Pet care experience

Providing loving care for your furry friends!

Hi I'm Jason, it's great to meet you, thanks for navigating to my page 😊. Please read the Requested information about your pet at the bottom of this very long bio (sorry!) before making your booking. Thanks! Just to let you know this PROMO code JASOND33437 gives anyone that's BRAND NEW to Rover £15 OFF your FIRST EVER BOOKING through my profile, please click the link below: (any issues let me know) https://www.rover.com/sit/jasond33437 Your Promo Code: JASOND33437 Just to introduce myself and let you know a little bit about my qualifications and my love for animals so you're comfortable leaving your furry friends with me. I'm Pet First Aid certified and also hold a pet psychology diploma. As well as having pets all my life, I've always taken care of friends and families dogs and cats. My dad was the joint owner of a very successful Dog boarding/walking company for 9 years in Stratford Upon Avon. That is when my real passion ignited for taking care of dogs. I've been around many different breeds and every one has their own personality. Learning about how dogs and cats think has made me love them even more. I've fed and cared for a variety of different pets so I'm not just used to being around cats and dogs, I love all animals and wildlife. Being an ex estate agent, I'm very used to respecting other peoples homes, so I'm happy to come to your property and will treat it with care like I do my own. I'm happy to feed, walk and also provide company to your pets. I know from previous experience being employed, the worst part of the day for your dog and house is around midday/1pm. I quit my job as I did not want to leave my dog for longer than 3-4 hours as he was very bored and would often leave me a few presents to clean up when I got home! Even just an 30-60 minutes during the day will help your dogs with separation anxiety and keep your house clean for when you arrive home.

Jason and Emily were extremely professional, friendly and caring. We loved seeing pictures of our cats, and they were happy and well when we returned home 🐈‍⬛

Jason looked after my two dogs while they were boarded with him and honestly did a fantastic job. He kept me updated constantly with messages and lots of pictures, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. It was obvious the dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for the whole time. I could tell he genuinely cares about animals and treats them like his own. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jason again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

Our miniature daschund Darcey had a lovely stay with Jason. The regular updates and photos were great and it was so reassuring to know that she was settling in ok. Thankyou for looking after her so well. We will definitely be booking again.

Jason was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help. My rescue Hardy loved him - waggy tail and no backward glance. You can tell Jason genuinely loves dogs and they love him. Thank you so much, to you and your partner, for all your help and care.

Didn’t actually meet Jason but his partner Emily was a total star. Communication was brilliant and they are the loveliest people. Would happily book them again.

Safety, trust & environment

My home is semi detached situated in a beautiful scenic area with lots of farmland around. The side entrance is gated and all secure for your pets when they stay :-) As I said I work mainly from home so am pretty much always on hand to look after your pets. I will always walk your dogs so they get lots of exercise as part of the boarding/day care service so no extra charges. I'll always respect your home and your pets of course during my visits, as if they were my own.

Pets

A typical day

I will take them on lovely walks to the park and the beach. I love to walk down Ogmore, it's one of my favourite places to go. I will chase them around my garden or yours and play with them as a healthy and mentally stimulated dog means a better behaved pet! I will also train them basic commands with treats if they've not already learnt them.

We will treat your pets like our own, and will ensure they're always happy, stimulated and enjoy their stay so it becomes a home from home for them when you're away. As much as we love the company of your pets, we do always ask and require the following before their stay: • They're De Wormed, De Flead & have up to date Vaccinations. • They don't suffer with extreme separation anxiety, as we do need to feed dogs that stay with us separately and will need to at some point leave the room to go to the toilet :-D • As it's a SEMI DETACHED property, they need to be able to sleep downstairs in their own space overnight, but will still have company from our Rolo/other dogs that stay. They are of course allowed to share a movie night with us on the sofa and in bed though haha! • If they don't have good recall, then a strong supportive lead/harness will be required. • As we have a very hungry dachshund, any food they have during their stay, if they can please enjoy and eat in a sitting rather than graze all day. This will ensure they get their full portions whilst with us, and to avoid any hangry dog food wars! • And lastly and most importantly they must get on with other dogs and enjoy the loving company of our resident Mini Dachshund Rolo :-) Any questions for us, please let us know. We will always try to accommodate but will never overbook as we want it to be an enjoyable stay for us, them and our neighbours! Depending on the request and length of stay, we sometimes organise a discounted day-care first, as we want to make sure we're the right fit for each other. If everything works out during their trial day care, this price will then come off the official final booking. Many thanks for reading! Jason
