“We are so grateful we found Josh and Julie and would like to thank them for caring for our Cocker Spaniel Billy. We were so impressed with them from the very start. When we made the initial enquiry they were fast to respond and were happy to answer any questions we had. They really put us at ease and we knew they were the people we wanted to look after our boy. They were kind and allowed us to take Billy to their home prior to his stay to meet them and discuss his care. We dropped Billy off to them in the morning and very soon after the drop off we started receiving pics and videos of Billy settling in with them. Throughout his stay they sent us pics and videos every day and kept us up to date with what he was up to. We even got goodnight pics which was really special. We loved how affectionate they were with him and we could see how much he really loved them which made our holiday. We have been so happy with them that we have booked him in for his next stay already and feel so relieved to have found a holiday home for Billy where we know he will be safe, loved, happy and well cared for. Thank you again Josh and Julie. I know Billy will be counting down to his next stay.”

“My puppy stayed with Victoria for 2 days and 1 night, I was really impressed with Victoria's communication, I had regular updates on how my puppy was doing with photos as well. I felt completely at ease knowing she was doing a good job of looking after him. I Would definitely book Victoria again.”

“Moose absolutely loved staying with Laura and Otto, he was very well looked after and had a great time playing, going on walks and cuddling! Received lots of wonderful videos of how happy he was all weekend. Couldn’t recommend Laura more!”

“Omg, wow, don’t know where to start!!! Bramble has had the best week with Holly and her adorable dog Benji!!! Think she had a busier holiday stay with Holly than us. A week of adventures which Holly kindly kept us informed of with photos of Bram whilst we were away. Such piece of mind knowing she was being so well looked after and being loved and cared for. Was a bit worried Bram wouldn’t want to come home. Holly has been utterly professional with first meet up etc, and the updates. I can’t thank, rate Holly and co enough, and will be definitely booking again with her. Worth every penny. Thank you Holly 🙏”

“Jo and buddy were amazing from the first meeting I knew that my dog louie would be more than fine as they were so kind and welcoming. I did not have one worry leaving him with Jo, my only thought was that he would not want to come home after! Louie had the best holiday with Jo and buddy and I can't thank them enough. Would 100% recommend Jo to anyone as it was home from home for my dog Louie ( actually better than being at home I think!) Thanks again you really did put our minds at rest from the first meeting and kept us updated throughout his stay. Louie misses you both already:)”

“Macy was absolutely fantastic with our french bulldog, Bella, while we were away on holiday for six nights. From the moment Bella stayed with her, it was clear how much love, care and attention Macy puts into looking after dogs, and we were so grateful for how warmly she welcomed Bella into her day-to-day family life rather than just “watching” her. She spent time playing with Bella, made sure she felt included and comfortable, and it was obvious that Bella was being treated like one of the family. We also really appreciated the daily updates, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away and showed just how happy and settled Bella was. Macy is kind, caring, thoughtful and clearly loves dogs, and we would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuinely wonderful dog sitter. Thank you Macy for doing such a good job x”

“Gary had a lovely time with Bronte, Sam and Teo. Would definitely recommend. We had lots of pictures and updates and they made us very comfortable leaving him knowing he would be well looked after.”

“Fraser and his wife were absolutely lovely and Magnus liked them from the first meeting. We felt confident we were leaving our beloved boy in good hands. We got multiple photo updates and Magnus seemed to be having a great time. When we picked him up we heard even more good stories about their time together. You couldn't find a nicer couple to entrust your dog or cat to.”

About: Hi there! My name is Rachel, I’m a 29 year old working professional based in Taunton and I live with my partner in a fully detached house with a large secure enclosed garden, giving dogs plenty of safe space to play and explore. I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs all my life, and featured in my photo is our family dog Coco, a mini Pomeranian who I absolutely adore. I regularly dog sit for friends over weekends and love taking their dogs out for walks and adventures in the countryside. I enjoy being outdoors and discovering new walking spots, so your dog will get lots of exercise, attention and companionship. I work from home on Mondays, meaning I’m around throughout the day for walks, toilet breaks, feeding and company. Although we don’t currently have pets living with us, our home is very pet friendly and calm, making it a great environment for dogs to feel comfortable and relaxed. I’m available on weekends and love spending time outdoors on long walks and adventures with dogs. Most of my friends have dogs and I love going for Saturday morning coffee and dog walks with them. I also work from home on Mondays, so I’m around all day for walks, feeding, toilet breaks and plenty of company. Your dog will get lots of attention, playtime and care throughout their stay! Your dog will be cared for in a calm, loving home with a large secure enclosed garden where they can safely play and explore. I currently don’t have pets, so your dog will have plenty of space and attention. I always make sure dogs are well looked after, exercised, comfortable and treated like part of the family!

“We booked Lucy to come feed our cat while we were away for a night at a family wedding. We had a meet and greet the day before and got a really nice vibe from her and could tell she was an animal lover, and our cat Rocky also went straight to her for some fuss. We have got back this morning and Rocky was happily curled up on the sofa snoozing. We got a notification when Lucy had arrived and left along with feedback on how Rocky was on the visit and how much he ate, and some lovely photos 😊 we will definitely be using her again in the future”

About: I’ve been caring for cats for as long as I can remember. Growing up with cats of my own and looking after cats for neighbours, friends, and family has given me experience with cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I understand that every cat is different. Some love attention and playtime, while others prefer their own space. I take the time to get to know each cat and follow their usual routine, helping them feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. I know how important it is to leave your cat with someone you can trust. I’ll make sure they are well cared for, whether that means feeding, cleaning litter trays, providing company, playtime, or simply checking in on them and making sure they’re happy. What makes me different is that I genuinely love spending time with cats and treat every one as if they were my own. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your cat is in safe and caring hands

About: Hi, we’re Rosie & Rita and we here to look after your little fluffy ones when you’re out and about. We’ve both owned and looked after lots of pets over the years, and absolutely love animals. We’ve doubled up on this account so we can offer double the availability 😊 We’ve had many dogs and cats over the years, including Jack Russells, Staffordshire bull terriers, Labs, Golden Retrievers, mixed breeds and Griffons. We have two cats ourselves, including one who is on daily medication and one who doesn’t like being touched (so understand the sensitive ones). We’ve walked, bathed, fed, brushed and played with small to large dogs. We are used to walking dogs that need both slow and steady walks and those that need intensive exercise. We both work part time, mostly from home, and have flexible schedules. We currently work part time from home, and have plenty of time and breaks to play with, cuddle and play with your pets. We have very flexible schedules and are happy to adapt to their needs. We like the interaction with the pet to be led by them so they can learn to feel safe with either of us, as having rescues in particular in the past we know how important that can be. We don't offer services in our home but would love to know about any safety and setup particulars of your space 😊

About: Hi, I'm Michael, a lifelong dog owner and dedicated animal lover. I currently share my life with Finn, my Mini Australian Shepherd, so I understand firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your dog's care, safety, and happiness. Before moving to the UK, I was the go-to dog sitter for friends and family in Texas. Over the years, I cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, whether that meant daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, or simply making sure they felt comfortable while their owners were away. Living with an energetic and intelligent dog like Finn has given me plenty of experience with dogs that need both physical exercise and mental engagement. I know that every dog is different, and I take the time to understand their routine, personality, and individual needs. Whether you're looking for regular walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting, my goal is to provide reliable care and give you complete peace of mind while you're away. I'll treat your dog like one of my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know how they're doing. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family member! Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I have my own Mini Australian Shepherd, Finn, so I'm used to regular walks, exercise, playtime, and making sure dogs get the attention they need throughout the day. I currently work part-time as a video editor, which gives me flexibility for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I'm available on most weekdays and weekends, and I do my best to accommodate different schedules whenever possible. Whether your dog needs a quick visit, a long walk, or care while you're away, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. Your dog's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each dog's routine, personality, and any special instructions before providing care. Whether I'm walking your dog, visiting your home, or pet sitting, I'll follow your guidance closely to help maintain a familiar and stress-free experience. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important communication is. I'll provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy and well cared for. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always focus on creating a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for them.

About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals of all sizes, so being around animals has always been a natural part of my life. I’ve had multiple pets growing up and am very comfortable with different temperaments, routines, and needs. I’ve also pet sat for friends and family on many occasions, looking after dogs and other animals in their homes and making sure they are well cared for and settled. I’m confident, calm, and tend to be the first person to approach and connect with an animal, even if they are shy or unsure. My focus is always on building trust, keeping routines consistent, and making sure animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits really well into my daily routine as I currently work from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility and time throughout the day. I’m available for walks during the day, as well as drop-ins, and I can offer boarding any day of the week. Having a flexible schedule means I can give dogs consistent attention, regular exercise, and company throughout the day. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I make sure to follow their usual routine as closely as possible so the pet feels safe and settled. I take time to understand their feeding, walking, and comfort needs, and always prioritise calm, attentive care. I’m very respectful of others homes. I make sure things are left clean and tidy, including food areas, floors after walks, and any mess that may happen during the day. I’m mindful of keeping doors, gates, and any house rules exactly as requested, and I always ensure everything is secure and as I found it before leaving. My aim is for both the pet and owner to come home to a calm, clean, and well-cared-for space.

“Our very bouncy and energetic 30kg puppy was handled with expert care by Jen. He absolutely adored her and always came back from his walks with her very happy. Could not recommend Jennifer enough.”

About: We didn’t just adopt a dog—we welcomed a quiet, gentle soul into our home. Our rescue greyhound called teddy arrived with cautious eyes as if the world was still something to be figured out. Now teddy has his favourite sunny spot, his funny sleeping positions, and his little bursts of playful energy that catch us by surprise. Ted has gone from unsure and afraid of the world to completely at ease, and in doing so, hes changed our home too. It’s warmer, calmer, fuller. Watching Teddy learn to trust has been the most rewarding part. The first tail wag when we came home, the first time he leaned into us for affection, the moment he chose to rest his head on our lap—each small step felt like a milestone. It’s a reminder of how resilience and kindness can transform a dogs life so much . We have had teddy for 5 years now and he is a completely different dog displaying such confidence and joy in everything he does I am currently studying from home therefore your pet will be my top priority and i will have plenty of time to take care and play with them . I will always make sure your pet is in a comfortable and safe situation. I have an anxious dog myself and i know how to keep them calm on walks and avoid other dogs . I am experienced when it comes to identifying the signs of a dog feeling threatened or scared by other dogs making me the perfect protector for your pet.
About: Having had many animals during my childhood (guinea pigs, terrapins, budgies, hamsters) that were my own to care for from a young age, I understand the responsibility of caring for animals and ensuring their physical and mental wellbeing. I currently have dogs and cats at my family home and so have a versatile repertoire of animal care and can be trusted with a range of animals to look after. As a recently qualified vet, I feel very comfortable around animals and want to ensure you feel as though your pet is being cared for properly and safely. We have had CPR training for dogs and cats so in an emergency would know how to respond, and in general may be able to look out for and act on any other problems whilst your pet is in my care. I have a keen interest in behaviour and training so would be more than happy to attempt some low-level training with younger animals. Overall, this process is about ensuring you feel most at ease with me whilst looking after your pet, and I would love the opportunity to take care of your companion, so please feel free to message and ask any further questions! I am a full time vet at a small animal practice in Taunton with most weekends and Wednesdays off. I am currently a acting student at university and a founder of a theatre company - this experience keeps me organised and confident in social situations - I have great communication skills! If you would like any more information about me or are interested in any of the services I offer then please feel free to send me a message! :) I currently work full time but have most evenings free after 4:30 to walk and care for your cats, dogs or other pets you may have! About: With lots of hands on experience caring for animals after many years of pet ownership! From owning pets at the age of three, to looking after loved ones' pets and working in wildlife conservation - I am a huge animal lover and have spent nearly my whole life surrounded by them! My experience mostly lies with dogs, cats and rabbits - but also varies from sea turtles to other marine animals! In my background, I have developed a strong knowledge and understanding of animals and their needs. I know how important it is to provide them with attention, companionship, exercise and, most importantly, safety! I am familiar with caring for pets - including feeding, walking, administering basic care, maintaining routines and ensuring they feel comfortable and happy. I am currently a Marine Biology student, who loves nature/animals and will be living at home over the summer, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pets and provide them with bespoke care! I am available on weekdays and at weekends - after 5pm on Saturdays and 1pm on Sundays. My daily routine involves early morning walks/runs in the countryside and often a wild swim, following some afternoon studying and administration. So whether your pet loves being outside and letting off some steam or prefers to stay indoors and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, my schedule is flexible and I will be able to cater to all furry friends! At my home, I have a front gate/porch and a fenced back garden to keep your fur baby safe and secure. Also, I can easily crate your pet if necessary. I do not have any other pets or children present in my home environment, nor is it a busy setting with lots of activity or high noise levels. I believe clear communication is key, as I am aware that each pet is unique and has individual requirements, alongside every owner having personal preferences. I will always do my very best to provide the top level of care for your pet.

“Moose absolutely loved staying with Laura and Otto, he was very well looked after and had a great time playing, going on walks and cuddling! Received lots of wonderful videos of how happy he was all weekend. Couldn’t recommend Laura more!”

“Holly was amazing with our pups, Bailey and Chispa! She kept in touch throughout the night which gave us so much peace of mind. Her garden setup is perfect for dogs to run around and play, and she also took them on some really lovely walks. Bailey and Chispa were so happy and relaxed with both Holly and her partner Nelson, we could tell they were really well cared for. We’d absolutely book with Holly again and highly recommend her!”

“My dog Dolly stayed with Laura last night, and overall it was a good experience. She seemed happy and well looked after when I picked her up. Communication was great, and I got a couple of updates while she was there, which was really nice and reassuring. The place seemed safe and Dolly settled in quite quickly. I feel it went smoothly and I’d be happy to use her again in the future.”

When we picked him up he seemed completely at home so we wouldn’t hesitate to book him in for another stay. Very grateful for all of Shelagh’s care and attention.”

“"I cannot recommend Cherie enough! We were in a real bind and needed someone to look after our dog at very short notice, and Cherie stepped in to help without hesitation. She took such amazing care of our dog, treating him like one of her own. We were so appreciative of the regular updates and photos she sent throughout the stay, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. If you are looking for someone reliable, kind, and truly attentive, Cherie is the person to call. Highly recommended.”
“I was really pleased to find Louise. Larry, who is 8 months, stayed with her for 3 nights. He had his own little holiday and I could see when I picked him up he had thoroughly enjoyed himself with Louise and her dogs. Louise is totally committed to looking after your dog and I would highly recommend her.”

“Teddy is so well looked after and cared for when he stays with Laura, he gets the continuity of a family environment plus the company of Lola. Would not hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone looking to leave their dog in a kind loving environment.”

“Our collie Maggie stayed with Chloe for a long weekend while we went away and she had the best time. We got lots of lovely updates of their adventures and all the nice long walks they went on. Chloe really got to know Maggie and went above and beyond spoiling her and making her the centre of the weekend! We felt totally at ease leaving Maggie with Chloe and would definitely do so again. Would absolutely recommend to a friend!❤️🐾”

About: We have our own dog who is under a year old and had previous dog before him. We love them like family. We do love to train and go for fun adventurous walks. We love cuddles. We are reliable and and promise to care for your dog as we would our own. It depends as I work as a school nurse so am off for school holidays. My shift patterns varies when at work but my partner is home at the weekends. We have a fenced off garden. Our current dog is crate trained but it is not an issue if yours is not as long as it is house trained. We like to go for walks on the Quantocks. The upstairs is gated off as we do not allow upstairs unless they need a bath. Settling down for the evening for sofa cuddles.
“Addie was lovely and I would highly recommend her. Sadly my 10 month old Springer was quite a handful and Very hyperactive and certainly not on his best behaviour. Also Addie did not have the space that Otis is used to and I feel this exacerbated his stress levels and caused him to have accidents which does not happen at home. Addie has already let me know she would not look after Otis again and I totally understand this. I would still highly recommend Addie as her communication and experience were so good and I know she worked hard on making Otis enjoy his stay. Finally once again I would highly recommend Addie but not for my Springer. Back to training class for us I think. Thank you Addie for all you did, you were amazing xx”
