“Ralph had a very successful stay with Susan for 4 nights. She regularly updated me & sent photos which was nice & reassuring as it was his first stay there. She has a great large fenced communal garden which Ralph loved & plus he got regular walks. He settled v quickly with Susan who gave him lots of attention & cuddles. She also has a small dog who Ralph settled well with. He came home his usual relaxed & happy self. Will definitely book Ralph in for future stays. Thanks Susan for taking great care of Ralph.”

Now having a new puppy on board and she has bonded just as well as our old girl with Daisy and would dream of letting her stay anywhere else. Took time to get to know her and never pushed anything, all in the dog’s time. I am confident Bella will settle better once she gets to know Kimberley better. This was an urgent booking to cover work and Kimberley was very accommodating, and took time to meet us before hand, with our dog. Very professional and polite and would definitely recommend. “Gemma is a very knowledgable and loving girl. She is enthusiastic about the courses she has taken on cat and dog body language and uses her knowledge to better understand the animals that she takes care of. She works in the RSPCA so there is no doubt in her ability, but most importantly she has a heart of gold. I feel safe leaving my pets in her hands. She is organised and communicates quickly on anything that could be relevant, as long as that happens I can't ask for any more.”

“Ashleigh and Brad were both lovely people and absolutely brilliant, both the dogs were well looked after, content and happy. Ashleigh kept us regularly updated with videos and progress reports. The dogs were regularly exercised, made a fuss of and given loads of attention. I can't speak highly enough of the care she gave the dogs and I wouldn't hesitate to book my dogs in for another stay. An absolutely brilliant experience.”
