“Tillman and Cash had a great time with Kaylie this weekend, while I was in Myrtle Beach. She kept them on schedule, and that meant no mess in the house. She and Jon played with them and left a fun goodie bag of toys and treats for them after her last visit. I highly recommend Kaylie for her responsiveness, care and TLC for my cat and dog.”

“Where to begin?! My 3.5 yr old goldendoodle failed his temperament test at a local dog boarding place just a few weeks before my vacation. In a panic, I hopped on Rover. Come to find one of my former students, Athena! It was a NO BRAINER to have her do drop-in visits while I was away. Fredo IMMEDIATELY grew a liking to her. She *always* had such a kind, compassionate, and nurturing energy about her. She went ***ABOVE AND BEYOND*** and truly superseded our expectations!!! The constant picture and video updates definitely tempered the sting of the dog mommy separation anxiety! …I think my dog was even annoyed when I got home because he knew that meant Athena’s job was done ?. Choosing her as a sitter for your pet(s) is the BEST thing you can do for you and your furry fam!!!!”

“Casey was amazing! She was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule on really short notice. My puppy loved her and I will definitely try to use her services as much as she is able. 5 stars!!”

About: Hi there! I have grown up taking care of dogs and cats my whole life! I love getting to bond with dogs by giving them walks, back scratches, and treats! Each dog has such a sweet and unique personality which is one of my favorite things about dog walking. I love getting see their excitement during our walks and playtime so it is a priority to bond with each fur baby and learn what they enjoy. I am very flexible and adapt to you and your pets needs so just let me know how to best care for you and your puppy :) I currently work full-time at MUSC as a research assistant so pet care is best for me on the weekends. I’ve loved getting to get out and about on dog walks because I love spending time with animals and it’s a good way to stay active in an office job! Since I have grown up around animals and spent time with a variety of pets, I have proficient knowledge on how to care for your pets and signs to look for to make sure your pet is at ease. I feel comfortable around all kinds of dogs and will always educate myself the best I can about the surrounding area.
“I went looking for a Rover sitter very early in the morning and she had already updated when she was available. That alone convinced me to book her. The meet and greet went well and I knew that she would take great care of my babies. She is simply the best. My "vampire kitty" looked well cared for in the pictures she sent me. Next time I need a sitter, Mya will be my choice.”

“Jessica did an amazing job keeping me up to date on my little minions!! One unfortunately had an accident in her bed but she took the time to ensure a clean bed and crate for my pup to rest in.”

“This was the second time Graham has taken care of our pups and he did an excellent job again. We are very happy that we have found him through Rover and will definitely use him again in the future.”

About: I’ve gained experience the last few years in taking care of our German Shepherd, Luna and sweet kitty, Cookie! I always dog sit for friends when they’re out of town and I’ve learned how to give pills to dogs. One of my friend’s dogs has allergy problems and has to take pills for it, so she had to teach me how to do that. I love playing fetch and taking dogs on walks! I also wouldn’t mind giving your dog a bath (or taking him/her to the pet store to bathe them there!). Feel free to message me with any questions you might have! I am available every day after 4:00 and every weekend as needed. I have a flexible schedule and have a good amount of free time. I will make sure your animal or animals get the care they need and make sure they are well taken care of no matter what!
“Victoria sends the best updates and takes such awesome pictures! My pups were smiling in every picture it seems. They looked happy and she provided thorough updates on their behavior and meds.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old. I absolutely love dogs and I have sweet spot for Golden Retreivers since I have one of my own. I love being able to play with dogs and walk them during the day since I work from home. I treat any dog as if they are my own. I will always ensure they are well exercised, cuddled, fed, and most of all loved. I work from home each day so I have a very flexible schedule. I live in an apartment that my golden retreiver loves to play in and we take several walks around the neighborhood to ensure the dogs get the proper exercise that they need. I love to keep dogs active while they are staying at my apartment. From playing fetch, to walks, I always will ensure your dogs are happy and loved.
About: Hey there, we’re Ryan & Amber! We’re excited you’re here, and understand that finding the right care for your furry best friend isn’t always easy or accessible. We believe every pet is unique and that they deserve to be treated as a part of our family while in our care. We have a four month old mixed breed pup of our own who is super sweet and playful and loves running around the yard with other doggos We have a ten month old and (almost) three year old who absolutely love dogs and are ready to give lots of pets. We love being active outdoors and look forward to long walks or running around and playing fetch. We live in a single story home with a large fenced in back yard. We love all dogs and can't wait to meet your pup and show them the same love that you give them on a daily basis. Amber works remotely from home and Ryan works outside of the house 4 days/ week. With our flexible schedules you won’t have to worry about your pet being alone for long and they’ll receive plenty of love and attention throughout the day. We have a large fenced yard for lots of play and a view of the pond where your pup can watch all of the birds land and take off. We will provide plenty of pets and snuggles to make them feel right at home. Walks during the day are a common part of our existing routines.
About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 8 years, including my own who has chronic pancreatitis. I’m comfortable with special diets, medication, and senior dog care. I treat every dog like family—patient, loving, and attentive to their individual needs. Whether your pup is high-energy or needs a gentler pace, I’ll provide safe, thoughtful care tailored just for them. Before getting my own dog at 19, I grew up in a home that always had two dogs. Helping care for them was a constant part of my life and taught me the responsibility, empathy, and joy that comes with loving animals. Additionally, I’ve been volunteering at Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, which has deepened my experience with dogs of all breeds and backgrounds. I'm currently in graduate school, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pups! I'm available for walks and in-home visits on Tuesdays, Fridays, and some weekends (just ask about weekend availability). I make pet care a priority and will always treat your dog with the same love and attention I give my own. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize safety, routine, and comfort. I follow all instructions closely—from feeding schedules to preferred walking routes—and make sure your pup feels secure while you're away. I always respect your space, keep things clean, and treat your home and pet with care and kindness. My goal is to maintain a calm, trustworthy presence so your dog stays happy and stress-free in their familiar environment.
“This was the first time I had ever used this app before and was extremely nervous. Sarah was very helpful and very sweet and in the pictures, my babies look happy! I will def be using her again and appreciate all of her help!”

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
