family. She's a sensitive soul and, like Hector, suffers with separation anxiety. As such, I understand entirely how important consistency and comfort are for anxious dogs like them. I spend much of my week working from home, so I have plenty of time to offer care and companionship to pets who need company whilst their humans are busy. I plan on providing for each furry friend what he or she enjoys the best. For example if your dog loves playing fetch, well do that, if your dog loves going on a run with their hooman, we'll do that, does your dog like to go for a swim? We'll do that. I'm all about putting the care, needs and safety of your dog first. I know parks can be full of bikes and scooters too but I want to assure you that I'm always aware of this as my own dog loves to bark and would possibly chase them if she were allowed so I'm always on the look out for them. I highly recommend not booking me on very hot days as I do not want burn their little paws on the hot path. I do have a portable water bowl to bring on each walk incase they get thirsty. When I walk my own dogs, I usually keep them on a short lead (whilst near roads) untill I get to the park/ field where either is safe enough to either let them off the lead or extend the lead so they have a bit more freedom. I live very close to a few vets so you never need to worry if anything were to go wrong. I have actually taken stray dogs/ my friends dogs to the vets to get seen when there was something wrong.

About: I have had pets growing up and 14 years experience with dogs. Our dog was a very playful and excited puppy, he grew to be a very large dog so I am experienced with all sizes. I have experience with senior dogs and understand how different it is taking them for a walk compared to a younger dog with lots of energy. I am currently studying to become a paramedic so have lots of spare time for walking and looking after dogs and cats. This is the first period of time we haven’t had any family pet in 14 years so I have all the time for other pets now.
