About: Growing up we always had a dog who was a special family member. We had springer spaniels and labradors along with an epileptic white cat. I enjoy spending time with dogs, talking to them, grooming them or just playing. We wanted a family dog for years but as our jobs didn’t allow this in the past we were never able to commit as dogs need so much time, love and affection. My current job now allows me to have the time to spend with your dogs instead. I work from home with a flexible work environment that allows me to spend time with your furry friends. Being self employed I am not at the beck and call of a boss, this allows me to enjoy time with your dogs. We have a fenced off back garden where your dog can spend time safely and the house is also a comfortable and relaxing environment. Depending on your dogs needs, I can accommodate any specific requirements. I love spending time with your furry friends ensuring they feel comfortable in their home from home.

About: I love being around dogs whether it be walking or looking after them, I find I am my most happy self around them. Because of this your dog would receive great care and affection and I'd do my best to make them happy too! I have two border collies which I walk everyday. They require ALOT of exercise so I have a knack now of tiring dogs out, I find you can never go wrong with a good tennis ball and a big field. I love walking any breed of dog and find that it is not the breed that determines the dog but it's personality (every dog is different and special in their own way). So I welcome Staffies or any other negatively stereotyped dog, they're all equal in my eyes. I am 21 years old and really would love to build a career in animal care. I live in the middle of the countryside so am used to mud and unfortunate smells....

About: A trustworthy companion to your little loved one! I’ve had dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards and snakes since I was a small child. I have cared for animals most of my life. I’ve taken care of family and friends pets on and off since I was 16, dealing with animals of all shapes and sizes. I just love spending time with animals. I am available most nights during the week as well as some weekends. If arranged in advance I am able to stay for as long as is required. I will oblige to any and rules you set for your pet and follow any instructions exactly. My approach is positive and friendly trying to relax animals and spending time giving them affection.

About: As well as taking care of my 7 year old Shi-poo, I’ve walked and house sat for dogs from puppies to 10+, big and small. I work full-time in local government with mostly home working and relaxed start/ finish times. I walk up to 10km everyday, so would keep your furry friend happy and active and I’d love the added company! I have a fenced garden for toilet trips and a 7 year old shi-poo to keep your dog company. Flexible on preferred sleeping arrangements, whether a crate or in a dog bed downstairs or in the bedroom.

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience. My family have had two whippets for over 10 years, and I helped care for them through all stages of their lives. This gave me experience with both lively younger dogs and the gentler care older pets need. I’m an artist, so I’m often outside working, and I enjoy being active every day. Walking and spending time with pets fits perfectly into that lifestyle. About: Living on a farm, I’ve grown up with large and small animals and have had dogs for as long as I can remember. My own dog, Evie is my world so I understand the importance of finding the right person to trust with the care of your dog. Insured and crb checked I recently moved back from Cardiff to the family farm so I could help my dad and I’ve gone part time so I only work in the evenings, most of the rest of the day, I am flexible. When taking dogs for walks, I would be using a lead to keep your dog safe. I am looking into dog proofing a field at home to use for of leash dog walking but this would depend on how much demand there is.

About: I’ve handled more furry, feathery, and neigh-saying friends than we can count. Growing up, my life was pretty chaotic with a Springer Spaniel who could run laps around a field and a Dachshund who believed she was Queen of the sofa. From big, boisterous pups to tiny divas, I have looked after all breeds and sizes. My grandparents' farm added a few bonus skills to my resume: I’ve wrangled chickens, had a love for horses, and even assisted with breeding a multitude of pups — imagine a real-life Folly Farm in my house! If your pet enjoys long walks, lots of belly rubs, and a a handful of treats, I’m here to help. One of my top priorities is suiting care around your dogs needs and giving medication if needed. My day starts around 5/6am and I walk into the evening hours 7/8pm. I have a car and am fully mobile with lots of space in the back for my furry friends! In my home I have a big garden with lots of space for bigger or smaller dogs - with lots of areas to sniff! If more space is needed I live walking distance away from a large field. My own little fur baby, Daphne the Dachshund, has steps to get around the house and onto higher ground (the sofa). In your home I am happy to follow the routine your dog is used to as this is the most important thing - to keep them comfortable! I am happy to walk around your area in places your dog is used to and happy to bring along other furry friends on walks if your dog is more sociable! if not, and your dog prefers more 1-on-1 time, solo walks are great fun too!

About: I have been caring for dogs for most of my life, with family pets always being a constant presence as I grew up. Since joining Rover in 2024, I’ve looked after a wide range of dogs, alongside many years of experience caring for friends’ and family members’ pets, including overnight stays. I also have experience with cats, animal rescue, and voluntary wildlife and animal-handling work, which has given me a calm and confident approach with animals of all temperaments and needs. In addition, I have hands-on experience with dog and puppy training, having trained our own family dogs and regularly attended professional training sessions. I also have dog crates available if they are needed for comfort or routine, although I don’t generally use them unless requested by the owner. We do have one cat, but she is an outdoor cat, is very used to dogs, and does not come inside. I always ensure pets are introduced carefully and that every animal in my care is safe and comfortable. About: Owned and cared our family dog for 12 years. Along side hamsters, rabbits, fish and a cat! Experience with a disabled dog after our border sadly lost the use of his legs. Variety of different shift work so plenty of options to go for walks. Different dates and time are available for dog boarding. All breeds are welcome Medium sized garden all fenced in, that backs on to a large rugby field. 2 up 2 down plenty of space inside to stretch for our four legged friends

About: I’m a full time dog walker and cleaner in the Chepstow area. (Helpinghandsdogwalking&cleaning) I have been around dogs my whole life. From older dogs to a litter of puppies. I have had to train dogs of all ages from a young age. Taking care to learn from the dog and build trust quickly so I can walk and command with ease. I’m currently available 7 days a week. About: I have grown up with dogs of all shapes and sizes and have plenty of experience of dog care and walking, our family dogs are a Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla and a Minature Schnauzer but have puppy and senior dog experience too as we have had many family dogs over the years. I also help out with a family home dog boarding business so have lots of different breed experience. i have a passion for all animals but dogs in particular and will take care of your pets like they are my own! I'm currently working full-time from home but can do this from your home, this makes me available for your pets at all times. I am also available on the weekends so can fit around your holiday. When taking care of your pet in your home I will follow your pet's routine and look after your home. I will give your pets lots of love and attention and exercise as per your instructions. I will also keep you up to date throughout the stay if you wish.

About: I have 12 years experience overall with pets. I currently have a 3 month old friendly/adorable/funny/ loving female cocker spaniel. My experience Includes dogs, cats, rabbits. 7 and a half years with a crazy labradoodle. My parents have a fun/loving cockapoo. Walks are my thing, your pet will be in safe hands with me. From the minute we meet, I’m sure myself and your pet will be the best of friends. I am an honest, relaxed, easy going person. I’m able to walk your dog for as long as they need, provide care and feed them as needed. Due to work commitments I am able to visit your dog every 2 hours in the week. I leave at 8:30am for work, and can visit them throughout the day. My work is flexible therefore I am able to visit/walk and stay with your dog. I walk my spaniel first thing in the morning for 45 minutes. Happy to walk others during this time. I work from home so have flexible availability throughout the day. I then walk again for half an hour before day light goes. I have a fenced garden. I have a car big enough for 3 dogs and I’m not worried about mud. I often have 3 dogs on my hands, including my sister’s and parents. So am happy to have more dogs under my care.
