They went above and beyond the normal to accommodate our needs which included coming to collect our dog, extending the booking and even taking our dog for a groom and a vet visit when the initial stay was increased due to unforeseen circumstances. The regular updates which includes both photos and videos were fantastic especially seeing our dog walking better on the lead for them than she does for us! I’m so grateful for their amazing care and patience which was hugely reassuring. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“From beginning to end Charlotte was amazing. She put me at ease, talked me through everything and was to true to her word. My boys are both challenging and she could not have been more accommodating. I had no feelings of anxiety whilst I was away at a wedding, I was able to fully enjoy myself knowing my babies were well cared for. They had an amazing time with Charlotte and even got to play endlessly with her own lovely dog. I will definitely be using Charlotte's services again if I am holidaying in Wales, in the full knowledge that my boys will be safe, loved and enjoying themselves. It's always a worry when leaving your precious pets while you go away on holiday, so glad I found a good dog boarder. I would have liked updates and photos on their time there and perhaps a little feedback on how my dogs were doing, but I suspect Dominque was too busy giving them the best care to find time for updates. Maybe that's just me missing them too much x”
