Nick F.

“Nick is wonderful! He always communicates and sends pictures/videos of my sweet pup. She is high energy and she is nice and calm when I get home from work from playing and running around. I absolutely trust him to take care of my dog (Angel). I know he will treat her as if she is his own dog. :)”

Jason W.

“Jason and his family were wonderful. It was almost comical how much I warned them about my mean little dog and antisocial cat only to receive daily photos of both animals cuddling with them. I used Jason short-term on very short notice for drop-ins and will use him in the future?”

Anna T.
“Anna loves animals and they love her. She currently helps care for 3 dogs, 1 cat, a large parrot, a smaller parrot, and sugar gliders. Animal attractions such as zoos and animal shows are her favorite and have been since she was a little child. She can give meds, baths, food and loving care. You would be lucky to have her care for your pets.”

About: After 26 years of owning my own pet grooming/boarding facility in Florida I've retired and sold my business to be closer to my loving family here in South Carolina. I ask that you provide me with the opportunity to take care of your pets. With my years of experience I can work with animals that need medicines administered, anxious pets when they are away from home, finicky eaters when stressed or sad because they miss their owners. When pets are in my home they are part of my family and treated like one of my own. I have dedicated my life to working and taking care of animals. I have a beautiful home with a fenced in yard. There is plenty of space to run and play inside and outside. I always ask for meet and greets to guarantee the safety of the pets that stay with me. I always make sure that the group of pets I'm watching gets along. I’m available Monday through Sunday, at your convenience. Sunday the pick up time is 11:00 a.m. I’m home full time, you’re pet will never be alone. I have fenced in yard to keep your furry babies safe, a beautiful patio to play. Inside the home pets have free roam. I follow instructions from owners as far as exercise and walking directions.

Julia C.
“Julia is my older sister! For every family vacation she hasn’t gone on she has stayed home and pet sat our dogs. As well as watch other people’s dogs. Weather it be our friends dogs, neighbors dogs or just any who asks her. Our dog is very anxious and scared of a lot and julia is very patient with him! Would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!”

Ayah A.
“She is a loving pet owner herself, and has great experience with both cats and dogs. She treats her animals like her kids, and has never been anything but loving towards them. They are always fed and have plenty of water, and are always given all of the cuddles and loves that they could want!”

Haley P.

“Haley is awesome! Paid close attention to every detail and I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I always jump at the opportunity to walk, feed, and care for my friend's and family's pups. I'd love to help care for your furry family member when you're busy or away. I’m a doctorally prepared Nurse Practioner who is studying for boards and have availability on weekends (F-M) to help care for your babies. Let me know when you need help and I'd be happy to accommodate you in anyway I can. I will care for your pet as if they were my own. I’m happy to provide pet medications and give unlimited belly scratches as needed.

Rebecca M.

“Rebecca (and Simon) did a wonderful job with Boomer. This was a great experience for me and my wife. Highly recommend Rebecca as your next dog walker or pet caregiver. Will definitely use again when circumstances require. Thank you Rebecca!”

About: Hi there, and thanks for checking out my profile! I’ve been on Rover for about a year and primarily take on housesitting roles or keep pets in my home, but I also have long term walking clients. I’m here because I genuinely love animals and have years of accumulated animal experience that really lends itself well to creating happy clients. I've had pets of all shapes and sizes since the 7th grade when I turned my dog into my science fair project (The Effect of Rewards on Dog Training). Since then, I've done obedience classes with one of my pups, worked with Australian Shepherd and Doberman rescue as a transporter and foster mom, and walked many miles with some cute pooches. I'm currently mom to two male cats and one very typical male Golden Retriever. OH--and a seven year old human boy! I’m experienced in difficult animal behaviors such as separation anxiety and mild aggression towards other animals, potty training, medical emergencies (I am NOT clinically trained, but I’ve been through a lot of vet appointments between my pets and the rescues), and giving medication. I’m also a farmer and floral designer by trade, so I might covertly care for your houseplants as well. My work schedule is flexible, and I often work from home. I determine my own work schedule, so I can accommodate pet care most days and times. I’m very careful about not overcommitting myself, particularly when it comes to taking responsibility for other people’s pets. I offer in-home care for cat- and kid-friendly pups who get along well with other dogs. Ollie the Golden Retriever will be sure to keep your dog well-entertained. He is 4 years old and still very "puppy," but ultimately, he’s a chill Golden to his core. The cats love Ollie but are typically unimpressed by all other creatures.

Julie A.

“Julie is awesome and goes above and beyond to care for the animals. Would recommend using her for sure.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old, I’ve grown up with different dogs and sizes. I currently have a dog so I know how to treat yours like if it was mine. I currently work from home and my schedule is flexible. I am able to take dogs on walks, provide overnight stays, or stop by feeding/walking. When taking care of your dogs at your home, I will make sure to leave your house how I found it or even better. I will make sure to crate your dog if that is preferred by you and make sure they are all taken care of before I leave them.

Brea L.

“Great care. I appreciate Brea going out of her way to take care of my dog. Video and text updates will keep you in the loop and keep you at ease.”
