About: Profile is saying I have cats - this is incorrect. I’m insured for sitting, boarding and walking through the company Protectivity. I had the privilege of growing up with dogs and therefore have an abundance of experience in puppy and senior care. From toilet, tricks and walking, I have learnt and taught some tips from my family. The most important thing is that the dog is happy and healthy❤️ I’m at university Mon and Fri until mid April 2025 and in part-time teaching assistance until mid July 2025, then I’m available throughout Summer for the majority of the holidays😊 My TA’ing is through an agency, so if you book with me in advance, I can let them know I’m unavailable for the day in which you’d need me, so I’m very flexible! I would much rather be with your pet 🐈⬛🦮❤️ It’s only me in my 2-bed rental so plenty of space, and I’m an active person so would be a privilege to have your fur baby join me for walks❤️ I have a metre high stone wall around my garden that is gated and I am surrounded by greenery and the Sirhowy river! I have no cat flaps and my doors are locked at all times. I am happy for pets to be on furniture (and maybe my bed depending on fluffiness!) but also happy to adhere to your home rules and keep them off to reassure training. If I’m sitting at your place, I will invariably follow your rules without a doubt. Happy to stick to your routine times and structure to make your pet feel at ease I absolutely love cuddles so your pet will get more than enough from me❤️

7. Kristen E.

“Typically, family would always house sit for me, but I haven’t long moved to Cardiff. I really wasn’t sure about looking into a pet sitter at first, I felt so bad/guilty, but it was my partner’s 30th birthday and we had a trip planned (Elmo and Ernie don’t travel very well, so the car journey to my home town felt like an unnecessary stress. I do share an apartment with two friends who have very busy lifestyles/jobs and aren’t always around, so I didn’t want to put the responsibility of my boys onto them; I felt finding someone local was the best option). Kristen and Mark were amazing from start to finish. When I say you won’t find nicer people to look after your animals, I really mean it; they were welcomed and genuinely cared for. They treated them like their own and my boys definitely felt it (Ernie is very aloof, but he made himself right at home and really came out of his shell, I was so surprised). Seeing how comfortable they were in Kristen and Mark’s home was so reassuring, as well as the updates and pictures, they’re both such lovely guys. Elmo and Ernie were so happy there that I don’t think they wanted to leave! I couldn’t recommend them enough, I’d now never want anyone else to look after them. I was so happy that they’re booked back in for a few weeks time (another short trip booked by family for my partner’s birthday). Thank you both!!!”

8. Hannah J.
“Hannah is amazing with cats. We know that everytime she looks after our little fur babies, they are in good hands and are very spoilt!”

9. Daniel J.
About: I have had cats for 10 plus years so I got the experience to look after any other cats, so I know what I'm doing when it comes to feeding and emptying their litter trays I am a self employed driving instructor and I can work around my lessons because I'm very flexible so I will have plenty of time to take care of them I will go and give them the attention, feed them empty their trays and I make sure they got collars on with bells and I only let my cats go out in the days they are in at night

10. Emma P.
“Emma from Phoebe's Paws has been walking my Westie Ollie for a couple of months now, he is an anxious boy but has become alot more calm when Emma takes him out for his walks. She really treats Ollie like her own he always gets so excited when she comes to walk him. I highly recommend her services, her communication, professionalism and love for animals really shows. We know that Ollie will be happy and safe on his walks which really puts our mind at ease.”

11. Jemma P.
“Jemma has looked after our cat Dougal several times over the last few years and on every occasion she has been brilliant. Jemma ensures Dougal is fed and happy and always keeps us updated. She has even been kind enough to water our plants when she called in. She is caring and attentive and we highly recommend her and hope she can look after again in the future.”

12. Megan B.
“Megan Bunney has been looking after our Border Collie for several years for us to go on holidays and day trips away. We find Megan very caring towards our dog. On most occasions Stella has returned home and had learnt another clever routine. Our collie is not very sociable with other animals, yet Meg using time and patients brought Stella out from her nervous little shell. We highly recommend Megan to providing an excellent service for looking after our fur babies.”

13. Alexe O.

“This was the first time using Alexe and the girls took to her immediately 😁 We have future bookings already in the diary and I feel reassured that the girls will be well looked after.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, I am currently helping train and socialise my mother’s reactive greyhound cross bull and have extensive experience in reactive large dogs. I have lived with a sprocker spaniel and beagle so I am used to high energy dogs that need a lot of love and attention and am eager to offer this. Unfortunately I am currently asking that any puppies that book are toilet trained before their stay. I’m currently working from home, so I’ll have plenty of time and love to offer your doggos! I’m available for boarding most day after 5pm. Me and my partner love walking on weekends so we hope to bring your doggos along on our adventures! I have a fenced back garden and a fenced field that we own so your fur baby’s will have no shortage of things to explore while they are here. We love our family dogs and they are often here to visit so plenty of company to keep them entertained but if you dog requires one on one support that is easily doable too! I can easily accommodate anything your dog requires e.g crate training, puppy training or senior dogs

15. Taylor M.
“When I was giving birth to my daughter I unexpectedly had to stay in hospital with her. To which Taylor stepped in to watch my border collie dog Charlie, he was well looked after, walked everyday and she even bathed for me too. I gave birth in the summer time so the weather was incredibly hot. So she made sure he was always cool and comfortable. When she comes to visit him he’s always so happy to see her. And Id definitely Book her again!”

16. Jessica B.
About: I have two dogs and two cats of my own but I would love to have more. Being a sitter is the next best thing :) I am away for work Monday to Friday day time but I am free on evenings and I can pet sit on Saturday and Sunday. I have a fenced in back garden and the animals have free roam of the downstairs areas. There is a stair gate blocking dogs from going upstairs as it’s the cats’ safe place to go if they want to take a break from the dogs.

17. Katy Y.

“Katy has been incredible from start to finish. Very friendly and amazing. Felt very comfortable trusting her with Judo and she kept me updated as much as possible which is greatly appreciated. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Would definitely book again when I next go away. 😊”

18. Rachel Emily C.

“Thank you, Rachel, for taking such great care of Lady over the last August bank holiday weekend while we were in Bournemouth. Lady was so excited to see you every time you arrived and she came back to us very happy. Thanks for being flexible and looking after her at your home instead when our plans needed to change, for collecting her / dropping her off each day and for your regular updates. We knew Lady was in safe hands with Rachel. Will book again next time we are visiting. Thanks again! :)”

19. Jade E.
About: I've taken car of cats/dogs ever since I can remember. I have always been asked to care for my family/friends pets as I'm known to be very reliable and confident around animals. I currently have 3 cats, two dogs and a horse so to say animals were my passion would be an understatement. I'm currently working from home so will have plenty of time to care and play with your lovely animals. Due to my working schedule I'm able to be quite flexible with timings. Due to currently having multiple animals of my own I am very well equipped to care and look after your fur babies. I have been surrounded by animals my entire life meaning I am the perfect person to care for your pet.
