About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have three chihuahuas and have cared for all kinds of pets—dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and more, including rescues with unique needs. I’m calm, patient, and passionate about making animals feel safe and loved. I have experience with senior pets, nervous or anxious animals, and those needing medication or extra care. Every pet I meet is treated like family. I work flexibly and mainly from home, so I’m able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I can easily fit pet care into my daily routine. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, or longer stays, and can adapt to your pet’s usual schedule to keep things consistent and stress-free. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully secured garden where your dog can play safely, and my home is set up to be a calm, welcoming space for all animals. I also have my own friendly dog who loves the company of others, providing socialisation and companionship for pets that enjoy it. I’m experienced in reading animal body language and can easily adapt to pets who prefer space and quiet time. Whether in my home or yours, I always follow your pet’s routine closely to make sure they feel secure and relaxed. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos, so you can feel confident they’re in safe, loving hands.

About: I'm back!!! Im back on Rover after giving birth to my beautiful daughter to care for your little loved ones. It's fair to say I have missed my furry friends. Unfortunately we are no longer taking boardings due to having our daughter, but I am willing to help with everything I possibly can to make your pet feel safe and loved whilst your at work, on holiday or even if you working on late in work or even have some last minute plans. For the ones that I haven't met... I would consider myself a huge animal lover all big and small. Me & my partner have cared for various animals over the years including reptiles, dogs, cats, aquarium you name it... I will try my best to accommodate as much as I can, as I will be working with Rover along side my SAHM role. So will be available most days. I'm happy to oblige by any rules you have just please let me know. I will have my daughter with me most times so it is likely if your booked in for a walk your dog will have one to one time with us and have our full attention 😁

5. Jennifer H.
“5 stars! Absolutely amazing dog sitter. She came to our house to look after our 2 dachshunds, who loved her. Felt super comfortable leaving Jen in my home and when I came back (6 hours later) our 2 dogs were cuddling her under a blanket on the sofa. So they had a great time too. It feels so good to know there is someone we can trust. I'll never put my dogs in kennels again after they came back with some behavioural issues. And often, taking my wife on date night is too long to leave the dogs in the house on their own. So having Jennifer available to look after our 2 dogs, while we're out, is an incredible solution. Will definitely be hiring her again.”

6. Aaliyah S.
“Aaliyah is a quiet ,respectful and thoughtful person. May the 13th Aaliyah looked after our 3 pets 2 dogs and a cat for our two week holiday. Aaliyah fed and walked the dogs/cat regular making sure they were all happy and not missing the usual routine of a large household. I would fully recommend and will be using Aaliyah again in August while we are away. The dogs were happy and well looked after. The dogs one large rottweiler and a small cockerpoo both dogs are house dogs and loved the care from Aaliyah, the cat the same well fed and looked after.”

7. Kirah M.
“Kirah has looked after our Lakeland terrier many times for us when we have been away, she sends lots of lovely pictures of him and what they have been up. She is friendly and reliable and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our dog loves staying with Kirah and never wants to come home. We couldn’t recommend her more.”

About: I have a lot of experience caring for animals, primarily looking after the pets of family and friends. From daily walks and playtime to just providing company, I ensure that each pet feels comfortable, cared for and loved whilst their owners are away. As someone who works full time, I understand that pet care needs to fit into a structured routine. For pets that are used to being left for extended periods during the days my schedule is well suited to their needs. I’m an early riser, so I can ensure your per starts their day with a walk or playtime before I head to work, and I’ll be available in the evenings for additional care, attention and company. This allows me to offer consistent, reliable care while accommodating both my work and commitments to your pet’s well being. I make sure to keep your home clean and stress-free, respecting your home and routines. My goal is to keep your pet happy and healthy until you return.

9. Alexe O.

About: I have two dogs and two cats of my own but I would love to have more. Being a sitter is the next best thing :) I am away for work Monday to Friday day time but I am free on evenings and I can pet sit on Saturday and Sunday. I have a fenced in back garden and the animals have free roam of the downstairs areas. There is a stair gate blocking dogs from going upstairs as it’s the cats’ safe place to go if they want to take a break from the dogs.

11. George O.

“George was great. He followed our instructions closely and kept our cats very happy. He also cleaned up each time. We also liked how he showed respect to our home by taking off his shoes without us asking. He was easy to contact and sent us pictures of our boys regularly. We will ask his help again in future.”

12. Rebecca G.
“I am delighted to provide a testimonial for Rebecca G who has looked after our beautiful Labrador on many occasions. She is a totally reliable individual who adores dogs and is constantly rewarded as the dogs adore her just as much. She was a great help and looked after our dog post op on one occasion. She was more than capable of administering the necessary drugs as per the vets instruction and we were so grateful for her help at a difficult time.”

14. Jacqueline H.
“I have known Jacqueline (Jackie) for over 50 years. A devout animal lover, especially cats, she has homed numerous cats over many decades and there have been many times that I wish that I was a feline so she could look after me! Jackie has a heart of gold as far as animals are concerned and I can think of absoultely no one who would be more qualified time-wise and emotionally to give loving care to any cat or dog (or any other animal, for that matter) I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackie to be a caregiver - they probably wouldn't want to leave”

15. Charlie R.
About: I’m a enthusiastic dog person who has grown up with dogs all my life. Currently have my own dog Cleo who is a beddlington whopper. Having recently moved to Aberfan. Now just looking for extra hours around my business. I’m confident with all breeds large or small I’m a athletic person therfore I can able to reach higher levels of exercise if your dog required it. I consider myself to be a caring and considerate person who will give their most to make sure that your pet is looked after and happy. I currently run a food business which quietens down for the winter. This means I have plenty of time mid week for dog walking a drop in visits. Unfortunately, I don't offer house boarding currently but it is something I will look at in the future to add to my service. Z z
