“A great sit once again from Kav - it's clear just how much he cares for my dogs and their needs and I feel safe knowing he's taking care of them - they always look happy and well-looked after on my return. With the heat Kav took care to make sure they were kept hydrated and adapted their walks to keep them safe. He goes above and beyond with making sure that my home is left clean and tidy and accommodates my high-needs dogs with ease. A perfect option if you're looking for a sitter that is flexible, caring and comfortable with dogs with high needs.”

“Can’t recommend Rachael highly enough - she is absolutely incredible!!! She looked after our two cats, Maia and Zeus amazingly this weekend, keeping me constantly updated with lots of photos and videos which we loved (even if it did make me jealous of all the cuddles she was getting!!! :p) Both cats warmed to her so quickly, even Maia who is usually a little more nervous around new people!! She absolutely adored Rachael and was happily snuggling up to her - which I think says everything!! I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring hands. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and genuinely wonderful cat sitter. We’ve already booked her again for our next trip!”

“Annie was brilliant with both our pets. Our cat is very timid but he came out of his shell and spent time with Annie. Our dog absolutely loved having her spend time with him and take him on a walk. Both our pets were thoroughly looked after as if they were her own and we would recommend Annie to anyone looking for a pet sitter”

About: I fell in love with animals from the age of 4 - I grew up with a cockatoo called chaz, followed by a boxer called holly then that was it, I was hooked. My first dog was a cocker spaniel his name was bailey he was such a delight, full of beans and cuddles. This made me want to learn more. I have worked in kennels and a cattery - So I have quite a broad knowledge in assisting with care and daily routines. I have also undergo behavioural training courses for dogs. I have pet sat for friends and family, stayed at their houses and dropped in for feeding/cleaning and walks. My last dog was a military trained belgium malinois - he passed away last year unfortunately but that didnt stop me. I now look after friends cats and my parents cocker spaniel. Very willing and happy to help where I can. I am a stay at home mum, with another on the way, so happy to work around your routines. Available mornings afternoons and early eve for walks, drop ins, feeds and playtime. I have experience in walking pets, feeding, medicating, cleaning out, washing and meeting all needs due to working in a cattery and kennels/ pet hotel. I have a large grassy area/ high fenced garden. Leads and bowls available, I have a full clean driving license with boot room for transporting.
“What a find, Sophie kept us updated how our pets were and sent photos. They were glad to see us home but think if they could talk they would say they had a great time with Sophie who looked after them exceptionally well and you could not tell anyone had been in the house. Would definitely use again.”

“Lily looked after Koba over the weekend and did a fantastic job, he was in great hands. Loved the pupdates it was great to see Koba was having fun too and she left the house very clean and tidy. Will definitely be using Lily again, Thank You!”

“Joseph is very gentle and understanding with dogs. He coped admirably with the early stages of Cities house training. He gave regular updates with pictures, I had no concerns leaving City in his care and would happily do it again.”

About: I have been working as professional cat sitter for nearly 10 years now and have enjoyed building relationships with both the cat clients and their owners, I'm now ready to expand my offering to dogs in the Stroud area and beyond. I've had pets nearly all my life, some dogs as young girl and always cats.... I was an original cat girl until our beautiful beagle 'Cookie' won my heart in 2021. I'm really confident with most dogs now and often sit or walk our neighbours' when needed. As a puppy, Cookie gave us butter wouldn't melt looks but never a dull moment. Both myself and husband immersed into the world of dog training, doing local puppy school and programmes in Surrey that would ensure we can be 'benevolent leaders' who incentivise our pup to be well behaved and off lead with the right rewards. We're always complimented on how good she is so many public settings and how that's not what you'd expect from her breed. Another thing that is super important to understand about creating a good relationship with dogs is enrichment, so at home we spend a lot of time not only walking our girl but creating games and 'sniffaris' finding opportunities for her to seek out food around the garden or house to calm her down and keep her happy. I'd love to offer these sorts of activities to your dog if you think they'd like it. I know for many dogs it's important to maintain a routine. As a pet sitter I try to ask lots of questions early on, getting to know you and your little buddy's needs. I'm confident in following instructions, remembering details and administering simple medication if needed on time. I work part-time and mostly from home so have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to come and walk your dog or work from your home if that's preferred. I'd be happy to make a regular appoint to walk or sit your dog or be flexible as needed. If your dog comes to our house it is safe and has been escape proofed. If coming to your home, I'd be sure to find out about keys, locks and alarms ahead of time and can always follow instructions in this regard.

About: I’m a happy South African, raised predominantly in the Scottish Borders, so, have grown up with animals- from birds and reptiles, to fluffy pets, to farm and wild animals! I pride myself on being tidy, affectionate and trustworthy and have plenty of experience with keeping homes running smoothly and comfortably, through my years of nannying, cleaning and house/pet sitting in the villages around me. I’m confident with following daily routines and keeping the peace with food, walks, play and medication. As well as household tasks like watering plants, taking bins out, managing heating, ensuring security and supporting any general household oddities. My calendar is newly free, as I’ve just transitioned from working full-time, to studying! So, I’m available on all days and nights of the weeks. As I’m currently studying online courses in various children’s therapies, I can be a calm, fun and constant presence in your pets lives, until you’re home again from exploring! Otherwise, I enjoy reading, painting and keeping fit in nature, which all work well for the routines and needs of pets. “Emma is a real star! She kindly agreed to look after our Dalmatian called Blue for the day so we could go to Wimbledon. She updated us throughout the day which put our mind at rest. Blue had a wonderful day with Emma and didn’t even hear us parking up which just proves how relaxed he was with Emma. We will definitely ask Emma to look after Blue again . Thank you! 🥰”

“100% this lady is the one you want with your animals. From the meet and greet Chenai was friendly, warm and respectful. She's so knowledgeable of animals, was considerate of our dogs needs from the get go and Beau warmed to her immediately. She kept us up to date with pictures and messages every day and it was evident how quickly Beau felt comfortable with her. Thank you Chenai - you've been wonderful and cannot wait to have you over again. Thank you thank you x”

“Shaylee might just be the best in the business! We booked our 1 year old cocker spaniel Winnie to stay with Shaylee whilst we were on holiday for 4 days. It was a late booking and there was never a problem too big or too small with Shaylee. We received regular updates and pictures which made us feel reassured. Shaylee went above and beyond with looking after Winnie and I honesty can’t speak highly enough of the service Shaylee provides.”

Leo was brilliant, I will definitely want to book them again for any future needs. They were super flexible with me during urgent unforeseen changes of plan. I could tell the dogs warmed to Leo immediately and from all the pics and videos it looked like they were having such a cosy time, and lovely walks. Communication was always really straightforward and helpful during the booking process and the stay itself. It made my time away much smoother knowing how well they were being cared for. Huge thanks!
