About: For 8 years I have been caring my own pets. But for the past two and a half years I have been helping my neighbors care for their own. I let their pets out to use the bathroom and I give them food, water, and treats. I love to play with them and provide companionship. My longest customer had a senior dog who was deaf. I provide the love and care a pet needs when their owners are away. Mon, Fri, Sat: 9am-9pm Tue and Thur: 12pm-9pm Wed: 9am-4pm Sun: Unavailable I accept reoccurring services. I am available at anytime that fits in the schedule above. Thank You! I love to go on walks or even on nature walks especially when I have someone to go with me. I also love play with dogs. When asked I can give your fur babies food and I always give them water.

About: I've always loved dogs since I was a child and currently have two of my own from local rescues. They are family to me, and I will care for you pups with the same attention that I care for mine. Whether your dog needs to release some energy on a walk, or requires a bathroom break while you're away, I'd be happy to ensure their needs are met and they remain comfortable. Cesar Millan is my greatest influence for how I care for my dogs, and I will utilize the same trust, respect, and love approach for yours. I currently attend college downtown during the mornings Monday-Thursday but am available any time after 2pm. I am also available any time Friday-Sunday. At my house, I have a large fenced in backyard for my dogs to play and wrestle along with lots of toys. I know that the situation may vary for your home, but I am willing to accommodate your dog's needs regardless of their environment. They will have my full attention during visits and will be well cared for.
“McKenna was great! Came by to meet our dogs without hesitation, and confirmed several times before the dates, which was a weight lifted during the holiday season. Can’t wait to book her again!”

“We couldn't be happier with Bridgette! From the start, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive, always quick to communicate and give us peace of mind while we were away. What really set her apart was when she went out of her way to stop by our home outside of her scheduled visits to check on something for us. That kind of dedication is truly above and beyond what we expected. Most importantly, our dogs absolutely adored her. Animals don't lie, and the way our girls immediately took to Bridgette told us everything we needed to know. We'll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring pet sitter!”

About: I absolutely love animals! I’d take care of your fur-baby as if it was mine! I’d send you updates/pictures of our time together(: Growing up, we had so many different beloved pets! We had a hamster, a ferret, guinea pigs, bunnies, cats, and dogs (my parents were divorced so we had different fur babies at both homes(: )! My husband and I have a 7 year old black labrador retriever named Daisy Mae (our dog-daughter) and she’s our whole world! We adopted her from the humane society when she was 8 months old! Right now, I’m completely free on the weekends, and before/after work. We own a home in Summerville with a fenced in backyard! I would try my very best to stick to the ordinary feeding schedule he/she is used to. I would give lots of love/belly rubs, go for fun walks/runs, and play with them! I want to make sure everyone is comfortable and at ease, and I’d love to meet you and your beloved fur-babies! I’m an assistant teacher that works 7:15am-4:15pm Monday-Friday, so I’d have time before/after work during the week. I’m completely free to watch on Saturdays and Sundays! My husband and I have a fenced in backyard, and a loving/friendly black Labrador retriever named Daisy Mae that would have so much fun having friends around! We also have a crate upon request!
“Here again with another review! My dog Hank decided to have GI problems while Ella was visiting and had an accident in his crate. She went above and beyond making sure he felt safe and cared for after the accident and cleaned up as much as she could and went by the instructions I gave her. Definitely a repeat customer as long as she’ll have Hank and I 😊”

“I’ve had medical issues to deal with for the last couple of months. Some of my recent booking requests haven’t been well planned. Jennifer and I worked with her schedule (always full!!) so that I was able to get Fiona walked .”

“So pleased. Came back to find my dogs happier than ever to see me, but they were calm and relaxed. I will use Dawn again. What a good feeling to have a caring person watch your pets in their own home. Loved the picture updates!”

“Chelsea did a great job with our cats. Arrived home to a clean and tidy kitchen and litter boxes. She is a good communicator and we enjoyed the pictures she sent. We recommend her as a terrific sitter!”

“Brittney was very attentive and went above and beyond with her care for our dogs! She even spent time training our puppy! I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to book a rover!”

“Ying was very consistent with updates and photos of Sarah and Luna and they seemed to really enjoy her visits and attention. We feel very fortunate to have had Ying caring for our furry family!”

“I needed some help getting my 80 pound dog into the car so I could take her for a checkup after knee surgery. Jonathan worked with our schedule and made sure our senior puppo could make it to her vet appt. Thanks again Jonathan!”

“Stacey has been absolutely wonderful with our dogs! Luna and Sarge adore her and love when she comes to see them! As an owner to large breed dogs that have anxiety and neurological issues, it is not often you find someone who you feel completely comfortable to trust and care for your animals, and I feel lucky to have found some who cares for them as my own. Her communication also exceeds my expectations by far and I love that she frequently sends pictures to ease my mind. I would highly recommend her!”

About: Hi! I’m an avid animal lover with a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, along with birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, chipmunks, and even goldfish. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do — it’s truly who I am. I understand that our fur babies are special souls and cherished members of the family. When your beloved pet is in my care, they’ll be treated with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. It would be an absolute honor to provide a safe, happy, and comforting experience for your baby while you’re away. My days start early — which means I have plenty of availability during the day, evenings, and on weekends. I love having that balance in my day, especially when it comes to spending time with animals. At home, life revolves around my two dogs — a standard poodle and a terrier mix — along with my two rescue cats, all adopted from different rescues. Caring for them is part of my daily routine, from morning feedings and walks to evening playtime and snuggles. My home is calm, loving, and pet-centered, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, happy environment where animals feel comfortable and cared for. 🐾 When caring for your pet in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I know how important consistency is, so I will follow your instructions closely — from feeding schedules and walk times to medications, play preferences, and bedtime routines. I’ll make sure your pet receives plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re away. Whether that means long walks, backyard playtime, enrichment activities, or quiet cuddle time, I adjust to your pet’s personality and energy level. I’m also respectful of your home. I’ll keep things tidy, provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind, and ensure your pet feels safe, secure, and cared for in their own familiar environment. Your baby will be treated like family every step of the way.
About: I'm patient and loving towards fun, furry, creatures. Growing up, I had dogs all my life, and I'm currently a dog Mom to a Cocker Spaniel puppy named Phoebe. I currently live in Avondale within 5 minutes to downtown. Our home is very neat and tidy because we want to make sure our dog doesn't eat anything she shouldn't, so it is a complete safe zone for your dog. I've grown up with a large range of dogs, my first being a Labrador, as well as Boston Terriers and then later on, a 120 lb German Shepherd. I've also had many cats throughout my life and just adore them. * Dog-walking - please let me know of any parks in your area you usually walk your pup and for how long you'd prefer. * Please inform me of any medications needed for your pet. I have plenty of experience with medications due to my previous cat who was asthmatic.

Alyssa was great - as always. She comes about every two months for 4-5 days - and my new (growing) kittens really love her. I appreciate that she sits with them for some time after she takes care of their food, water and litter box. They totally love her - and waller all over her! 🥰

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Ladson with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
