“Emma was great and our pet Inca was much better for Emma visits compared to how stressed when take out of her home.”
2. Melisa O.
“Melisa gave me complete peace of mind while on holiday. She is reliable, friendly and professional and my cat, who tends to be wary of new people, came straight up to her for strokes during our initial meet. She ensured he was fed and watered and also had no problem administering his eye medication. I came back from holiday to a happy, healthy cat. I'm very happy to have found Melisa and wouldn't hesitate to use her again!”

About: Having grown up surrounded by dogs, I understand that they're more than just pets; they're cherished members of the family. From tiny to towering breeds, each with unique needs, I've had over 18 years personal experience looking after family & friends dogs, as well as chickens, ferrets and a cat, I have owned my own wire-haired Jack Russell Terrier and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Rottweiler. From puppies to seniors my approach is rooted in compassion and patience, whether your dog is timid, excitable, or has specific behavioural traits like food or dog reactivity. I prioritise their well-being, ensuring they feel secure and loved, granting you peace of mind while you're away. I have looked after familly and friends animals whilst they are on holiday/weekends away. My expertise extends to caring for senior dogs with specialised dietary needs and medication schedules (as my own girl had health problems that required daily medication/monitoring). I'm meticulous about maintaining their routines, whether they need to attend vet appointments/physiotherapy/hydrotherapy during their stay, require a crate or a cozy playpen for rest and relaxation, a serene open space, a particular Spotify playlist, TV during the day or Furbo video recordings sent to you, keeping them content and you connected. Your dog's comfort and happiness are my top priorities, and I'm dedicated to accommodating their every requirement, no matter how small. I look forward to getting to know your lovely dogs. As an office administrator working remotely, I have the flexibility to set my own schedule, ensuring ample time for play and exercise, or to sit with your dog whilst they nap. Whether your furry friend prefers leisurely strolls or shorter outings, I can accommodate their needs. I offer boarding services seven days a week, pet sitting, drop-ins, dog walking and day care options are available. short and long-term stays available. Dog walks are also offered seven days a week for your convenience. Happy to do a meet and greet prior to any bookings, happy to travel for Dog Sittings/overnight stays For boarding, i can collect and drop off to your home on request. I have a secure 6ft fenced back garden separated into two areas, one is a secure patio, the other is an area with grass lawn and vegetable plots. (I can provide further details of outside space privately) My family’s male 3 year old Labrador retriever stays at the house in a separate area during your dog(s) stay. He is very kind and gentle if you would like him to interact with your dog(s) during their stay. He is crate trained and sleeps in his crate through the night. I can board 1-3 dog(s) at a time from the same household. I can exercise your dogs separately if preferred or all together. I always keep dogs on a lead during walks or a long line (16ft lead) so they are secure but still able to roam and run if given permission from owners. If I am in a secure private dog field I will ask for your instruction whether you would like your dog(s) off lead. Feeding and sleeping arrangements are specific to each dog, I will keep to their routine/schedule. If you would like to use their own bedding /crates/food bowls/toys/treats etc whilst at boarding you are very welcome. Please let me know any specific details : if you prefer them to sleep freely in the room or in a crate (door left open/closed) Night light/ fan/heater/music required in the room. Toilet runs during the night Medication times -taken in a certain way Feeding routine Exercise schedule. All the above applies to boarding and pet sitting in your home. I will follow your instruction.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. There has never been a point where I’ve been without a companion. I’ve handled all ages from puppies to seniors and also many breeds from labradors to French bulldogs! I am a 3rd year student who has just graduated from Trent with too much spare time on her hands. I am completely flexible and also have a car so can drive anywhere that’s needed! I do have an outdoor patio that is fenced where the dogs can go outside. I also live a 30 second walk from the Forest Recreational ground where the dogs can be walked. As I mentioned I also have a car so I can take dogs on as many walks in as many parks! I live in a very quite area that’s only 10 minutes from the city centre. The house is quite spacious so will never feel to cramped and plenty of space for a crate if needed.
6. Katie W.
“Katie looked after our cocker spaniel for a long weekend in our own home. Our dog is very friendly but is used to company throughout the day, so having Katie look after our dog in our own home was far less unsettling then the option of kennels. Katie made sure our dog was well cared for, walked, fed and engaged in enriching games, which meant we could have a stress free weekend away. I would highly recommend Katie and will most definitely be using Katie’s services again.”
7. Emma G.
“Emma guest has been surrounded by pets since the day I met her 3 years ago. She loves her 4 dogs and 1 cat very much Individually caring for their every need from walking them multiple times a day and making sure that they are well fed. This is why I think she would be ideal for this job.”

I work shift patterns with my other job as many of us do which is why my schedule will range throughout the week which will work around a lot of us which care issues for this very reason. I have a large drive and a small patio back garden and a two story house with a very playful dog and cats always looking for a new friend.
9. Tom B.
“Tom was excellent in looking after our lovely cat Poppy. He was incredibly flexible and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure Poppy was cared for well. As Tom also did day visits a number of times, it was important for us to feel comfortable with Tom in our home. He was the perfect sitter, clean, tidy and helpful with the odd request we had to do with the house too!!! Poppy warmed up to Tom quickly and we were really happy with how everything worked out! Will definitely be using Tom again!!!”

About: Abit about me. I … - dog and cat sat for all my family & friends throughout my time at University . - studied animal management & behaviour at the local college for A-Levels. - volunteer dog walker for Cinnamon Trust. - volunteer at the local animal shelter (caring for dogs & cats). - experienced with reactive dogs (due to my personal experience in the past). - am very confident in reading a dogs body language and acting accordingly. - have looked after various kitties and have experience with all types of cats as I help in the cattery at the local shelter too. - very friendly, bubbly and caring personality. I hate to offend but I definitely like dogs more than people. - DBS checked - my diary is only open for two months at a time as I am in the process of a career change. I am a lawyer currently seeking a career change so I am free for at least, the next couple of months to love and care for your animals, as if they were my own. If I had my way I would own a huge mansion in the countryside where I lived with abandoned dogs and cats. When I do find a new job, I will be working remotely and so, I still plan on pet boarding and sitting. However, I do not want to book poochies in and then potentially have to let pet owners down. My current pooch is a rescue Frenchie. If your dog is reactive or not keen on dogs and you wish to opt for boarding services, please do still get in touch as I can work around this. Ultimately, my day currently centres around my pooch and it can be the same for your pet too! I am very experienced in building trust with dogs and cats. I am very enthusiastic about mental stimulation as well as physical stimulation. My sitting and boarding will centre around the pets needs but primarily I do two walks a day, plus 3-4 play/stimulation sessions (if not more). I am totally happy to work to yours and your pets schedule/routine. Especially when dealing with dogs, routine is key for their health. My pets are my babies and yours will be treated exactly the same :)

“I needed a sitter last minute for my little girl Swift and found georgie (another Georgie!). She was very accommodating and nothing was too much of an issue. Communication was fantastic and swift was looked after with every bit of love and attention that I could ask for. Would highly recommend!”
