“I honestly can’t thank Lucy and her family enough. This was a very last minute booking due to my partner needing surgery with only three days’ notice. I contacted Lucy on the Friday, we arranged a meet and greet on the Saturday, and Bella stayed Sunday and Monday night. The whole process was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Lucy has a beautiful home with a lovely big garden, and her husband Luke and their two children are all so sweet and kind. Bella was walked twice a day by Luke and was clearly very well cared for throughout her stay. Lucy followed all my requests, including allowing Bella to sleep upstairs in her crate just as she does at home. I also received photo updates and messages, which really put me at ease during such a stressful time. Bella definitely made herself at home snuggling up on the sofa with Lucy in the evenings ❤️ When I collected Bella, she was happy, content and completely comfortable with Lucy — which says everything. I will definitely use Lucy again and I’m so grateful for everything she and her family did for us. Thank you so much 🥰”

He INSTANTLY loved Julie, she has a calm and nurturing demeanour and our dog was at ease the moment she opened the door (where usually he is quite nervous with people he has never met before). About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, I lost my beautiful miley a few months ago (my 12 year old Frenchy) and it still hurts, it's too early to get a new dog so im opening up my home and life to yours I offer so much love and care I've had dogs my life, different breeds, different temperaments and know every dog is different and every dog needs different attention, all we ask is to know everything about your dog so we can give him or her exactly what they need while your away were hoping to offer everything from overnight stays to walks to home care. We want you dog to feel safe secure and happy. My beautiful fur baby unfortunately passed away recently so I currently have no routine, I'm more than happy to mimic your current routine to your fur baby Our garden is huge, and fenced off with two gates that have signs not to open we are happy to mimic your home routine as much as possible so your babies don't get home sick.

“I was very impressed with Ingrid and the care she gave Teddy. Communication was great throughout and prior to booking Ingrid even replied to my booking request whilst she was on holiday abroad! I was uncertain how Teddy would be with Ingrid's 7 month old female puppy as Teddy is not neutered but I was reassured by photos that all was well. When I collected Teddy from Ingrid he continued to give her kisses and cuddles whilst I sat talking, all of which is a good sign that Teddy was comfortable with staying at Ingrid's. Thank you!”
About: I have a 5 year old labrador and I'm very used to walking him for 1 hour daily. I grew up with dogs and lived near a farm as a young child. I also had 2 pet persian house cats as well as budgie's and hamsters. I work full-time but this is agile, balancing office based with working from home. I am usually free during the evenings and on fridays as well as the weekends. But this can be flexible if i offer a boarding service as i can agile work. I have a fenced garden so everything is safe and enclosed, i also live on a quiet estate where the road is not busy. I like to spend time with the animals when they are in my company, as long as a blanket is on the sofa and bed they are welcome to lay on this.

“Ed was absolutely amazing with both our boys, so much so that when we came back they seemed the most relaxed we had ever seen them after being away! Our usual sitter was unavailable, so we were a little anxious trying a new sitter because they both had operations for urinary blockages about a year ago, and one of them was due to stress, but Ed couldn’t have been better at keeping them relaxed. Our shy boy Blu actually came out of his shell with him, played together, had some fuss, and our social boy Coffee got all the love and attention he needed to not stress when being left without company! We left a summary of anything they might like or need and Ed was very thorough with making sure they were taken care of with everything! About: Having 13 years of experience as a veterinary nurse, I am extremely experienced in animal care of all species. I spent 9 years working with cats & dogs, then 4 years in exotics such as parrots, small fluffies like rabbits and reptiles particularly tortoises. Last year I left the veterinary profession, mostly so I could work from home and spend more time with my own pets! During my career I have cared for many cats, from hand rearing kittens to caring for elderly cats with kidney disease, hyperthyroidism and diabetes. About: My partner has always been raised with dogs as pets for 20 years, these have ranged from boarder coillies, cocker spaniels, terroirs to Rottweilers. I have alway grown up around family dogs and have loved taking care of them, Our home will be your fur babies home away from home when they stay with us. Bella was the fifth member to our family, sadly we said goodbye to her in May 25. But we would treat your fur babies exactly the same as we treated Bella. We welcomed the newest member of our family; Gwen in April 2026. As a Labrador she is full of energy yet still also very chilled. She enjoys a lovely walk and snoozing on the sofa. Gwen has slotted right in with our family and has also embraced the chance to have furry friends stay with her. She’s a quick learner and soon realises if a furry friend wants to play with her or not. Both of our children have been raised around dogs, and love getting involved with caring for them. I predominantly work from home and my partner works a rolling shift pattern so your fur babies will always have company when they stay with us. Bella is set in her ways however we would be more than willing to follow the same feeding scheduling that you implement for your dog. We would welcome your dog’s blankets, toys and beds to make them feel comfortable during their stay. We also have space for your fur babies to sleep in their create if needed. We have a large enclosed garden that your fur babies will have constant access to during their stay.

About: Hi I’m Mandy I and home all day unless I’m making a drop in with another pet owner I have a camera that I can check on the pets and the tv /radio will be left on as well as a fan I have had a Doberman at the moment I have a 5 month old collie called Bonnie both home trained had I owned cats ,mice, hamsters ,rabbits ducks chickens birds The first to do in every day is feed and water the pets leave it a hour or more before walkies if it’s a caged pet feed water clean cage play with the pets play with the pets during the day also give time to rest I would look after rabbits hamsters ect I have a 6ft fence all round the garden gated a porches door so no pets will get to the front door pets can go anywhere they want chairs bed ect plenty of toys to play with the pet owner is more than welcome to come and see my house to put there minds at rest the pet will be safe

About: I have experience with Terriers, mainly, as well as looking after different types and sizes of dogs including rescue dogs as I have fostered in the past. I am able to reinforce training that has been given by the owners as well as teaching training that an owner would like (my dog even waves to people on command!) I currently work full-time however, due to the flexibility of my work, I am able to accommodate most requests, within reason. Drop ins during lunchtimes are completed. I have a secure paved courtyard as well as an open front garden for your pet. I currently own a 4 year old Jackapoo, called Ralph, who loves every dog he meets. He is able to have access to all areas of the home. Crating can be completed, if necessary, however crates will need to be provided. I will care for your pet as if it was my own, if they aren’t allowed on the sofa, bed etc at home, I would respect your wishes and reinforce this.

About: Hello! Mark here- a friendly, trustworthy and active dog walker with tons of excitable (or calm depending what’s needed) energy. Im an active runner with experience of daily walks with my 18 month old Lab Daisy where she walks both on and off lead confidently. Having been around dogs my whole life we took the plunge and squeezed Daisy in to our already busy life a year and a half ago where she has thrived from a puppy to becoming the friendliest dog there is. I can provide the same energy, fun and care when looking after and walking your doggos. I can walk your dog(s) individually or bring Daisy along should they want a play pal. I work as a self employed camera assistant which means that when I’m not working I am home and available, my schedule reflects this and you can expect my full attention when your pup is with me. We have a fully fenced garden that our own dog uses to do her business. Our dog Daisy is Very friendly and playful with loads of energy but is also fully crate trained should they get too excited and need to be separated. Our cat Margaret is also used to having dogs around, both mine and my mums and tends to go off and do her own thing. She is also very friendly and a proper lap cat. Our two children are at school during the daytime however when they are home have no problems with the boundless energy of Daisy dog.

About: I’ve been in love with dogs for as long as I can remember. I had a beloved family dog for 14 years and she sadly passed away last year. I love the company of dogs and miss the companionship. Spending time with dogs has always brought me so much joy. Dog walking feels like the perfect way to still feel connected to the love our fury friends give us. I regularly take care of my friend’s dogs when they are on holiday. I work full time as a teacher for children with special educational needs. Myself and my partner would love a dog of our own, but due to work commitments changing in the future I don’t want to commit to a dog of our own and not be able to meet its needs 100% of the time. So by offering services through rover I can fill that dog shaped hole in my heart and provide your pets with the love and attention they need when you are unable to x I am a freelance makeup artist and have a flexible schedule which will allow pet care to fit in to my routine easily and allows me to give them my full attention. I will be the primary caregiver to your pet. However when my partner Becky is not working, we will be caring for your pet together and both love going to long walks and adventures so your dog will get plenty of exercise and entertainment whilst in our care! Currently only offering pet sitting in their own home. It’s important to me that your pet is safe and comfortable in somewhere they know. I will ask all about their routine and how best they usually like to spend their days, so I can continue to make them happy and comfortable when you’re not there.
About: I love dogs and grew up with a Bedlington terrier for 14+ years, I also worked day to day with a Cavachon for 1+ years. My family also recently welcomed a cocker spaniel pup into the family so I know the amount of cwtches, play-time and walks puppies need! Although my experience has mostly been with small to medium sized pets, I love spending time with animals of all shapes and sizes! About: I’ve had dogs around me for as long as I can remember and have always loved caring for them. I’ve had my own dog, Rufus, for the past 5 years and he truly is the centre of my world. About: I have experience with Terriers, mainly, as well as looking after different types and sizes of dogs including rescue dogs as I have fostered in the past. I am able to reinforce training that has been given by the owners as well as teaching training that an owner would like (my dog even waves to people on command!) I currently work full-time however, due to the flexibility of my work, I am able to accommodate most requests, within reason. Drop ins during lunchtimes are completed. I have a secure paved courtyard as well as an open front garden for your pet. I currently own a 4 year old Jackapoo, called Ralph, who loves every dog he meets. He is able to have access to all areas of the home. Crating can be completed, if necessary, however crates will need to be provided. I will care for your pet as if it was my own, if they aren’t allowed on the sofa, bed etc at home, I would respect your wishes and reinforce this.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, I lost my beautiful miley a few months ago (my 12 year old Frenchy) and it still hurts, it's too early to get a new dog so im opening up my home and life to yours I offer so much love and care I've had dogs my life, different breeds, different temperaments and know every dog is different and every dog needs different attention, all we ask is to know everything about your dog so we can give him or her exactly what they need while your away were hoping to offer everything from overnight stays to walks to home care. We want you dog to feel safe secure and happy. My beautiful fur baby unfortunately passed away recently so I currently have no routine, I'm more than happy to mimic your current routine to your fur baby Our garden is huge, and fenced off with two gates that have signs not to open we are happy to mimic your home routine as much as possible so your babies don't get home sick.

About: I have a 5 year old labrador and I'm very used to walking him for 1 hour daily. I grew up with dogs and lived near a farm as a young child. I also had 2 pet persian house cats as well as budgie's and hamsters. I work full-time but this is agile, balancing office based with working from home. I am usually free during the evenings and on fridays as well as the weekends. But this can be flexible if i offer a boarding service as i can agile work. I have a fenced garden so everything is safe and enclosed, i also live on a quiet estate where the road is not busy. I like to spend time with the animals when they are in my company, as long as a blanket is on the sofa and bed they are welcome to lay on this.
