About: We've both grown up with all manner of dogs, cats and other indoor and outdoor animals! Dillon has a wealth of knowledge from family members who have done animal welfare courses. Georgia works full time Monday to Friday, and Dillon owns his own business and can work around your pets need! We are both always home every evening and most weekends we are both home. We have a lovely large garden for your furry friends to roam around in, which is all fully enclosed. We live close to a nature reserve and will often take our dog for a walk there and will happily do so with yours as well! Our dog is good with cats and we will happily look after your cats as well! And any other animals you may need care for, our Poppy dog is especially good with puppys and surpisingly baby rabbits!
“Bethen looked after Willow for an evening while we were out and did a fantastic job. She was punctual, friendly, and immediately put Willow at ease. We came home to a happy (and tired!) pup and the house just as we’d left it. The photos and videos Bethen sent during the night were a lovely bonus and really reassuring — it was clear Willow was being well looked after and having a great time. We’d definitely hire Bethen again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter.”

“Annie did a great job looking after our Maine Coon. She was also kind enough to meet him before we went on our trip and Kermit instantly took a liking to her, which like almost any cat, is not common for him. Report cards were thorough and always had more than one picture attached.”

“Daisy was communicative and prompt and very calm and gentle with my puppy. She messaged if needed and took some gorgeous photos. I felt that he was safe with her. Definitely recommend, thanks Daisy !”

“Maisie stepped in to cover Odie's usual sitter and everything went seamlessly. Odie seems to have taken to her very well (he is a good judge of character 🤭) and he was nice and calm when I got home. It's so good to find someone who is reliable and happy to spend time with him.”

“We booked 4 overnight stays while we were on holiday and Hannah will definitely be my 'go to' from now on! My husband and I were able to enjoy some time abroad without worrying. Hannah took great care of Zatoona, our house, sent us updates with picture every evening and even left us an amazing drawing of Zatoona! Thank you, Hannah! 😊”

“Becky is lovely. Teddy clicked with her immediately and treated her like a long lost friend. This was Becky's first visit to our house and I felt very comfortable with her. She clearly understands dogs very well and behaves in an affectionate and kind way towards them. I will definitely be in touch with Becky again.”

“Shannon was amazing & we will be using her again! She took time to meet us to understand Tiff which was important to us. Tiff is an ex-stray and is a nervous & very gentle little girl. Tiff felt so comfortable with Shannon & had no problems being fussed!, which she won’t let everyone do! Shannon kept us up to date with messages & photos.”

About: Background Having grown up with pets throughout my life, including dogs, cats, and small animals, I am a passionate and experienced animal lover. I previously worked as a pet sitter through a platform in Australia called Pawshake, where I cared for dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments. This experience helped me become confident handling pets with a wide range of needs and personalities. About My Services I am available for dog sitting in your home for both short and long stays, including feeding, walking, playtime, and companionship to help keep your pet comfortable and happy while you are away. I offer dog walks seven days a week, including weekends, and I am flexible with timings, including later evening walks if needed. As a passionate runner, I am also happy to offer both short and long runs for energetic dogs, depending on their fitness level and needs. Walks and runs can range from 30 minutes to over an hour based on your pet’s routine and preferences. Additionally, I am comfortable administering oral and ear medications if required. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions, I would love to meet you and your pets! I have recently moved home for a period of time, so my availability for petsitting is full-time. I can dedicate all day to walking, playing and spending time with pets as needed. Following the owner’s guidance, I prioritise the safety and well-being of every pet in my care. I have experience working with anxious dogs and take all necessary precautions to ensure they feel calm, secure, and comfortable at all times. Where a dog is sensitive to busy or stressful environments, I choose quieter routes and off-peak times for walks to ensure they remain comfortable and relaxed.
“Abi has such a lovely caring manner with dogs. Louis our young cocker was immediately comfortable with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again. Louis looks forward to seeing her again soon.”

About: I’ve cared for animals for as long as I can remember, growing up around both dogs and cats and regularly helping friends, neighbours and family with their pets from a young age. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs, and I always take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable and loved while in my care. Whether it’s energetic walks, puppy visits, companionship, feeding routines or quiet cuddle time, I genuinely treat every pet like family. I’m available for boarding at weekends and on weekdays after 4pm, and I’m also available for walks, drop-ins, companionship visits and overnight care depending on your needs. I love spending quality time with animals, whether that’s adventures and playtime outdoors, calm companionship, cuddles on the sofa or helping nervous pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. Your pet’s safety, happiness and comfort will always be my top priority, whether caring for them in my home or in the comfort of their own familiar environment. I understand that many pets feel most relaxed in their own home and routine, so I always aim to provide calm, loving and attentive care that keeps them feeling safe, settled and happy while you’re away. About: After begging my whole life, I finally was allowed to get my own dog back in 2021. I got Ivy (my dog) as a puppy and completed all her training by myself. I think I’d read just about every dog training and behaviour book on the market so I could give Ivy the best environment possible. While I got very lucky with Ivy’s temperament, I have been a sitter for reactive dogs before. One dog in particular whom I have walked on occasion (but mostly did home visits) was very reactive and anti-social. I did meetings with the owner present to ensure the dog was comfortable with me before completing home visits alone. While on walks, it was imperative to keep this dog away from all other dogs, especially off-leash ones. I picked routes that ensured encountering minimal other people, and when we did come across other dog walkers I simply moved a fair distance off the path and held Frankie’s (the dog) attention using treats and positive reinforcement. By ensuring she kept her focus on me until the people had passed, it kept her reactivity to a minimum. Her reactivity was triggered by fear and anxiety, so avoidance of such situations meant that she was comfortable and therefore a pleasure to walk. I have experience sitting/walking dogs of all ages (including puppies and seniors) and feel comfortable with all breeds/sizes. I’m currently a university student, and with summer coming up I will have plenty of free time! I recognise the importance of reliability within pet-care and can promise to communicate my availability in advance. I have a fenced garden and space for a crate if necessary (however you would have to provide this equipment). Apart from larger equipment (like a crate/car cage, etc.) I can provide most things myself, such as food and water bowls, toys, treats, leash, etc. However these are mostly there as a ‘just in case’ option, as it is always better to use equipment your pet is already familiar with to avoid any discomfort or stress.
About: I’ve grown up with 3 dogs my whole life. I’ve had animals from rodents to reptiles to dogs and cats and horse you name it! Currently, I have a super friendly cat who enjoys to spend most of his time outside in the yard and a 4 year old horse. I use to be a dog walker back when i lived in Belgium. I love to be outdoors and the happiness and comfort of any animal in my care is my main priority. I currently spend most of my time at home or with my horse at the yard. First thing in the morning is to make sure my cat is fed and ready for his day outside, exploring the yard. As I love to be outside, I spend a couple hours of my day at the stables, riding and taking care of my horse. I love to go on walks in the forest or at the park so I make sure to get my steps in and enjoy the sunshine. I have a fenced yard with lots of grass and shade. I also have a hose, so if you pet likes to play with water or have a cool down that can definitely be done! I have a large downstairs living space, so lots of room for your pets to explore and find a comfortable spot. I like to keep my house quite minimal and clean as that suits me and my cat best.

Forest of Dean cat owners share their Rover experiences
Tasha is the most caring, animal loving person I have ever met. I had a hard time trusting someone to look after my cats, gerbils and hamsters but when I spoke to Tasha my worries were all gone. We had frequent updates and pictures and I don't think the cats missed us at all!! Due to us being within a 5 minute walk (or maybe its just her kindness and love for the animals), Tasha spent almost an hour each visit, making sure the animals all had a snuggle and were happy before she left. She was diligent with providing medication and making sure our Indoor cats stayed indoors, even when the kitten got a little brave at the front door!! I can not recommend her enough and will definitely use her services again. 5 stars is simply not enough!

I will always use Tasha whenever I go away. She is so attentive to my 2 cats and always goes above and beyond to make sure they are both happy and cared for. Her updates every check in are a massive plus - always lots of detail and updates with pictures! Thank you so much Tasha, makes going away so much more enjoyable knowing my little ones are cared for 🫶🏻
