Debbie kindly collected her to make it easier for Aluna (so she wasn't distressed when I left her) and took her for a short walk to settle her down before playing with her at her home. Debbie is warm and welcoming and treats her guest dogs as her own. She is quick to respond to messages and to answer any questions we had. We will happily send Aluna to stay with her again. Thanks Debbie.”

About: My friends know how much I like dogs and always ask me to look in on their dogs and sometimes to stay overnight with them while they are either at work or away on a trip. I retired 10 years ago and keep myself busy with musical interests and an exercise class most of Mondays to Wednesdays till around 2.30pm. I am free from Thursday to Sunday most weeks. I lost my lovely dog in November and want to continue to be in touch with dogs as much as possible. I walked my dog daily. As I don't have a fenced garden I always took my dog out on a lead yo the garden. I let her off the lead where I walked in the fields nearby, once her recall Wass good.

“Lucy and her family took great care of our elderly Pug Pablo, she kept us updated (and entertained 😂) with daily photos and descriptions of his adventures while we were away on holiday. Would 100% recommend Lucy to anyone. Thanks again Lucy!”

“Liz is great. She visited Fivey twice a day for a weekend and not only administered his injections, checked his food, water and litter but also spent time playing with him and giving him some company. Five took to Liz straightaway which is unusual. Very trustworthy and a thoughtful individual. Would recommend to look after any pet. Will be using Liz again”

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life. We got our first family dog when I was 15 and she became the best friend I needed at that time to get me out the house, play and lift me out of the teenage depression I was in at the time. Since then I have further cared for pooches for family and friends and in the past 5 years have completed house sits across the country for both dogs and cats as well as lived with a few more of them myself. Everywhere I go they keep appearing! People would describe me as gentle, sensitive and dedicated in my work. I am receptive to all of your pets needs and will take care of them wholeheartedly. When you hire me to look after your pet you can rest assured that they will be loved. I'm currently working part-time and flexibly so simply let me know your requirements and I'll get back to you ASAP. I charge a lot more for house sits due to consistent level of care and attention I provide. I ask the owner to provide clear instructions regarding any health and medical needs and anything out the usual. Unless indicated otherwise, I will always keep your dog on the lead, especially to begin with. If trust is developing well and recall is already in place then we can talk about offering more freedom on walks if that is what you would like.
“Thank you so much for looking after David, and for leaving the house spotless! We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We felt so comfortable leaving her, and we really appreciated the daily photos. We are just a little disappointed that David seems to miss her best friend, more than she missed us… 10/10 would recommend, and we will rebook when we go away again! Thanks Daniel!”

She sent us videos and pic updates. Recommend highly if you are looking to leave your dog in good hands.”

“Stanley loved his stay at Danielle's - I think he has been missing being part of a group, my older dog passed and my daughter's dog moved out with her, so he enjoyed the company. Danielle is very knowledgeable about dogs and she is helpful in assessing and monitoring his recovery from an injury.”

“Kerry was lovely and so helpful with Nico. Meeting her in advance really settled my nerves. It was his first time being dogsat as a puppy, and he came back really happy and settled. Highly recommend!”

“Wynne had an amazing first day with Lisa. She sent photos of him out on a walk, with a chew and playing with an interactive toy which he clearly loved. All communication was reassuring and Lisa responded promptly to questions. It was just so easy and she clearly knows a lot about German Shepherds and dog behaviours. We're booking him in with her again and it's a great relief to having such a great service available and a place where Wynne can go for a great day out and have fun.”

“Christine and Craig are very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the start. I was a bit worried at first because Yuki is a big dog and can be a challenge when it comes to socialisation, but they clearly know how to handle her with care and confidence. They kept me updated with photos and messages about how Yuki was doing, which gave me great peace of mind and helped me feel connected to my pup. They were also quick to respond and always friendly when answering my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and reliable dog sitters!”

“I was absolutely delighted with our doggy daycare experience with Sue. She was happy to meet for a pre care walk and a visit to her home which allowed me to see that my dog Clem would be happy with Sue and her own two dogs. Communication was brilliant and she kept me updated about the fun and games they had been having during the day. I would definitely be happy to leave Clem with Sue again.”

About: Hi, my name is Alix. I am 23 years old and live in a ground floor flat in matson, Gloucester. I have 2 children, 2&5 years old. I also have 4 cats who have been the first encounter for many dogs which I am happy to do with the owner here if your dog hasn’t been around cats before. I also understand that sometimes dogs and cats aren’t the best of friends so I’m happy to keep them separate if needed. I unfortunately don’t currently drive so you would need to bring your pooch to me. Caring for dogs is a passion for me. I took a break from dog boarding for a while but now on the hunt to make more doggy friends and help out owners! I have been dog boarding for 3 years now and cared for dogs of all ages. My children are used to dogs & my partner has 2 Staffordshire bull terriers at his mum’s who my children see regularly. I also have a jack russel and a jug at my mum’s who I absolutely adore and grew up with. I have my own fenced garden and will definitely take your pooch on walks at our local field! Please get in touch if you’re interested. :).. I’m currently unemployed so always at home. Monday & friday I do school pick up and drop off, however if your dog isn’t very good with being alone I can bring them along or I can find someone else to take my daughter to school on the odd occasion if need be of the 2 days I usually do and I will stay home to ensure your dog isn’t left alone. As long as i have notice i can ensure we’re home all day if need be for your dogs anxiety I am in a ground floor flat, I have my own fenced garden and a field nearby which dogs absolutely love to go and have a run around. I keep dogs on lead for safety. Dogs will be welcome to come on the furniture and sleep in the bed unless the owner requests otherwise.
“Anthony looked after my husky while I was away for the day. He was very flexible with timings when I was late which was very helpful! I received updates throughout the day so I knew she was happy :) thanks again!”

“Thanks to Kim and family for taking care of my dog, this was my first time booking a sitter as my plans unexpectedly changed last minute so I was very glad to be accommodated at short notice. Communication was great, and it was clear my dog was well cared for. When I picked him up, he seemed happy, relaxed, and content, which means a lot to me. I’d definitely recommend and would happily book again.”

“Our experience with Beth and Dan was perfect in every sense. Great comms throughout, offered an introduction of our Ewok with their dog Darcy (who is an angel), and made Ewok feel utterly spoiled. She loved her time there, and we'll re-book again in a heartbeat.”

About: I’ve been the proud owner of Bella, a Sprollie (Springer Spaniel x Border Collie), for four years 🐾 Owning a high-energy breed has taught me how to provide both physical exercise and mental stimulation to keep dogs happy and balanced 🧠⚡ During walks, I use consistent commands to encourage good leash manners and calm behaviour. I specialise in on-leash walks and long-lead walks in parks, giving dogs the freedom to explore safely 🦮🌳 Neighbours, friends and family have trusted me with their pets, and I treat every dog with the same care and attention I give Bella ❤️ For boarding, please bring your dog’s own food as every dog is different — some have specific dietary needs due to skin or health conditions and I want to make sure they’re comfortable 🍽️ If you have a favourite blanket or crate you’d like them to use, feel free to bring that along too 🛏️ For walking, just let me know whether you prefer on-leash or off-leash, and give me an idea of their recall so I can keep them safe 🐕 Before any booking, I always arrange a meet and greet so your dog is familiar with me before I come to pick them up — we can sort this out easily during the booking process 🤝😊 I’m currently available on weekends for drop-in visits, boarding, walking and dog sitting 🐾 Your dog will have great company with my Sprollie Bella, who loves making new friends! 🐕 Weekend availability means I can give your pup plenty of time, attention and fun without rushing 😊 I have a two-bedroom house with a fully fenced garden, so your dog can roam and play safely 🏡🌿 We’re just 5 minutes from large green areas around Malmesbury, perfect for both on-leash and off-leash walks 🦮🌳 We also live close to rivers, so just let me know if you’d prefer your dog to stay dry or if they’re happy to get a little wet! 💧 For boarding, please bring your dog’s crate or bed if you have one so they feel right at home 🛏️ We have our own dog bowls but you’re more than welcome to bring your dog’s own if they prefer — whatever keeps them comfortable! 🍽️ Your dog’s safety and happiness is always the priority, and Bella will be on hand to help them settle in 🐾❤️

About: With years of hands on experience caring for pets of all kinds, I know how important it is to leave your furry family members somewhere they’ll feel safe, happy, and loved. My pet boarding service is more than just a place to stay — it’s a home away from home. I provide personalised care based on each pet’s unique needs, whether that’s extra playtime, medication, special diets, or just lots of cuddles. Having worked with dogs, cats and a variety of small animals, I’m confident in handling pets with different temperaments and routines. When you’re away, I’ll make sure your pets are treated like family — because they are. 🐾 Because I work from home, pet care is naturally part of my daily life. I’m around throughout the day to give pets regular attention, outdoor breaks, playtime, and snuggles — not just at set times. Whether it’s morning walks, midday play sessions, or quiet evening cuddle time, I make sure every pet feels cared for and included in my daily routine. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable, which is why I care for them right in their own home — surrounded by the sights, smells, and routines they already love. I do my best to keep things as normal as possible, from mealtimes and walks to playtime and snuggles, so they feel secure while you’re away. Since I work from home, I get to spend lots of time with your pets during the day, giving them attention, companionship, and plenty of love. I’m also happy to handle any special needs, like medication, special diets, or just extra cuddle breaks. About: I have looked after and owned dogs and cats for over 3 years. I know exactly what is needed to provide the best care for your pets. Whether its a spaniel that needs exercise and brain engagement or a labrador that will do anything for treats, I can adapt to your pet and their needs. I am a uni student so I have a lot of free time, especially during easter, christmas and summer where I am available 24/7 to look after your pets. I am able to drive and have no commitments other than you and your pet. I will look after your pets however you would like, whether thats keeping them in one room, having cuddles on the sofa or taking them to play in the garden. I believe its very important that your pets stick to their daily routine as much as possible to avoid distress or anxiety so I will make sure to understand their daily routine and needs.
About: As a lifelong dog owner and passionate animal lover, I've been surrounded by a variety of animals my entire life, including cats, horses, and farm animals. With hands-on experience in training puppies and providing loving care to elderly pets, I offer tailored pet sitting that ensures your furry family members feel safe, loved, and well-cared for. As a live at home student at UWE Bristol, I have a flexible schedule that can easily adapt to your family's needs, whether it’s daily visits, overnight stays, or special care for pets with unique requirements. Let me provide your pets with the attention and care they deserve, all while giving you peace of mind. Due to being at University, I will be on a placement year from Sept 2025-July 2026, this means i will be working 8:30am-4pm Mon-Fri. I will try to accommodate your pets needs to this, this may mean a family member of mine having to do a house visit around lunch time to allow for toilet breaks. I have plenty of experience with animals, whether your dog is not recall trained, or simply unable to go off leash, or needing to be crated or locked into a separate room overnight, I will accommodate, ensuring your pets safety comes first.

“I found Joyce at the last minute before my holiday, we arranged a meet and greet and straight away I knew Billy would be fine with her as within 5 minutes he was going to her for fusses! I left him for just over 3 weeks and I had regular updates and photos of Billy out on walks and playing. I would definitely recommend Joyce as a dog sitter, I know if I ever need anyone I shall always ask Joyce first.”

“We cannot recommend Lisa enough. We have never left our much loved German shepherd Daisy before, so we decided to use Lisa for doggy daycare before boarding. By the second visit Daisy was pulling to Lisa’s door and was happy to stay when we left. Both during daycare and boarding Lisa sent us many photos and detailed updates about Daisy which was really comforting to us. We will be taking Daisy back to Lisa for all our daycare / boarding needs in the future. In fact we will plan our days out / vacations around her availability!”
