I’m an archaeologist working for Historic England and the University of Southampton, work from home, based in Newport, South Wales, fully insured for working with animals. With extensive expertise in feline and canine care (nutrition, behaviour, and hygiene) I've actively participated in rescuing and rehoming cats since 2012, primarily in China. Over the years, I've successfully found loving homes for over 10 rescued cats and have personally raised four of them. Additionally, I've organised fundraising campaigns to support the treatment of injured stray cats, and gaining firsthand experience in treating Feline Infectious Peritonitis. My experience with dogs has been shaped by caring for friends' and learning from veterinarian professionals, as well as all the dogs I met theough Rover. I enjoy walking and training dogs, approaching each interaction with utmost respect and dedication. With each pet care opportunity, I continue to expand my knowledge and skills, prioritising the well-being and happiness of every furry companion in my care.
