“Erika took such incredible care of my two kitties. She went above and beyond for us and this made our trip away so much better. She sent pictures, videos and daily info about how my kitties were doing. Thank you again Erika for all you do! Amy”

About: I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking since high school and have always loved being around animals. I grew up with a dog that I miss very much, so getting to spend time with pets is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of different sizes and personalities! I work on the weekdays, so I’m available for evening walks and pet care during the week anytime after 4 pm. I have open availability on the weekends. I know how it feels to have a pet you love and adore. I will follow any and all owner directions closely, pay attention during walks to be sure your pets are taken care of!
“I had the most positive experience with Casey's Drop-In twice daily visits for my cats while I was away for a week. Casey is one of those rare individuals who shines with integrity! She is prompt, an excellent communicator, courteous, respectful, trustworthy, intelligent, compassionate, kind and personally committed to doing the best job possible! On every visit Casey took the time to take pictures of the kitties and check-in to let me know how things were going. She is gentle and intuitive around animals and was able to approach my very shy rescue kitties on the first day! Casey responded with a 'can-do' attitude to caring for the kitties twice daily instead of once when my other caregiver's situation changed at the last minute and she wasn't able to do the evening feedings as planned. Casey stepped up without hesitation and approached every situation by going 'above and beyond' expectations! I am so grateful for meeting Casey through Rover.com and highly recommend her for the care of your pets. She is a delightfully cheerful and energetic person who truly cares about each pet's well-being and comfort, which provided me with complete peace of mind while I was away! Thank you so much, Casey, for all your competent and professional assistance with my sweet kitties!”
About: Hi! I’m a big animal lover and have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up helping train service dogs for my mom, so I learned early on about patience, consistency, and understanding how dogs think and communicate. My family also had cats and fostered kittens when I was younger, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities. I also spent years pet sitting for neighbors growing up, which gave me even more experience caring for different animals and routines. In college, I volunteered with 4 Paws for Ability, where I helped work with service dogs in training and took part in hands-on trainings and education sessions. It was such a rewarding experience and deepened my love for working with animals. I’m currently finishing up grad school and will have a very flexible schedule while I study for my board exam, which means I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I haven’t been able to have a pet of my own while in school, so I’ve really missed being around animals, which is a big part of why I’m excited to be on Rover and spend time caring for yours! Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your pets like my own. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pet with someone, and I’d love to help make that an easy, stress-free experience for you. Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I currently have a very flexible schedule as I finish up grad school and prepare for my board exam. This gives me plenty of availability during weekdays and weekends to provide consistent care, whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or extended time with your pets. I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs and make sure they get reliable, attentive care! When caring for pets in your home, I will focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I will follow instructions closely, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or any specific needs your pet has. I aim to provide a calm, loving presence so your pets feel safe and comfortable while you’re away, and I always treat homes with respect and care!

“Jennifer is amazing!! So attentive and spent quality time with my Charlie. She gave me details on all visits and great pictures while I was away. Definitely recommend!!”

“Margie did a great job caring for my elderly beagle. She followed directions, sent me numerous photos, all at the last minute as my scheduled caregiver cancelled. I would use her again and highly recommend her!”

“Sadie was great with my cats. She spent time with them and noticed that one of my cats seemed sad. She kept in touch with me via texted and sent me pictures without me asking. 10/10 recommend!”

“"The only complaint that I have about Jess is that my dogs just may love her more than they love me! Upon meeting Jess, her sweet and calm demeanor put us all at ease and I felt an instant connection with her. She took EXCELLENT care of my three Yorkies. She provided each of them with love & individualized care. I would not hesitate to hire her again and I would highly recommend her to anybody for pet sitting! We have used Jess multiple times through Rover since this initial review. My Yorkies are always happy to welcome her back into their pack when they see her. She offers thorough updates with photos….and, I never have to worry about my babies or Jess being inside of our home. She is so clean!!!! I lover her!!!! XOXOXO 🐾 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻”

About: I've grown up around animals my whole life, owning and caring for multiple dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish over the years. I currently have a 3-year-old Aussiedoodle named Luna who I take all around Charleston, the beach, the boat, the county park, so I know firsthand what it takes to keep an active dog happy and well-exercised. Beyond dogs and cats, I'm a true animal enthusiast. I currently maintain both a saltwater and freshwater aquarium, dart frog terrariums, and have owned reptiles including snakes and geckos over the years. I've also had multiple cats throughout my life. No matter what your household looks like, I'm comfortable around it, and genuinely passionate about animals of all kinds. I work from home, which means I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate walks and drop-ins throughout the day. Whether you need a midday walk, a morning check-in, or an afternoon visit, I can make it work around your pet's routine. When I'm in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I always follow your pet's established routine and any specific instructions you leave, and I send photo and video updates so you can see how your pup is doing. Your dog stays secure on leash at all times during walks, and your home is left exactly as I found it.

I can walk or run with your dogs as they need, my dog is very energetic so I’m used to it! I currently have one very energetic 2 year old lab. I spend my days playing with him and running him around. I have taken care of elderly and disabled dogs as well as puppies so I can adjust to any necessary care they need. Let me know how I can help!

“Reagan did a great job. She helped care for my very geriatric cat and her particular needs. She kept her thriving for the 1.5 weeks I was away. Would re-hire and would recommend.”
