About: I’ve been saying for years that my life goal is to pet every dog I can—and Rover is the perfect way to do that while giving pets the care they deserve. I’ve had dogs for 15+ years (all rescues) and experience with everything from energetic ball lovers to laid-back cuddle bugs. I’m comfortable with all sizes, puppies, seniors, and administering medication, and I always tailor care to each dog’s personality and routine. I have a flexible daytime schedule, reliable transportation, and enjoy both active walks and relaxed hangouts. I’m also beginning volunteer work with a local animal shelter to continue growing my experience. My goal is simple: to build my new dog pack while making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I have a flexible daytime schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, whether that’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company throughout the day. Since I work evenings as a DJ, I’m typically available during the hours when many pets need the most care and interaction. I enjoy staying active, so daily walks are something I already prioritize, and I’m just as happy spending relaxed time with dogs who prefer a calmer pace. Whether it’s drop-in visits, extended stays, or regular walks, I’m able to be consistent, reliable, and fully present for your pet. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both your pet and your space with the same respect and attention I would my own. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions—so they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I’m very mindful about safety, including keeping doors secure, monitoring behavior, and making sure your pet is always in a safe environment. I’m also comfortable administering medication if needed and keeping a close eye on any changes in behavior or health. You can expect clear communication and updates during each visit, so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to provide reliable, consistent care that gives you peace of mind and keeps your pet happy in their own home.

About: Animals are my joy. Dogs especially.I grew up with them, rescued some, trained some, companioned some, and I have one of my own! I have a spoiled 90lb Shepherd who I have fully trained and who I love so much. I believe all pets deserve the best life we can give them. I hope to give your pets love, freedom, learning and fun time! I currently work part time caring for people :). But as my passion in caring for animals grow I’d like to have more for time for this. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am willing to be what you need for your fur baby! I have a dog park and a fur baby to keep your company at my home. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 12! Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to pet sit, walk and feed their pets! I also have had a dog of my own for the past 5 years! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to walk and play with your pups! I’m available on weekdays in the afternoon and evening, and most weekends! I focus on safe, attentive care during walks and bathroom breaks by following each pet’s routine and instructions closely. I always use secure leashes, stay alert to surroundings, and ensure pets are safely returned inside with doors locked and water refreshed. I provide updates so owners know their pets are cared for.

About: We are Sarah and Ethan, a newlywed couple who absolutely love dogs! Sarah’s family has had small dogs all throughout her childhood, and she always loved caring for them! From walking them, feeding them and bathing them, she enjoyed it all! Additionally, Ethan and I have cared for other families pets (dogs and cats) over the years. We truly believe animals are man’s best friend and they deserve the best care. We both work full time jobs outside of the home, so a dog that can stay alone for 6-8 hours without a potty break is ideal for us! About: Hi there, and thanks for checking out my profile! I’ve been on Rover for about a year and primarily take on housesitting roles or keep pets in my home, but I also have long term walking clients. I’m here because I genuinely love animals and have years of accumulated animal experience that really lends itself well to creating happy clients. I've had pets of all shapes and sizes since the 7th grade when I turned my dog into my science fair project (The Effect of Rewards on Dog Training). Since then, I've done obedience classes with one of my pups, worked with Australian Shepherd and Doberman rescue as a transporter and foster mom, and walked many miles with some cute pooches. I'm currently mom to one male cat, an Holland Lop, and one very typical male Golden Retriever. OH--and a seven year old human boy! I’m experienced in difficult animal behaviors such as separation anxiety and mild aggression towards other animals, potty training, medical emergencies (I am NOT clinically trained, but I’ve been through a lot of vet appointments between my pets and the rescues), and giving medication. I’m also a farmer and floral designer by trade, so I might covertly care for your houseplants as well. My work schedule is flexible, and I often work from home. I determine my own work schedule, so I can accommodate pet care most days and times. I’m very careful about not overcommitting myself, particularly when it comes to taking responsibility for other people’s pets. I offer in-home care for cat- and kid-friendly pups who get along well with other animals. Ollie the Golden Retriever will be sure to keep your dog well-entertained. He is 5 years old and still very "puppy," but ultimately, he’s a chill Golden to his core. The cat loves Ollie but are typically unimpressed by all other creatures. The rabbit rules the house.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs and cats since I was little. Over the span of my life I’ve had 4 dogs of all sizes and love taking them out for walks and spending quality time with them. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your pet and send you a million pictures of them while you’re away I’m your girl! I know how stressful it is to be away from your pet and I would love to provide peace of mind while you are away. I work from home full time Monday - Friday and can work from your home if your pet needs constant supervision or can stop by before or after work, or during lunch if needed. I usually have minimal plans on the weekend and can take your pet on adventures, or hang out with them at home depending on your preference. I will follow all instructions left for me and can be flexible depending on the care you and your pets require. If you’d like picture updates, or for me to take your dogs on long walks rather than just let them out, I can do whatever is asked of me.

About: I am a first grade teacher who loves to dog sit on the side! I work for a dog sitting service in Mt. Pleasant, but am using Rover to fill in any extra time. I moved to Charleston 8 years ago from Kentucky where I would dog and house sit regularly. I grew up with dogs in my house. I have a fabulous 4 year old golden retriever named Cash. He is the sweetest and loves everyone and every animal. I had many experiences with dogs of different ages/sizes/needs and have administered oral medication. I am a very active person, so I would love to take your dog on walks, runs, or play fetch with them at the dog park. Being a school teacher, I have plenty of patience for our energetic young pups and older ones that need special care. I can't wait to meet your fun furry friend! I am a first grade teacher at CCSD and I also work for Peace, Love, and Puppies where I pet sit often. I love using Rover for the time I don’t have any clients! I have a friendly fur baby to keep your dog company. We live in a townhome in a very dog friendly area. I walk my pup many times a day and play ball in the dog park located within the community I live in. I can easily crate your pup if needed. I like to spend as much time as I can with the pups!
