About: I've been looking after friends' and family's dogs for a little while now, and I'm now ready to do it on a daily basis! I absolutely adore dogs, so you can trust that I will give your floof plenty of love and attention. I also love being outdoors, so you can be reassured that your dog will have plenty of time out and about (and maybe a cheeky coffee shop stop too!). Myself and my kids live in central Penarth, perfectly located for lots of different parks/beach/walks. My kids are home-educated, so I'm always present to give your dog all of the care, cuddles and attention they need, whether at home or out and about! I live in a smallish terraced house, so I'm only accepting one dog per day (or 2, if from the same household) - which means that your floof will have all the attention and care just for them. I will always guarantee two walks per day, unless otherwise requested. My garden is completely fenced, so there's no risk of your dog escaping! Your dog will be free to go in the garden anytime throughout the day, no matter the season. I also love to send the owner a daily picture/s for extra reassurance!

In the meantime, whenever the situation presents, I have cared and looked after other people's pet friends. I am reliable, friendly and gentle and will look after your pet as if it was my own. About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats all my life. My 13 year old cat Izzie passed away last year and I haven’t been in a position to get another pet just yet. Please let me spend quality time with your babies as I am missing having a furry friend around. I live with my partner on a third floor flat. Although we have no garden, we are both very active and enjoy spending time outdoors. Our flat is calm, clean and a safe space for pets to feel comfortable. We would welcome pets on the furniture and the bed. We have cared for friend’s dogs and cats in our flat for several years. I work for the NHS Monday - Friday but work from home every Friday, with flexibility to do so some other days too. I work for the NHS Monday - Friday, working from home every Friday, with flexibility to do the same on other occasions throughout the week if needed. I finish work at 4.30pm so am home all evening. My weekends are fully flexible. I live in a third floor flat with my partner. We currently have no outdoor space but are both very active should your pet need regular exercise. My husband and I are both retired and so have lots of time for dog walks. We have fields at the end of our cul-de-sac for local walks. We also regularly go to beaches and other parks around Cardiff. We have a safe enclosed rear garden which is dog friendly. We also have a dog flap for smaller breeds! We happy to take dogs that are friendly. “Sarah was absolutely incredible, honestly all that I could have asked for and more. She looked after my two cats for the weekend while I was away at a family ashes spreading service. Not only was she happy to care for the cats, but she also took on the task of misting my pet mantises and stick insects. She sent photos of the cats, and she fed and played with them, cuddled with them, and changed their litter. Even my elderly cat who is nervous and generally hides from everyone, came running over to see Sarah when she first visited, and began rubbing up against her legs; clearly the lady has a way with animals! She was also kind enough to bring parcels in for me when they were left on the doorstep, even one which was really heavy. All of this would be enough for me to confidently recommended her to others, but the biggest reason I think anyone would be lucky to have her looking after their pets, is that she has just such a comforting presence, and she went above and beyond to put me at ease about leaving my home and my animal family members. I was really worried about being away from them, and this was the first time I’ve ever used a service like this. I suspect I’m not the only pet parent who is nervous about leaving their pets, and having someone who is so reassuring and capable really makes it less scary. She followed all of my instructions to the letter and was also very kind about the fact that I’d left a short novel of printed instructions. Overall, she was just a really kind and capable pet sitter, and I will absolutely rush to use her again if I once again have to go away. She’d even tied a pretty yellow ribbon on my keys when she put them back through the door after her last check in. Truly, I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is clearly just a wonderful person, and is exactly who you want looking after your pets!”

About: I've always owned dogs and cats growing up, and currently live with two cocker spaniels and a ragdoll cat. I frequently become relied upon by family members to dog sit, most popularly by my dad who owns an XL American Bull and two mischevious tuxedo cats! I've had dogs from the range of shuh tzu's to staffie's to the American Bull mentioned, which has made confident in my abilities no matter the breed, size or personality! I do have two border collies however they’re very calm and can be kept completely separate from your feline friend if you are a little anxious about that. “Diane is a lovely person, who offered to look after my Great Dane at short notice. Her bio said that she has experience with Danes which is why I chose her. She was reliable, trustworthy and communicated well throughout the day I was away. She looked after my house and dog well. One thing her bio did not state is that she has mobility difficulties and at one point fell over when my dog was excited and wanted to play with another dog. I suggest she is best used for people with older and small dogs, when the otherwise good care she provides does not result in accidents when out walking.”

About: I’ve always loved being around animals especially dogs and enjoy taking them out to the beach or anywhere where they can run free. I often offer to have my friends dogs over night or for a weekend if they are stuck. I enjoy having the extra company and so does my dog Ella. I’ve had a dog at home for the passed 10+ years. I previously took on a dog that a family member couldn’t keep anymore due to circumstances and as I had a close bond with him (Bruno the beagle) and walked him a lot. I took him on where he had a very happy and fulfilled life. I then adopted a dog from Romania and helped rehabilitate him before moving him on to another family and now have Ella who is also adopted from Romania. I will always have dogs in my life now as dogs make a house a home and we love going on adventures. This would be a second job for me. I work Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30 so weekends or after that I am free. I also get a lot of time off, so longer periods are not a problem. I live in a flat where there are plenty of walks around and the beach is 5 minutes away. Toileting is easy too as I’m only on the second floor. Every dog is different but I’m happy to adapt to that. My dogs copes very well here and enjoys the views.

About: I have had all sorts of animals throughout my adult life from rabbits and guinea pigs to cats and dogs. My previous dogs were border collies which I trained myself and with my first girl we had great fun at agility classes. My last girl was 15 when we had to say goodbye. My canine companion now is Monty, a 21 month old Border Terrier. I love building a relationship with dogs, working out what makes them tick and giving them their best life. I would be happy to walk your dog alone or accompanied by Monty. Of course the choice would be yours. I am happy to answer any questions you may have to ensure your confidence in my ability to care for your pet. I am available weekdays and weekends as my care work is flexible, so I have plenty of time to devote to the care of your pet. The more notice you give me, the more likely I am to be able to accomodate your needs. I am happy to take on regular or one off care. I have a secure fenced garden and plenty of dog toys to share with your dog. Dogs are allowed on the sofa if you are happy for that to happen.
About: My partner and I have had pets for our whole lives. I have mainly had experience with smaller dogs and cats that crave the attention and love I provide, whereas my partner has experience looking after larger dogs such as staffs, huskies, and german shepherds. We both adore animals and have passion for pets that we rarely get to indulge in. We can't wait to take care of your pet in our home and treat them like our own. We usually wake up around 6am and go to the gym to be back in the house by 8:30. My partner works from home 9-5 whereas I am currently unemployed and have free time all day to look after your pet. If I do for some reason need to leave the house, it will not be for much longer than 2 hours, so your pet will always have someone close by. If morning pick up or drop off is needed, I am very flexible and will move my schedule around to fit your needs. I have an unfenced garden but have anchor points if your pet would like to go in the garden on a lead. I have a little Jack Russel terrier who is calm with any dogs in his presence once he has had a feel for their vibe. We don't have a crate, but we do have the space for one if you would like to bring your own, and we have a bath in which I can bathe your pet and trim or file their nails if you would like (this will cost extra).
About: I have taken care of pets for several friends and family, including dogs, cats and horses, as well as having my own cat for 4 years now. I always take extra care with the specific needs of the animals I am with and the requests of their owners. About: I've always owned dogs and cats growing up, and currently live with two cocker spaniels and a ragdoll cat. From dogs that just want someone to sit near (who will make the best study buddies) to high energy and playful dogs (the ones that make you forget all of lifes stress while you focus on whatever they want to play with), I can guarentee the best service for them from me. Unfortunately, I am not able to have animals come to my house - the two cocker spaniels and the ragdoll cat have rule of that here! I am more than happy to sit in for the days, or stay overnight when needed! I am happy to meet first (which will hopefully also include the dog) but rezt assured no matter how we start this off, your animals are the priority.

With my line of work it is not always practical to own a pet (much to my sadness!) but by providing for other people’s pets, I get all the joy whilst helping others too… a win win situation. I will always pay special attention to each animal’s individual needs and stick as close as possible to the animal’s usual routine so that it feels happy and comfortable.

Your dog can also stay in a separate room, upon request. Both of us work from home, so there will always be at least one person with the dogs at all times. We are able to provide morning, lunchtime, and evening walks. Boarding is available upon request. We can accommodate most dates! About: I've been looking after friends' and family's dogs for a little while now, and I'm now ready to do it on a daily basis! I absolutely adore dogs, so you can trust that I will give your floof plenty of love and attention. I also love being outdoors, so you can be reassured that your dog will have plenty of time out and about (and maybe a cheeky coffee shop stop too!). Myself and my kids live in central Penarth, perfectly located for lots of different parks/beach/walks. My kids are home-educated, so I'm always present to give your dog all of the care, cuddles and attention they need, whether at home or out and about! I live in a smallish terraced house, so I'm only accepting one dog per day (or 2, if from the same household) - which means that your floof will have all the attention and care just for them. I will always guarantee two walks per day, unless otherwise requested. My garden is completely fenced, so there's no risk of your dog escaping! Your dog will be free to go in the garden anytime throughout the day, no matter the season. I also love to send the owner a daily picture/s for extra reassurance!

About: My husband and I currently have an 11 year old cockerchon who is friendly with other dogs and with humans. We’ve previously had a bichon for 10 years prior to that. My husband and I are both retired and so have lots of time for dog walks. We have fields at the end of our cul-de-sac for local walks. We also regularly go to beaches and other parks around Cardiff. We have a safe enclosed rear garden which is dog friendly. We also have a dog flap for smaller breeds! We happy to take dogs that are friendly. We would want to meet your dog along with ours prior to confirming the first booking. We’re retired, so are able to be around for your pets and give them regular walks. We’re happy to feed them as per your instructions. We have a safe fenced garden which is dog friendly. We have experience in also looking after friend’s dogs. We’re happy to have dogs upstairs with us at night if this is what they’re used to. We’ll send you regular photos of your dog to put your mind at rest.

They are responsive and we’re really happy to have a meet -up beforehand - it was Quinn’s first sleepover away from home, so we were a bit anxious, and Zhan & Lauren were very reassuring and put us at ease. We were kept updated with lovely photos & a video throughout Quinn’s stay, and Quinn clearly had a lovely time! He mastered the stairs he’d been a bit scared of, and got loads of lovely walks and tummy rubs! I can’t recommend Zhan & Lauren highly enough, and Quinn will definitely be back!”
