“Jocelyn is so incredible 🫶 this was my first time leaving my kitty for so long and I was really nervous about it, but she made the entire experience so much more comfortable for both me and my pet. She befriended my cat who is very spooky and standoffish, so she definitely deserves the title of Cat Whisperer 🥰 she really went above and beyond, was so kind, polite, professional, and respectful. I could tell she really cared for/about my pet, it wasn’t just about the job for her. I will definitely always reach out to Jocelyn before anyone else if/when we leave for another trip, and I’ll recommend her highly to anyone I come across looking for a pet sitter! Thank you Jocelyn! Nugget will miss you! 💕🐈⬛🐾”

About: I grew up with labs, so I have been a dog lover all my life. When I was in middle school I would look after my neighbors pets. As I got older, most of my work in the summer was taking care of people's pets and houses when they went on vacation. I enjoy walking and like an excuse to be outside. I've always loved working with animals and would give them all the love and care I would give my own dog. I use to want to be a veterinarian, but the schooling would have been way too difficult, so I guess Rover is a good compromise (i hope you laughed). If not, animals are easier than people. I am responsible, trustworthy, and would provide diligent care to your pets.
“Was out first time using Rover and Parker made all our worries go out the door. Extremely helpful and nice he made it know he had extensive experience with animals and could not of asked for a more professional and friendly sitter”

About: I’ve had dogs in my family my whole life, puppy-sat others pets, lived with the most adorable cats and now I have two weenie dogs of my own! My pups are the most important part of my life and trusting someone else with them can be nerve wracking so I love sending tons of pics/updates to keep parents at ease. I work Monday through Friday 8-5 but I could do drop in visits before and after work, sometimes even during lunch depending on the location! Depending on what you’re looking for I can stop by to spend some time with them in your yard or take them on a walk around the neighborhood! Feel free to reach out and I’m happy to answer any specific questions!

“Payton took the best care of my babies and she administered medication properly to our older cat. She was very communicative and thoughtful, and ensured that we got to see our girls every day.”

About: Growing up, I had the pleasure to raise a Golden Retriever puppy with my sisters and share with them great responsibility. As an adult, I have gotten to rescue a Black Lab mix and raise him on my own and have loved every second of the experience! I dog sit for friends and family every chance I get because I find great joy in it! I am currently a full time dog groomer during the week and have plenty of time during the evenings and weekends to provide whatever services are needed for your dogs. I am around dogs all the time due to my work and am very knowledgeable about them. I have a fenced in yard that has space to run a little bit. I also have two friendly dogs for your dog to play with, as well has many dog toys that are safe.

About: Ever since I can remember, I have had a dog in my life, usually multiples. Growing up in the country, my family always took in strays which we took in or helped relocate to the perfect home. Currently, I am a puppy mom to one amazing girl, Bourdain. She is sweetest pup and I am a lucky lady to have her! I am currently working from home and would love to spend time helping you by giving your fur babies a little TLC while you are doing what you need to do! My schedule is very flexible and am available to pop in as needed. I also have a 10 year old son who if available loves to give love and help out too! I am active and can provide exercise for your dog with walks around your neighborhood. My schedule is flexible (Realtor with a in home office) and I can easily help care for your fur baby. I work from home with any other appointments noted and will communicate any conflicts as needed. I’m all ears on your specifications for your pet. I want to have all the details so that I can provide the best care while you’re not there.

About: I've had pets my entire life! Currently I have two cats of my own and they are the two cutest babies in the world. I trained my mom’s Pomeranian all her basic mannerism and I trained our late beagle when she was a pup! I’m currently a manager at Starbucks so I do work longer hours! I’m pretty open about my work schedule in order to properly plan an efficient pet schedule! I will give all fur-babies (assuming there's multiple) the most attention possible, constant cuddles, playtime, praises and more! The fur-babies will receive the most loving care a human can give!
“Jai took amazing care of my 2 cats! This was my first time leaving them since adopting them and she sent me photos and updates daily which was much appreciated. I could tell she took the time to play with them and give them attention while I was away. Highly recommend!!”

About: I have over 30 years of experience with dogs and cats. I provide walking and sitting services for pets of all sizes and age. Providing play and care you can count on with every visit. I have a free schedule and want to orient my career toward caring for animals. Available any day and time. I am very dependable and punctual. I respect every client need. If dogs or cats need to be crated, will do. Will working with the pets routine, whether walking or feeding a specific diet.
“This was the first time I had anyone else watch Hank and I was scared because I didn’t know how it would react to someone new. Ella was amazing-she played with him and made sure he took ample bathroom breaks. Really eased my anxiety of leaving Hank. Will definitely use her again if our schedules align!”

About: I work remotely from home so I can take extra great care of your pup! Frequent cuddles and potty breaks or just some dance breaks outside, perks of being home all the time! I have experience with large breeds such as Great Danes. I have children in the house, and no pets. Our back yard is completely fenced in. I work part-time and mostly work remote. I’m very active with letting dogs out as much as they want with going to the bathroom and playing outside. I’m very careful with making sure dogs are getting their exercise as well as using the bathroom as often as needed. They will always have water available to them, and I always make sure to watch them while playing. Our yard is large and fenced.
About: I’ve dog-sat for families in the past while also caring for my own childhood dogs. We rescued an 18-pound Havapoo named Tigger, who recently passed away from a heart murmur—he was truly my spirit animal. My parents now have a 9-month-old Portuguese Water Dog named Ozzy, and even though I’ve moved out, I still get to dog-sit my “nephew” Ozzy Bear pretty often (not sure my parents knew what they were getting into with a puppy!). Dog-sitting Ozzy inspired me to join Rover. My boyfriend says we “can’t afford a dog” right now, so I figured—why not get paid to love on dogs while slowly winning him over? I’m a teacher with great availability during holidays and summers, and I’d love to help with your dog walking or drop-in needs. It’s a win-win: I get my dog fix, you get reliable help, and maybe I’ll finally convince my boyfriend we’re ready for one of our own! I am a third grade elementary school teacher, who works weekdays 7 AM through 4 PM. I am willing to care for your pets anytime after 4:30 PM as well as weekends anytime! (depending on my schedule that weekend) I care for my clients pets like they are my own. I follow the directions provided to me by the owners and meet all expectations with love and cuddles.
“Victoria is awesome. I get so anxious leaving my pets at home so having someone as reliable and communicative as Victoria puts my mind at ease incredibly. Even my shy cat doesn't hide and wants to hang out. I always trust her care!”

“ZaNayah has been awesome! Our two cats have some quirks and she's been taking amazing care of them. The pictures she sends are the best, they make our day while we can't be there to see the cats' shenanigans ourselves. There was never any doubt in my mind that our babies are in great hands.”

“Stacey was great! I was nervous to leave my anxious dog for the first time, and she was communicative and provided pictures of my babies so I could see how they were while I was gone. They seemed to love her, and I could tell she loved them! We would definitely ask Stacey to take care of our babies again. Thanks Stacey!”

“My two cats loved morgan more than they love me and im not mad ab it ? im glad they had a friendly face to visit with them while we were away and i already know ill be be booking again for our next trip!”

Zooey and Gus have the pleasure of seeing Sabrina every weekday. She has been such a blessing for our little family. Both my husband and I work long days and knowing that the fur kids get to hang out with someone so kind and reliable is such a relief for us. We HIGHLY recommend Sabrina to anyone who needs a loving sitter.

We will never use another sitter again, Shelby was beyond amazing communicating with us and taking care of Sadie. At every turn Shelby went the extra mile and I will forever be grateful that we choose her to watch our dog. I cant say enough about how wonderful and at ease Shelby made us feel

Gracie was so attentive and caring during the time she spent with my dog, Laila. She administered medication, and spent lots of time playing with and giving her loads of attention. I highly recommend her! Professional, responsible and great with detailed communication. 5 stars all around!

Cassandra is the most caring and responsible best friend of our dogs Oliver and Charlie. She is always on time, very dedicated to go a good job and to give them everything they need when she is in charge. We love every picture and every update she gave to us when we are away. Thank you again! Please do not hesitate to pick her, she is the absolute best! 🐶 🐾

Caroline was absolutely amazing with my dog, Molly! She took care of her for a full week while I was away, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Caroline kept me updated with photos and messages every day, which really put my mind at ease. When I came home, Molly was happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It’s such a relief to know I can trust someone who treats my dog like her own. I highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a reliable and loving pet sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
