I work as agency teaching assistant staff and on zero hour contracts in hospitality, only accepting shifts when not dog sitting. Therefore I am flexible especially when booked in at least a week in advance.

I provide play time and walks / regular toilet breaks, lots of attention. They can sleep in the bed with me if prefered. I have a car so can sit dogs/cats at their own home or take them on varied walks. :) I’ve looked after lots of anxious dogs and spent time making them feel comfortable while away from their owners so that they can have an enjoyable relaxing stay.

Pet care experience
As a family we had a boarder colly that grew up with me, then we had a rescue dog who was 6 years old when she came to us. I enjoy watching videos of dog training and how to approach anxious dogs and make them feel comfortable. It brings me so much joy experiencing an anxious dog learning that it can trust me. At any family function or BBQ you will often find me playing with the dogs or cats there :) x

Maryanne was amazing with Yerin. She took her last minute and went out of her way to ensure she had long walks and tons of fun! Yerin was very reluctant to leave as she had such a good time!
Maryanne is a great dog sitter. She arrived on time and Mabel loved being with her. Communication is great, she is conscientious, reliable and Mabel was happy to spend time with her. We recommend her!
Rebooked Maryanne for a house sit with 4 month old puppy. Lunas needs were met, she was taken for 2 beach walks which she loves. Communication continued through the weekend. Nervous to have someone stay at my house, but she was clean tidy and professional. Would highly recommend and book again.
Maryanne was really friendly, she was really caring and attentive with Todd and we appreciated her checking in with us. He really enjoyed his seaside weekend holiday and is absolutely worn out! Thanks.
